- Evaluation of the Creativity of Physical Education Teachers in Sports and
Health at Private Elementary Schools in Pedurungan District Authors: Catur Rizqi Mushaffar, Donny Wira Yudha Kusuma, Nasuka Nasuka Pages: 282 - 289 Abstract: Quality and quality education is determined by educators (teachers). The research objectives are (1) to evaluate the originality factor of the creativity of PE teachers; (2) to evaluate the creativity elaboration factor of PE teachers; (3) to evaluate the creativity flexibility factor of Private Elementary School PE teachers in Pedurungan District, Semarang City. This research is maxed method research using a quantitative descriptive approach. This study's data sources were Principals, PE teachers, and elementary students in the Pedurungan sub-district, Semarang City. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, classified into two groups of data: quantitative data in the form of numbers and qualitative data in words or symbols. The results of this study (1) Originality factor, the results of reliability calculations from item statement items. Which has been tested r < 0.67 Weak interpretation. (2) the elaboration factor of the PE teacher's creativity, the elaboration factor of 9 items that have been tested, r < 0.67 Weak interpretation. This is because PE teachers only learn by relying on the material in printed books. The lack of variation in the movements and the learning feels monotonous (3) flexibility factor The creativity of the PE teacher flexibility factor is 11 items tested with r < 0.67 unique interpretation.. Based on the study's results, it was concluded that the flexibility factor had been implemented well in the three creative factors of PE teachers in the Pedurungan sub-district. - Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Let’s- Teach Berbasis Android Pada
Pembelajaran Penjaskes Kurikulum 13 Authors: Dhimas Cahya Patriea Anugerah Pages: 290 - 299 Abstract: Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin berkembang sangat berpengaruh dengan gaya hidup manusia yang juga harus mengalami perkembangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk : (1) Menganalisis pengembangan media pembelajaran Let’s-Teach yang berbasis Android pada smartphone untuk dokumen pembelajaran PJOK kelas XI SMA; (2) Menganalisis efektivitas aplikasi pengembangkan media pembelajaran dan administrasi guru berbasis android pada pembelajaran PJOK kelas XI SMA; (3) Menganalisis tingkat kelayakan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Android untuk materi pembelajaran PJOK kelas XI SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan meliputi 10 tahapan, yaitu ; potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, uji pemakaian, revisi produk, uji coba, revisi desain, revisi produk, produksi massal. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket validasi produk, angket responden dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif presentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran PJOK berbasis android untu SMA Kelas XI. Uji coba skala kecil aplikasi media pembelajaran PJOK SMA kelas XI yaitu mendapatkan 91% yang dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Uji coba skala besar aplikasi media pembelajaran PJOK SMA yaitu mendapatkan 94% yang dapat dikategorikan sangat baik sehingga produk aplikasi ini layak diproduksi secara massal dan dapat digunakan guru untuk media pembelajaran PJOK SMA. - The Effect of Training Methods and Eye-foot Coordination on the Dribbling
Skills of Diklat Bintang Pelajar Players Authors: Fandi Ahmad, Tri Rustiadi, Soegiyanto Soegiyanto Pages: 300 - 308 Abstract: The development of modern football, technical level, physical condition and tactical development are studied in depth and scientifically carefully. Technical factors are the most vital in football, including the technique of dribbling. The dribbling training method used needs to be studied to determine whether or not it affects the athlete's dribbling ability. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training methods and eye-foot coordination on the dribbling skills of student star training players. The method used is an experimental method with a factorial design in the form of a pretest posttest group with a sample of 40 football athletes. The analysis technique used is normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that there is an influence between the Massed Practice training method with an average value of 43.75 and the Distributed Practice training method obtained an average value of 42.00 on dribbling skills. There is an effect of eye-foot coordination on dribbling skills. Athletes who have high eye-foot coordination with an average score of 14,5500 and athletes who have low eye-foot coordination with an average score of 10,700. There is an interaction between the Massed practice and Distributed Practice training methods on the dribbling skills of the Bintang Pelajar Training players in Semarang Regency. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence and interaction between the training methods and eye-foot coordination on the dribbling skills of the Bintang Pelajar training players, Semarang Regency. - Contribution of Teacher Performance, Socio-Economic Status, and Physical
