  • Elastic Power Bands Affect the Improvement of PencakSilat Athlete Sickle
           Kicks

    • Authors: Irsan Kahar, Najamuddin Najamuddin, Ahmad Ahmad, Andi Heri Riswanto, Rasyidah Jalil
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Elastic Power Bands training on increasing the sickle kick in the Pencak Silat Athletes of Porprov Kab. Luwu. This research method is quantitative research in the form of an experimental One-Group Pre-test Post-test Design carried out by giving X treatment to the subject. The population in this study was the PencakSilat Athletes of the Province of Luwu Regency, totaling 19 people. The sampling technique was used when all population members were sampled, namely the saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a sickle kick ability test through pair training. The results of this study indicate that the Elastic Power Bands exercise positively affects the ability to perform crescent kicks in the Porprov Pencak Silat Athletes of Luwu Regency. The test results of the athlete's sickle kick using the Elastic Power Bands exercise, in the pre-test, the average value obtained was 66.4667, and in the post-test, the average value obtained was 80.2667. From the two tests performed, it can be seen that the average post-test has a higher score than the average pre-test, which means that the Elastic Power Bandster exercise has an effect on increasing crescent kick ability. So there is an average difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test, which means that there is a significant effect of Elastic Power Bands training on the pencaksilat sickle kick.

    • Authors: Deny Sugandi , Dewi Susilawati , Yogi Akin
Abstract: This research examines the effect of the learning model using life kinetics on increasing learning attention as seen from the concentration level of students in one of the elementary schools in Kab. Bandung. The research method used in this research is an experimental method adapted to the research objectives of wanting to know the truth of hypotheses regarding causal relationships with a Quasi-Experimental Design research design. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple classification analyses of variance, using two ways (two-way ANOVA). Two-way analysis of variance to analyze the effect of the two independent variables, namely learning models using life kinetics and conventional learning models (not using life kinetics) with attribute variables of concentration levels (high and low). Through two-way analysis of variance and statistical data analysis techniques of IBM SPSS Version 25 software, a significant increase in attendance was found in student study groups using the life kinetic learning model.

           Covid-19 Pandemic In Palu City

    • Authors: Zahra Zetira, Tandiyo Rahayu , Soedjatmiko Soedjatmiko
Abstract: The objectives of this study: (1) How to find out the training motivation of PPLP boxing athletes during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palu City; (2) How to maintain the intrinsic motivation of PPLP boxing athletes during training during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palu City; (3) How to maintain the extrinsic motivation of PPLP boxing athletes during training during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palu City; (4) What obstacles do PPLP boxing athletes face during training during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palu City. The research uses qualitative methods with the design of phenomenological studies. The data source is information from PPLP athletes from Central Sulawesi Province, coaches, provincial dispora and parents of PPLP boxing athletes. The data obtained are analyzed qualitatively with the following steps: (1) data collection; (2)data reduction; (3) presentation of data. The results showed that the training conditions of pplp boxing athletes during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palu city felt the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic from the beginning of appearing in Central Sulawesi in 2020. The obstacle to training pplp boxing athletes during the Covid-19 pandemic in Palu city is that during this pandemic, the government issued a very unprofitable policy for PPLP boxing athletes. The training strategies for boxing athletes during the covid-19 pandemic in the city of Palu can still train during the pandemic; they are restricting training grounds. Online media is a solution for PPLP Central Sulawesi boxing athletes; by using online media, they can carry out training through the program provided by the trainer and not carry out training in crowded places.

Abstract: The specific objective to be achieved in this study is to apply the physical literacy model in learning physical education, sports, and health in elementary schools (PJOK SD). With the implementation of the physical literacy model in PJOK SD learning, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the quality of physical activity with moderate to high intensity (MVPA/Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity) with the added value of specific goals from physical literacy. The research method to achieve the research objectives was an experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects to develop instruments for implementing the physical literacy model for SD PJOK learning were physical education experts, student development experts, sports coaching experts, and Physical Education teachers. While the research subjects to test the instrument's reliability were fifth-grade elementary school students in the Surabaya area. Research data collection used tools developed based on literature studies on physical literacy models, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and trials. Data analysis based on the nature and descriptive statistical research design, paired sample t-test, and independent sample test t-test. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results in the control group. There was a substantial difference between the pretest and posttest results in the experimental group. There was no significant difference between the pretest results of the control group and the experimental group. However, looking at the mean between the control and experimental groups, there tends to be an increase in the experimental group. These results can help parents, trainers, and educators, especially PJOK SD teachers, conduct coaching and movement education for elementary school students. In addition, it is expected to be able to develop the competence of elementary school students as a whole.

  • Effect of SP3OR on Increasing Community Participation in Sports (APMO)

    • Authors: Sandi Arisma Cipta Perdana Ilsya, Amung Mamun, Nurlan Kusmedi, Nuryadi Nuryadi
Abstract: The level of physical activity is the initial gate of a person's potential to have a group of fitness and health. The importance of the role of physical activity has led to the development of various studies, one of which was the birth of multiple programs designed to increase the participation of the sports community, such as the Undergraduate Program for Driving Sports Development (SP3OR). To determine the effectiveness of the SP3OR program, measurements were made with the Community Participation in Sports (APMO) indicator. The SP3OR program was carried out by involving 110 instructors divided into 27 districts/cities. The instructors provide treatment through exercise campaigns and joint sports in selected Villages/Kelurahan. The results showed an increase of 2.4%. In the calculation of the significance test with the T-test method, the result is 0.005, which means there is a significant change. The results of this study explain to the government at the Regency/City level, Province to the Central station, that the SP3OR program significantly impacts the community by increasing public interest in sports. Thus, it is hoped that it can be an example for other regions to implement programs that aim to increase the level of physical activity through sports which will ultimately have an impact on minimizing the risk of developing degenerative diseases
