Abstract: The paper derives the current-voltage relationship in the semiconductor circuit breaker based on the equation of fluid mechanics which has application for safe and water access. Then, the paper proposes a Newton iterative method based on the finite element analysis method to solve the nonlinear algebraic equation relationship in the semiconductor circuit breaker. At the same time, the paper constructed a coupled numerical model based on the hydrodynamic equations and applied it to the pulse current prediction. Abstract: Carbohydrate metabolism can provide energy for human exercise. However, different exercise intensities will consume different amounts of energy. For this reason, the paper uses a fractional linear regression equation to study the characteristics of carbohydrate metabolism and energy consumption of other groups of human beings with the same oxygen consumption during exercise. In addition, the thesis measures energy consumption during exercise and body recovery by analyzing gas metabolism methods. As a result, we found that the sugar, fat metabolism, and energy consumption of heavier volunteers under the same exercise intensity were lower than those of regular weight volunteers. Abstract: The digital and physical methods of establishing minimal curved surfaces are the basis for realizing the design of the minimal curved surface modeling structure. Based on this research background, the paper showed an artistic surface modeling method based on nonlinear over-limit difference equations. The article combines parameter optimization and 3D modeling methods to model the constructed surface modeling. The research found that the nonlinear out-of-limit difference equation proposed in the paper is more accurate than the standard fractional differential equation algorithm. Abstract: This article first introduces neural networks and their characteristics. Based on a comparison of the structure and function of biological neurons and artificial neurons, it focuses on the structure, classification, activation rules, and learning rules of neural network models. Based on the existing literature, this article adds a distributed time lag term of the neural network system. In the actual problem, history has a very important influence on the current change situation, and it is not only at a specific time in the past. It has an impact on the current state change rate. Therefore, based on the existing literature that only has discrete time lags, this paper adds distributed time lags. Such neural network systems can better reflect real-world problems. In this paper, we use three different inequality scaling methods to study the existence, uniqueness, and global asymptotic stability of a class of neural network systems with mixed delays and uncertain parameters. First, using the principle of homeomorphism, a new upper-norm norm is introduced for the correlation matrix of the neural network, and enough conditions for the existence of unique equilibrium points in several neural network systems are given. Under these conditions, the appropriate Lyapunov is used. Krasovskii functional, we prove that the equilibrium point of the neural network system is globally robust and stable. Numerical experiments show that the stability conditions of the neural network system we obtained are feasible, and the conservativeness of the stability conditions of the neural network system is reduced. Abstract: The latest “Guide to College English Teaching” lists cross-cultural education as an important part of college English courses. At the same time, ICAO ’s requirements for civil aviation pilots and controllers ’cross-cultural abilities increase year by year, which raises new requirements for the cultivation of cultural abilities. This article explores this subject from two aspects of cross-cultural psychology and cross-cultural behavior, using SPSS22.0 data analysis method and Delphi method to establish an evaluation model, which includes four first-level indicators: attitude, awareness, knowledge and skill. Attitude and consciousness evaluate cross-cultural psychology, and knowledge and skills evaluate cross-cultural behavior. Under the 4 first-level indicators, there are 6 second-level indicators and 17 third-level indicators. This paper uses the accuracy and convenience of language operators in the process of information conversion to transform fuzzy subjective qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis, and proposes a set of evaluation methods for cross-cultural competence based on language operators. At the same time, an empirical study was conducted with C University as an example. The statistical results show that the method has good applicability and scientificity for the evaluation of the cross-cultural competence of civil aviation college students. This paper builds the attacker’s behaviour model, and carries out the prediction about the possible attack behaviour by the attacker model based on random strategy. According to the attack strategies, analysis and construction of the attack tree and attack graph are carried out based on the state-based stochastic model. The paper describes the security system in detail taking use of the state-based stochastic model method, so as to clarify the state distribution and the transfer relationship between the states of various security resources after threatened by attacks. Abstract: Attribute reduction is a key issue in the research of rough sets. Aiming at the shortcoming of attribute reduction algorithm based on discernibility matrix, an attribute reduction method based on sample extraction and priority is presented. Firstly, equivalence classes are divided using quick sort for computing compressed decision table. Secondly, important samples are extracted from compressed decision table using iterative self-organizing data analysis technique algorithm(ISODATA). Finally, attribute reduction of sample decision table is conducted based on the concept of priority. Experimental results show that the attribute reduction method based on sample extraction and priority can significantly reduce the overall execution time and improve the reduction efficiency. Abstract: Creativity is one of the core characteristics of talent; for this reason, the creativity development of applied undergraduates should be one of the basic components of their education. This article gives an overview of the meaning of the creativity of applied undergraduates and makes a literature knowledge-mining and expert investigation on the factors affecting the creativity development. We obtained more than 100 influencing factors, filtered out the duplicative factors, and formed the remaining factors into a questionnaire. A survey was conducted among 1460 teachers and students of some applied undergraduates in Heilongjiang Province. By using principal component analysis (PCA) to analyse the questionnaire, the key factors that affect the creativity development of applied undergraduates are obtained, and the key factors are systematically analysed. Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been widely applied in various fields in recent years. Nevertheless, no systematic study has yet been conducted on the effects of AI technology on different fields. In this study, the impacts of the latest AI technology on technological innovation in different fields were analysed and quantized systematically from a patent perspective. Moreover, trends on AI technological innovation in some fields were analysed thoroughly. We conducted this study on a dataset of patents related to AI technology. Based on the patent dataset, we carried out a statistical analysis on technology fields, which we defined and classified based on international patent classification (IPC) number. Distributions of IPC in different fields were also analysed to determine the trends on AI technological innovation. Abstract: With the rapid increase of information generated from all kinds of sources, temporal big data mining in business area has been paid more and more attention recently. A novel data mining algorithm for mining temporal association is proposed. Mining temporal association can not only provide better predictability for customer behaviour but also help organisations with better strategies and marketing decisions. To compare the proposed algorithm, two methods to mine temporal association are presented. One is improved based on a traditional mining algorithm, Apriori. The other is based on an Index-Tree. Moreover, the proposed method is extended to mine temporal association in multi-dimensional space.
