  • SAIFI untuk Evaluasi Keandalan Sistem Distribusi Tenaga Listrik pada
           Jaringan Transmisi Menengah 20 KV

      Abstract: The Medium Voltage Network is an electrical power system between main substations and distribution substations with the scope from the out-going terminal of the power breaker to the in-coming separation / protection equipment for 20kV distribution transformer. The Medium Voltage Network distributes electricity and deals with customers must pay attention for the level of reliability which is able to supply electric power to consumers on a continuous basis. The reliability level of the distribution system can be determined by calculating SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), which is the reliability index of the number of blackout frequencies. Based on the results of the calculation and analysis of the system-based reliability index that the obtained results of 10.89 times/customer/year with total energy not served was 57772 kWh which were considered unreliable distribution system according to the SPLN 68-2: 1986 index standard. Furthermore, it is necessary to analyze, evaluate the causes of trips and budget policies as an effort to reduce the value of SAIFI. Preventive activities include: routine inspections, installation of wire insulation, as well as utilizing IoT technology, databases and GPS for system digitization for distribution system reliability.       Abstract: Peternakan merupakan kegiatan pengembangbiakkan dan pemeliharaan hewan yang dapat dilakukan dengan sistem kandang maupun sistem lepas. Sistem peternakan lepas masih banyak dijumpai di wilayah Nusa Tenggara dan sebagian wilayah di Bali. Peternakan jenis ini sulit dipantau sehingga rentan pencurian. Selain kemungkinan pencurian, sistem pengembalaan hewan ternak seperti ini memiliki banyak resiko lain, salah satunya adalah kehilangan ternak baik itu karena tersesat ataupun terjebak di suatu tempat. Maka dari itu perlu dikembangkan suatu alat pelacak yang mampu memonitoring keberadaan hewan ternak tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Internet of Things (IoT) guna memonitoring hewan ternak atau peliharaan dengan memakai GPS, NodeMCU ESP8266, Firebase dan Kodular. Data berupa nilai latitude dan longitude yang didapat oleh modul GPS akan dikirimkan ke Firebase melalui jaringan WiFi. Data tersebut kemudian ditampilkan pada aplikasi Kodular dalam bentuk koordinat latitude, longitude, dan marker pada maps. Selain itu, alat tracking yang dapat dikalungkan pada leher hewan ini dilengkapai dengan lampu LED yang bertujuan untuk memantau posisi hewan ternak pada malam hari sehingga posisi hewan dapat terlihat ketika kondisi gelap.   • Pendeteksi Kebocoran Gas dan Kebakaran Dini Menggunakan NodeMCU Berbasis

      Abstract: Pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan energi semakin hari semakin meningkat, salah satunya  adalah penggunaan gas bumi sebagai bahan bakar baik untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga maupun industri. Aspek safety dalam penggunaan gas ini haruslah diperhatikan karena kebocoran gas dapat memicu terjadinya kebakaran. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan alat yang dapat mendeteksi dan menotifikasi kebocoran gas sedini mungkin. Penelitian ini mengusulkan alat pendeteksi kebocoran gas berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler. Sistem pendeteksian ini menggunakan sensor MQ-2 sebagai pendeteksi kadar gas dan flame sensor sebagai pendeteksi sinar ultraviolet sebagai indikasi adanya api. Output yang dihasilkan berupa pesan notifikasi dari Telegram Bot yang dikirimkan melalui NodeMCU. Dalam hal ini, buzzer dan LED akan memberikan sinyal jika sensor MQ-2 mendeteksi kadar gas di atas 500 ADC, lalu NodeMCU akan mengirim perintah kepada Telegram Bot untuk mengirimkan pesan notifikasi secara realtime. Disamping itu, kadar gas yang terdeteksi juga ditampilkan pada layar LCD 16x2. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa jarak ideal untuk mendeteksi gas adalah di bawah 6 cm, sedangkan api di bawah 20 cm dengan waktu respon sensor 2 detik. Dengan alat ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisir resiko kebakaran akibat kebocoran gas. Kata Kunci— kebakaran, kebocoran gas, NodeMCU, Telegram

