      GaN-based solutions can handle emerging technological demands from today’s fast-changing electronics industry. AlGaN/GaN heterostructures offer the possibility of a variety of applications. The primary issues in commercializing GaN-based technology are reliability and performance enhancement. This research focuses on recent improvements in AlGaN/GaN-based high-electron-mobility transistors (HEMTs) for diverse high-speed applications. This review will assist researchers in gathering all relevant knowledge on AlGaN/GaN HEMT structure in one location, allowing them to focus on developing high-speed applications.

  • Design of Low Power Analog/RF Signal Processing Circuits Using 22 nm

      The gate-all-around (GAA) silicon-on-insulator (SOI) Schottky barrier (SB) nano-wire (NW) MOSFET was recently proposed for low-power and high-frequency analog and radio frequency (RF) circuits. But their use in low-power and high-frequency analog/RF circuits is still under investigation. In this work, basic analog signal processing circuits using gate-all-around SOI-SB-NW MOSFETs are designed for low-power and high-frequency applications. These basic and necessary analog processing circuits are designed for ± 0.3 V and ± 0.25 V power supplies to work on frequencies up to 10 GHz. The analog/RF characteristics of the GAA SOI-SB MOSFET are compared with those of the GAA SB NW MOSFET. The SOI-SB NW MOSFET shows improvements in early voltage, output resistance, and transconductance generation factor. The Silvaco TCAD simulator is used to obtain the results and perform numerical simulations. Simulation results show good analog/RF performance of the analog processing circuits.

  • Compact Spice Models for Terafets

      Abstract: International Journal of High Speed Electronics and Systems, Volume 33, Issue 01, March 2024.
      Field effect transistors (FETs) in plasmonic regimes of operation could detect terahertz (THz) radiation and operate as THz interferometers, spectrometers, frequency-to-digital converters and THz modulators and sources. We report on the development of compact models for Si MOS (Metal-Oxide-semiconductor) and heterostructure-based plasmonic FETs (or TeraFETs) suitable for circuit design in the THz range and based on the multi-segment unified charge control model. This model accounts for the electron inertia effect (by incorporating segmented Drude inductances), for the ballistic field effect mobility, which is proportional to the channel length, for parasitic resistances and capacitances and for the leakage current. It is validated by comparison with experimental data and TCAD simulation results. The model can be used for simulation and optimization of sub-THz and THz detectors. Our simulations use up to 200 segments in the device channel. The results are also in good qualitative agreement with the hydrodynamic simulations. Applications of our model could dramatically reduce astronomical design costs of nanoscale VLSI reaching US$1.5 billion for the 3 nm technological node.

      Based on the Light GCN-CSCM model, this study for recommending online English. With the popularity of the Internet, online English teaching platforms are booming, but learners still face challenges in choosing the right content from numerous resources. This study aims using social network information, combined with the Light GCN-CSCM model, to achieve accurate and personalized English teaching resource recommendations. This paper introduces the principle of the Light GCN-CSCM model and applies it to online English teaching resource recommendations. Methods such as data preprocessing, model realization, integration and optimization of the recommendation system are designed, and appropriate evaluation indexes are selected for evaluation. The effectiveness and performance advantages of the proposed method are verified by experiments on real data sets. The Light GCN-CSCM model-based online English teaching resource recommendation method has achieved significant improvement in the accuracy of personalized recommendations and user satisfaction. This study constructed an efficient recommendation system by in-depth analyzing the characteristics of online English teaching resources and the needs of users. This system can provide customized teaching resources for users based on their learning habits, levels, and interests, greatly improving the pertinence and efficiency of learning.

      With the vigorous development of computer technology, its application in various fields is increasingly deepening, especially in the application of martial arts performance training models. This paper focuses on the practical application and far-reaching impact of computer image structure optimization in martial arts performance training models. Computer image structure optimization is a multidisciplinary technique that involves image processing, computer vision, and machine learning, aiming to optimize the visual effects and quality of images through algorithms and models. In the training model of martial arts performance, computer image structure optimization technology plays a crucial role. By utilizing advanced technologies such as color management, light and shadow processing, motion estimation and compensation, the clarity, smoothness, and coherence of martial arts performance images can be effectively improved, thereby enhancing the artistic effect and viewing value of martial arts performances. The study delved into the application effect of computer image structure optimization in martial arts performance training models. Through empirical research, we have found that optimized images can not only more accurately display the details and techniques of martial arts movements, but also create a more stunning performance atmosphere. Meanwhile, computer image structure optimization technology can also provide more accurate and efficient feedback mechanisms for martial arts performance training, helping athletes better adjust and improve their movements.

