  • Sistem Inspeksi Visual Penempatan Label Produk Lip Cream Line Menggunakan
           Metode Deep Learning

      Abstract: SBL (Single Bottom Labeller) machine which was still not precise for placing the bottom label batches of lip cream products. Postal operators must then check one by one to ensure product quality control so that there are bottlenecks. Therefore, this research uses the YOLOv5 deep learning method to solve this problem. The YOLOv5 algorithm uses the idea of regression, making it easier to learn generalizations, target characteristics and solve speed problems. The YOLO algorithm uses a one-stage neural network to complete the localization and classification of detected objects in real time. The core idea of YOLO is to take the entire image as network input and directly return the bounding box position and bounding box class in the output. In YOLO, each bounding box is predicted by the features of the entire image, and each bounding box contains the five predictions and a confidence, which is relative to the grid cell in the middle of the bounding box. The results of research using the YOLOv5 method can classify into three classification categories of bottom label placement, namely accept, reject and no label. In addition to classifying, this study will also send triggers to the controller if the bottom label is said to be rejected and no label to do product sorting to assist QC operators in sorting lip cream production defects.

  • LED lights of various colors for comprehending the photoelectric effects
           phenomena

      Abstract: In this project, a tool that can explain phenomena involving the photoelectric effect at laboratory scales is being developed. The purpose of this tool is to help users understand that the photoelectric effect, which causes electrons to move from a source of a negative voltage to a source of positive voltage, is not affected by light intensity but rather by a light source's frequency and wavelength. A photodiode is employed in the creation of this device as a light sensor, and when exposed to light, it moves electrons from the cathode to the anode, causing an electric current to flow. The voltage is delivered to the cathode, which is where the electrons leave, to calculate the stopping voltage. A graph showing the connection between the ADC value and the sensor output voltage is produced from the ongoing data gathering. Our results show that each color spectrum has a distinct voltage supplied to the photodiode leg (cathode). Additionally, the output voltage measured for each distinct wavelength was decreased the lower the photodiode's light intensity was.

  • Eksperimen Gabungan Teknik Reduksi PAPR Dan Predistorsi Pada Sistem OFDM

      Abstract: In this paper, the performances of the joint technique of PAPR Reduction with ICF method and predistortion with inverse Saleh model on OFDM system are evaluated. The system’s performances at the receiver are presented by constellation nodes of QAM symbols  From the experiment results can be shown that the predistorstion improves the system’s performance since the spreading of constellation nodes became smaller. While the performances of PAPR reduction technique are shown as the PAPR reduction values for clipping ratio (CR) values of 5, 4 and 3. The PAPR reduction values are 7,6 dB, 8,4 dB and 9,4 dB. And the predistortion technique can reduce the PSD gain of OFDM signal and linear high power amplifier of 30 dB.

  • RSSI Measurement Analysis of Zigbee-Based Wireless Sensor Networks in
           Various Topologies for Solar Panel Monitoring

      Abstract: Abstract— Solar panels require performance monitoring when energy shortages occur in the area. Monitoring solar panels requires a detection device to detect solar panels, including the ACS712 current sensor for monitoring the output current of the solar panel, a DC voltage sensor for monitoring battery performance, and a DHT11 temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature of the solar panel storage battery. The WSN technology that can work is ZigBee communication. This ZigBee communication research uses various topology methods, including star, tree, and mesh topologies. Solar panel monitoring tests are carried out indoors and outdoors. The ZigBee communication device used is the XBee S2C device, which operates at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. From a comparison of various topologies, the mesh topology is a topology with good performance because it has the characteristic of choosing a router with the fastest path to reach the coordinator. It is proven by monitoring solar panels with an optimal distance of 80 m, which is carried out from outdoors with an RSSI value of -84 dBm, a throughput of 0.55 kbps, and a delay of 2.77 ms, producing power for 150 minutes with an average current of 0.14 A, voltage of 9.86 V, and temperature of 31.48°C. The number of disturbances and weather conditions greatly affect signal propagation, which can hamper the data transmission process. Throughput fluctuates due to uncertain weather conditions, and delay fluctuates due to a lot of interference from other radio signals.       Abstract: Social media in this digital era, especially Twitter, has an important role in the interaction between government and society. Given the wide variety of activities within government circles, the task of monitoring and responding to messages is complex and time-consuming. Therefore, this study aims to develop an effective approach in determining the appropriate response from the government to people's tweets. This study proposes using a combination of the Rabin-Karp method to quickly determine relevant responses. The Rabin-Karp method, known for its efficiency in pattern matching, is used to match tweets to a set of tweets that have already been given a response. Furthermore, the Word2Vec technique is used to improve understanding of the meaning of the text. The use of the Rabin-Karp method with the addition of the Word2Vec method shows that the response accuracy rate is 74.55%. The results of this study also show that the lower the K-Gram value, the higher the similarity value, and vice versa. These results are expected to contribute in the context of government that is responsive to societal issues discussed on Twitter.

