Abstract: This study aimed to ascertain the role of strategy execution on the performance of the manufacturing sector in Nigeria using one of Africa's largest manufacturing conglomerates as a case study. A qualitative research design was deployed to actualize the above purpose by using a sample of eleven interviewees comprising five directors and other six members of the top management team from different departments of the firm whose headquarter is located in Lagos. The study revealed that all issues pertaining to strategy execution in the case study firm are the sole responsibility of the top management team led by its founder and president, which is consistent with theory. Abstract: Due to ongoing debates on evidence-based management (EBMgt) in healthcare, there is an increasing research interest in the relationship between leadership support and operational excellence in the health care sector. The purpose of this study is to critically evaluate the ethical leadership behaviour of the general practitioners (GPs) and their practice manager (PM) in a health centre in the United Kingdom (UK). We adopted a mixed method and used five theoretical lenses – manipulation, putting self above others, responsibility avoidance, lack of flexibility, and belittling others – to examine these medical leaders' ethical behaviour and to match their ethical behaviours with their employees' expectations. Abstract: This study investigated the role of productive capacity by testing the debt-led growth hypothesis in 54 African Countries. This study is motivated by the rising nature of external debt following the fallout of the Covid-19 and the neglect of productive capacity in the debt-growth empirical relations, a variable found to be a necessary determinant based on theory. The study employed panel data from 2000 to 2018 and Pooled OLS, Fixed effect and Panel Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) as the panel estimators. Furthermore, two models were estimated for each panel estimator to capture the effect of the introduction of productive capacity on the debt-growth nexus – a model with and without the productive capacity index.