  • Research on the Application of Computer-Aided Electronic Music Technology
           in Folk Music Creation

      In the current environment of folk music creation, it is found that the incubation rate of excellent music works is gradually decreasing. The introduction of electronic music technology provides a new possibility for the creation of folk music. Through electronic music technology, a new pattern of folk music creation can be established. This mode can not only break through the limitations of traditional creation mode but also greatly improve the efficiency and quality of creation. This paper constructs a folk music creation model based on electronic music technology and tests its functionality. First, choose a music studio as the laboratory, and then select electronic music technology built for audio acquisition and processing. Through integrated algorithms, different types of audio are placed into the system for unordered stacking and reassembly. Finally, the obtained audio combination is output to the audio output device to evaluate the results of the scheme, and the collected data are currently applied to the actual music fundamental frequency. In the evaluation stage, five types were selected and the results expressed in the plan were compared. To further improve the accuracy and reliability of authoring, we have also introduced integrated algorithms into this new authoring mode. By integrating the algorithm, the further creation and optimization of the music score can be realized, thus improving the accuracy and reliability of the creation. In the actual test, it is found that this mode of folk music creation based on electronic music technology is completely feasible. By testing the accuracy of music creation, it is found that this new creation mode can greatly improve the accuracy of music creation. In terms of the rationality of dealing with the complexity pattern of folk music design generation architecture, the music creation mode is significantly higher than the traditional processing mode. The processing of mixed design tasks is also more orderly than the response time of traditional state processing tasks. The overall effect of traditional methods can only reach 0.87, while the optimal effect of using information integration can reach 0.97.

      The theme of today’s world is peace and development. A stable external environment has made people’s average life expectancy gradually increased, and the world is rapidly aging. Aging has brought many problems, such as the increase in the number of patients with limb dysfunction due to various diseases, which has gradually increased the demand for rehabilitation training. With traditional rehabilitation training methods, the training scenes are single and boring, and patients are prone to resisting. This paper designs and implements a real-time rehabilitation training guidance system based on self-powered sensors for the rehabilitation training needs of stroke patients. The system uses self-powered sensors to collect human motion information in real time, and compares it with the key posture sequences in the standard motion library to obtain corresponding matching results and guide patients to perform correct rehabilitation training. Using the rotation quaternion of 25 bone points in the patient’s rehabilitation exercise to calculate and update the rotation quaternion of the corresponding bone point of the character model, the function of the character model to follow the patient’s mirror motion is realized. This allows patients to control the completion of their rehabilitation movements without the need for medical staff to accompany them. And the stability of the system is optimized based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm. After traversal optimization, the current sensitivity coefficient of the model is reduced by about 75% compared with that before the correction, indicating that the current stability of the model obtained at this time has been improved to a certain extent. However, in the regression model of the self-powered sensor established by the particle swarm optimization algorithm, its parameters are reduced by about 82% compared with those before the correction, which shows that the current stability of the model has been greatly improved at this time, and the operating current of the receiving loop has been greatly improved.

      In this age of big data, education researchers are reconceptualizing and re-evaluating the value of education data. Therefore, we need to use educational data mining methods for data analysis to better guide teaching. The informatization level of colleges and universities is improving year by year, and the entire training data of students from enrollment to graduation is stored. These datasets are collected, stored, and kept by different departments, contain a large amount of regular and relevant information, and truly record the growth footprint of students. Traditional educational decision-making has not yet fully explored and used the valuable information hidden in data resources. Although some scholars have carried out research related to campus data mining at this stage, there are still many problems that have not yet been solved in the application of decision-making in colleges and universities. This paper is based on the idea of data-driven decision-making, combined with the data characteristics of campus big data, and establishes a model solution for student behavior analysis and behavior prediction by applying multiple machine learning algorithms. On the basis of the analysis of students’ academic behavior performance in the context of multi-category educational data, we proposed a cluster analysis framework for processing multi-type campus big data, and described the group characteristics of the clustering results. By introducing the K-prototype algorithm, we effectively solved the multi-category problem where traditional clustering algorithms (such as K-Means, etc.) cannot adapt to the attributes of educational data. The research results show that innovative educational decision-making models and methods are based on the idea of “data-prediction-decision”, which promotes the application research of big data science in the area of education.

