This church was founded in 1614, at that time it was located inside the Fort Concordia (TNI Fortress Dormitory). The cultural heritage of this building category is the potential of Kupang City as a cultural heritage from the Dutch colonial. However, over time, development around the cultural heritage area is getting faster. Many old buildings with historical value are starting to be abandoned or rebuilt into new buildings. Even though historical buildings, especially cultural heritage, are important assets of the state to maintain the historical value of the nation in order to remain sustainable. The objectives of this study are (1) Describe the latest condition of the cultural heritage site of the Protestant Church in Kupang City, (2) Describe the use of cultural heritage sites as tourist attractions, and (3) Recommend strategies for preserving cultural heritage to the authorities. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collected were obtained from field observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature studies related to the preservation of cultural heritage. The results of this study indicate that (1) GPKK as a cultural heritage that has historical value has been managed by the Cultural Heritage Conservation Center (BPCB) for the Bali, NTB and NTT areas since 2004. All Dutch heritage in the GPKK is an important part. from the preservation of the GPKK Cultural Heritage as a cultural tourist attraction. The problems in preservation and management seen in the GPKK arise due to the lack of attention from the Congregation, Church Managers, and the Government in the maintenance of heritage objects. (2) Currently, GPKK is still actively used as a place of worship for the Kupang City congregation. (3) The government is currently in the process of increasing public awareness to protect the site as a cultural heritage of Kupang City. This effort is in order to optimize the use and care factors around the cultural heritage so that it remains sustainable. One of the museums which is a tourist destination that is very often visited by tourists who come to Yogyakarta is the Sonobudoyo Museum. This study aims to find out what efforts the manager made in developing the Sonobudoyo unit I museum as an educational tour in the new normal era, to know the efforts made by the government to increase visits to the Sonobudoyo museum in the new normal era, and to know the assessments and expectations of visitors regarding Sonobudoyo Museum Unit I as an object of educational tourism attraction in Yogyakarta in the new normal era. The research method used is qualitative. With 2 (two) types of data, namely primary data and secondary data which the authors get from the results of observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used is a SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Sonobudoyo Museum can positively be used as an educational tour in the new normal era with regulatory changes and technological additions that make the Sonobudoyo Museum ready and alert in accepting tourist visits in the new normal era. Museums can be used as educational tours that can increase visitor interest in learning activities. Moreover, if the majority of visitors are students from elementary, middle school, college students can get useful knowledge when they come to the museum. Surabaya as an urban area with various functions has resulted in urban tourism, one of which is Pakuwon City. Pakuwon City, which is a residential area with various facilities that can be used in general, is also the main attraction for visitors to carry out various tourist activities in Pakuwon City. This research uses quantitative method. The sources of data in this research were compiled based on quantitative and qualitative data types using primary data in the form of observations and questionnaires, as well as secondary data obtained through literature study. The sample used was 37 respondents obtained through accidental sampling from visitors who had visited Pakuwon City. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive, frequency distribution, and spatial models. The result of this research is that Pakuwon City has three pull factors which include high density, concentrating on commercial, financial, industrial and hospital activities, as well as providing artistic and recreational experiences. Eight tourist attractions in Pakuwon City are classified based on their main function as factors that attract visitors to visit Pakuwon City. This pull factor causes the movement of visitors which is dominated by the movement to the tourist attraction Pakuwon Town Square with many activities carried out, namely shopping. This study aims to determine the constraints and perceptions of the Pandawa Beach workforce as the Local Community of Kutuh Village. This study was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. Based on interviews and questionnaires, it can be concluded that the overall perception of the workforce on their participation is positive. The obstacles experienced by Pandawa Beach workers are related to expertise and capital in developing tourism activities. However, all these obstacles have been resolved through monthly training and assistance in the form of a loan from the Village Credit Institution (LPD). Instagram has many features that can facilitate promotion and marketing so that the products we market can be reached even to the world community. However, all of that requires a strategy that is maximal enough so that the information we provide is precise and maximal. Based on this, researchers are interested in researching how the marketing strategy at tourist attractions in Cimory On The Valley through their Instagram social media. