      Authors: Emma Fraser; The Attic, 37 Union Street, Dundee DD1 4BS, UKEmma Fraser ACR completed her MA in Conservation at Camberwell College of Arts, London in 1997. In 1998 she started work as a Book Conservator in the Conservation Studio at The Brenthurst Library, South Africa. In 2000 she joined the Book & Paper Conservation Studio at the University of Dundee where she first developed her method of board attachment which she has been adapting ever since. In 2012 she set up the Book & Paper Studio, a small conservation practice in Dundee, where she hosts interns. Emma has taught paper South Africa.