      Track and field teaching has always been an important part in school physical education (PE). With the deepening of curriculum reform and the continuous growth of IT, universities have gradually broken the old instructional mode, and have set up online teaching platforms and developed new instructional modes. How to integrate modern teaching and learning theory into the new teaching technology platform is the requirement of the times and the inevitable theme of the current PE reform. In this article, the track and field instructional resources under the platform of instructional resources management are studied, and the classification mining algorithm is used to mine and analyze the students’ interest data, so as to find out the rules and patterns of users’ access to instructional resources, thus further optimizing the allocation of users’ access to instructional resources, improving the efficiency of users’ access to instructional resources and the utilization rate of instructional resources. Experiments show that the improved collaborative filtering (CF) algorithm based on deep learning is superior to the other two algorithms in recommendation error, and the error is reduced by 10.69% compared with the traditional CF algorithm.

  • Power-Carbon Information Management System Based on Machine Learning

      With the deepening reform of the power market and carbon market, great progress has been made in informatization. Power information may be stored in many scattered places, and it is difficult to share data between different departments or systems. This leads to fragmentation and redundancy of information and makes information exchange difficult. Blockchain can improve the reliability of Power-Carbon Management System (briefly described as PCMS for convenience) data processing. PCMS informatization has become the basis for improving the quality and efficiency of project management and maximizing the environmental and economic benefits of the project. Because the power information management system can effectively control the flow of information and resource allocation. Due to the requirement of low-carbon and stable power production, PCMS attaches great importance to the application and implementation of information in power management, but does not attach enough importance to the informatization of power production management. Therefore, this paper analyzed the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of PCMS through machine learning algorithm, then constructed the design principles, and finally proposed the optimization path of PCMS according to the principles. The information collection ability and system control ability of the optimized PCMS were better than the original PCMS. The information collection ability was 14.2% higher than the original, and the system control ability was 9.8% higher than the original. In general, both blockchain and machine learning can improve the data reliability of PCMS.

      The embedded system of intelligent reservoir dam achieves the integration and efficient utilization of water conservancy dam system data through multi-channel data collection and analysis calculated by computer technology, CNC system, and neural network. Compared with traditional data collection and processing methods, both timeliness and accuracy have been greatly improved. This study aims to develop a multi-channel sensor data acquisition device for reservoir dams based on embedded system technology. This device can collect real-time and efficient data from sensors in various parts of the dam, ensuring the safe operation of the reservoir dam. By using advanced embedded system technology, this device has advantages such as low power consumption, high stability, and real-time data transmission. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to study the embedded multi-channel sensor data acquisition device for reservoir dams in multiple directions and factors. The AHP method provides an effective means for problem decision-making in complex situations. Referring to the AHP method, the factors that affect reservoir dams can be divided into different levels. Compare the importance of two random factors in each level to obtain a specific quantitative expression of the relative important factors on a scale. Then repeat this step to obtain the weight ranking for different levels. At the same time, the device monitors key parameters such as temperature, humidity, displacement, and pressure in various parts of the dam through multiple sensors, providing strong support for early warning and decision-making of reservoir dams. The results of this study have important practical significance and application value for improving the safety and stability of reservoir dams.

      With the rapid development of society and cultural diversity, local opera, as a representative of traditional art, faces dual challenges of inheritance and innovation. The inheritance of traditional Chinese opera often relies on oral instruction, but in modern society, this method is no longer suitable for the rapidly changing cultural environment. The purpose of this study is to explore in depth the innovative cultural dissemination path of local opera through data mining techniques. This paper uses data mining techniques to explore and analyze the inheritance of innovative culture in local opera, and to study the inheritance paths. This paper proposes a data mining-based method for analyzing and identifying the paths of inheritance of innovative culture in local opera. This paper focuses on two aspects of technology clustering and technology theme association, and the research paths are divided into flexible clustering based on data enhancement and technology evolution path identification based on theme extraction. Firstly, the heritage changes of dating tunes are discussed. Secondly, the unique artistic esthetics of the dating tune is compared with the artistic characteristics of Henan opera and the three-stringed book. Through the research and learning experience of the Dai Yongqu, it is easier to thoroughly understand the artistic essence and cultural connotation of the Dai Yongqu, and that exposure to the Dai Yongqu is a process of touching traditional culture. In the text clustering section, the data co-occurrence frequency matrix is constructed based on the results of multiple clustering, transforming the problem of determining the number of clusters into a co-occurrence frequency problem with semantic information of the text, thus achieving the purpose of flexible clustering on demand. In a comparison with existing methods, the text representation method using data-enhanced coding achieves better semantic coding results. The flexible clustering method can differentiate the data better than the clustering method with a defined number of clusters and obtains clustering results with high intra-class similarity and high inter-class differentiation.