Activity to the Body Mass Index of Student in Semarang Tengah Authors: Pandora Wahyu Herjanata, Soegiyanto Soegiyanto, Taufiq Hidayah Pages: 309 - 314 Abstract: Pandemic, it affects the learning process, especially in physical education (PE) class. This study aims to find the contribution of PE teacher performance, family socioeconomic status and physical activity during the pandemic to the body mass index of elementary school students. Respondents consisted of 436 students and 16 teachers of civil servants, non-civil servants, and foundations spread across 12 public and private schools in the district of Central Semarang. The data were analyzed using multiple regression method with the help of SPSS 25 to find the value of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination. With the results 1) Significant relationship between the performance of PE teachers and physical activity on the body mass index of students with a low contribution of 31%. 2) A significant relationship between the performance of PE teachers and socioeconomic status on the body mass index of students with a moderate contribution of 47% . 3) There is a significant relationship between physical activity and socioeconomic status on the body mass index of students with a moderate contribution of 42.2%. 4) There is a significant relationship between the performance of PE teachers, physical activity and socioeconomic status on the body mass index of students with a moderate contribution of 47.4%. The conclusion is that simultaneously the performance of PE teachers, children's physical activity during the pandemic and the socioeconomic status of the family have a significant relationship with a moderate contribution. - The Effect of Training Methods and Power on Shooting Accuracy of Porma
Football School Players in Kudus Regency Authors: Reza Zul Hanif, Nasuka Nasuka, Bambang Priyono Pages: 315 - 321 Abstract: The purpose of this research is to compare training with fixed targets with training with changing targets at SSB PORMA Kudus Regency. Objectives 1) To investigate the impact of fixed and variable target training methods on soccer shooting accuracy. 2) Analyzing the difference between the effects of high and low power on the accuracy of soccer shooting. 3) Examining the influence of training methods and strength on the shooting accuracy of SSB Porma soccer players in Kudus Regency. Research Procedure Utilize a 2 x 2 factorial design for your experiments. The factorial design consists of two independent variables: training method and leg muscle strength. This study included 24 16-year-old SSB PORMA Kudus Regency players as participants. The results indicated that the Training method (Fixed Targets and Changed Targets) yielded a value of 0.035 (<0.05). Then, shooting accuracy is affected by the fixed target training method and the variable target training approach. Leg Muscle Power (high and low) has a sig value of 0.017 (<0.05). Then, high power and low power influence the soccer shot accuracy of SSB Porma players in Kudus Regency. Training Method * Power has a sig value of 0.000 (<0.05). The conclusion of changing the target training strategy is markedly improved shooting accuracy. The lower leg muscular strength was much better than the high power. There is an interaction between training methods and strength on the soccer shot accuracy of SSB Porma, Kudus Regency players. - The Effect of Training Model and Agility on Dribbling Ability in Terawas
FC Football School Players Age 14-16 Years in Lubuklinggau City Authors: Agung Pratama, Tri Rustiadi, Sri Sumartiningsih Pages: 322 - 329 Abstract: Terawas FC football players aged 14 to 16 have very low dribbling skills. This study’s primary objective is to compare the effectiveness of the diamond with ball and diamond with run training models. Differential effects of high and low agility and the interaction between training models and agility on dribbling ability. The method in this study uses a quasi-experimental method with a design factor of 2x2. There are 42 players, with an average age of 14 to 16 years. The sampling menthod used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 28 individuals, and the Two-Way Anova test was used to analyze the data. 1) Determine whether the practice of diamond with the ball or diamond with the run has a greater impact on agility with a value of Fcount (97.923) > Ftable (0.720). 2) To distinguish between high and low dribbling agility with a value of Fcount (23.384) > Ftable (0.720). 3). Determine the difference between the practice of diamond with the ball and diamond with the run on the ability to dribble using Fcount (27.645) > Ftable (0.720). 4). To determine the difference between the diamond with the ball and the diamond with the run, training models with a value of Fcount (48.895) > Ftable (0.720). 5). To determine that there is no interaction between the diamond with the ball and diamond with the run training models and high and low agility on the ability to dribble using Fcount (24.900) > Ftable (0.720). The conclusion is that diamond with the ball and diamond with the run training models influence the agility and dribbling ability of Lubuklinggau City Terawas FC football school players aged 14 to 16 years. - The Impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic on Facilities Providers and Sports
