Media sosial yang digunakan seperti Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Likenid, dan Whatsapp. Dengan adanya media sosial tersebut banyaknya data yang ada berupa gambar, comment berupa text atau emoticon, video, dan lainnya, sehingga masyarakat bebas beropini. Dengan adanya analisis sentimen opini yang berkembang dan banyak di media sosial tersebut dapat menghasilkan data dan informasi yang bermanfaat. Dalam analisis sentimen diperlukannya algoritma klasifikasi data diantaranya Naive Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Machine, K-NN, RNN, C4.5, Lexicon Based, LDA Based Topic Modeling, dan beberapa algoritma lainnya. Artikel ini menelaah beberapa literature analisis sentimen pada media sosial. Saat ini media sosial yang sering digunakan dalam analisis adalah Twitter dan pengguna algoritma yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat akurasi adalah algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier dan Support Vector Machine. Thresholding and quantization process are the key to lossy compression in this scheme, and the outputs will be coded with Huffman or Arithmetic coding. There are four different codec combinations namely: Coiflet-Huffman, Coiflet-Arithmetic, Symlet-Huffman, Symlet-Arithmetic. Compression performance of each codec will be analyzed based on PSNR and compression ratio. The compression testing used 3 grayscale medical images with dimension of 160x160 pixels. The most optimal PSNR dan rate are produced by Symlet-Aritchmetic codec with recommendation threshold value less than 12. Threshold value above 12 causes PSNR of the reconstruction image will be below the minimum PSNR stardard for digital image, which is of 30dB. PT. Baliyoni Saguna is a company engaged in information technology and telecommunications which currently helps its customers to provide the best solutions according to customer needs. Product quality is a major factor in keeping customers alive and satisfied with the products provided by PT. Baliyoni Saguna. These products need to be reviewed in order to have a reference in creating the best products. Clustering is a method that can be used to see the level of sales that have been made based on the formed clusters. The K-Means algorithm is a method capable of processing sales history data owned by PT. Baliyoni Saguna in forming groups according to the item category of the item. The K-Means algorithm is able to provide convenience in processing large data so that it can be processed more quickly and efficiently. The results of the application of the K-Means algorithm formed 3 clusters representing the most desirable, least desirable, and least desirable categories. In the most desirable category there are 5 total items, 4 in the interested category there are 4 total items, and 14 items less desirable. Setiap perusahaan harus memperhatikan kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Beberapa faktor menentukan apakah suatu layanan dianggap berkualitas baik atau tidak yaitu dari internal dan eksternal. Cara untuk mengukur kualitas layanan tersebut misalnya dengan metode Service Quality dan Importance Performance Analysis. Artikel ini membahas penggunaan metode Service Quality serta metode Importance Performance Analysis yang diterapkan di lembaga pemerintah dan swasta. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode servqual dan IPA telah dapat menemukan layanan mana yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan di lembaga atau swasta. Hasil dari analisis juga dapat dilihat bahwa bahwa layanan pada lembaga swasta lebih baik dalam memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggannya dengan nilai 63% dibandingkan pada lembaga pemerintah hanya dapat memberikan nilai 51%. Konsep penggunaan energi pada IoT perlu diawasi dan dikelola supaya terdapat peningkatan efisensi penggunaan energi sehingga dapat menekan biaya tanpa harus mengurangi kinerjanya. Dalam penelitian ini dibuatlah sebuah prototype sistem kontrol penggunaan energi pada IoT yang nantinya digunakan untuk model Smart Building dalam upaya penghematan energi. Konsep prototipe yang dibuat adalah hybrid network. Pada prototipe digunakan beberapa sensor berfungsi untuk membaca, mengontrol, dan mengirimkan informasi secara realtime dengan protokol zigbee IEEE 802.15.4 dan Wi-Fi ESP8266-01. Model ini diamati dan dianalisis konsumsi energi dan Quality of Service (QoS) transmisi pengiriman data dengan metode clustering. Kinerja pada jaringan bekerja dengan baik dilihat dari kondisi pada lingkungan indoor maupun outdoor. Pengujian konsumsi energi seluruh proses pengiriman data sensor yaitu 0.32 Watt sampai dengan 0.64 Watt dalam waktu 10 Menit, dapat dikatakan komunikasi jaringan pada pengembangan hybrid network ini mengonsumsi energi yang sangat rendah. Total durasi waktu pengujian dengan baterai 12 Volt hingga batas tegangan minimum didapatkan 70 Menit dan tegangan minimal mencapai 7 Volt. Satisfaction is something that can be measured to improve and achieve goals in a company / government institution. The level of satisfaction can be measured