Especially, the tourism and hospitality industry which is the biggest revenue portion of Thailand’s revenue, but currently was halted due to the block of international travelling. Hence, it leads to encouraging and driving domestic travelling in order to stimulate the economics’ flow, in combination of the change of tourism pattern and tourists’ habits which need an excitement and new experiences from travelling. Also, need to participate some activities to seriously learn the value of it, which consistent with the characteristics of creative tourisms which is widespread popular in the current situation. Hence, this article’s objectives are to presenting guidelines, development and driving the creative tourisms towards sustainability after COVID-19 pandemic. To benefit the tourists, tourism entrepreneurs, and social tourisms around the Thailand, in order to know the how to prepare themselves to be ready under new normal situation, new normal tourism but still remain the professional efficiency to drive the business and organization towards sustainable growth. To study the factors affecting the participation of people in the Gen Y community at Phuket Old Town, 2. To study the level of participation of people in the Gen Y community in tourism management at Phuket Old Town, 3. To explore the knowledge and understanding of the concept of sustainable tourism of people in the Gen Y community at Phuket Old Town, 4. To suggest guidelines for developing the participation of people in the Gen Y community in sustainable tourism management at Phuket Old Town. The study employed the quantitative research methods. The samples of the study were of people in the Gen Y community in Phuket Old Town total 300 samples (aged between 23-40 years old) by using the formula of W.G. Cochran (1953) and using purposive sampling and convenience sampling were conducted to get the study samples. This research used a questionnaire to collect primary data. The study revealed that the factors affecting the participation of people in the Gen Y community the most was the benefit factor from participation and people in the Gen Y community at Phuket Old Town participated in sustainable tourism management at high level in receive benefits from having their own business such as souvenir shops, restaurants, accommodation, etc. followed by the moderate level of participation in recognition of tourism information and the low level of participation in following up and evaluating problems affected by tourism activities. The data for this study was gathered through in-depth interviews with five representatives of the Kiri Wong kot tourism Group, which was performed utilizing qualitative research. The results showed that the tourism communication strategy in a sustainable way of Kiri Wong kot Village, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province includes communication for tourism management, communication to develop collaboration, communication to resolve disputes and communication for disseminating information and promoting tourism. In addition, Kiri Wong kot tourism Group uses communication strategies and methods to promote the community-based tourism development which contains the communication strategies for collaboration, communication strategies to settle disputes and communication strategies for dissemination and tourism public relations. This paper focuses solely on Thai low cost airlines by discussing and analyzing preparation plans to deal with Covid-19 using the means of digital innovation through the cabin crew’s expectations. The researcher proposes digital innovation could help Thailand low cost carriers to survive during and after the pandemic. Therefore, a survey was designed and conducted among crew in Thailand This paper consists of an introduction followed by a literature review discussing information about digital innovations. The latter part explains methods used in the study, data interpretation, then concludes. The study will benefit other researchers to study and investigate in greater detail concerning related work about innovation for airlines and the aviation industry postCovid-19. The time might have affected the results of the study as Covid-19 has not disappeared yet. Hence, researchers can use this study as a fundamental component in arranging concepts for further studies. Secondly, the study will benefit low cost airline companies especially in the area of directing better preparation postCovid-19. Low cost carriers can use this study to integrate with the company policy to find the best strategies and preparation to survive and meet employee expectations.