      Abstract: The Development Administration Section is an organization in the field of government in Gianyar Regency which has a work program which is to supervise the realization of the budget for each RAO (Regional Apparatus Organization) and is assisted by using the TEPRA Information System to carrying out a routine evaluation process every month, so it is important for the information system to minimize the risks that may occur. The research process uses two frameworks, namely the COBIT 2019 framework and the NIST 800-30 framework. The use of NIST 800-30 found 12 gaps out of 12 threats with 8 risks being medium and 4 risks being low. Continuing the use of COBIT 2019 resulted in calculating the highest rating value in the first process APO 13 domain with a value of 4.58, a percentage of 91%, Fully category. And the domain with the lowest percentage with a value of 3.00, the percentage is 60%, the Largely category is the second and third process APO 13 domain, DSS 02 domain, first and second process DSS 03 domain and DSS 04 domain. Next, the assessment of maturity levels produces the highest score in BAI 05 domain with a value of 4.27, level value 4 (Quantitative). And the domain with the lowest score with a value of 3.00, the level value 3 (Defined) occurs in the domain DSS 02, DSS03, and DSS 04. Next, the gap level assessment with the highest value occurs in the third process APO 14 domain with a value of 1.92 which is the level of effectiveness in using problem data that does not run smoothly according to system functionality. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is hoped that it will create a developing government and create good governance, so that in the process of developing an information system, the recommendations for improvements that have been suggested can be implemented.

      Abstract: Distribution transformers play a crucial role in the distribution network by transforming electrical energy from the source to the customers. This is closely related to issues in the process of distributing electrical energy. According to PLN standards, a transformer is considered overloaded when the load exceeds 80% of its installed capacity. Overloading can lead to increased transformer temperature, potentially damaging the insulation and causing power supply disruptions to consumers. A B&D 50kVA distribution transformer has been installed on pole 17A/U3-30 in the Belibis Street, Wonocatur, Banguntapan, Yogyakarta area. The transformer is currently experiencing a load of 112.5%. In this study, the insertion of an additional transformer is proposed as a solution to reduce the overload percentage and voltage drop. The transformer insertion has already been implemented in the field, and this study aims to analyze its impact by determining the optimal location through simulations. Based on the simulation results using ETAP 12.6.0, the transformer insertion on pole 1/S3-19 in the field can improve the voltage value at the customer end to 0.94 p.u., with a load of 86.6% on the inserted transformer and 35.6% on the existing transformer. However, an optimal location determination is found on pole 18/S3-17 based on the best voltage value at the customer end, which is 0.94 p.u., with the existing transformer operating at 58.1% load and the inserted transformer operating at 65.3% load. The inserted transformer can effectively reduce overload and voltage drop for customers, and by determining the optimal location, it can enhance the efficiency of analyzing load development and voltage values.       Abstract: Monitoring utilization server which refers to the use of server resources such as CPU, memory and storage is important in managing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure by network administrators in an effort to help maximize server performance, identify performance constraints and make decisions to increase efficiency servers. Monitoring is done by checking resource usage one by one on the server to find out which server resources are running. However, the more servers there are, the more time it takes to monitor so that it can interfere with the performance of network administrators. To make it easier for network administrators to monitor, researchers created a resource utilization and visualization model using Prometheus and Graphana which can display server resources without having to check directly on the server you want to monitor. The final result of the research produced a model that can visualize server resources in a dashboard without the need to check the servers one by one so that it helps network administrators work to monitor server resource usage.

