  • PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH “ZAPRA” BERBASIS POP UP BOOK
           PADA MATERI TEKNOLOGI HASIL KEBUDAYAAN ZAMAN PRAAKSARA DI INDONESIA UNTUK
           KELAS X IIS 3 SMA DARUT TAQWA PURWOSARI KABUPATEN PASURUAN

      Abstract: Abstract: This research aims to produce a pop-up book-based history learning media about the technology results of prehistoric culture in Indonesia for Darut Taqwa Purwosari High School, Pasuruan Regency class X IIS 3. The limited use of information technology-based learning media and the prohibition of the use of gadgets in Islamic education-based schools have caused history teachers in conveying and explaining historical material become unattractive, even though teachers must respond to technological advances that may lead to automation of the world of education. The research method used in this research uses research and development methods. The results of the research that resulted from the development of pop up book learning media based on the results of the feasibility test obtained a percentage value of 89.7% by material expert validators and 92.3% by media expert validators. The development of pop up book learning media is made with an attractive design, a practical and efficient form and is effective for the use of history learning activities in the classroom. Keywords: Development of Learning Media, Pop Up Books, Technology Results of Prehistoric Culture in Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran sejarah berbasis pop up book tentang teknologi hasil kebudayaan zaman praaksara di Indonesia untuk SMA Darut Taqwa Purwosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan kelas X IIS 3. Terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan pelarangan penggunaan gadget di sekolah berbasis pendidikan Islam menyebabkan guru sejarah dalam menyampaikan dan menerangkan materi sejarah menjadi tidak menarik, padahal guru harus merespon kemajuan teknologi yang mungkin terjadinya otomatisasi dunia pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan dari pengembangan media pembelajaran pop up book berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan didapatkan nilai persentase sebesar 89,7% oleh validator ahli materi dan 92,3% oleh validator ahli media. Pengembangan media pembelajaran pop up book dibuat dengan desain yang menarik, bentuk yang praktis dan efisien serta efektif bagi penggunaan kegiatan proses pembelajaran sejarah di kelas. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran, Pop Up Book, Teknologi Hasil Kebudayaan Zaman Praaksara di Indonesia

  • MINAT GURU SEJARAH TERHADAP PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN GURU PENGGERAK DI PROVINSI
           BANTEN

      Abstract: This research is based on the recruitment of Driving Teacher Candidates and Practical Teacher Candidates in the Driving Teacher Education Program from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology as the implementation of the Independent Learning policy. Researcher want to know how the interest of history teachers in Banten Province towards this program. The methodology used is a quantitative, qualitative and descriptive approach with two instruments, namely questionnaires and interviews. Respondents were 123 teachers, while interviews were conducted with three teachers. The results showed that most of the respondents were interested in registering, both as Driving Teacher Candidates and Practical Teacher Candidates. Intrinsically, the most dominant motivation of applicants is to develop themselves as innovative, creative, professional teachers who implement student-centered learning. As for extrinsically, the biggest influence on the emergence of interest is because of the support from fellow teachers at school. The most interesting finding is that the dissemination carried out by professional teacher organizations or teacher communities through webinars and other online discussion forums has more influence on teacher interest than the dissemination carried out by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology as well as from the Banten Province Education and Culture Office. Therefore, stakeholders need to always synergize and collaborate with all parties, especially professional organizations or the teacher community, so that government programs can be carried out optimally.

  • PEMIKIRAN SUKARNO MENGENAI PERSERIKATAN BANGSA-BANGSA (PBB) (1950-1965)

      Abstract: Sebagai seorang salah satu pemimpin bangsa Asia Afrika yang terkemuka di masa lalu, Sukarno mengambil peran penting dalam diplomasi internasional melalui Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB). Sukarno tentu saja memiliki harapan yang besar akan kehadiran PBB di dalam sistem internasional.  Para sarjana liberal internasionalisme meyakini bahwa institusi internasional merupakan sarana fundamental yang dapat mencegah terjadinya perang besar. Kendati demikian, peran dan fungsi PBB sebagai mediator perdamaian seringkali tidak berjalan dengan semestinya. Artikel ini menganalisis pemikiran Sukarno mengenai fungsi institusi internasional. Dalam artikel ini, penulis menempatkan pemikiran Sukarno dalam konteks perdebatan teori hubungan internasional mengenai institusi dalam pendekatan realisme dan utopia liberalisme. Data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini berasal dari arsip, surat kabar dan buku yang diterbitkan antara 1950-1960’an. Penulis berargumen bahwa Sukarno melihat PBB sebagai institusi internasional melalui pendekatan realisme yang kritis terhadap visi institusi internasional. Pendekatan realis yang dimiliki Sukarno dalam menempatkan negara dan kepentingan nasional sebagai tujuan utama dalam berpartisipasi di PBB. Sukarno melihat bahwa sistem internasional terdiri dari anarki dimana setiap negara memiliki kepentingannya masing-masing (self-interest) untuk bertahan.

  • PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH POWTOON BERBASIS INQUIRY LEARNING
           UNTUK MENINGKATKAN CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL
           ASSURE

      Abstract: Abstract: The paradigm of independent learning and the development of digital technology have brought major changes in the historical learning. Educators are required to innovate in learning in order to develop students' critical thinking skills (CTS). However, the results of previous studies and preliminary observations showed problems related to the low CTS of students. The purpose of this research and development is to provide an alternative solution to the low CTS of students by developing a media powtoon based on inquiry learning. The design uses the ASSURE development model stages. The result of research and development is powtoon media based on inquiry learning, which is validated by experts and can improve CTS. The results of the validation of content experts in the field of study reached 94% with "very good" qualifications, media or design validation reached 91.8% with "very good" qualifications, and language validation reached 94% with "very good" qualifications. Furthermore, the results of the user trial reached 94% with a "very good" qualification. The results of small group trials and field trials obtained an increase in CTS of 80.83% and 81.65% with the predicate "very high". So it was concluded that the media powtoon based on inquiry learning was effective in improving students' CTS.Abstrak: Paradigma merdeka belajar dan perkembangan teknologi digital membawa perubahan besar dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Pendidik diharapkan berinovasi dalam pembelajaran guna mengembangkan Critical Thinking Skills (CTS) peserta didik. Namun hasil penelitian terdahulu dan observasi awal, menunjukkan permasalahan terkait rendahnya CTS peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah memberikan solusi alternatif rendahnya CTS peserta didik dengan mengembangkan media Powtoon berbasis Inquiry Learning. Desain menggunakan tahapan pengembangan model ASSURE. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan adalah media Powtoon berbasis Inquiry Learning yang tervalidasi ahli dan dapat meningkatkan CTS. Hasil validasi ahli isi bidang studi mencapai 94% dengan kualifikasi “sangat baik”, validasi media atau desain mencapai 91,8% dengan kualifikasi “sangat baik”, dan validasi bahasa mencapai 94% dengan kualifikasi “sangat baik”. Selanjutnya hasil uji coba pengguna mencapai 94% dengan kualifikasi “sangat baik”. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan memperoleh peningkatan CTS sebesar 80,83% dan 81,65% dengan predikat “sangat tinggi”. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa media Powtoon berbasis Inquiry Learning efektif meningkatkan CTS peserta didik.

      Abstract: Batik Banten is one of the contemporary batik which the design was taken from Reweng Trewengkal artifact (earthenware) of Banten Sultanate at XVII century.   Then artifact design was adopted become Banten batik. Therefore, the aims of this research are to know the history of Batik Banten, to find the kinds of design of Batik Banten and how is it related to the history of Banten Sultanate. The method of this research is qualitative research with a historical approach. The step of this research are: choosing topic, heuristic, verification, interpretation and historiography. The result of this research are, first Banten had Batik Fabric since Sultanate era, it become special because Banten Batik is the only one batik in Indonesia which its design explain the history. The second, the total of various design of Banten Batik are 75 designs. It was taken from Reweng Trewengkal Artifact.   • JEJAK PERTUMBUHAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN LADA MASA KESULTANAN BANTEN DI LAMPUNG

      Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jejak pertumbuhan dan perkembangan lada di Lampung di bawah pengaruh Kesultanan Banten sejak abad ke XVII hingga XVIII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode sejarah dengan tahapan heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif karena menggunakan sumber dari data hasil tinjauan pustaka dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa pertumbuhan lada hitam tersebar diberbagai wilayah di Lampung seperti di kawasan Timur, Barat, Selatan dan Utara Lampung. Perkembangan penanaman lada di Lampung tidak terlepas dari perjanjianantara Kesultanan Banten dengan para pemimpin kebuayaan di Lampung melalui prasasti atau piagam perjanjian. Adapun piagam perjanjian itu antara lainpiagam dalung Bojong untuk daerah Lampung Timur, piagam Rajabasa untuk daerah Lampung Selatan, piagam Sukau untuk daerah Pesisir Lampung Barat.

  • GERAKAN SAYANG IBU: KEBIJAKAN MENURUNKAN ANGKA KEMATIAN IBU DI KARAWANG
           TAHUN 1996-1998

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program Gerakan Sayang Ibu (GSI) sebagai salah satu program pemerintah pada masa Orde Baru yang telah menginspirasi masyarakat dalam memperhatikan kesehatan dan menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Selain itu penelitian ini membahas pelaksanaan GSI di wilayah Kabupaten Karawang yang menjadi salah satu dari delapan kabupaten percobaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode historis yang mencangkup empat tahapan antara lain; heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi dan historiografi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gerakan Sayang Ibu dapat dijadikan sebagai gerakan nasional karena dalam pelaksanaannya dapat mengembangkan kualitas manusia dan sumber daya manusia, tingkat AKI di Indonesia yang masih kurang stabil dapat diturunkan, sehingga Indonesia dapat menunjukkan komitmennya kepada internasional dalam menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu. Pelaksanaan GSI di Karawang berhasil membawa perubahan dengan penurunan kematian ibu dari total 42 menjadi 34 kematian ibu dalam 2 tahun tersebut. Pada 21 Mei 1998, turunnya Presiden Soeharto berdampak pada program GSI. Dampak yang dialami seperti mulai meredup dan masuk pada bagian program-program pembangunan pemerintah lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena ketidak stabilan politik pada masa akhir Orde Baru, tetapi Gerakan Sayang Ibu tetap dipercaya dalam menurunkan angka kematian ibu.
