  • Penerapan Digital Marketing dan Pelatihan Perhitungan Harga Pokok
           Penjualan bagi UMKM

    • Authors: Hartelina, Reminta Lumban Batu, Betha Nurina Sari, Natalia Sumule
Abstract: Abstrak. : This service partner is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are members of the GenUs Mart community. Amid the pace of technological development, MSMEs in the GenUs Mart community have been able to adapt to technology but have not been able to make full use of it, especially in marketing their products using digital marketing and attractive product photography. Another obstacle is the lack of capacity of MSMEs in recording financial reports. Given the importance of financial reports for a business, this is very unfortunate. The purpose of carrying out this service is to support to develop and realize advanced, independent and modern MSMEs. The hope of this dedication is that MSMEs can understand the importance of recording financial reports, taking product photos and using digital marketing so that they can implement them in business activities. The method of implementation in service activities is lectures, questions and answers, training and practice. Based on the results of this activity, it is suggested that this activity be carried out in a sustainable manner considering that technological and economic changes are always there. Plus, MSMEs must be sensitive to any changes and follow these changes. It is very necessary for MSMEs to continue to improve innovation and capabilities, especially in the digital field.

Abstract: Abstrak.

  • Exploring Problems and Opportunities in Using Social Media A Community
Program for Senior High School Students

    • Authors: Yogi Saputra Mahmud
      First page: 329
Abstract: Social media is an inseparable aspect of young generations who are considered digital natives or individuals who live in the middle of the digital era. Moreover, the use of social media becomes a significant activity for young generations to create content, communicate, and explore information in real-time without physical, geographical, and temporal borders. Despite this, the massive use of social media by young generations, including senior high school students, is not always in accordance with the level of digital literacy and communication ethics in social media. This phenomenon eventually leads to some adverse drawbacks. Based on these statements, therefore, this community empowerment program aims to provide an understanding of digital literacy and to explore the problems and opportunities in using social media for senior high school students in Indonesia. There were around 474 participants who were involved in this community empowerment program, including the students of SMA Negeri 2 Bondowoso, SMA YPPK Agustinus Kota Sorong, and the International Relations study program President University. The result from a survey revealed that the majority of participants had experienced problems in using social media, including addiction, cybercrime, cyberbullying, exposure to adult content, and many others. Some recommendations and suggestions for relevant programs in the future are also outlined in this paper to improve students' digital literacy and communication ethics in social media.
