      Abstract: Additional activities or activities that are carried out outside of class hours are usually called extracurricular activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of sports extracurricular activities on students' interest in sports activities. This research is an Ex Post facto research. The research design used is X extracurricular to Y student interest and Z as gender. The population of this study were all students of MTs Al-Washliyah Tasikmalaya City which consisted of 18 female students and 12 male students, so that the total population obtained was 30 students. The sampling technique used is Saturated Sampling, this technique is used when all populations are used as samples in this study according to the instrument grid above, namely using a questionnaire, or more accurately a closed questionnaire with a rating scale. Based on the results of the linearity test the value of 0.012 > 0.05, the basis for decision making in the homogeneity test, namely; If the significance value (Sig) is greater than 0.05, the research data is normally distributed. it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship or impact/linearity between Sports Extracurricular Activities and Student Interest in Participating in Sports Activities.

  • The Effect of Zig-Zag Running Training With The Ball on Dribbling Skills
           in Gumelar SSB Men's Soccer Game

      Abstract: Agi Suryadi (NIM 182223009), The Effect of Zig-Zag Running Training With The Ball on Dribbling Skills in Gumelar SSB Men's Soccer Game, Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program, 2022. Training methods for improving dribbling skills such as zigzag running are less varied and tend to be monotonous for athletes, in football it takes good dribbling techniques to dodge past opponent's obstacles while carrying the ball but in practice it can't be implemented optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of zigzag running training on dribbling skills in the SSB Putra Gumelar soccer game. This research is an experimental research with technical data collection. This research was conducted with a sample of 20 people. Data analysis in this study used the t-test, namely by comparing the results of the pretest with the posttest in the experimental group. Based on the results of the statistical test, it was obtained that the t-test value between the pretest and posttest of zigzag running training on dribbling skills had a tcount of 53.145, p = 0.000, because p <0.05, there was a significant increase. Judging from the average value, the average value of the pretest = 21.48 seconds and the average value of the posttest = 18.13 seconds, because the average value of the pretest is smaller than the average value of the posttest, there is an increase in dribbling skills of = 3.35 or 15.6%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of zig-zag running training on dribbling skills in the SSB Putra Gumelar soccer game.   Keywords: zigzag running practice, dribbling skills

  • Pengaruh Media Modifikasi terhadap kemampuan Forehand Tenis meja pada
           Siswa Ekstrakurikuler di SDN I Ciawijapura

      Abstract: This study focuses on improving the forehand table tennis technique using a bouncing board at Extracurricular SDN I Ciawijapura. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of the forehand table tennis technique using a bouncing board for extracurricular students at SDN I Ciawijapura. The researcher used the bouncing board test instrument for 30 seconds (Nurhasan, 2001 : 164-167) to determine the improvement of the forehand technique using the bouncing board. The research method used is a quantitative method. One of the quantitative methods used in this research method is the experimental quantitative method with the research design used "One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design". Researchers have found that the forehand technique in the table tennis game using a bouncing board has increased, as evidenced by the significant value after being given treatment, namely using a modified bouncing board media, which increased by 3,715. The results of the hypothesis test also show that the value of  tcount > ttable is (17.202 > 1.729) which means the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

  • Analysis of the Effectiveness of Online Learning on PJOK Learning Outcomes
           of Class X IPS 4 Students During the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMAN 1

      Abstract: Cendiarto Bagusti Panglungguh (NIM: 182223028), with the title "Online Learning Effectiveness Analysis on PJOK Learning Outcomes for Class X IPS 4 Students During the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMAN 1 Banjarharjo, Brebes Regency". The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning on PJOK learning outcomes for Class X IPS 4 students during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 1 Banjarharjo, Brebes Regency. The method used in this research is a survey and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research subjects were students of Class X IPS 4 at SMAN 1 Banjarharjo, Brebes Regency. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive percentage data analysis techniques by using data analysis calculations to find the relative frequency of the percentage and changing the average value of each aspect and category using the benchmark reference assessment guideline (PAP). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument in the form of questions with "yes" or "no" alternatives. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques with percentages. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of online learning on the learning outcomes of PJOK grade X IPS 4 students during the covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 1 Banjarharjo, Brebes Regency was in the very effective category was 13.89% (5 people), the effective category was 50.% ( 18 people), the less effective category was 22.22% (8 people), and the ineffective category was 13.89% (5 people). This means that according to the students of class X IPS 4 SMAN 1 Banjarharjo learning PJOK online is quite effective. The conclusion that the level of effectiveness of online learning on the learning outcomes of PJOK class X IPS 4 students during the covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 1 Banjarharjo, Brebes Regency is in the effective category is 50.% (18 people).

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Metode Latihan Bor dan Akurasi Smash pada Bulu Tangkis di Klub Bulutangkis PB Sanggar Riang Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest – Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet PB Sanggar Riang Badminton Club Kuningan yang berjumlah 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Jadi sampel yang diambil adalah 10 orang. Alasan mengapa 10 orang adalah karena akan lebih efektif dengan ukuran sampel yang lebih kecil dan populasi yang lebih homogen. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes ketepatan smash yang telah ditentukan (PB PBSI 2006). Hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis data uji awal (pretest) dengan hasil untuk metode drill training dengan rata-rata (mean) sebesar 25,50 dan standar deviasi sebesar 3,923. Setelah dilakukan perlakuan dan analisis terhadap data akhir (posttest) hasil metode drill training dengan mean 29,20 dan standar deviasi 1,874. Artinya hasil tes akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode latihan drill dapat meningkatkan akurasi pukulan smash dalam bulutangkis.