Activities in Palu City Authors: Muhammad Tuveil, Heny Setyawati, Sulaiman Sulaiman Pages: 330 - 338 Abstract: The motivation for this research is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on sports facilities and activities. Objectives 1) Analyze the status of business actors supplying sports facilities 2) Analyzing the challenges faced by commercial actors in the provision of sports facilities 3) Analyzing corporate actors' solutions for providing sporting facilities in the city of Palu. This study used a qualitative research design to investigate phenomenology. This study uses the Palu City Diaspora, sports facilities business actors, and the community as its data sources. Data collection techniques was using observation, interviews and documentation. The four interacting components of data analysis were data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study's conditions pertain to the state of sports, particularly the availability of sports facilities and activities. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is felt not only by the community as sports players, but also by the government, particularly commercial actors providing sports facilities. Constraints The inability of business actors providing sports facilities and activities to operate is mostly caused by the closure of sports facilities and infrastructure in Palu City. During the covivirus 19 pandemic, the answer for facility business actors through internet media can help in marketing the rental of sports facilities or services. The research concludes that the condition of sports facilities business actors during the covid 19 pandemic has resulted in a decrease in income. Always improve by creating health measures so that their businesses can reopen throughout the transition from the covid 19 pandemic. - The Effectiveness of Lape Traditional Game Skills on Students’ Physical
Fitness and Learning Outcomes During the Covid-19 Pandemic Authors: Irwansyah Irwansyah, Soegiyanto Soegiyanto, Sri Sumartiningsih Pages: 339 - 347 Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of traditional lape game skills on students’ physical fitness and learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quasi-experimental method using a two-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The sample of this study was 22 students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Woja. This data is then followed by testing the requirements of the paired T-test analysis at the significance level (0.05). Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it was concluded: (1) There are traditional lape game skills on students' physical fitness during the covid-19 pandemic with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 on the physical fitness variable getting an average pretest value of 15.68 while the posttest increased by 18.56. (2) There are traditional lape game skills on student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic with a significance level of 0.043 <0.05 in the lape game variable with an average pretest value of 17.50 while the posttest value increased by 23.23. (3) There is a difference in traditional lape game skills on physical fitness and student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic with a significance value of 0.000 with a score of 20.36 for physical fitness training and a significance value of 0.043 with a score of 23.23 for a traditional lape game. - The Contribution of Pedagogic Competence, Personality, and Work Ethic to
the Performance of Physical Education Teachers at Elementary Schools in Kembang District, Jepara Regency Authors: Muhammad Arif Rahman, Sulaiman Sulaiman, Fajar Awang Irawan Pages: 348 - 355 Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the contribution of pedagogic competence, personality competence, and work ethic to the performance of elementary school physical education teachers in Kembang District, Jepara Regency. This type of research uses a non-experimental quantitative approach, where the researcher examines the facts that have occurred (ex post facto). The method used is correlational. The sample in this study were 19 elementary school physical education teachers and used a total sampling technique. The results of the regression analysis showed that the magnitude of the teacher's performance which was influenced by pedagogic competence, personality competence, and work ethic was 95.4%. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a positive contribution between pedagogic competence, personality competence, and work ethic on the performance of elementary school physical education teachers in Kembang District, Jepara Regency, by 95.4%. Recommendations in improving teacher performance need to be held a program to improve and develop teacher competence as well as an assessment of the work ethic of elementary school physical education teachers so that teachers can carry out their profession to the fullest with the provision of competence and a good work ethic. - Development of An Integrated Moodle-Based Physical Education E-learning
