- Evaluation of Air Transport Benefits for the Czech Republic

Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to describe the proposed methodology which aims to present an approach to express the value of air transport for the Czech Republic. This approach consists in methodological division of primary and secondary effects and finding metrics that can be used to quantify the value of air transport. The article is based on equivalent methodological materials that serve as the basis for calculations of the value of air transport made by ICAO, FAA and other organizations. The calculation is built on public data and also on data that are accessible on request. The methodology also proposes the collection of new data that belongs to the context of the value of air transport.