      A terahertz (THz) wave generator for multiplying the output power from arrayed photomixers is developed. The generator is composed of two uni-traveling carrier photodiodes (UTC-PDs) as the photomixers, a [math] T-junction power combiner and a microstrip rectangular patch antenna on a silicon carbide (SiC) substrate in which photocurrents of 300[math]GHz from the UTC-PDs are combined to be fed to the antenna. Experimental results show that the output power is multiplied by 5.8[math]dB (approximately fourfold) compared to that of a single UTC-PD. This advancement has the potential for further multiplication of THz power by cascaded combining of a larger number of UTC-PDs.

  • Temperature Dependence of Hot-Electron Graphene Fet Bolometric Detectors

      In this paper, we analyze the modulation characteristics and the ultimate modulation frequency of the terahertz (THz) hot-electron FET bolometers with the graphene channels (GCs), metal gate (MG), and gate barrier layers (BLs) in a wide temperature range. Our results predict that the responsivity of GC-FET bolometers decreases with decreasing operating temperature. This is attributed to a dramatic drop in the thermionic GC-MG current (characterized by the relatively large activation energy) and its modulated component when the temperature lowers. A further decrease in the temperature results in a fairly strong responsivity roll-off. In contrast, the responsivity of the GC-FET detectors with the temperature-adjusted load resistance rises with decreasing temperature because the temperature lowering leads to an increase in the electron energy relaxation time and promotes more effective heating by the impinging THz radiation. In this case, the weakening of the thermionic current is compensated by the commensurate increase in the load resistance.

      With the advent of the big data era, data-driven decision-making and analysis are increasingly valued in various fields. Especially in the field of education, how to use big data technology to better understand student needs, optimize the education process, and improve education quality has become an important research topic. This paper will explore the application of decision trees and related analysis algorithms in the analysis of college students’ physical fitness, in order to provide scientific basis for improving the physical health level of college students. This paper studies the application of DT (decision tree) and correlation analysis algorithm in the analysis of college students’ physical fitness. In this paper, the method of big data and DM (data mining) is proposed to extract the rules contained in the data information, so as to directly provide auxiliary decision-making for physical fitness test and analysis. The research results show that through training the training set, a good classification accuracy rate is achieved, and through optimizing the depth, the accuracy rate can reach more than 85.033%. Using DM technology as a carrier, this paper digs into the rules behind the new knowledge of college students’ physical fitness, and digs out the previously unknown, implied and potentially useful information and knowledge.

      Terahertz (THz) sensing technology enables 6G communication, detection of biological and chemical hazardous agents, cancer detection, monitoring of industrial processes and products, and detection of mines and explosives. THz sensors support security in buildings, airports, and other public spaces. They found important applications in radioastronomy and space research and, more recently, in Artificial Intelligence-driven THz sensing of MMICs and VLSI. Exploding demand for data transfers will require using the 300 GHz band after 2028 or even before and will make the deployment of THz sensing electronics inevitable. This paper discusses the new physics of THz sensing and THz sensing devices. It also reviews the THz sensing market, and key THz sensor companies.

      In this paper, we propose and analyze the terahertz (THz) bolometric vector detectors based on the graphene-channel field-effect transistors (GC-FET) with the black-P gate barrier layer or with the composite b-BN/black-P/b-BN gate layer. The phase difference between the signal received by the FET source and drain substantially affects the plasmonic resonances. This results in a resonant variation of the detector response on the incoming THz signal phase shift and the THz radiation angle of incidence.