      Abstract: The aim of this research is to design and build a learning trainer using the Outseal Mega V.3 Standard PP PLC board to support the practical in the Programmable Logic Controller + Lab course. The method used in this research is divided into three stages, such as including system design, hardware design, and software design. Testing the practical module of Programmable Logic Controller + Lab consists of three experiments, such as basic operation of Outseal PLC, logic gates, and bell quiz. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the 3 test experiments can be declared successful because the standard Outseal Mega V.3 PLC can be controlled to receive, send, and store data.

      Abstract: Manual measurement and recording of water debits has many drawbacks, including inaccuracies, time inefficiencies and requires a lot of human effort. Along with technological developments, the Internet of Things (IoT) is the right option to reduce human interaction with hardware in terms of continuous monitoring. This study aims to design a prototype of a water discharge monitoring system with precise accuracy and efficient use of electrical energy. The water discharge monitoring device system is designed based on IoT with NodeMCU as the main processor, while the water flow sensor is used as a transducer in charge of collecting data. Furthermore, the data collected by the hardware will be sent to the server with the IoT protocol via Blynk application. The results of the study show that the designed system works well, able to transmit data via IoT remotely, and has relatively high accuracy.

      Abstract: The arm prosthesis in this study will analyze the control system of one finger with 3 joints, the aim is to determine the optimal performance of the control system for the prosthesis using 3 combinations of software, namely autodesk fusion 360, autodesk inventor as the design of the arm prosthesis, and matlab simulink simscape multibody as a simulation of PID tuning with a value of 4.0715 for proportional (P), 99.3021 for integral (I), and 0.039866 for (D) resulting in a movement performance with a rise time of 0.00431 seconds, settling time of 0.026 seconds, and overshoot of 4.76%.

In today pratice, UI/UX designers mostly favor attractive visuals over the essence and purpose of creating a website, creating deviaton at UI/UX theory, design element, and color. it is necessary to design a UI / UX in order to application is attractive and the purpose of making the application is in line with expectations. There are several approaches to application design, one of which is Design thinking and Extreme Programming. This research aims to compare the Design thinking approach with Extreme Programming where the test obtained based on a literature review concluded that Design thinking has advantages in approaching potential users while Extreme Programming is less focused on potential users.

  • Model Object Detection Neural Network Berbasis Hand Gesture Recognition

      Abstract: Most people with disabilities due to accident injuries are patients after an arm amputation which can cause psychological disorders and even major trauma. The urgency of hand prosthesis functionality is increasingly needed. Hand gesture recognition (HGR) can be used to control hand prostheses, judging from the similarity in shape of objects/objects that tend to make the same hand movements. This development uses three common types of movement, namely pinch, pick, and grab. Developing a neural network model capable of implementing this concept is necessary. The neural network model developed uses the YOLOV7 and YOLOV7 tiny pre-trained networks with datasets collected through the public image data scrapping method. The dataset is 317 images and 2278 object labels with a training ratio of 80:20 testing. The training process uses the Pytorch framework with 300 epochs. The results of the loss values for each epoch show that the model is trainable in the given dataset. The training results are then evaluated by evaluating number of parameters, frame per seconds (FPS) and mean average precision (mAP) using a testing dataset. The overall results show the highest evaluation metrics in the model, with YOLOV7 pretrained with parameter number of 36,9 million, FPS of 161, and mAP of 98,11%. The model has the potential to be developed and implemented as a support for the control functionality of hand prostheses.

  • Analisis Komputasi Paralel pada Image Encoding Framework untuk Konversi
           Citra Data Deret Waktu Sistem Kontrol Industri

      Abstract: Sensors in industrial control systems send a series of data each time, known as time series data, to the controller. The data contains important information for the controller to determine the control signal for the actuator. The appearance of anomalies in time series data can be detected using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method utilizing image encoding techniques such as Gramian Angular Field (GAF) and Markov Transition Field (MTF). This technique converts time series data into images through data preparation, encoding, and conversion. Dividing extensive data into many smaller segments requires repeated encoding and conversion processes. Repeated processes that are done serially take a long time, which slows down the detection of anomalies and the responses that must be taken. This research applies parallel computation with Joblib and Mpire libraries on the GAF and MTF image encoding provided by the Python-based pyts library. The n_jobs configuration determines the number of CPU logical cores used to execute the program. According to the number of CPU logic cores of the computer, applying the value of n_jobs = 8 can save an average processing time of 63% (Joblib) and 49% (Mpire), which theoretically will be able to detect anomalies that occur at least every 62.73 ms (Joblib) and 86.20 ms (Mpire) compared to 167.51 ms in serial computing.