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods and conducted interviews with Instagram managers and tourists from Cimory On The Valley for data collection. This study aims to determine marketing and promotion strategies in Cimory On The Valley through social media Instagram, and also to provide empirical evidence that marketing and promotion strategies through Instagram social media have an effect on Cimory On The Valley. After knowing the strategies and results of the strategies that have been carried out by Cimory On The Valley in marketing through its Instagram, the researchers also provided several strategic recommendations that could be done to maximize marketing, such as content consistency, interaction with followers, content with prizes, and many more. The study used the Hilary du Cros method to evaluate the tourism value of the World Cultural Heritage: Hoi An Ancient Town. There are two surveyed sample groups: the first group is The Tourism Management Group with N1 = 88 and the second group is The Tourist Group with N2 = 220 to determine the points to evaluate the appeal market and robusticity in tourism exploitation at the destination of Hoi An Ancient Town. The evaluation results show that the World Cultural Heritage of Hoi An Ancient Town has a strong market attraction, high cultural value, and sustainable development, located in cell M (1.3) in the appeal matrix and cultural values/ sustainable development of Hilary du Cros. One of the local culinary can be used as a component of the reputation formation of culinary tourism in Gintangan Village is Sego Jajang. However, the lack of introduction of the Sego Jajang brand to the public has resulted in the lack of people knowing it. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the image of Sego Jajang in the eyes of the local community, as well as the efforts that can be made to strengthen the brand image of Sego Jajang. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques of reduction, display, and conclusion drawing (verification). The results of the research from 30 sample people showed 25% of the community called Sego Jajang and Tempe Godhong as the local culinary delights of Gintangan Village. 86% stated that they know the whereabouts of Sego Jajang. The whole local community stated that they did not know the history of Sego Jajang. The level of ignorance for materials, tools, and the process of making Sego Jajang is still high, while for information on where to buy it the majority knows. 87% stated that the role of the Gintangan Village Government was still not optimal. 42% stated that social media used was Facebook. Besides, 93% gave their future roles in the form of online and offline promotions. Based on the results of the research, it is necessary to implement a brand strategy to identify and overcome the shortcomings of the brand image of Sego Jajang. This research used descriptive and inductive and inductive analysis with multiple regression methods and purposive sampling techniques to collect the data. Furthermore, to know the influence of tourism expenses, government assistance, economic activity, and the investment to tourism objects integration in Padang City. This study found the integration of tourism objects in Padang are working relatively well with the average integration degrees at 70,68 percent based on integration rage 59,60-82,00 percent. Tourism expenses, investment, and government assistance have a significant effect on tourism integration. This study recommends West Sumatra government increase the supports and investment to attract more tourists at tourism object integration in Padang City. This has an impact and is also used in the development of the Kembang Arum tourist village in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of tourist villages, the use of the GSTC indicator can be a reference for improving the quality of a tourist destination. The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of the Kembang Arum tourist village in Sleman Regency whether it was in accordance with the GSTC indicators as criteria and measurements of a standardized tourist destination. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis techniques and makes interpretations of the results of interviews and observations. The results of this study are that the Kembang Arum tourist village has fill the requirements as a tourist destination, according to GSTC criteria and indicators. Authors:Rachel Dyah Wiastuti, Gavin Sigar Pages: 322 - 328 Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand experience towards brand loyalty at Restaurant Pondok 18 Pontianak. This research used quantitative approach. Primary data was collected through direct field survey using questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale and close ended questions. Sample of this research was 100 dine- in customers of Restaurant Pondok 18 Seafood Pontianak: calculated with Slovin formula and collected by random sampling. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistic, correlation, and regression analysis. The result indicates that there was a significant influence between brand experience and brand loyalty with value of 42.3%. Brand experience and brand loyalty also have a strong positive correlation. Furthermore, sensory experience become the most determined brand experience dimension compared to affective, behavioral, and intellectual experience. Meanwhile, attitudinal loyalty shows bigger determinant than behavioral loyalty in term of brand loyalty. Thus, restaurants premises are strongly suggested to improve company logo to enhance customer interest, to ensure having a membership program, and to maintain food quality. The development of the tourism sector is closely related and dependent on the available infrastructure development. However, the infrastructure related to tourism is inadequate. One of the infrastructures that is still not evenly developed is air transportation. Good transportation will increase visits to tourist areas, and attractive tourist objects will also increase the number of trips. Banyuwangi Regency is known for its domination of tourist destinations in each sub-district consisting of natural tourist destinations or mass tourism. Ijen Tourism Destinations which is one of the leading attractions in Banyuwangi included into (Triangle of Gold) and the Festival international scale contained in Ijen tourist destinations. The fact is that the availability of supporting infrastructure for tourism activities is still minimal in Ijen tourism in Licin District. The purpose of this study examines the strategies to optimize air transport infrastructure in sustainable tourism. The research method is quantitative analysis to calculate airport capacity requirements for the projection of the next 20 years, Qualitative analysis to identify the feasibility of both land and air facilities, as well as airport connectivity analysis which describes the spatial conditions of public transport serving Blimbingsari Airport. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 people who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data that had been collected. The results obtained from data analysis, namely simultaneously the destination image, facilities, accessibility, and word of mouth variables have a significant effect on revisit intention. Partially, the image of the destination has a positive but not significant effect on revisit intention. Meanwhile, the accessibility variable does not partially affect revisit intention. However, the facilities and word of mouth variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the revisit intention of tourists to the Malahayu Reservoir Tourist Attraction. From the results of this study, provide recommendations to local governments and tourism managers to improve the quality of facilities in tourist areas and improve access road conditions to tourist attractions that have been damaged. In addition, to improve the image of the destination, it can be done by developing regional cultural activities and attractions in tourist areas. One of the industries affected by the massive spread of the disease is tourism. This happens because human movement is restricted. West Manggarai Regency, which has Labuan Bajo as a priority tourism destination in Indonesia, is experiencing a loss of local revenue (PAD). Moreover, tourism is the largest passenger of PAD in West Manggarai Regency. In response to the impact of tourism, the government reopened Komodo National Park. A quantitative approach to data collection through surveys is the method used in this study. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, where the individuals who were the respondents had certain criteria according to the research needs, such as age and the field of tourism where they worked. There is a measuring tool in this study adapted from a study of the knowledge, attitudes and practices (PSP) of the Malaysian population against COVID-19 in Malaysia and China. Therefore, researchers consider it necessary to study the knowledge, attitudes and practices of tourism industry players towards COVID-19 as a basis for assessing the readiness of industry players to open the flow of tourists to Labuan Bajo during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study show that tourism industry players in Labuan Bajo have low knowledge scores about COVID-19, an optimistic attitude that the COVID-19 pandemic will be controlled, and in practice tourism industry players use masks and wash their hands with soap or hand. sanitizer in everyday life, but still visit crowded places even though it's not urgent. To commemorate the services of the warriors, the Heroes Monument was erected. In order to support the Heroes Monument, an underground museum was built so as not to disturb the main attraction, namely the Heroes Monument itself. Nowadays, the people of Surabaya are less aware of the history of the fighters so they are less interested in visiting this museum. This study uses a qualitative method which aims to identify The Museum of Tenth November Surabaya as historical tourism. Data collection in this study were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentaries. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. Observation results show The Museum of Tenth November Surabaya stores 47 collections and 4 weapons of war from allied spoils. Based on the SWOT analysis, the results of this study are the Surabaya Tenth November Museum which has the potential of innovation that can be developed to attract more tourists who come to visit. Indonesia are improving their tourism sector, for example the Banyuwangi City. One of the tourist attractions with its natural potential is Wonoasih Pine Forest., lot of activities that can be packaged into tourism attractions. This study used qualitative approach method, qualitative and quantitative data obtained directly by observation, interview and documentation, and data analysis techniques in this study used SWOTanalysis which is a qualitative analysis tool that is done by examining internal and external factors.By using SWOT analysis, four strategies are produced in the packaged of trekking tourism activities, specifically: (1) SO strategy which contains the design of trekking tourism products and opening up jobs, (2) WO strategy which