by utilizing several methods, including Service Quality. Service Quality can show the difference between the customer's expectations of the company and the services received by the customer and the difference between the expectations and the services received can be seen the level of satisfaction provided by the customer. This study aims to determine the application of the Service Quality method in measuring the level of product / service satisfaction at companies or government institutions with the concept of literature review. The results of the literature review show that the application of the Service Quality method is more widely used in private companies than government institutions. The results also show that product / service service satisfaction is better at government institutions compared to private companies. This is shown in one of the literature which resulted in the achievement of very good levels of satisfaction with service quality in government institutions. Every decision-making process always results in one final choice. In the application of decision support systems often use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP can solve complex problems where many criteria are taken. In addition to the application of DSS, the authors also analyze the effect of implementing Decision Support Systems in an institution using simple linear regression. Simple linear regression is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. From several research reviews in Indonesia, many have applied the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assist in the decision support process. These institutions / organizations are active, in the fields of Academic, Private, Hospital, Tourism, and Government. This study found the results of the evaluation of the desktop-based AHP system development to be the most dominant with a figure of 58% where in government projects the largest was 48%. The capacity of solar PV installed in Australia has reached 16,319 MW and 600 W per capita at the end of 2019, making Australia the country with the highest per-capita capacity in the world. The Australian Government has established policies, regulations, and budgets as commitments to support the achievement of the solar PV capacity. This paper reviews and analyzes policies, regulations, and funds in Australia from federal to state levels on the side of solar PV development. Analysis showed that policies and regulations supported by the suitability of the government budget have a consequential effect on increasing the capacity of solar PV to implement and realize renewable energy targets in Australia. Several policies aforementioned as Feed-in Tariff, RET, NSSP, and budgets that focus on R&D have a significant impact on increasing the capacity of solar PV installed. Thus, realistic targets that are phased in, structured policy and regulatory support, budget compliance, and continuous education to the public are essential aspects that could be adopted in Indonesia to accelerate the realization of the national solar PV capacity target. In this paper, the designed inverter is a type of 1-phase inverter with an output voltage greater than the input voltage. The inverter uses the SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) technique, as a switching process. The purpose of this research is to design a single phase full-bridge inverter by adjusting the switching mosfet using DSPF28069M to produce a sinusoidal wave output. A single phase full-bridge inverter is designed by changing the voltage from the battery or power supply from 12-24 VDC to 12-24 VAC. Then the voltage 12-24 VAC is increased by using a step up transformer. The inverter test results of 17 VDC using a 15/220 VAC step up transformer with an efficiency of 81.4%. The results of the SPWM signal with the inverter input 17 VDC, the voltage issued by the inverter is 227 VAC without load, 194 VAC with a load power of 22 Watts, amounting to 178 VAC with a load power of 40 Watts, amounting to 162 VAC with a load power of 88 Watts, and amounting to 154 VAC with a load power of 128 Watts. The aim is to affect the psychological condition in term of mood so it will lead to positive stress level with either low or high energy. Music with positive stress level and low energy level is categorized as contentment. Positive stress level music and high energy level is categorized as exuberance. MIR (Music Information Retrieval) is a part of Data Mining which digging information about music’s data. One of them is the mood’s classification which is interpreted by chunks of music data. This research designs and builds the classification system to detect the Balinese gamelan angklung instrumental music’s mood using K-NN algorithm and K-NN based Genetic Algorithm. K-NN is able to overcome the classification problem well. However, behind its excellence, the very sensitive k value setting becomes a weakness. Applying Genetic Algorithm on the K-NN classification system optimizes the optimal k value’s determination. Based on the same training and testing data set, K-NN