with Religious Content on the Topic of Pencak Silat at SMA Genrus Nusantara Boarding School Kendal Authors: Okfian Setiaji, Bambang Budi Raharjo, Taufiq Hidayah Pages: 356 - 364 Abstract: Moodle is one of the e-learning platforms that can be developed to support distance learning effectively. In order not only to function as knowledge transfer, e-learning needs to be integrated with religious content. This research aims to: (1) produce an integrated Moodle-based physical education e-learning with religious content on the topic of Pencak Silat; (2) test the feasibility; and (3) test the effectiveness of e-learning product. This Research and Development uses 3 stages of 4D model (define, design, develop). The final product is produced after passing the validation by experts and two trials. Small-scale trials were conducted on 20 students and large-scale on 73 students of class X. Data analysis include feasibility test, student responses test, effectiveness test, t-test. This study shows the following results: (1) e-learning was developed using Moodle version 3.11.6 which provides several features: virtual meeting, e-books, discussion forums, learning videos, online exams; (2) e-learning has been declared feasible based on validation of expert in the field of learning media with percentage of 93,75% with “very feasible” criteria, expert in the field of physical education with percentage of 87,50% with “very feasible” criteria, and user responses with percentage of 79,50% with “good” criteria; (3) e-learning product was proven effective based on the t-test paired samples taken from the results of the pretest and posttest. - Correlation of Intelligent Quotient, Emotional Quotient, and Adversity
Quotient to Badminton Athletes’ Achievement Authors: Audina Sitiyas Widohari, Donny Wira Yudha Kusuma, Sugiharto Sugiharto Pages: 365 - 372 Abstract: The background of this research is the difference of Intelligent Quotient, Emotional Quotient, and Adversity Quotient of badminton athletes in Semarang City on the achievements produced by athletes. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the interaction of Intelligent Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Adversity Quotient (AQ) on the achievement results of badminton athletes in Semarang city. Correlational research design with cluster purposive sample technique. The instrument used by IQ is the Wonderlic Personnel Test (WPT) test. Questionnaire instruments were used to test EQ and AQ. The total subjects of this study were 71 badminton athletes in Semarang City, with the average age of 13.72 ± 0.959 years. The results showed that the results of the regression test for each variable obtained t-count IQ of 4.310, t-count EQ of 5.912, t-count AQ of 5.250 and sig all variable of <0.001. Adversity intelligence has no significant effect on the achievement of badminton athletes.. The conclusion of this study is that Intelligent Quotient, Emotional Quotient, and Adversity Quotient have a significant correlation to the achievement of badminton athletes. - Development of Android-Based Go Swim Education Learning Media on Material
Basic Swimming Techniques for Junior High School Students Authors: Muhamad Jihan Nur Aziz, Sulaiman Sulaiman, Siti Baitul Mukarromah Pages: 373 - 379 Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze the learning of media models and the development of the Android-based Go Swim Education application on Material Basic Swimming Techniques for Junior High School Students. The research method used was the research and development of Sugiyono's research steps which are adapted into 10 steps. The results showed that development of the Android-Based Go Swim Education application was good and practicable to be a learning media of junior high school students who are made it easier for teachers and students to achieve goals of basic swimming technique material as learning object. Good and practicable results were obtained from the validation results of learning media experts of 93.75% which means very practicable, and the validation of physical education experts which shows an assessment result of 87% which means very good. After being trial by learning media experts and physical education experts, it was then trialed with physical education SMP teachers. The first physical education teacher trial getting scored 93% in the very good category, then the second teacher trialed getting scored 90% in the very good category. Trial on this application was carried out in two stages, was small-group and large-group trials. In a small group trial, this application received an assessment result of 91.25% which in the very decent category. In the large group trial, this application received an assessment result of 88.66% which was in the very decent category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Go Swim Education application was one of developments of the technology-based physical education learning media to make it easier for teachers and students to achieve learning goals, than the menu in the Go Swim Education application has benefits both practically and theoretically to help sports and health physical education teachers utilize materials with basic swimming techniques in junior high schools. - The Evaluation of The Achievement Sport Development Program Regional