contains institutional development and tourism human resources, (3) ST strategy which contains increased security, enchance accident insurance and regulations on maintaining natural surroundings and cleanliness, and (4) WT strategy which contains market penetration and promotion of trekking tours as well as routine socialization of destination branding. Comparisons are made to find out the similarities, differences, advantages and disadvantages of each waste management system. The method used in this research is qualitative. This type of research is a comparative study. The data source used is a secondary data source. This research is based on research results from Prabawa (2019) and Megawan (2018) research. The results of this study show that the waste management system at Candikusuma Beach Jembrana uses a 3R waste management system (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), while Kuta Beach Badung uses a 4P waste management system (Sorting, Processing, Collecting, Transporting). There are similarities and differences in the two waste management systems, and there are also weaknesses and strengths of each waste management system. Since 2011, North Kuta District has been planned as part of the urban development area of Sarbagita, which is a national strategic area in Bali island. The utilization of space in the North Kuta District has developed quite rapidly. This study uses documentary research methods with content analysis techniques in the form of official government documents in the form of Regional Regulations concerning the Master Plan for Tourism Development in Badung Regency (RIPPARKAB) and Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) at the Badung Regency level. The result shows that The tourism development policy in North Kuta District has become a guide for stakeholders, starting from the government, private sector, and society. However, the orientation of tourism development achievement is determined only from the economic growth side. In terms of quantity, tourism is seen from the increasing number of tourist visits both foreign or domestic tourists. The quality depends on the length of stay of tourists and the number of tourist expenses. It was also found that there were obstacles in the regional regulations regarding RDTR, where for the Badung Regency only South Kuta District had been promulgated a regional regulation. North Kuta District is one of the other five sub-districts where there is no clarity regarding the RDTR. The government can immediately finalize the RDTR regulation so that implementation in North Kuta District can be following the plan. The DPA is managed by Wonosobo and Banjarnegara Regency. However, so far most tourists from outside the region consider the DPA only in the Wonosobo Regency area. This is certainly a loss for Banjarnegara Regency, in providing "brand image" as one of the managers of the Dieng Plateau Area. This research was conducted to find out the efforts of stakeholders in branding the Banjarnegara Regency so that tourists also know the Highlands Dieng is also part of the Banjarnegara Regency area. This study uses primary and secondary data sources, the types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is the analysis data reduction, display data and conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the role of Tourism Local Community for building a brand image the Dieng Plateau as a part of Banjarnegara Regency in terms of government and local communities has played a functional role. However, the role of private sector plays a dysfunctional role because it is still oriented to the income generated and only has investors who come from the community. The increase in tourist visits to the Tetebatu Tourism Village is an opportunity for the community to develop home-based businesses to improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to determine the participation of local communities in the development of home-based businesses in Tetebatu Tourism Village, East Lombok Regency. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data types. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The informant determination technique used was a purposive sampling technique, and the data analysis technique used was descriptive and qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the tourist cottage business in the Tetebatu Tourism Village is owned by the local community, has complete facilities and infrastructure, the number of rooms is adjusted to the ability of the homeowner, the room prices vary, and the service to tourists is very good and is carried out by the owner of the cottage., as well as the type of community participation in the development of the tourist cottage business, which initially spontaneously turned into a passive business because of public disappointment with the government. The main potential of this village is coffee products, but these coffee products are only for souvenirs and there are no plans to develop it as an agrotourism. Looking back at this issue, it needs to do a deep research on developing coffee agrotourism so it will be a good product from this village. This research is focused on analyzing agrotourism developing plans, especially coffee estate which has not developed yet in this village. This research has two scopes which are limited by two variables, the first one is the existing condition of Tempur Village including profile, potential, and tourism product component, the second one is developing village potential including coffee agrotourism developing strategy using SWOT (Atraction, Aminities, Accessibilitiy, Ancelery) analysis. The result of this research explains that Tempur