gives 81,08% (k=6) as the highest accuracy percentage, while K-NN based Genetic Algorithm gives 89,19% (k=4) as the highest accuracy percentage. SIMDOSEN was developed with a monolithic architecture and has several modules including lecturer data management module, lecturer history, management of tridharma perguruan tinggi activities, lecturer performance targets, etc. Dynamic policy changes cause the system to be difficult to adapt to accommodate needs and lack of documentation cause different interpretations of system function between programmers. With microservices, the system will be split into several services using a RESTful API which is documented using OpenAPI Specifications so that it is hoped that the development of SIMDOSEN will be more adaptive to changes in system requirements and reduce misunderstanding between programmers in the future. Penyakit ini merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian. Salah satu akibat kelumpuhan pada lengan yakni kelainan pada sistem gerak jari tangan. Penelitian ini dirancang sebuah smart glove yang dapat mendeteksi gestur jari-jari tangan. Perancangan smart glove ini digunakan lima buah flex sensor yang diletakkan pada jari tangan, sistem melakukan pembacaan data dari sensor flex akan diproses oleh mikrokontroller arduino nano, selanjutnya data akan di kirim ke aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan visual basic tertampil grafik secara real time. Smart glove ini juga dilengkapi dengan teknologi sensor grove finger clip heart rate digunakan untuk mendeteksi kondisi kardio atau denyut jantung pada pasien pasca stroke dengan basis IoT (Internet of Things). Sistem melakukan pembacaan oleh mikrokontroller dan ESP-8266 sebagai pengiriman data ke software blynk. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh data hasil 85% keberhasilan atau kemiripan data gerak jari-jari tangan dengan nilai kemiripan diatas 90% dan hasil pengujian sensor grove finger clip heart rate didapatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 99. 05%. Important factors in delivery are cost, speed, service and consistency. In order for these factors to be met optimally, the capacity and time windows must be considered. Capacity affects service and consistency, so the right route must be choosen with the shortest distance and the right capacity. Time windows affects on the speed and costs so that the delivery must be carried out according specified time and company operating hours. This research purpose to produce delivery routes that consider capacity and delivery time. There are two steps in calculation, which is clustering and searching of optimal delivery route. The clustering step uses a polar angle and the optimal route searching uses the nearest neighbour and the tabu search. The test show that the delivery route generated by the system can make efficiency distance of 12.18%, time of 5.54% and capacity of 1.27% and cost of 12.18%. The benefits of this technological development can be felt by all sectors, including the government sector which must protect the people and the state. In improving the quality of public services, the government must implement a government based on digital information technology. Therefore, the central and regional governments have provided online-based public complaint services. To improve the quality of service, the online complaint system must run optimally. The methods that are widely used to find the similarity of the complaint text are the cosine similarity method and the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method for classifying complaint data. This study reviews the application of the two methods to determine the level of accuracy before it can be implemented in the online complaint system. The results of the review state that the Cosine Similarity method has an accuracy rate of 71.5% and ANN has an accuracy rate of 77%. While other method have an accuracy rate of 67%. From the percentage of this values, its can be concluded use of Cosine Similarity and ANN methods is feasible to use in classifying data in the Online Community Complaint System. Until now, the number of users of the simplebiz application throughout Indonesia has reached 10,508 people, while the number of technical support in the IT-helpdesk division at PT. Bamboomedia Cipta Persada only 2 people. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can be used by users of the simplebiz application to obtain solutions to the problems they face, as if they were consulting directly with a technical support, so that it is expected to be able to help technical support in the IT-helpdesk division at PT. Bamboomedia Cipta Persada in handling and reducing the number of complaints received either face-to-face, by telephone, or via SMS. In this research, an IT-helpdesk system for maintenance and simplebiz application tutorial has been successfully designed and built using forward chaining and certainty factor Methods. The percentage of confidence from the solution generated by the system to the problems faced by simplebiz application users is 80% and the level of confidence from the output to the contribution of solving the problem is ALMOST SURE. Several studies have shown that these aspects can be measured through usability analysis. This research was conducted to analyze the usability of a project management information system developed and used at PT. Baliyoni Saguna Group. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of usability of information systems or usability by measuring four aspects of usability, Measurements are made using the Use Questionnaire which is measured using a Linkert scale with a scale of 5. So it is hoped that this research in the future can be a reference for companies to continue to develop information systems to support business activities and increase company competitiveness. The results of the study indicate that the Ayoowork Baliyoni information system has a good usability level with a score interpretation value of 62.07%. The scores of each aspect measured are usefulness with a score of 593 or 62.94%, ease of use 61.39%, ease of learning 60.59%, and satisfaction with 63.03%. Public street lights that are damaged and prone to theft require monitoring and security systems. As a measurement of voltage, current and power, the INA219 current sensor is used. The sensor value will be read by the NodeMCU microcontroller and sent with IoT to be displayed in the Blynk application on the cellphone so that the processed information can be seen. PIR sensors and ultrasonic sensors are used to identify and detect objects around PJUTS lamps so that they can function as safety for street lights. In the estimation of battery charging, the solar cell gets the highest light at the estimated 12:00-13:00 with a value of 99800 and produces 6.97 watts of power, with a voltage of 11.8 volts and a current of 0.6 amperes. The farthest distance a PIR sensor can identify the progress of an object is 5 meters. The size of the data sent to Blynk within 24 hours is 119.16MB. The process of creating questions can be done more easily, quickly, and structured with the Automatic Question Generator (AQG) system. This application uses the Text Matching Method to find keywords in a paragraph, where the Expected Answer Type (EAT) method would identify these keywords. The EAT method helped to identify the type of answers in a paragraph therefore the type of questions would be recognized. The types of questions used are 5W + 1H consisting of Who, Where, When, Why, What, How, and How Many.The next method is the Template Based Method which played a role in compiling the question sentence based on the pre-registered template. The questions were produced using the Revised Bloom's Taxonomy concept, where these questions consisted of categories (1) remembering; (2) understand; (3) apply; (4) analyze; (5) evaluate; and (6) create. The trial result in 14 learning materials, showed that the application could generate 826 questions with an average level of accuracy of 89%. Currently, electricity monitoring is still done manually together with it requires a system that can measure the electrical parameters automatically. Therefore, an electrical monitoring system is designed for a three-phase system based on a wireless sensor network (WSN) using LoRa communication. The system consists of a transmitter node as a measured voltage, current, frequency, power factor, and active power using the PZEM-004T module. The receiver node is a gateway that receives data from the transmitter node used LoRa transmission and then forwards the data to be stored in a database using the internet network. The receiver node is equipped with backup data when the node receiver cannot be connected to the internet network. Finally, web monitoring is designed to make it easier for users to access electricity monitoring data online. Web monitoring will display data onto voltage, current, frequency, power factor in a single-phase system and active power in the form of the three-phase system into tables and graphs. COBIT 5 is a comprehensive framework and can help (governance) management and (management) management in obtaining the goals of the organization/company. This study aims to determine the application of the COBIT 5 framework to measure the maturity level of information technology governance in institutions or organizations in Indonesia. It was found that COBIT 5 has been applied to various types of organizations such as private companies, government agencies, hospital agencies, and educational institutions. The average government and health institutions expect to achieve capability level 5 to get the optimal process, while the average achievement level capability is at level 3 with a value of 2. Therefore, it is necessary to provide recommendations for improvement to achieve expectations at capability level 5. ISO/IEC 25010 consists of the software product quality model and quality in use model. This article reviews some of the literature that discusses the measurement of software quality using the ISO/IEC 25010 model. Currently, the ISO/IEC 25010 has been applied to