This paper concentrates on the precise quantitative estimation of the flat-band voltage within the Si MOS structure, elucidating the intricacies of the estimation process through the THz emission model.

  • Grating-Gate AlGaN/GaN Plasmonic Crystals for Terahertz Waves Manipulation

      The grating-gate plasmonic crystal system represents a compelling arena for investigating strong light-matter interactions and diverse plasmon resonances. This study reviews the recent discovery of two distinctive terahertz phases of AlGaN/GaN plasmonic crystals that arise from varying the modulation of a two-dimensional electron density beneath the metallic gratings: the delocalized phase at weak modulation and the localized phase at strong modulation. Notably, we delve into an impact of the grating filling factor on the electrically driven transition between these phases. Our findings underscore the critical role of specific metal grating geometry parameters in facilitating this transition. Moreover, we explore the potential of utilizing graphene-based gratings as alternatives to metallic gratings. Through the integration of graphene, grown by Chemical Vapor Deposition method on copper foil and then transferred to the high electron mobility AlGaN/GaN heterostructures, we achieve an effective modulation of broadband absorption by free charge carriers within the 0.5–6 THz range via electrical biasing of the graphene electrode. However, while this approach successfully modulates absorption in a wide THz range, it does not elicit plasmon resonances within the graphene-based grating-gate plasmonic crystals. This intriguing observation poses a significant unresolved question warranting further theoretical and experimental exploration in subsequent studies.

      Each student in an adaptive education system has significant differences in knowledge background, ability level and cognitive style. Therefore, to build an adaptive teaching system, it is necessary to establish an operable, reasonable and individualized student model by clarifying students’ abilities and differences. The improved Apriori algorithm under big data is the most classic association rule algorithm, which is generated by a set of candidates, and it uses the iterative method of hierarchical search to traverse a set of frequency items in the transaction database. After finding the set of frequency items, select the association according to the trust rules. This paper studies how to apply the improved Apriori algorithm to an adaptive online education system in a big data environment. An evolutionary algebra is taken with mean fit of 80, population size of 20, mean fit of 0.28, population size of 60, mean fit of 0.26, population size of 80, mean fit of 0.25, mean population size of 0.25. The population size is 200, and the average fitting is 0.24. The larger the error, the smaller the error between each indicator of the test paper and the corresponding value specified by the user. The improved Apriori algorithm in the big data environment has designed five themes of rule mining, which are mainly used for class management: class linkage, class category linkage, student basic information linkage, lecture and basic information linkage, and lecture mode linkage. They play the role of teaching assistants with a specific role.

  • Exploration on Wireless Network-Based Monitoring and Early Warning

      Electricity is an indispensable resource in daily life. While it brings great convenience to people, it also brings some safety hazards, especially in the event of power failure, which may cause significant harm. Therefore, monitoring and warning of power faults are very important. Traditional power grounding fault monitoring and warning systems have problems such as untimely monitoring, inaccurate warning, and high error rates in fault location. In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses wireless networks to construct a power grounding fault monitoring and early warning system. The wireless network collected fault data based on the complexity of power grounding fault data, and used threshold monitoring method to analyze the collected data. The wireless network was used to construct a prediction model to monitor grounding faults. Through experiments, it can be found that the accuracy of the wireless network-based power fault monitoring system for predicting grounding faults was over 92.57%, and the average warning accuracy of 20 experiments was 93.856%. This paper studied a wireless network-based algorithm for monitoring and warning of power grounding faults, which can effectively improve the monitoring and warning capabilities of power systems, and reduce the risk of power equipment faults and the probability of power accidents.

  • A Study for Design of Lightweight Dense Connection Network on

      The characteristics of hyperspectral remote sensing images such as inconspicuous feature representativeness, single feature level, and complex information content, can lead to unstable classification results. We propose a lightweight dense network model that injects channel attention in the form of dense connections between network layers (DSE-DN) for the classification of hyperspectral images. In the DSE-DN network, principal component analysis (PCA) is applied to reduce redundancy in the hyperspectral images. Subsequently, a densely connected network is constructed, incorporating channel attention mechanisms through dense connections to enhance the analysis of spectral image features. Finally, the processed hyperspectral images are classified using a fully interconnected layer. We assess two classical hyperspectral datasets and construct 2DCNN, 3DCNN, ResNet, and the network that injects channel attention layer by layer to compare with DSE-DN. The experimental results indicate the utility of the DSE-DN network in hyperspectral image classification and its superiority over other networks.