Village has a potential to be developed as coffee agrotourism, because this region has fertile soil, large coffee estate and natural environment. In developing coffee agrotourism needs good preparation from the government, coffee farmers, and also local residents so it will be in harmony. Coffee farmers empowerment, local residents and attractive coffee product packaging production needs to be taught in developing coffee agrotourism. Furthermore, upgrading village facilities to reach the tourism destination needs to be done to support tourism development, so the plans which have been planned can run well. Performing traditional dance that develops in every banjar in Ubud by involving local communities in the implementation will certainly contribute to the lives of people in Ubud both material and non-material. This study aims to determine the contribution of traditional dance performances as a tourist attraction to the welfare of local communities in the Indigenous Village of Ubud, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. In this study using primary data sources and supported by secondary data obtained directly by observation and interviews, and the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis by reducing data which is then presented and concluded. The results of this study show that the contribution of traditional performing arts to the welfare of the local community can be seen from the community's involvement, either directly or indirectly. Being involved in performance performances is a side profession for the local community. Apart from helping economically, the results of this art performance can also contribute to the socio-cultural field of the community in traditional villages. One of the things that many millennial generations do today is recreation to visit tourist attractions. Bogor Botanical Gardens is suitable to be a place to escape from daily routines, the pressures of urban life or a place to escape from work because it has an atmosphere, scenery and air that suits the tastes of visitors, especially millennial generations who crave meaningful life because they can relax themselves. at the same time pleasing yourself but have a positive meaning for his life. Visitor satisfaction when visiting a tourist destination is the goal of every tourist destination manager. Given that the millennial generation is a very potential tourism consumer. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine Leisure and Recreation activities at the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the influence of Leisure Benefits on the satisfaction level of millennial visitors in carrying out these various activities. This research uses descriptive analysis. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The data collection method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires via google form, where the questionnaire is distributed online to 100 millennial respondents who have visited Bogor Botanical Gardens. The results of this study are activities to fill spare time or Leisure and Recreation activities that can be done at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, including: Relaxation Activity; Entertainment Activity; and Personal Development Activity, and Questionnaire Results related to the influence of Leisure Benefits on visitor satisfaction at the Bogor Botanical Gardens, it can be seen that by carrying out Leisure and Recreation activities at the Bogor Botanical Gardens visitors get Benefits in terms of Physical Benefits; Psychological Benefit; and Social Benefits. One of the tourism potentials in Ubud Village is a very beautiful rice field area. Many tourists walk to the rice fields for refreshing. The packaging of trekking tours in Subak Juwuk Manis is seen from several aspects ranging from branding, trekking paths, regulations, clothing, food and beverages, souvenirs, and equipment. the economic impact is felt by local people who sell around the trekking route. Tabanan regency becomes one of the tourist attractions that offer educational tours nagi family tourists and child tourists. The village of cau Coklat, Kampung bIngo and Subak Museum located in Tabanan Regency offer tourist activities while studying. Tourist activities offered by studying the process of harvesting chocolate fruit to making chocolate in the village of cau chocolate, picking organic vegetables and making it into a vegetable salad in the bingo village and seeing the traditional tools of Balinese farmers in the Subak Museum. The geographical condition of Karangasem Regency supports the development of activities related to adventure tourism which are dominated by outdoor activities. The potential for adventure tourism activities in Karangasem Regency has unique characteristics in the form of different challenges and experiences because of its topography which consists of mountains, land and coast. By examining the natural conditions and adventure tourism activities of Karangasem Regency, it can be seen the characteristics of adventure activities in each sub-district in Karangasem Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. This study uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling to determine and select informants. The data collection method uses a participatory observation method (observer participant) by trying to do all adventure activities in locations that have the potential for adventure tourism activities. The data analysis method used was the content and meaning analysis method using a qualitative descriptive method. The theory used in the analysis is the theory of the characteristics of adventure tourism and the theory of the adventure experience.