assess the quality of academic information systems, government information systems and private institutions, games, mobile applications, and decision support systems. The results of software quality assessment can be determined through the measurement of important aspects chosen based on the needs of each software. Pages: 29 - 36 Abstract: Augmented Reality technology applied in the world of education can make the learning process more effective and more efficient. This study built an augmented reality application by applying the marker based tracking method which was then applied to the industrial instrumentation practicum course at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University. This aims to make practicum more effective and efficient. The resulting application is then tested using 2 tests, namely usability testing using the Usability method with a Likert scale and comparison testing using the Paired Sample T-test method. Usability testing aims to determine an assessment of the usability level of the application. In this test, we get a reusability value of 73.5 from a scale of 0-100. These results can be interpreted that this application has a good usability value. Comparative testing using the Paired Sample T-test method aims to obtain information on the extent of the comparison of the understanding of each respondent before and after the application of augmented reality in industrial instrumentation courses. In this test, the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 which is still below the threshold of the Paired Sample T-test, which is 0.05. So this research concludes that there is a real difference between the results before and after the respondents used the application. This study concludes that the functionality of using this application can be considered to replace the visit of industrial instrumentation practicum courses so that the implementation of practicum becomes more effective and efficient. Ariastina Pages: 37 - 46 Abstract: Abstract - This paper introduces a redesign of Micro Hydro Power Plant (MHPP) in Banjar Dinas Mekar Sari, Panji Village, District of Sukasada, Buleleng Regency, Bali. The MHPP has been operated since 1980 by utilizing waterflow of Tukad Pasut River. Early investigation indicated that there is a reduced production capacity of the MHPP due to lack of maintenance. In addition, the initial design of the MHPP has not adopted the advanced power control systems, resulting in inefficient power production. The introduced design of the new MHPP utilizes a crossflow turbine to accommodate a waterflow rate of 1,32 m3/s and with an effective head of 16 m. The turbine mechanical energy is coupled to a generator by means of a belt coupling system, with a belt length of 3099 mm. The pulley diameter is 750 mm for the turbine side, and it is 149 mm for the generator side. The generator capacity is 185 kVA, 50 Hz, 230/400 V, 1500 rpm, and with an efficiency of 94%. The Electronic Load Controller has a capacity of 180 kW, with 6 ballast loads of 30 kW. The connection from the generator to the transformer uses the NYFGbY underground cable of 4 × 95 mm2, with a length of 69 m. This research aims to be able to design and build devices that can be applied as a means of measuring network quality more simply and economically so as to support the mobility of technicians to use and maintain their networks .The devices built on the study are based on the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. Comparison of device performance measurement results such as battery life, ping, upload and download rate between devices built with laptop usage gives almost the same results. The test uses 4, TEP1-142 T300 in series, the test is carried out in several stages, namely no-load testing, the highest voltage obtained reaches 8 volts at ('T) the temperature difference between TH and TL 31 oC, the temperature is TH 65 oC and the temperature TL 34 oC. then using a load of 5 watt led lights experiencing a voltage drop, the maximum voltage is 5 volts with the power obtained 0.41 watts at 0.07 amperes, the test uses a boost converter, the voltage is as stable as 5 volts, where the thermoelectric voltage is V-in. must get a voltage of 3 volts. In this test the thermoelectric generator generates electrical power which is influenced by the temperature difference between TH and TL where the TL temperature must be lower than TH to get high power, the temperature at TL must always be maintained, therefore a good temperature cooling radiator is needed at TL, which is not more than 40 oC, the power generated can only turn on a 5volt lamp with a power of 0.34 watts which is very small because the number of thermoelectric modules also affects the power produced, the advantage in this test is that we can take advantage of the exhaust heat of motorized vehicles. Sistem Snort dan Honeypot merupakan sistem kemanan berlapis yang dimana jaringan internal akan di awasi selama 24 jam setiap harinya, sehingga jika terdapat data masuk yang mencurigakan sistem akan memberikan informasi otomatis