  • Profile of Food Intake and Physical Activity in Ar-Rahman Drugs
           Rehabilitation Center Review of Nutritional Status

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of food consumption, physical activity, on the nutritional status of AR-Rahman Palembang's drug rehabilitation patients. Using qualitative descriptive methods. The population of this study was AR-Rahman Palembang drug rehabilitation patients which accommodated 32 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique where the population was directly sampled so that 32 respondents were obtained. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, nutritional status application software and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Results Based on the research, it can be concluded that there is no significant value between food intake, physical activity and nutritional status. a significant value for food intake is more than 0.05 (is 0.603), then there is no significant effect between food intake and nutritional status. The significant value for physical activity is more than 0.05 (is 0.604), then there is no significant effect between physical activity and nutritional status. Significant value for food intake and activity of 0.05 (is 0.230), then there is no significant effect between food intake and physical activity on the nutritional status of patients at the Ar-Rahman Drug Rehabilitation Center. disturbed in carrying out physical activity and can also be seen from the results of nutritional status where there are still many patients in the category of deficiency. The implication of research on the profile of Ar-Rahman Palembang's drug intake in terms of nutritional status and physical activity is that patients receive good food intake, always do physical activity every day so that the nutritional status category can be improved for the better.

      Abstract: The success of physical education learning is influenced by several factors, namely physical, cognitive and psychological skills. Psychological skills based on literature studies are an important component that has become the focus of research, especially on aspects of students' learning motivation. This study aims to reveal the psychological skills in physical education learning about intrinsic and extrinsic motivation that affect the success of the type of research used is a literature study or commonly called a literature study. Literature review is part of a qualitative research in which the analysis of research data is based on a data set of published articles that discuss intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in physical education learning. Data analysis is based on a collection of articles published in journals in the last 10 years. The results of the literature review are expected to be used as studies or information that can be used as a theoretical basis for further research in the use of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to support physical education learning success.

  • Kinovea-Based : Tennis Spin Serve Analysis

      Abstract: Abstract  ____________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this research is to describe the mastery level pattern of movement spin service in lawn tennis using kinovea motion analysis tools. Spin serves are chosen to be analyzed because this type of spin service is still difficult for some tennis players. while more and more service masters will have a chance of winning the match. This study used a sample of professional tennis athletes aged 14-16 years and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The descriptive method is used in this study and the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. the procedure of this research, the sample performs a spin service, and a video is recorded, then analyzed using the kinovea motion analysis application. Analytical guidelines refer to instrument assessment of the movement patterns of the lawn tennis spin service. The results showed that 34% of tennis athletes belonged to the high category, 58% classified as moderate category, and 8% classified as low category, while the mastery rate of each stage of the spin service pattern was obtained low category at the ball toss stage 44%, medium category at coiling stage 54%, backswing 71%, uncoiling 61%, strike zone 71%, and fall in 83%. The follow-through stage got the highest category of 92%. A single paragraph of 200 to 300 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.

  • The Popularity Of Aerobics Dance For Women's Society In Sedentary

      Abstract: Aerobic exercise is one of the most popular types of physical activity today, one of which is aerobic dance. Aerobic dance is a physical activity that combines rhythmic music and body activities. This study aims to analyze the level of popularity of aerobic dance in South Sulawesi. This study was conducted on 287 female respondents with an age range of 17-55 years. Data retrieval in this study was carried out by filling out questionnaires via a google form. This questionnaire was distributed to women who did aerobics in fitness centers. The distribution of the google form is carried out during February 2022. The results of this study found that respondents who chose aerobics dance at 41%, aerobics with using different equipment at 17%, aerobics with elements of martial arts at 15%, aerobics with psychically - regulatory orientation, and water aerobics at 13% each. This study concludes that aerobic dance is the most and most popular choice made by South Sulawesi women’s society.

  • Contribution of Body Mass Index towards Physical Fitness in Pencak Silat

      Abstract: The purpose of the study is to determine whether there is a contribution of body mass index towards physical fitness in pencak silat athletes in Palopo City. This is a quantitative descriptive research. The independent variable is body mass index and the dependent variable is physical fitness. The population in this study is the pencak silat athletes inPalopo city. The number of populations are 15 athletes. Sampling technique was saturated sample technique, where all members of the population become sample. The sample in this study are 15 athletes. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive techniques, categorization, data normality, correlation and regression tests using the SPSS program. The results of this study suggest that: The level of body mass index of pencak silat athletes in Palopo City is in the normal category which is  93%. The level of physical fitness of the o pencak silat athletes in Palopo is in the good category at 73%. There is a significant contribution of body mass index to physical fitness in pencak silat athletes in Palopo City which is  64.5%.

      Abstract: Service in volleyball is one of the early markers of the game. Aside from being a service marker, it is also one of the initial capital that can be done to get a point advantage in the volleyball game. The top serve is one of the most frequently used services by volleyball players. The purpose of the study was to find out how the effect of the push-up exercise on the success of the top serve in volleyball. Up to this study, there were 14 athletes from Sentajo Raya District. This study was a population study because all samples were the total population. The instrument used was to measure the ability to direct the service ball correctly and directionally which was carried out after the athletes were given the treatment given to the research subjects, which showed a value of t = -4329 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The results of the study revealed that if. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant effect of the results of the push-up exercise on the ability to serve up in volleyball. do a push-up exercise model first. The data analysis technique used in this study was the paired sample t-test. The results obtained to determine the effect of push-up exercises on service ability

      Abstract: Motivation is one of the characteristics and psychological skills that determine the success of student learning outcomes. The problems that occur in online physical education learning during the covid pandemic have raised the issue of lack of motivation so that learning outcomes are not optimal. In the last 2-3 years, during the COVID-19 pandemic, motivation has been widely cited as a determinant of student learning success. This study aims to review and examine providing an overview of the results of a literature review regarding motivation in online physical education learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative type with a PISTKA study approach, which means conducting an external study from the results of previous studies that have been published with the theme of student physical education learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the literature review are expected to be able to be used as studies or information that can be used as a theoretical basis for further research in handling student learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic so as to produce optimal learning success

  • Evaluation of the Soccer Achievement Development Program at PERSIK Kendal

      Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the results of the soccer sports achievement coaching program in terms of context, input, process and product. The indicators studied were finance, organization, coaching, facilities and infrastructure, human resources and training program. This research is an evaluation research using the CIPP method using a qualitative approach. The population of this study are administrators, coaches, and soccer athletes at PERSIK Kendal. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the following steps: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation and (3) drawing conclusions. The results of this study (financial target funds are clear, structured organization, coaching exists but is less organized, adequate and proper facilities and infrastructure are not owned by themselves, Human resources are good, the training program is going well) : (1) Context. (2) input financial. (3) Process. (4) Products. Evaluation of coaching using the CIPP method at PERSIK Kendal can be seen that the expected target is not achieved from the achievement coaching program at PERSIK Kendal.
