  • The development of learning management achievement using a simulated
           research- based Industrial Accounting for students at the vocational level
           in the field of Accounting, Chiang Mai vocational College

      Abstract: This Research is a quantitative research with the objectives 1) to measure learners’ achievements in stimulated learning management using research as a basis for students studying Industrial Accounting, subject code 20201-2004, vocational certificate program 2019, for learners at Vocational Certificate level 3/3 in Accounting, Chiang Mai Vocational College. 2) To study the student’s satisfaction towards the learning management achievement using research-based stimulation model in Industrial Accounting, subject code 20201-2004 Vocational Certificate Program 2019, for learners at the Vocational Certificate level 3/3 in Accounting, Chiang Mai Vocational College. The sample consisted of 19 people. The tools used in this research were 10 item pre-tests and post-tests and a satisfaction questionnaire in teaching and learning management in a research- based manner, consisting of three aspects: aspect of teaching activities, research based learning and the benefits received from research based teaching management, the 10 items are on a 5- level rating scale according to Likert’s concept. For the data analysis, the statistics used in the data were frequency, percentage, mean (), standard deviation (S.D) and statistics t-test. (1) Learner’s achievements in research- based simulation learning management in Industrial Accounting, subject code 20201-2004, Vocational Certificate Program, 2019 were satisfactory. (2) The results of the questionnaire on the student’s satisfaction with the learning management achievement using a research-based simulation in Industrial Accounting, subject code 20201-2004, Vocational Certificate Program 2019 for learners at the vocational level 3/3 in Accounting, Chiang Mai Vocational College resulted where all 19 female respondents were satisfied. Overall, it was at a high level ( = 4.48, S.D = 0.54).

  • Guidelines for the Development of Desirable Characteristics of Youth
           Entrepreneurs in the Educational Context

      Abstract: The purposes of this research article are as follows – 1) To study the desirable characteristics of entrepreneurs, 2) To study the conditions of desirable characteristics of entrepreneurs, and 3) To suggest means for developing desirable characteristics of young entrepreneurs in educational context. In this research, the researcher has employed documentary research, which is a qualitative research method, from different sources, which include 77 topics from theses, research articles, academic articles, and books, altogether. The result is demonstrated as follows – 1) Having synthesized 17 documents, it was found out that the desirable characteristics of entrepreneurs consist of 5 aspects, which include creativity aspect, innovativeness aspect, enterprise aspect, aspiration for success aspect, and proactive working style aspect, 2) The conditions of developing desirable characteristics of entrepreneurs are found to include 5 aspects, which include creativity, innovativeness, enterprise, aspiration for success, and proactive working style. 3)Means for developing desirable characteristics of young entrepreneurs in educational context, from synthesizing 30 documents, consists of 5 aspects – 5 items for creativity, 4 items for innovativeness, 4 items for enterprise, 4 items for aspiration for success, and the other 4 items for proactive working style – all summed up to 21 items in total. The suitability of means for development is highly suitable as a whole ( =4.48, S.D.=0.55). The aspects with the highest average score are the characteristics-developing means for aspiration for success and proactive working style ( =4.58, S.D.=0.52; =4.58, S.D.=0.52) The aspect with the second highest score is the characteristics-developing means for innovativeness (=4.50, S.D.=43). The aspect with the lowest average score is the characteristics-developing means for creativity ( =4.33, S.D.=0.85). The research result can be concluded that the suitable way for the development of desirable characteristics of youth entrepreneurs is arranging various kinds of activities in the institute, allowing the learners to practice inventing and creating innovations, fostering innovational ability, designing learning methods that encourage the learners to plan, arranging learning activities that allow the learners to realize the importance of entrepreneurship, and arranging activities emphasizing self-analysis.

  • The State and Problems of Participatory Educational Resource Management to
           Promote Learner’s Careers of Banyangkrok School, Omkoi District, Chiang
           Mai Province Under the Chiangmai Primary Education Area 5

      Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the state and problems of participatory educational resource management to promote learners’ careers of Banyangkrok School. The key informants were 28 people including administrators and teachers in Banyangkrok School, education supervisors, school board, local wisdom teachers. The Questionnaire related to the state and problems of participatory educational resource management to promote learner’s career of Banyangkrok School and the workshop recording sheet were employed as a research instrument. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage and standard deviation, along with content analysis. The study found that there are 4 elements of the current state of participatory educational resource management namely; 1) Personnel management, there was an invitation for the personnel to acknowledge the results of career learning management, and a personel planning in teaching. 2) Budget management, there was a budget allocation plan for career learning which was worthwhile, transparent, and verifiable.3) Materials and equipment administration, there was a survey of the demand for materials and equipment, maintain and repair for damaged ones. 4) Administration, there was an education development plan, vision and action plan focusing on career learning. Moreover, the problems of participatory educational resource management were revealed that 1) regarding the personnel management, there was a lack of personnel with career teaching skills. 2) In terms of budget management, the school had insufficient budget allocation planning for career learning. 3) For, the management of materials and equipment, the certain materials and equipment were insufficient for teaching specific careers. Moreover, there was a lack of continuity in the maintenance of defective equipment. 4) Regarding the administration, there was a lack of assessment result for the improvement and development of further operation.