      Abstract: The number of users and the frequency of use of telecommunications systems are increasing rapidly and causing a greater demand for energy use. Based on many studies conducted by various network operators, that the largest energy consumption and the most impact on the environment is wireless networks from both the recipient and sender sides. The amount of CO2 emissions is increasing in communication systems, equivalent to the increase in cellular consumers. And it is also observed that the current wireless network is not energy efficient, especially the Base Station (BTS). The rapid and alarming growth in wireless network users is forcing us to use higher mobile broadband data rates. The need for an urgent network architecture restructuring in order to provide good service but still be environmentally friendly. In this article, we will discuss several innovative methods to increase the energy efficiency of wireless networks and develop solutions that reduce operating costs and the impact on the environment.

      Abstract: The development of Moodle E-Learning technology has progressed rapidly to meet and support diverse learning needs. In the learning process of Moodle E-Learning, various activities are involved, such as creating assignments, providing assessments, and other activities. However, these processes have limitations, such as students not being immediately aware when assignments are created or when assessments are given. This often leads to delays in completing tasks as students wait for manual notifications from their instructors. Additionally, students sometimes forget to regularly check Moodle for updates. To address these shortcomings, the researcher aims to develop a MCA notification BOT application that integrates Moodle with social media platforms like Line and Telegram using webhooks. The purpose of this system is to help students receive real-time information about assignments and assessments provided on Moodle by their instructors. The testing results demonstrate that the implemented features function well and align with the intended design.

      Abstract: The current rapid development of technology can facilitate all human activities, so that all aspects cannot be separated from technology, including the financial sector. With the development of technology, it is also accompanied by the introduction of various investment instruments. Every time you make an investment, of course there will always be various risks that come with it, including investing in cryptocurrencies, one of which is bitcoin. Unlike conventional currencies, bitcoin is not decentralized so that its price development is not under the supervision or control of any party, where as conventional money there is a certain institution that oversees and controls its movements. This causes the price of the exchange rate of bitcoin to be inconsistent or unstable. With the prediction method, bitcoin users can determine the right time to carry out transactions. This study aims to predict bitcoin prices using the LSTM and Bi-LSTM methods. Based on the research results, the best prediction results were obtained using the Bi-LSTM method with an RMSE of 1482.73 whereas with LSTM it produces an RMSE of 1768.69 so that it can be concluded from an accuracy perspective that Bi-LSTM gives more accurate results but with Bi-LSTM it requires more resources.

      Abstract: LED lamps are an example of an efficiency method compared to conventional lamps because of their higher energy efficiency. In this research, a comparative analysis of electrical efficiency was carried out between LED lamps and conventional lamps. This research collected data from a number of lamps used in a comparative study of LED lamps and conventional lamps at the Cap Karoso Hotel and were tested under the same conditions. The types of LED lights used are recessed downlights, track lights, pendant lights and wall scones. While the types of conventional lamps used are incandescent, halogen, fluorescent and HID. Comparisons and calculations were made in terms of watt energy and electricity costs. Based on these parameters, it can be seen the energy produced and the costs required from both types of LED lamps and conventional lamps. Based on calculations and comparisons of the two types of lamps used, it is calculated that LED lamps can save energy and cost savings by 27%.