      Abstract: Intisari— Data merupakan aset bagi setiap perusahaan, utamanya adalah Data Pelanggan. Pengolahan data pelanggan selanjutnya dapat disebut sebagai Data Mining. Ketatnya persaingan industri saat ini membuat perusahaan harus cermat didalam mengolah data pelanggan mereka, salah satunya pengolahan data pelanggan untuk operasi CRM. Dimana tujuannya adalah untuk dapat mengenali pelanggan dengan menganalisis perilaku pelanggan. Sehingga ini dapat menjadi suatu investasi bagi perusahaan. Perilaku pelanggan dapat diramalkan dengan menggunakan RFM model. Dan pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan literature review mengenai implementasi RFM Model pada data mining didalam membantu perusahaan untuk lebih memahami pelanggan mereka. Dari hasil review yang dilakukan RFM model pada rentang Tahun 2016 – 2021 lebih banyak dikombinasikan dengan teknik data mining yaitu algoritma clustering, dimana tujuannya adalah untuk mengelompokkan atau melakukan segmentasi pelanggan. Dan dari hasil review penulis juga memformulasikan riset yang dapat dilakukan, yaitu mengkombinasikan RFM model dengan metode TOPSIS.

      Abstract: Abstract— In the development of technology, the application of automated systems began to bloom applied in various fields. The automatic system is able to provide convenience in its application, both in terms of time and energy efficiency. In general, an automatic system can be interpreted as a system that is capable of carrying out a job without human intervention. researchers designed a device that is able to work automatically to water the plants based on the soil conditions of the plants. an automated system designed by researchers using the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller as the main control and soil moisture sensor to detect soil moisture levels. The process of watering plants occurs based on the level of humidity that has been detected by a soil moisture sensor. Result of the tests on this research, the watering process is carried out when the soil moisture level is less than 20%. Meanwhile, when the soil moisture level is more than 20%, the watering process will stop.

      Abstract: Abstract—VTOL-plane is a hybrid vehicle that combines a fixed-wing vehicle and a rotary-wing vehicle with the advantages of good endurance and good maneuverability. Combining these two types of UAVs requires a control system capable of stabilizing the shift from fixed-wing to rotary-wing mode or vice versa. Attitude disorientation occurs in the form of a decrease in height due to overshoot. therefore, a mode or control many input parameters. The Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) control method is one of the control methods capable of producing minimum errors and capable of many input parameters. The LQR control system produces a control response with a rise time according to the needs. The LQR control meets the specifications of the VTOL-plane vehicle requirements to handle minimum errors. Attitude disorientation occurs due to overshoot, as well as handling of the control system which can only handle a small amount of input and output on the VTOL-plane vehicle.       Abstract: In this paper, the contribution for finding the tilt and azimuth angle, location, and shift optimum with shading analysis method using PVSyst software has been done. The PV module capacity is 20 kWp that and integrated as canopy in the crosswalk between LABTEK V and LABTEK VI, ITB campus, Bandung. Coodinate from the location of PV modules is 6,89 LS dan 107,61 LT (- 6,89 oS, 107,61 oE). Fixed tilt was used for the PV modules orientation. The buildings and trees around the PV module cause shading effect in the PV modules, therefore, to maximize PV performance additional optimization and shading analysis have to be carried out. Performance achieved tilt angle 11o and azimuth 0o with effective global irradiation 1160,1 kWh/m2/year and energy array 21,75 MWh/tahun. After tilt optimization, shift and array optimization was added for improve the PV modul performance. In the added the shift and array optimization scenarios, the effective global irradiation has improved 72 kWh/m2/year and 14,9 kWh/m2/year respectively and the energy array has improved 1,26 MWh/year and 0,25 MWh/year.