      In the long history of human beings, with the continuous exploration and research of natural phenomena and social life, many scientific fields have emerged, and robots are the product of this technological development to a certain stage. At present, there are hundreds of different types of robots applied in production and daily life in the world, which have achieved significant economic benefits. However, its technical issues have gradually emerged. For example, the shortcomings in visual perception and other aspects cannot be effectively addressed. Object recognition is not precise enough, and information resources cannot be effectively utilized to achieve control functions. These are the main factors that constrain the further progress and improvement of robots. The emergence of big data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought unprecedented opportunities to robots. Especially, the application of big data analysis in intelligent manufacturing and smart city construction is becoming increasingly widespread, thus providing new solutions for robot services. They not only enable people to quickly and accurately grasp a large amount of valuable knowledge, but also better tap into the enormous potential contained in human intelligence, which largely drives the robot industry towards intelligence. By summarizing the existing research results, this paper explored the development trend of robot object recognition systems, and focused on its key technologies, the feature matching-based pattern recognition and acceleration strategy-based detection efficiency improvement. In response to the current problems, corresponding solutions were proposed and comparative experiments were designed. This proved that the anti-interference detection accuracy of the robot object recognition system based on big data and AI algorithm improved by about 12.48%, thus hoping to provide reference for future robot system development.

  • Current-Driven Terahertz Oscillations in Diamond TeraFET

      We report on sub-terahertz plasmonic wave generation in the 2DEG channel of diamond TeraFET when biased by a DC current at the drain. Our numerical results demonstrated that p-diamond can support resonant oscillation of 300 GHz at room temperature, allowing it to function as a sub-THz emitter. We investigated the impact of different channel lengths, gate biases, drift velocities, and temperatures on the fundamental mode oscillation. The model incorporated the decay factors owing to electron scattering and electron fluid viscosity.

  • Data Communication Algorithm of HPDB Parallel Database System Based on
           Computer Network

      High-Performance Database (HPDB) is designed to meet the demands of today’s modern data-driven world, as massive volumes of information need to be accessed and analyzed with minimal latency. A pivotal aspect of their operation lies in efficient data communication among nodes in a computer network, which is essential for parallel database systems. HPDBs may involve distributed architectures and parallel database systems to store and process data across multiple nodes or servers in a network. Hence, an algorithm called Hybridized Partitioning Strategy (HPS)-based Communication (C) for achieving HPDB has been proposed to facilitate data transmission and coordination across a computer network using the Message Passing Interface (MPI) protocol. The proposed HPS-C-HPDB technique includes partitioning and distributing data, query routing, and load balancing strategies to achieve high-performance levels. The (HPS) combines hash and range partitioning methods for effective processing and retrieval to balance data distribution, reduce communication overhead in parallel databases, and improve the system’s performance. In parallel database systems, query routing effectively routes requests into the optimal nodes or partitions based on the query’s conditions and the data’s placement and guarantees efficient data processing and retrieval. The proposed scheme is evaluated using various performance metrics like throughput, response time, speedup, and communication overhead analysis.

  • Optimization of Optical Efficiency Modeling and Heliostat Field Layout of
           Tower Solar Thermal Power Station

      The aim of this paper is to study and optimize the layout of heliostat mirror fields in solar photovoltaic power plants to improve energy efficiency. By analyzing the key factors of optical efficiency, the optical efficiency model is constructed. The optical efficiency of a single heliostat mirror is calculated using five efficiency factors, namely, shadow shading efficiency, cosine efficiency, atmospheric transmittance, collector truncation efficiency, and mirror reflectivity. The DELSOL layout is used as the initial mirror field, and the mirror field design is optimized by the particle swarm algorithm. The optimal design parameters of the heliostat mirror field including the position of the absorption tower, the size of the heliostat, and the installation height were calculated by adjusting the positions of the heliostat and the absorption tower many times. The results show that the annual average optical efficiency of the heliostat field is 0.6127, and the annual average thermal power output is 37.4508 MW. Through optimization, the annual average optical efficiency of the heliostat field is increased to 0.75, and the annual average thermal power output reaches 64.98 MW. In addition, the results show that the heliostat field has a seasonal characteristic. The optical efficiency and the annual average thermal power output change monthly.

