Namun dalam konteks kompetisi bisnis pariwisata, usaha inovasi dan kreativitas sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan produk-produk wisata yang unggul dan kompetitif. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah ntuk mengidentifikasi daya tarik wisata unggulan yang ada di kabupaten Badung dan Kabupaten Bangli. Konsep yang digunakan untuk membahas permasalahan penelitian adalah integrasi pariwisata antar kabupaten dan destinasi wisata unggulan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Badung dan Kabupaten Bangli. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview), dan studi kepustakaan (literary study). Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif yang ditunjang deskriptif kuantitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan identifikasi daya tarik wisata unggulan di Kabupaten Badung dan Kabupaten Bangli adalah: (1) Identifikasi keunggulan daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Badung, termasuk kategori sudah tinggi (2,57/ sudah unggul). Dan (2) identifikasi daya tarik wisata unggulan di Kabupaten Bangli, termasuk kategori sedang (2,1/tingkat keunggulan sedang). Kata Kunci : Identifikasi Integrasi Antar Kabupaten, Wisata Unggulan. This study is qualitative and field research which use action research method. Having four respondent namely chief of village office (Lurah), secretary of village office (Seklur), manager of thematic village, chief of mature farmer group (Kelompok Tani Dewasa) and chief of youth group organization (karangtaruna). This study hold since February, 2018 until September, 2019. The result is a solving problem method as fishbone chart which is completed by explanation of problem, solving and progress report each aspect, namely institutional aspect, Vision aspect, activity aspect, amnities aspect, accesbility aspect and entrpreneuship aspect. Furthermore, the method designed for society empowerment is having shape of circle which contained of ten steps which connected each other and continues. The steps are 1) choose the candidate of partner village; 2) decide the category of tourism village; 3) do the MoU; 4) decide the program targets; 5) identify the potentials of tourism village; 6) manage the empowerment programs; 7) implement the assistance programs; 8) direct the college resources; 9) promote the outcome of program; and 10) evaluate the program. This study aims to determine the impact of tourism development on the economy and socio-culture of the local community in the Sasak village Ende, both positive and negative impacts. This research uses qualitative and quantitative data, with secondary and primary data sources, data collection through observation, documentation, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and literature study. Using qualitative descriptive data analysis that describes the development of tourism in the Sasak Ende tourism village and its economic and socio-cultural impacts. The samples were determined using judgmental sampling which was distributed to 70 respondents with 14 statement items. Based on the results of data processing, the tourism development of the Sasa Ende tourism village has facilities and infrastructure as well as human resource development, tourism promotion, and very supportive event activities. Based on data processing, the positive impact of tourism development on the economy in a percentage range with an interpretation of 94.61%, while the negative impact is 82.42%. The positive impact of tourism development on socioculture is in the percentage range with an interpretation of 93.61% while the negative impact is 48.92%. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique. Data is collected by observation, interview and 5 point Linkert scale questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 140 tourists visiting Bounty Discotheque. The instrument is validated using SPPS version 2.1 to check the validity, reliability with its Cronbach Alpha Coeficien value. The validity value for the whole component of the instrument was above 0.3 as the standard value for the validity. The reliability value is 0,909 which is higher than the standard value 0.60. The data was analysed using partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Based on the analysis with PLS-SEM on bootstrapping with significance of 5 percen degree of degree of freedom (DF) = number of data – 2 = 138 is 1,977 (t Table) that the result is that the relationship value between quality service toward is 19,332, the value relationship between quality service toward satisfaction is 9.533 and the relationship value between satisfaction and loyalty is 3.034. The value of t Statistics of those three variable is higher than the t Table (19.332; 9.533; 3.034 > 1.977). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significance relationship between quality service toward satisfaction, there is a significance relationship between quality service toward loyalty and there is a significance relationship between satisfaction toward loyalty. Authors:Lazio Vaulia Afelino, I GPB Sasrawan Mananda, Ni Made Sofia Wijaya Pages: 66 - 74 Abstract: The development of tourism in Bali makes wedding organisers a c ontinuously increasing business, one of which is PT Bali VIP Indonesia that handles more than 50 weddings annually. However, during the preparation process, tourists as their main customers were faced with numerous coordination challenges due to the high turnover rate within the company. The objective of this research is to identify the impact of employee turnover on the quality of service of PT Bali VIP Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT Bali VIP Indonesia, taking into calculation 30 former employees and 30 tourists as samples determined using the saturated samples method. Data on this research were gathered by the distribution of questionnaires towards former employees and former tourist customers of PT Bali VIP Indonesia. Subsequently, the data were assessed using descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, normality test, and simple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that there is a negative impact between turnover and the quality of PT Bali VIP Indonesia wedding organiser services with the value of Sig. 0,18 < 0,05. However, the turnover variable has a low correlation (R = 0.427) with the quality of service variable of PT. Bali VIP Indonesia wedding organiser and the effect of employee turnover on service quality is 18.3%. Therefore, in conclusion, the negative result explains that the declining quality of service will decrease the quality of service given by the employee to the tourist as customers.
