Authors: Sindakis; Stavros, Showkat, Saloome Pages: 1 - 19 Abstract: Amid the dynamic landscape of modern business, this research unveils the interplay between innovation and strategic management as a linchpin for organizational growth. By intertwining theory and empirical exploration, we explore how innovation's fusion with strategic management can create transformative trajectories. Through a qualitative case study approach and tools like NVivo, we dissect how technological and administrative innovation navigates the intricate web of grid management, offering insights that extend beyond academia. The implications underscore innovation's role as a strategic cornerstone, reshaping paradigms for enduring prosperity while fostering a culture of continuous human capacity development. This study propels a shift in conceptualizing and implementing innovation, offering a compass for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers. Authors: Kremmydas; Christakis, Kostis, Pantelis C. Pages: 1 - 12 Abstract: This research focuses on sustainable consumption and production (SCP) to balance economic growth with ecological preservation. It assesses Greek consumers' attitudes, satisfaction, and knowledge about green products through questionnaires, analyzing the interplay of these factors in consumer satisfaction and highlighting the role of awareness in the green market. The study also compares these findings with Romanian consumer behavior to understand cultural and socioeconomic influences. Results show that positive attitudes towards green products and access to information significantly enhance consumer satisfaction, a trend consistent across different cultures. However, a lack of sustainability knowledge among youth presents an educational opportunity. The study advocates for strategic educational efforts to support SCP, emphasizing the need for well-informed product design, fair pricing, and clear communication to promote sustainable consumer habits, contributing to the broader SCP discourse and guiding future sustainable economy policies. Authors: Saswat; Satya Shiva, Seetharaman, A., Maddulety, K., Bakhshi, Priti Pages: 1 - 12 Abstract: The objective of the research is to analyse the sustainability measures that can be undertaken in the seaport infrastructures. The study is based on systematic literature review. The scope of the research is qualitative and may serve as a basis for identifying factors that can contribute to the adoption of sustainability in the seaport infrastructure sector. The article has direct implications for seaport infrastructure providers. They are encouraged to regularly monitor and to build climate resilient seaport (hereafter ‘port') infrastructure as it is crucial for the economic growth of many developing and emerging countries, as the majority of global trade is done through sea mode. The article collates and examines recent seaport infrastructure study findings. It presents a comprehensive, conceptual model encompassing research work and a holistic view of various aspects affecting sustainability of seaport infrastructure. The article develops a conceptual model that needs to be confirmed empirically. Authors: Bouteraa; Mohamed, Al-Daihani, Meshari, Chekima, Brahim, Ansar, Rudy, Tamma, Elhachemi, Lada, Suddin, Baddou, Abderrahmane, Elkheloufi, Abderrahmane, Fook, Lim Ming Pages: 1 - 32 Abstract: Sustainability has become the global need for survival in all scopes due to financial development's side effects that have resulted in environmental destruction. The world leaders have proposed green banking (GB) to reduce carbon footprints from banking operations by promoting paperless financial services based on technology. However, the customers' adoption of GB remains unsatisfactory in the UAE. This study attempts to investigate the determinants of consumers' intention adoption of GB. An exploratory sequential mixed-method approach is employed. The qualitative analysis identified six new challenges facing customers' intention adoption of GB: customer awareness, personal innovativeness, bank reputation, security and privacy, system quality, and government support. The qualitative findings are mostly confirmed by quantitative study whereby awareness, personal innovativeness, system quality, and bank reputation significantly impact customers' intention to adopt GB. The study also revealed the insignificant moderating impact of gender and age in most proposed relationships.