  • Evaluation on Data Transmission in Wireless Sensor Networks Based on
           Computer Technology

      Traditional network data transmission (DT) has certain limitations in terms of processing, storage, and communication capabilities. Moreover, DT is easily affected by the network environment, which can reduce the real-time performance of DT. In severe cases, network transmission failures, DT interruptions, and other issues may even occur. As a new network, wireless sensor networks (WSN) have been widely used in military, industrial, agricultural, medical and other fields. In this paper, WSN was regarded as an important research method, and in-depth research was carried out around the real-time and energy consumption (for the convenience of the following text, the abbreviation for energy consumption is EC) of WSN DT. This paper focused on the issues of real-time performance, EC, and real-time transmission. It balanced EC and improved real-time performance through the low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) protocol and the power-efficient gathering in sensor information systems (PEGASIS) protocol. The experimental results showed that the real-time rates of LEACH under single reaction nodes were 45.5% and 48.6%, respectively. The lowest and highest real-time rates of PEGASIS were 86.2% and 89.5%, respectively. The real-time rate of PEGASIS was much higher than that of LEACH, proving that the proposed PEGASIS had high real-time performance and reduced DT delay.

  • Virtual Power Grid Flux-Oriented Vector Control for Three-Phase
           Voltage-Type PWM Rectifier

      More considerable power distortions are produced by the non-reversible diode-bridge rectifiers in the power system’s AC-DC conversion technology. In addition, bridge-rectifiers worsen energy quality and decrease power factor. Three-Phase Pulse Width Modulation (3phase-PWM) rectifiers have seen rapid growth in use due to recent breakthroughs in power device technology. Its benefits include a unity power factor, no harmonic distortion, and pulsating direct currents. An actual power regulation technique based on a novel virtual power grid controller is suggested to cheaply regulate a 3phase-PWM converter with good performance. The study introduces a new sensorless control scheme to improve the 3phase-PWM-performance rectifier. The proposed control technique employs the virtual power grid flux-oriented vector control with a Second-Order Generic Integral with Instantaneous Phase Lock Loop (SOGI-IPLL) to overcome the problems inherent in relying only on low-pass filter estimates. The virtual power grid flux value may then determine the phase difference. The IPLL takes the phase angle as an input and is utilized to construct the power-oriented vector control. The proposed power grid flux-oriented control strategy combines the VFidea with SOGI-IPLL to circumvent the restrictions imposed by relying only on an integrator of low-pass filters (LPF) to provide an estimate. A refined Virtual flux (VF) estimator with direct power control can improve management at a cheaper cost and more efficiently. The modeling findings demonstrate that the DC voltage input and power grid throughput of the 3phase-PWM rectifier can be successfully regulated in both the rectification and inversion states, allowing for the effective functioning of the 3phase-PWM rectifier.

  • High-Resolution Image Processing and Spatiotemporal Data Transmission
           System Based on GPU Acceleration

      With the development of information technology and the increasing demand for data processing, the serial mode of the central processing unit (CPU) is difficult to efficiently transmit large-scale spatiotemporal data, and the processing effect for high-resolution images is not good. This paper designed a high-resolution image processing and spatiotemporal data transmission system based on graphics processing unit (GPU) acceleration to improve the processing efficiency of large-scale spatiotemporal data. In this paper, traffic spatiotemporal data was taken as an example for analysis. Large-scale traffic image data was collected by road monitoring equipment, and image compression was performed on the collected image. Fourier transform was used to eliminate image data redundancy, and GPU-accelerated parallel processing was used to achieve fast image defogging and data transmission. This paper selected 2TB of traffic spatiotemporal data with image resolutions of 540P, 720P, 1080P, 1440P, and 2160P. GPU acceleration was performed using the Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA). In images with a resolution of 2160P, the processing time for CPU and GPU acceleration was 2900ms and 28ms, respectively, with an acceleration ratio of 103.6. A high-resolution image processing and spatiotemporal data transmission system based on GPU acceleration can improve the efficiency of traffic spatiotemporal data processing and have excellent concurrent processing capabilities.