      Abstract: Every year, Udayana University publishes the Non-Tax State Revenue Target (TPNBP) as a guide for allocating budgetary funds for the T+2 year. The provision of budget allocations for the T+2 year will depend on how accurately the TPNBP is calculated, which will boost efficiency in carrying out budget planning. Due to the limits of the PNBP realization data at Udayana University and the benefits of the ANFIS approach for forecasting stationary data types, it is required to evaluate the merits of the Gray-Markov and ANFIS methods in order to determine which method is more effective. The study's findings reveal that the Grey-Markov approach yields a value of 0.118% while the ANFIS method yields a value of 4.978%. This suggests that while both methods produce extremely precise results, the Grey-Markov method is more accurate than the ANFIS method due to its smaller MAPE value. The MAPE value for the Grey-Markov approach for the SPI acceptance variable is 0.319%, whereas the MAPE value for the ANFIS method is 23.39%, indicating that the Grey-Markov method is more accurate at predicting SPI acceptance.       Abstract: The development of the Internet of Things today is very rapid. one form of this development is a Smart-Building or smart building. Smart buildings require a form of system that can monitor the building in real time and efficiently. in this study designed a prototype form of a smart building system by adding a detector for the number of people using the ESP32cam camera sensor. The number of people object detection adapts the careful YOLOv3 Algorithm to 5 different lighting conditions, dimmed 50% and 75%, increased 50% and 75% and normal conditions. The results of this implementation show that the mAP value exceeds 90% in all of these lighting conditions. The YOLOv3 algorithm applied to the smart building prototype system has succeeded in detecting and counting the number of people objects in an image captured by the camera sensor.       Abstract: Abstract— The trend for consumption fish consumption continues to increase rapidly, even the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), says fish cultivation output is expected to increase by around 172 million tonnes in 2021. Therefore efforts are needed to increase national catfish production. New methods of cultivating catfish have emerged, one of which is the method of cultivating catfish in drums. However, there are still many catfish breeders in drums in Indonesia who still use conventional methods which are no longer effective, because many catfish seeds die before maturity, this is due, among other things, to unscheduled feeding and the amount of feed weight that is inaccurate with the amount and the age of the fish in a drum which causes the growth of catfish to be less than optimal. Based on these problems, it is encouraging to develop a tool that can control and monitor fish feeding schedules and the total weight of fish feed according to the number and age of fish in one drum based on a microcontroller by utilizing the fuzzy logic method which can facilitate the process of reasoning in language. (linguistic reasoning), and only by means of a smartphone, farmers can set feeding schedules and choose the number of fish and the age of the fish in a drum. The result is that the tool is able to provide feed according to the feed schedule with an error rate of 0%, and the tool can provide feed according to the feed dosage with an accuracy of up to 98.9% with an average accuracy of 96.09%.       Abstract: Implementing an audit process is one way to raise the quality of both products and processes. Detecting the presence of waste is one of the audit procedures that can be used. Waste is a behavior in and of itself that adds no value. Lean is the auditing technique used to find waste. Lean primarily focuses on identifying and removing non-value-added activities. Lean has a mechanism for identifying waste in its implementation, and that method is the Waste Assessment Model (WAM). In the Planning Section of the Planning and Finance Bureau of Udayana University, the application of WAM is concentrated on planning to identify waste in the budget process utilizing the SILUNA system. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: defect is the largest waste with a proportion of 19,79%; inventory are the second sequence of waste with a proportion of 16,35%.       Abstract: The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic was announced by World Health Organization on March 11, 2020. World Health Organization explained that Coronavirus is a virus that can cause disease in animals and humans. The spread of the Covid-19 virus has spread to Indonesia and has spread to all provinces. The spread of COVID-19 can be modeled mathematically using the SIR model. The SIR model is divided into three compartments, namely susceptible individuals, infected individuals, and recovered individuals. SIR estimates can be checked for error rates using the MAPE method. The results of the SIR estimation in Bali Province obtained are that the Covid19 pandemic will end on August 09, 2024, the SIR model applied produces an error rate of 49%, the error rate is quite good because the MAPE value is between 20% and 50%.