Student Sports Education and Training Centers (PPLOPD) in Kendal Regency Authors: Muhammad Arif Budi Raharjo, Sulaiman Sulaiman, Donny Wira Yudha Kusuma Pages: 380 - 388 Abstract: Sport training and development are parts of efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian people. Systematic sports training, directed at increasing self-control, responsibility, discipline, sportsmanship which in the end can obtain sports achievements that can arouse national pride, one of which is by forming an appropriate forum through the establishment of the Regional Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLOPD) in each city or regency. The evaluation model is needed together with the implemented program, the researcher chooses the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model as the evaluation. So that it can determine the overall success of the achievement of coaching program for PPLOPD athletes in Kendal Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative approach in evaluation program evaluation using the Context-Input-Process-Product (CIPP) model. The research subjects were the PPLOPD Achievement Sports Branch PPLOPD in Kendal Regency, namely athletics, sepak takraw, pencak silat, karate, taekwondo, sand volleyball, bridge, fencing, weightlifting/ heavytlifting, judo, and wrestling including the administrators, coaches, athletes, parents/community , as well as sports facilities and infrastructure in each of the PPLOPD achievement sports. The data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and the combinations. The data collection tools are in the form of observations and interviews, while documentation in the form of archives is used as the supporting data. The data validity was carried out using triangulation and observational bending techniques. The qualitative analysis goes through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The student sports achievement development program in Kendal Regency is seen from the context of the program, namely the existence of the Regional Student Sports Training Center (PPLOPD) program which is categorized as good. The program input is categorized as good in terms of the input of athletes, coaches, and the administrators that selected by the applicable regulations reported to the Kendal Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Office. The coordinations process between administrators, coaches, athletes, parents, community and agencies is going well. The evaluation and control have been carried out both during and after training. - Evaluation of Sports and Health Physical Education Learning in Vocational
High Schools in Kendal Regency During the Covid-19 Pandemic Authors: Fajar Aji Wibowo, Sulaiman Sulaiman, Harry Pramono Pages: 389 - 395 Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the Context, Input, Process, and Products of PJOK learning at Vocational Schools in Kendal Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. The CIPP model was used in this study as an evaluation model. The participants in this study were school principals, PJOK teachers, and students from Vocational Schools in Kendal Regency. Purposive sampling was used, with information on 7 school principals, 7 PJOK teachers, and 105 students. Techniques for gathering data included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The descriptive quantitative and qualitative data analysis technique was used in this study. The evaluation of the implementation of PJOK learning at Vocational Schools in Kendal Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic was 3,044 in the good category, according to the results. The following outcomes were obtained based on each evaluation component. (1) During the Covid-19 pandemic, the context of evaluating the implementation of PJOK learning at Vocational Schools in Kendal Regency was 3.1 in the good category. The Physical Education learning philosophy indicator was 3.11, and the Physical Education learning objective was 3.09, both of which were good. (2) The program input for evaluating the implementation of PJOK learning at Vocational Schools in Kendal Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic, totaling 3,016, was in the good category. The indicator for teacher profile was 2.79 in the good category, the indicator for student profile was 3.17 in the good category, and the indicator for learning facilities and infrastructure was 3.17 in the good category. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the input for evaluating the implementation of learning at Vocational Schools throughout Kendal Regency was 3.016 in the good category. (3) The process evaluation of the program for evaluating the implementation of PJOK learning at Vocational Schools in Kendal Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic, with a score of 3.04, was good. (4) The program for evaluating the implementation of PJOK learning at Vocational Schools in Kendal Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic received a good rating of 3.18. The evaluation of learning outcomes was 3.18 in the good category, and the evaluation of learning processes was 3.18 in the good category. - Evaluation of Ping-Pong Team Achievement Development Program on Cirebon
Regency Authors: Ayu Lestari Yajid, Sulaiman Sulaiman, Agung Wahyudi Pages: 396 - 404 Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Evaluate human resources, including coaches and athletes’ ping-pong in the Cirebon regency at Porprov 2022, (2) Evaluate the training program implemented by PTMSI in the Cirebon regency at Porprov 2022, (3) Evaluate the source of funds for the Cirebon regency at Porprov 2022, (4) Evaluating the role of the government in the Cirebon regency at Porprov 2022.For evaluation research using qualitative research methods, with the Stake Model Countenance Model program evaluation model. The source of this data is the administrators, coaches, and ping-pong athletes of the Cirebon district in Porprov 2022. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, and data triangulation.