  • Literature Review Metode Reduksi Harmonisa Berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan pada

      Abstract: Multilevel inverter (MLI) is one type of inverter that has a multilevel output voltage. Although its better than conventional inverters, the MLIs operating at low frequency still contains low-order harmonics at the output voltage and current which have a negative impact on electrical system. To overcome these problems, Many researchers have developed various control and modulation techniques on inverters to reduce harmonics and minimize switching losses with the aim of optimizing inverter’s efficiency. Selective harmonic elimination pulse-width modulation (SHEPWM) is the most optimal control of all methods that have been developed to remove low-order harmonics from the inverter output voltage. However, there are challenges in the MLIs analysis process using SHEPWM because solving these equations is difficult. Bio-inspired intelligent algorithms (BIAs) is used to solve this problem. This paper describes in full a review of various studies that have been carried out previously related to the operating principle of nine types of BIA and their application in reducing harmonics. The conclusions has been made on the basis of information extracted from the literatures. All important information in this paper regarding harmonic reduction in MLI will help future research to design efficient power conversion systems.       Abstract: The Efforts to accelerate the development of renewable energy power plants continue to be driven by the central government as stipulated in the National Energy General Plan. One of the plants developed is the Solar Power Plant. Currently about Solar Power Plant in Indonesia is built to reach 152.44 MW from the target set at 6.5 GW. The central government through the Minister of Energy of Resources and Minerals issued policy No. 49 of 2018 on the use of rooftop power plants. Gianyar is one of the areas that have good solar irradiation with an average of 4.99 kWh/m2/day, where it is very potential to build a rooftop PV. This research aims to find out the study of electrical energy and ecomonic generated from Solar Power Plant 10 kWp in Batuan village. Furthermore, surveyed the field to collect data to simulate the performance, comparison, and investment feasibility of the construction of the Solar Power Plant. Data collection of real production and real consumption is carried out for 12 months. Simulations use PVsyst programs and investment feasibility using several methods, such as Net Present Value.(NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Profitability Index (PI), and Payback Period (PP). The total potential Solar Power Plant in of Batuan Village household is 9.3 kWp from the entire roof of the installation of 78.11 m2. The construction of Solar Power Plant in households in Batuan Village with a capacity of 10 kWp has a potential of 6336.3 kWh in a year with a performance of 30.9%, while in real production this Solar Power Plant is able to produce a total of 8,502 kWh in a year. In economic analysis, the feasibility level of plts development investment was declared unfit, with an NPV value of Rp. - 321,004,050 at a discount rate of 10%, the value of IRR - 90.4%, BCR worth 0.78, PI at 0.32, and PP which reached 78 years.

      Abstract: Abstract— The exact estimation of the number of colonies or Colony Forming Units (CFUs) is frequently used in microbiology research, particularly in the field of bacteria. The number of colonies that develop per gram or milliliter of sample is estimated by multiplying the number of plates, the dilution factor, and the volume used [1]. Counting the number of bacterial colonies can be used to determine a bacterium's growth rate. The cup count method is commonly used to accomplish this manually. An instrument called a colony counter can help with colony counting utilizing the cup count method. This technology works by using a pen connected  to a counter to mark the colonies that have been counted. However, because the colony size is tiny and the number of colonies counted is huge, this can lead to inaccuracies, and the same difficulties can happen with manual colony computations. Digital image processing technology has been extensively developed for use in a variety of fields. Researchers had previously undertaken a similar study that attempted to count bacterial colonies and had a 94 percent accuracy rate, but some colonies were not spotted because they were filtered during preprocessing, so they looked into it further.       Abstract: Intisari— Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih membuat perangkat mobile menjadi alternatif utama dalam mengelola urusan kehidupan. Perangkat mobile yang menawarkan adanya layanan dan komputasi adalah smartphone. Kecanggihan teknologi smartphone dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memproses absensi. Sistem absensi merupakan sistem yang dapat mencatat kehadiran setiap pengguna, sistem absensi dapat diproses menggunakan beberapa jenis absensi diantaranya absensi secara konvensional menggunakan tanda tangan dan absensi digital menggunakan Face Recognition dan QR code. Dalam memproses sistem absensi fitur geolocation dapat digunakan untuk mencari lokasi. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menentukan metode absensi digital yang terbaik antara Face Recognition dan QR code menggunakan geolocation. Berdasarkan penjelasan dari penelitian sebelumnya dan melakukan perbandingan antara metode Face Recognition dan QR code dalam memproses sistem absensi didapatkan hasil metode QR code merupakan metode terbaik untuk absensi digital karena memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dan penerapannya lebih mudah.       Abstract: Forecasting is the process of estimating a future value using data from the past or data from the present as a reference. Forecasting is a critical component of an organization's short- and long-term planning as a reference for management decision making. Identifying the data pattern in the time series data utilized is a crucial step in identifying the best forecasting approach for the data pattern. The Gray Prediction Model is a forecasting technique that can be used with partial data or a little amount of data. The Grey-Markov forecasting approach may be used to make very accurate forecasts using Udayana University education acceptance data, which is limited, with only five historical data and data patterns classed as horizontal data patterns with modest fluctuations.