bahwa adanya serangan berupa malware atau hacker. Snort dapat mendeteksi dan menyimpan 250519 jumlah data dengan 27 atribut yang disediakan Snort secara default. Honeypot dapat mendeteksi dan menyimpan sebanyak 248.574 data yang dimana tercatat 10 jenis serangan. System honeypot mendeteksi 10 jenis serangan yang berbeda dengan IP address pada setiap serangan. Dari 10 jenis serangan diambil 5 jenis serangan terbesar dan 5 IP address terbesar pada setiap jenis serangan. Sehingga fungsi sistem snort dan honeypot telah dapat mendeteksi adanya serangan serta menyimpan data penyerang pada sistem, dan dapat berjalan secara bersamaan pada satu jaringan. BARS adalah suatu metode dalam penilaian kinerja yang berdasarkan pada perilaku dari masing-masing individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dari metode BARS dalam menilai tingkat kinerja pada organisasi swasta dan negeri. Hasil yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode BARS lebih banyak digunakan pada organisasi swasta dibandingkan dengan organsisasi negeri. Nilai yang ditunjukkan beberapa organisasi swasta lebih signifikan karena sudah mencapai dan hampir mendapatkan nilai tertinggi yang berarti melebihi tingkat nilai BARS dalam penilaian. The strength of this research is using the "true experimental" model and assessing a person's lying / honest voice in real time parallel to the polygraph test. The study was conducted on 6 subjects (3 couples) which were divided into 2 groups, namely the control group that was not treated, and the treatment group who received treatment with instructions to take money in a wallet on the table and was asked to lie not to take the money in question. . Voice samples are the answers to “No” to the relevant and comparison questions on the examined subjects on the polygraph test. The Praat software was used for feature extraction and data analysis using SPSS with the Paired Samples T Test and the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test for different tests. Based on the results of the statistical analysis of acoustic phonetic features, a scoring system is proposed by setting a score (+1) when the results of Ho's statistical analysis are accepted (Sig value> 0.05) or in other words there is no difference between the formant, intensity and pitch values of the answer to the word "no" to the comparison question. with the answer to the word "no" in the relevant question. And vice versa set a score (-1) when the results of statistical analysis Ho is rejected (Sig value <0.05) or in other words there are differences in the value of formant, intensity and pitch of the answer to the word "no" to the comparison question with the answer to the word "no" to the relevant question. The final conclusion is that the total score (+) indicates honest and the total score (-) indicates a lie. Based on the total value of statistical analysis, the formant features are known to be very significant for detecting someone's lies, because in this study they have a 100% probability of successfully detecting lies, while the intensity and pitch features are less significant for detecting lies because they only have a 66.666% probability of successfully detecting lies 33.333%. The turbines that will be compared are the turbine with semicircular blades and the NEST-LIE turbine. The comparison of turbine performance intended in this study is the comparison of the output power and efficiency of the turbine on predetermined parameters. In this study, the parameters that have to be used are nozzle angle 00, 50, 100, 150, 200, and nozzle position at an angle of 00, 150, 300, and 450. The performance characteristics of the turbine that will be measured are the angular velocity (rpm) of each turbine and the amount of turbine output power. Based on the research results, the semicircular turbine produces the highest turbine and generator rotation speed at nozzle position 450 and nozzle angle of 100. With turbine rotation of 168.6 rpm, generator rotation of 751 rpm, the output power of 0.0213 VA, and torque of 0.00276 Nm. While the NEST-LIE turbine produces the highest turbine and generator rotation speed at nozzle position 450 and nozzle angle of 50. With a turbine rotation of 342.4 rpm and a generator rotation of 1349 rpm, the output power is 0.1802 VA and torque of 0.00503 Nm. Intisari— Melalui penelitian ini penulis ingin melakukan perbandingan terhadap kinerja dua jenis turbin yang berbeda dengan mengubah beberapa parameter. Turbin yang akan dibandingkan adalah turbin dengan sudu setengah lingkaran dan turbin NEST-LIE. Perbandingan kinerja turbin yang dimaksudkan pada penelitian ini adalah perbandingan daya output dan efiseinsi turbin pada parameter yang telah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini, parameter yang akan digunakan adalah sudut nozzle 00, 50, 100, 150, 200, dan posisi nozzle pada sudut 00, 150, 300 dan 450. Karakteristik kinerja turbin yang nantinya akan diukur adalah besarnya kecepatan sudut (rpm) masing-masing turbin dan besarnya daya output turbin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, turbin