      Abstract: Technology development can be used to support the teaching and learning process so it can runs more effectively and efficiently, and one of the applications that can be used to support this process is the Learning Management System (LMS). LMS provides an integrated platform starting from delivering learning materials to students, and evaluating learning process. The evaluation method that can be done at the LMS is giving assignments to students, and students can do submission by uploading their documents assignment answer. The common problem is many students do plagiarism by duplicate the answers of other students. To overcome these problems, this study will implement feature in Course Assignment Menu in LMS to detect the similarity of student assignment document using K-Shingling and Cosine Similarity methods. The K-Shingling algorithm is used to form shingles or word fragments based from all text in the task answer document that has gone through the pre processing stage, then each document have shingle value vector which will be used to compare the similarity values between documents using Cosine Similarity. The results obtained in this study is the developed feature is capable to detecting the similarity percentage of the assignment answer documents from each student, and from that percentage value it can indicate whether the students assignment answers is plagiarism to other students assignment answers.       Abstract: Today’s games have entered the next generation gaming phase or the highest generation in the world of gaming. In today’s rapid development of games, it requires users/players to have computers with higher specifications. There is a way for players to run games that have high specifications with computer devices that have low specifications, with cloud gaming technology. There is a cloud gaming server in Indonesia called Gameqoo. To find out the feasibility of a game that is played on a cloud gaming service, it requires parameters that will measure it from the game side and form the user side, namely Quality of Service and Quality of Experience. With the existence of cloud gaming services, the experience of playing games on computers with low specifications becomes light and has pretty good visual quality. This is evidenced by the packet loss value which is 0%, the delay and jitter has value are still in the good category, the use GPU usage is below 5%. The research questionnaire was designed in such a way with an answer scale called the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) to measure Quality of Experience, and an average score on the MOS rating of 4.15 which gets a Good score on the MOS assessment standard.       Abstract: The online learning process currently utilizes a Learning Management System, one of which is Moodle. Moodle provides a forum menu where the forum is a digital forum for asking questions and answering and sharing between lecturers and students. Lecturer and student activity can be seen from the forum menu. For this reason, research was conducted on the ranking of lecturer activities in the moodle forum. The ranking determination uses the Fuzzy Tsukamoto decision making system. Fuzzy Tsukamoto has step efficiency in determining rules and processing data that has a taboo range and produces crips output. The processing steps carried out are determining the variables, giving weights, creating a fuzzy set of each variable, then the fuzzification process and creating a rule base and finally, defuzzification, namely the calculation of negligence and output. Based on the rule and the predicate alpha value, the appropriate value is obtained to rank the quality of lecturers based on their activities in the moodle forum.       Abstract: 70% of building fires in Indonesia are caused by electrical short circuits, the rest are caused by other things such as negligence and also gas. Electrical short circuits contribute to the biggest problem in cases of building fires in Indonesia due to concern for maintenance and checking which is often missed due to problems with routine and periodic checking schedules that are not monitored in a lifetime or continuously. One of the methods used to overcome this problem is to continuously monitor the measurement values on the electrical sub-panels in real time. Manual checking is no longer effective due to electrical problems. One minute ago we checked and we can conclude that the panel is in good condition and safe. Because electricity can suddenly have problems without us realizing it and it really needs to be handled extra quickly to take action to cut off the power lines so that short circuits or hot copper sections do not occur which can cause panel fires and can also cause building fires. With today's increasingly sophisticated digital technology, we can innovate by implementing IoT (Internet Of Thing) using the Bynk Android Application as a remote control for monitoring load values and also being able to trigger 3-phase power lines using only a smartphone anywhere as long as the internet is connected so that when If there is an electrical problem with the sub panel inside the building, it will be handled/disconnected immediately. From the research results obtained, the Solid State Relay component can be combined with a microcontroller as the main control line to cut off large electric currents, where the microcontroller uses a 5 Volt input control and SSR (Solid State Relay) uses a 3 Volt - 32 Volt output so that it can be modified and can cut off and monitor traffic only with a smartphone using the Blynk Application. Most of the solar panels do not have this kind of technology to monitor the position that has the maximum voltage, thus a website application is made to monitor the voltage that is received by the sun tracker in realtime. Web socket technology is the solution to obtain information in real-time. Socket.io is the service that is used to fulfill this web socket technology in this development system. Socket.io is a web socket technology for websites that allows servers to process data in real time so that information on the angle position of the sun tracker and the voltage received by the solar panel can be sent to the website in real time. As a result, this monitoring system is able to move the solar panel in accordance with the direction of sunlight and display the angular position of the solar panel and graph of the voltage received by the solar panel directly (real-time) using socket.io.       Abstract: Connecting distributed generation (DG) to the distribution network faces several challenges. One of them is related to the protection sistem scheme. The coordination of the existing protection sistem is unable to work properly with DG connected. Changes in short circuit current level, bidirectional power flow, blinding protection, false trip, and auto recloser failure are the problems presented in this paper. Several researchers have developed a protection scheme to overcome this problem. This article reviews some schemes that have been proposed previously. The article to be reviewed is only for AC sistems and does not include signal processing methods due to the complexity of the implementation stage. The protection scheme under review consists of adaptive scheme, differential scheme, distance relay scheme, voltage scheme, fault current limiter (FCL) scheme, and overcurrent protection scheme. The results of the review show that the proposed scheme has not considered DG with an inverter interface. The use of expensive communication channels is still a mainstay in adaptive and differential schemes.       Abstract: Telkom Indonesia introduced fixed broadband, with its IndiHome product in 2015. According to the Triple Play service, IndiHome's flagship service, as well as other services, the core of IndiHome products is its internet service. Other services, such as voice (telephone) and interactive television (UseeTV) are ride products (augmented products). The goal of this study is to provide insight for future studies that will be conducted by researchers on service quality, which includes network quality, customer service, information quality, and customer data security. It also involves customer satisfaction, behavioural loyalty, and attitude loyalty. The issue in this study is that the number of customers who churn (unsubscribe the services) is increasing, indicating that customers are less loyal to IndiHome services. This study sent a questionnaire to 258 Witel Denpasar respondents who had subscribed to IndiHome for more than one month and had visited the Plaza Telkom in August 2022 in order to collect respondents' responses. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via the Google form. And the data analysis technique used in this study is the structural equation modelling (SEM) method using LISREL 8.8 software.       Abstract: Abstract— This study was conducted to find out which network is more effective and the quality of the existing network, Design A, and Design B at Wongaya Cluster. Existing network has 368 homepass, with 259 homeconnected users. Using the Farthest FAT (F.8) output attenuation of field measurement was -20.11 dBm, the optisystem test obtain an output attenuation -19.954 dBm, and based on power link budget calculation, output attenuation was -20.399 dBm. Existing network has a projection for the next five years of 462 users. Design A has 496 homepasses and tested on farthest FAT (G.4) testing on the optisystem to obtain an output attenuation of -19.704 dBm, and based on the calculation of the power link budget, an output attenuation of -20.7414 dBm was obtained. Design B has 256 homepasses and tested on the furthest FAT (H.4) testing on the optisystem to obtain an output attenuation of -16.765 dBm, and based on calculation of the power link budget, output attenuation was -17.09175 dBm. Based on results of this test, Design A is more effective design to use because it can meet customer needs in five years with quality according to ITU-T and Company standards.       Abstract: The distribution network requires a protection system so that the electric power is distributed optimally using CBO cubicles (Output Circuit Breakers). the differencese with general cubicles are additional devices in the form of Circuit Breakers or PMT, Current Transformers (CT), Potential Transformers (PT), and relays. CBO installation is important to minimize disturbance to the feeder. Medium Voltage Network has spindle, mesh, and radial configuration. The MP 244 substation is also equipped with Ground Fault Detection (GFD) which functions as a short circuit fault detector to the ground and to speed up localizing interference on 20 kV. Maintenance of medium voltage distribution networks is divided into replacement, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Meanwhile, in the maintenance of the 20kV cubicle, PLN officers must also follow various stages regulated in certain SOPs. The aim of the research is to maintain the 20 kV cubicle in the medium voltage distribution network based on the applicable SOP so that protection failures at the MP 244 distribution substation do not recur.       Abstract: The high interest of mountain climbers in Indonesia also increases the risk of accidents that can occur in climbing. To reduce this risk, we need a tool system that can assist local officers in monitoring the location and condition of climbers. However, due to the many signal limitations and internet connections in mountainous terrain or rural areas, there is a need for other alternative media that can be used to monitor climbers' location and conditions. The LoRa (Long Range) communication module can solve the mountain's limited signal and internet connection. Navigation uses the LoRa SX1276 module based on Radio Frequency (RF) as the transmission medium in the 915 MHz frequency range. The data transmission uses the repeater principle as a bridging medium between devices which can then be displayed via the Android application via Cloud Firestore or Bluetooth media. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the system works well in transmitting data via Radio Frequency (RF) with an average RSS reduction of -5.1 dBm every 45 m at a radius of 450 m, Cloud Firestore with an average delay of 0.3855 seconds and Bluetooth with reduced RSSI of -5.5 dBm every 5 m with a maximum radius of 50m.       Abstract: The recording of State Property at Udayana University on SIMAK-BMN has been carried out well, but the recorded State Property data only supports the preparation of balance sheets, lists of goods, reports of goods and control cards. The amount of data that is increasing every year has not been utilized optimally. The large amount of data at Udayana University and the superiority of K-Means in data grouping makes it possible to group data at the preprocessing stage using K-Means, then forming decision tree rules using C5.0 which is a refinement of the ID3 and C4.5 algorithms. The variables used in the formation of the decision tree are conditions, useful life and warranty period. The results of the study show that the decision tree rules that are formed are first checking the useful life, secondly checking good and other than good conditions, thirdly checking damaged conditions, namely lightly damaged and heavily damaged, and fourthly checking the warranty period. The recommendations generated by the decision support system are 2,894 preserved items, 1,397 deleted items, 112 maintained items with guarantees and 18 maintained items without warranty, out of a total of 4,421 items. The accuracy obtained is 97.69% calculated using the confusion matrix. Keywords : State property; K-Means; C5.0