      Abstract: Network Management System is a device with piles of capabilities to help the network engineer to utilize independent network component especially in a wide framework. Network Management System have the capabilities to identify, configure, monitor, update, and troubleshoots the wired also wireless network devices as well. Udayana University have been utilized some type of platforms to monitor and manage its network, those platforms are Cacti and OpenNMS. However, both of those platforms didn’t meet as what the experts called it as Integrated Network Management System. Thus, EVOMAC present as a solution to simplify the workflow of the network engineers. EVOMAC is an acronym for Evolved Network Management System Application that fused with OpenNMS, PostgreSQL, Telegram, and NodeJS. EVOMAC is also cooperates with four basic API methods that build its system such as POSTMethod, PUTMethod, GETMethod, and DELETEMethod. All of those API methods are the foundation of the command functions /start, /nodes, /addnode, /deletenode, /alarm, /category, and /requisition. Each of the command function has their own response time duration since it is related to the speed of the connected internet and the amount of people who has access to it.

      Abstract: The Wheeled Follow Me Suitcase is an automatic robot that can follow human journeys to carry goods to meet their needs. This suitcase has 2 modes; manual and automatic modes. The manual mode of the suitcase will be used like a suitcase in general. While the automatic mode, the suitcase will always follow the owner who already has a special mark (markers). The main components of this system are raspberry pi camera, raspberry pi 4, push button, buzzer, motor driver and dc motor. By doing image processing on special marks (markers) so as to produce a variable distance. The results of processing the reading of the distance variable will be processed into a speed variable, so that the error data range will be obtained. The use of markers of the ArUcoMarker type, limits the distance for reading special marks to a maximum distance of 2 meters which is as stable as possible at a distance of 1 meter. To anticipate failure in reading, a buzzer is used as a sign that the follow me suitcase has been far from the user. In the test results using markers of the ArUco Markers type, a minimum distance of 74 mm is produced, a maximum of 2170 mm. With the smallest reading error rate at a distance of 400 mm and 1100 mm while the largest reading error at a distance of 2000 mm and for the average distance reading error of 0.55%.

      Abstract: Eligibility for Study Programs and Higher Education is determined based on the accreditation process. The accreditation criteria refer to the National Higher Education Standards. Nine standards that must be complete with documents in the accreditation process. The process of preparing form instruments is still done manually causing problems in the process of completing form instruments, because they have to recap a lot of data and require more time to retrieve and process the required data. To simplify the preparation of the form instrument, a data warehouse scheme and service-middleware built to collect the data needed in the preparation of the form instrument. The data warehouse schema design will use Kimball's Nine-Steps approach. Meanwhile, application development will use the Agile approach. The results of this research are in the form of data warehouse schema modeling in the Agile development process for the needs of study program accreditation forms.

This hasty transition proceses are not companied by the readiness of Learning Management System platform that suitable for the education institution. This research is done by doing literature study and platform testing selected Learning Management Systems in order to fulfill its aim, to provide insight about Influencing Factors that can be used to segmenting Learning Management Systems Platform according to its suitability. This studi founds that there are 5 main factors and 3 supporting factors on deciding what Learning Management Systems Platform that will be use on any institution. The main factors consist of ease-of-use, course features, communication features, flexibility, and accessibility. The supporting factors consist of technician requirement, infrastructure requirement, and community support. From influencing factors, we also can devide Learning Management Platforms into 3 categories, there are free open-source, free cloud-based, and premium cloud-based.