  • The Application of Creative Leadership for Academic Affairs Administration
           of School Principals

      Abstract: The purpose of the study was to examine how Sanpong Confederation Network, Mae Rim District, Chiangmai Province school administrators used creative leadership in academic administration. The Sanpong Confederation network group of 45 people served as the sample, which included school administrators and teachers. Questionnaires and interviews served as the research instruments. Which evaluates the information using the mean, standard deviation. Results of the study on the use of creative leadership situations, academic footnotes on the objectives of the Sanpong Federation Network's target audience, Mae Rim District. The oriented leadership given in this article summarizes all four components of Chiangmai Province. Normally include the following information. It was discovered that leaders served as excellent role models for vision. To possess a thorough awareness of academic processes in all aspects and conduct oneself in accordance with the objectives established, It was discovered that administrators were adaptable when scheduling academic endeavors. Concentrating on the budget in accordance with the significance, The project should be chosen in conformity with agency policy. Regarding uniqueness, it was discovered that administrators were aware of and understood the characteristics of each instructor and employee at educational institutions. It was discovered that administrators in educational institutions encouraged teachers and staff to be creative in their job. Promote the use of modern information technologies. The recommendations made by educators are communications that highlight the school's mission, strategy, and objectives. Adaptability in solving problems Individuality is taken into consideration while fostering teamwork, and innovation is used when employing technology to streamline academic administration

  • Guidelines for Designing Video for Learning for Marginal Learners of
           Chiang Mai Provincial Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education

      Abstract: This research aimed to find out the guidelines for designing video for learning that is applicable for marginal learners under Chiang Mai Provincial Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education. The research participants were 7 university teachers who participated in the research project “Designing and Developing of Learning and Teaching Models for Enhancing Competency of Non-formal and Informal Learners” that was part of the research program “Digital Social Support System for Learning Essential Skills of Non-formal Learners in Chiang Mai Border Area Fiscal Year 2021”. The data collection instrument was a semi-structured interview, and the data from the interview were analyzed by thematic analysis. The results of the study revealed that the guidelines for designing video for learning for marginal learners under Chiang Mai Provincial Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education were significantly classified into two parts that were 1) the process for designing the video for learning consisted of two steps: 1.1) the analyzing of the contents and learners and 1.2) the creating of a storyboard, and 2) the factors that influenced the designing of video for learning were divided into two factors: 2.1) the internal factor such as the limitations of time for video producing, technology capability, and experience in video teaching and 2.2) the external factor such as the lack of support in producing and utilizing the video for learning. The results of the study can be the preliminary guidelines for designing videos for learning for learners with diversity and limitations in educational opportunities.

      Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to evaluate the application of the accounting software EXPRESS in the promotion of trade and business productivity. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The results of the evaluation of the application of the accounting software EXPRESS in the promotion of trade and business productivity. Chiang Mai Vocational College Overall, the value was at a high level (=4.20, =0.76) and 2) the satisfaction of personnel in the promotion of trade and business productivity.       Abstract: This article is a study of The Strategies Used In Male Characters In Yaoi Novels by Bacteria. It is a descriptive and analytical research. The objective was to study The Strategies Used In Male Characters In Yaoi Novels By Bacteria totaling 13 Bacteria Yaoi novels. The results showed Yaoi novels by Bacteria has strategies for creating male characters divided into 2 types Part 1. Creating a male character like a modern man is consistent with the concept of modernity or modernity showing the situation that change under the trend of liberal capitalism covering political, economic, social and cultural aspects, namely 1) personality presentation, 2) consumer presentation, and 3) space presentation. The first part of the creation of a modern masculine male character corresponds to the concept of modernity or modernity. Shows the changing situation under the trend of liberal capitalism. covering political, economic, social, and cultural aspects, namely 1) personality presentation, 2) consumer presentation, and 3) space presentation. which is consistent with the practices related to sexual desires, sexual desires, expressions in different dimensions such as desires, expressions in dress, behavior, manners, and etiquette. Has changed with the times and depended on social norms, namely 1) body presentation, 2) male-to-male relationship, and 3) sexual expression. Variety of character creation strategies corresponds to the genre of the novels and modernity.

  • Students’ Opinions toward Education Program in Elementary Education

      Abstract: The purpose of this research were to study: 1) the opinions of students in applying subject knowledge in the primary education curriculum of Far Eastern University. 2) students' opinions on the suitability of the number of subjects and the number of credits in the primary education curriculum of Far Eastern University. 3) students’ suggestions on the subjects or contents they wanted to study in elementary education curriculum for teaching and learning Information was collected from 71 alumni and current students from batch 1st to batch 5th who studied at the department of Elementary Education, Far Eastern University. The research tool used was a feedback questionnaire for the alumni and current students which consisted of 3 sections: 1) applying subject knowledge of elementary education curriculum 2) the suitability of the course and number of credits of elementary education curriculum 3) students’ suggestions on the subjects or content they want to study in elementary education curriculum for teaching and learning. The results showed that the 3 subjects that can be applied in practice the most (professional groups) are 1st in learning management and classroom management, 2nd in innovation and information technology in education, 3rd in learning assessment and evaluation. The most 3 subjects (Compulsory Majors) that had been studied and can be applied in practice were 1st in Integrated and Integrated Teaching, 2nd in Development and Learning of Primary Students, and 3rd in Learning experience for elementary school students. The students were satisfied with the number of subjects per credits 73.08% and 26.92 percent were too satisfied with the number of subjects per credits. The course suggestions on the subjects or content students wanted to study were teaching writing on the board skills, increasing computer skills and the use of technology in online teaching and learning in primary education as well as teaching English conversation. Suggestion for improving the curriculum was that the curriculum should be developed in accordance with the current changing times.