The design of this system can make it easier for users to monitor solar panels in real time through an android application. The test is carried out by operating a solar panel monitoring system. Data from each sensor is compared with a comparison measure to get the difference in values. The results of the INA219 sensor test get an average difference in voltage of 0.09% and an average difference in current of 4.08%. The test results for the DHT11 sensor get an average difference in temperature of 0.77% and a difference in relative humidity of 1.82%. The results of testing the BH1750 sensor get an average difference in light intensity of 39.93%. This monitoring system can operate in accordance with the design and reading of data from sensors that have been sent to Firebase so that it can be seen in the Android application.       Abstract: Obstacles in the form of loss of function of body parts will cause difficulty in carrying out normal activities. In the application of electromyography (EMG) and electroencephalography (EEG) sensors that are not good at compensating for various kinds of human physical conditions, force sensing resistor (FSR) sensors can be an alternative to EMG and EEG in hand prostheses. In planning the neural network model, the data needed for the actual output is only in the form of hand gestures for post-amputation non-patients. Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) is used because it can handle data processing in the long run which is one of the conditions that arise in sequential data processing. The resulting evaluation metrics are in the form of accuracy values in training data with epoch 200 and accuracy in data testing. The first result with no dropout variation shows the accuracy value in training is 0,9449 and the accuracy in testing is 0,961 with the loss value in training is 0,1284 and the loss in testing is 0,0717. The second result with dropout variations shows the accuracy value in training is 0,9699 and accuracy in testing is 0,9688 with a loss value in training is 0,0803 and loss in testing is 0,1061. the metrics accuracy evaluation generated on the dataset has exceeded the value of 0,9. This indicates that the model has run well for the classification of 11 movements. Keyword — Control System; machine learning; moving arm; prostesis arm.