setengah lingkaran menghasilkan kecepatan putaran turbin dan generator tertinggi di posisi nozzle 450 dan sudut nozzle 100. Dengan putaran turbin sebesar 168,6 rpm, putaran generator sebesar 751 rpm, daya output sebesar 0.0213 VA dan torsi sebesar 0.00276 Nm. Sedangkan pada turbin NEST-LIE menghasilkan kecepatan putaran turbin dan generator tertinggi di posisi nozzle 450 dan sudut nozzle 50. Dengan putaran turbin sebesar 342,4 rpm dan putaran generator sebesar 1349 rpm, daya output sebesar 0.1802 VA dan torsi sebesar 0.00503 Nm. Currently, most expert systems are based on the web and Android/iOS platforms. The development of an expert system based on web applications or Android/iOS faces several challenges. The challenge is that it requires a lot of development time and costs because it has to develop an interface and requires a server with good performance. The challenge faced from the user's side is that more storage space is needed to install an expert system on smartphones. The solution proposed in this study is to develop an expert dental disease diagnosis system using the Breadth First Search Method based on instant messaging. One of the most popular instant messaging in Indonesia is LINE Messenger. This research succeeded in developing a dental disease diagnosis expert system based on LINE Messenger that is easily accessible and capable of diagnosing diseases with an accuracy rate of 90.9%. The application of the prototype method makes it easier to design this system because there is a prototyping section that makes it easier for researchers to make the necessary designs. This study aims to produce an information system design for employee acceptance. Based on the research results, this system has been successfully designed as expected so that the prototype that has been made can be used as a basis for continuing to work on the system to be made. Setiap mata uang memiliki nilai yang bervariasi pada setiap negara, sehingga negara yang satu memiliki nilai mata uang yang berbeda dengan negara lainnya. Asia merupakan sebuah benua terbesar dan terluas di dunia. Sebagian besar wisatawan yang mengunjungi Indonesia berasal dari Asia. Sehingga pertukaran mata uang terbanyak yaitu mata uang dari negara-negara yang ada di Asia. Mata uang digunakan sebagai alat tukar antar negara yang bernilai disebut nilai tukar. Perbedaan nilai tukar antara satu negara dengan negara lainnya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan nilai tukar yaitu faktor inflasi yang ada di setiap negara. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, perlu adanya sebuah permalan nilai tukar yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai tukar dimasa mendatang. Quantum Neural Network pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai tukar Indonesia dengan Beberapa Negara di Asia. Mata uang yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pertukaran mata uang Indonesia dengan Singapore, Hongkong dan Japan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu nilai akurasi pada Prediksi Nilai Mata Uang dengan menggunakan Quantum Neural Network sebesar 99.78% pada Singapore Dollar ke Indonesia Rupiah, 99.57% pada Hongkong Dollar ke Indonesia Rupiah, dan 99.60% pada Japan Yen ke Indonesian Rupiah. Balinese traditional village as well known as Desa Adat manage those tourist attractions. Also, Desa Adat has a role in preserving Balinese culture because Desa Adat routinely holds cultural activities such as performing arts and religious ceremonies. The rapid development of technology has brought the internet and smartphones to Desa Adat. These developments have had various positive impacts, for example, the ease of accessing information through the internet and information technology. Desa Adat can utilize information technology to facilitate various activities. However, there are still Desa Adat in Bali that has not utilized information technology therefore, the potential of these villages is not maximized. In the future, there are still many new technologies that will become trends. Therefore, it is not too late for Desa Adat in Bali to utilize information technology. This journal examines previous research on the use of information technology in villages. The purpose of this study is to obtain several aspects of Desa Adat in Bali that can be accommodated by information technology, therefore, the role of Desa Adat in Bali can be optimized. Based on Government Regulation No.17 of 2019 article 20 section 1: Every Data Center owner must have a Disaster Recovery Center. Evaluation of Disaster Recovery Center Development for Udayana University Data Center conducted by considering aspects of natural threats, human threats, environmental threats, existing Data Center specification, virtualization, and cloud technology used to maintain the availability of Data Center services for Udayana University with the most efficient development costs. Using cost comparation for DRC development and operation for 3 years, found that implementation cost of Cloud DRC 3 times higher compare to Conventional DRC.