      Abstract: In the current era of technological development, e-commerce is required to be more developed, effective, efficient and become the main choice for buyers and sellers. The problem formulation of this journal is the most trending store and the city of origin of the store. This is evidenced by the best-selling products sold based on categories and types of men's fashion products. The purpose of this research is to find out the type of fashion that is loved by male buyers in the Shopee marketplace and get discounts/free shipping and can be a recommendation for what fashion products are suitable for newcomers to Shopee Indonesia. This research was conducted on April 4, 2021, which coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was carried out in 4 steps in applying Web Scrapping and Exploratory Data Analysis techniques: Observation, Data Collection, Information Extraction and Analysis. this research: (1) from the buyer's point of view it can be a reference for the goods to be purchased and get a discount/free shipping because the city of origin of the shop is the same or closest; (2) from the side of new sellers (new traders) in the Indonesian shopee marketplace, it can be a reference for any men's fashion that will sell well in the future based on the store that sells the most products.

  • Monitoring System Kecepatan dan Arah Angin Berbasis Internet of Things
           (IoT) Menggunakan Raspberry Pi 3

      Abstract: Wind is a natural resource that has many benefits for human life, for example, wind can be used to generate electricity, namely the wind power plant, for aircraft navigation purposes during takeoff and landing, as well as for aerospace sports such as paragliding, parasailing and aeromodeling. The existence of wind can also be detrimental to mankind, such as the existence of extreme weather that allows hurricanes, rainstorms, floods and landslides and high sea waves. This study expects to design a prototype tool monitoring system for wind speed and wind vane based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using the Raspberry Pi 3 model B+ as a data processor that can give data abouttwind speed and direction of the wind in realtime and can be accessed remotely when connected to the internet network. Test data read from the sensors displayed on the LCD 16 x 2 and sent to the web server using a router with the goal that it tends to be monitored online by the user with an internet connection. Wind speed data is read in rotations per minute (rpm) and wind direction data can detect up to 16 wind directions. The conclusion of this study is that the based wind speed and wind direction monitoring system Internet of Things (IoT) using Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ can work properly. Wind speed and wind course information are stored in a database, which can be accessed on web the Telegram in realtime. Data transmission of wind speed and wind directions takes place every 1 minute.

  • Penerapan Wavelet Daubechies pada Teknik Estimasi Gerak Bilateral

      Abstract: DVC has the characteristics of lighter encoder performance by transferring the efficiency of the field of motion to the decoder. The characteristics of DVC are similar to FRUC which is a technique to improve the quality of video display from the decoder side by inserting interpolated frames. In this study, multi-resolution bilateral motion estimation based on pyramid wavelets is proposed by comparing the order of wavelets contained in the daubechies wavelet. The parameters compared in this study are PSNR and the computational complexity of the proposed method to improve the quality of the video reconstruction from the decoder side. This study shows that the use of the daubechies wavelet order in the proposed method can obtain sufficient category of PSNR values of db6 with a value of 27.37 dB for video images with moving background characteristics and moving objects, good categories of db7 and db10 with a value of 34.8 dB and 32.06 dB for video images with fixed background characteristics and moving objects, and video images with moving background characteristics and fixed objects. The selection of the wavelet order on the daubechies wavelet can be adjusted to the characteristics of the video image that will be used.

  • Desain dan Implementasi Kendali Digital Proportional-Integral pada Cuk
           Converter

      Abstract: DC-DC converter are required in industrial application to convert a fixed DC voltage into a variable DC voltage. This article focuses on the cuk converter topology which can operate in buck-boost mode which is regulated through the duty cycle pulse width modulation setting and controlled by the dsPIC33EP512MU810 microcontroller by applying the Proportional-Integral (PI) digital closed loop current control method. Using PI control method is considered capable of producing optimal performance and increasing the response time that occurs. The frequency given by the generator signal is used as a reference signal to inject current into the inductor (L1). The current sensor module acts as a measuring device and a reader of the actual current value that appears through the load. The difference between the reference current value and the actual value will produce an error signal value so that it becomes the comparison value of the current sensor results with the PI control method. Simulation results on PSIM, modeling analysis, device implementation and hardware testing graphs in the laboratory have been carried out to prove the design parameters and proposed methods can work as intended.