  • Proyeksi Traffic Jaringan Gigabit Passive Optical Network Pada Cluster

      Abstract: Abstract—This research was conducted to determine the projected growth of subscribers and traffic in the Sumbersari cluster in five years. This study has three stages, namely collecting customer and traffic data, making projections of customer and traffic growth and analyzing projected customer and traffic growth in the Sumbersari cluster. The results of this study are the existing Sumbersari cluster network using a gigabit passive optical network with fiber to the home architecture with cascading passive splitters 1:8 and 1:8. The Sumbersari cluster has a capacity of 512 subscribers (home pass) and 323 existing customers that have been installed (home connected) with a take-up ratio of 63% and the Sumbersari cluster has an average maximum traffic of 454 Mbps with a traffic capacity of 1000 Mbps. The Sumbersari cluster has projected customer growth in 2026 of 605 customers, so expansion is needed to meet the projected customer growth needs. The Sumbersari cluster has a projected traffic growth in 2026 of 805 Mbps, so there is no need for additional traffic capacity. Keywords— Take up ratio, homepass, homeconnected, traffic

  • Monitoring Tegangan dan Arus Pada Panel Surya Menggunakan IoT

      Abstract: Solar panel is a potential technology for harvesting solar energy, especially in tropical countries like Indonesia. Currently, energy harvesting technology based on solar photovoltaic (PV) has reached an advanced stage and is widely applied to various applications. On the other hand, the massive number of PV-based solar power plants (PLTS) makes the maintenance process even more difficult. Therefore, we need a solution that can streamline this maintenance process. With the use Internet of Things (IoT) Technology, we can monitor the health conditions of PLTS online and real-time. This study uses the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and the INA219 sensor to monitor current and voltage at PLTS system, then the data will be sent via the internet to the Blynk application. The research method used is to collect data every 10 minutes in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The results showed that the use of the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and the Blynk IoT platform for solar panel current and voltage monitoring applications can reduce production costs with optimal and stable measurement and monitoring results.