  • Mathematical Modeling and Certifying for Biefeld–Brown Effect with
           BP Neural Network

      In the force calculation of the Biefeld–Brown Effect, it is not feasible to precisely determine the magnitude of the lift force generated by an asymmetric capacitor in a scenario where its shape is arbitrary. In this paper, first, we deduce a universally applicable formula, it solves the problem of the lift force with uneven charge distribution. Second, by the experimental method of dimensional analysis based on the principle of similarity, we calculate the lift forces of all types of asymmetric capacitors. Finally, we obtain a set of thrust data through experiments, and then fit the set of experimental data through the derived mathematical model and BP neural network, respectively. It confirms the accuracy of the mathematical model.

  • Space Aware BGRU Microservice Fault Detection Algorithm

      Microservice architecture is a new architecture pattern, which aims to provide users with more reliable, maintainable, and extensible software design services. However, with the continuous expansion of the scale of microservice application system, the proliferation of services and service interactions in the system make the system fault detection difficult. Detecting faults accurately and effectively is the key technology to ensure the system reliability and stability. From the perspective of microservice operation status and dependencies between services, this paper proposes a space-aware bidirectional gated recurrent unit (BGRU) microservice fault detection algorithm, which uses deep learning technology to mine hidden information that causes failures and combines space-aware attention to establish long-distance spatial dependency to improve the accuracy of model detection. The paper also conducts many experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm in microservice fault detection.

  • Precipitation Estimation Methods Based on BPNN and CNN

      The hydrological cycle in the natural environment plays a crucial role in influencing human societal progress and everyday life, particularly in the realm of agriculture. Precipitation is a vital component of the natural water cycle. In recent years, multiple approaches for estimating rainfall have been developed by researchers to achieve improved results. However, the precision of conventional rainfall estimation techniques remains inconsistent, particularly in instances of heavy rainfall, which can result in considerable errors. Scholars have turned their attention to deep learning techniques, which excel at processing raw data and autonomously identifying model parameters. In this study, we present and compare two deep learning frameworks for precipitation estimation based on BPNN and CNN, in contrast to traditional methods. We also use a real dataset to validate the effectiveness of the deep learning models, and the experimental outcomes indicate that the CNN-based precipitation estimation method outperforms several other models.

  • Image Super-Resolution Reconstruction Model Based on Multi-Feature Fusion

      Due to the limitations of imaging equipment and image transmission conditions on daily image acquisition, the images acquired are usually low-resolution images, and it will cost a lot of time and economic costs to increase image resolution by upgrading hardware equipment. In this paper, we propose an image super-resolution reconstruction algorithm based on spatio-temporal-dependent residual network MSRN, which fuses multiple features. The algorithm uses the surface feature extraction module to extract the input features of the image, and then uses the deep residual aggregation module to adaptively learn the deep features, and then fuses multiple features and learns the global residual. Finally, the high-resolution image is obtained through the up-sampling module and the reconstruction module. In the model structure, different convolution kernels and jump connections are used to extract more high-frequency information, and spatio-temporal attention mechanism is introduced to focus on more image details. The experimental results show that compared with SRGAN, VDSR and Laplacian Pyramid SRN, the proposed algorithm finally achieves better reconstruction effect, and the image texture details are clearer under different scaling factors. In objective evaluation, the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and structure similarity (SSIM) of the proposed algorithm are improved compared with SRGAN.

  • Data-Driven Detection of Video Forgery for Secured Microcontrollers:
           Dataset and Method

      The microcontrollers in a camera often capture videos at a low frame rate due to limited processing capability. To satisfy the requirement of high quality of service, low-frame-rate videos are often forged as the high-frame-rate ones by the Frame Rate Up-Conversion (FRUC) operation. Therefore, detecting the existence of FRUC has become a necessary job for secured microcontrollers. In this paper, we propose a data-driven detection to identify whether a video is forged by FRUC. The core of detection is the creation of a large-scale video dataset VifFRUC (Videos forged by FRUC). Various types of forged videos can continue to be added into VifFRUC, making the detection more universal and robust. To match with VifFRUC, we have also designed a neural network, which trains a number of Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) units in parallel to learn the data-driven detection. The parallel LSTM structure of network can continually adapt to the newly added FRUC methods in VifFRUC. Extensive experiments on VifFRUC demonstrate the effectiveness of data-driven detection for FRUC, resulting in the security improvement of microcontrollers.
