      Abstract: The gut microbiota tunes the pro/anti-tumorigenic balance of the tumor microenvironment via a STING-type I IFN-dependent mechanism. Feeding a high-fiber diet or transferring the fecal microbiota from immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) responder melanoma individuals triggers this pathway and programs intratumoral mononuclear phagocytes to promote anticancer immunity and ICB efficacy.

      Abstract: The use of broad-spectrum antibiotics to treat specific pathogens can damage the host microbiome and contribute to antibiotic resistance. Hygromycin A is selectively taken up through a nucleoside transporter specific to spirochete bacteria, providing a highly selective antibiotic for spirochete infections, such as Lyme disease.

      Abstract: A clinical stage multivalent SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding domain nanoparticle (RBD-NP) vaccine is protective in mice after a single immunization and elicits strong antibody responses across circulating mutants and some sarbecoviruses. Multivalent sarbecovirus RBD-NP vaccines elicit heterotypic protection against sarbecoviruses.
