This paper aims to explore the amount of components E and F in case studies The fair replacement value of short cut collateral in Gitgit village, Sukasada Subdistrict, Buleleng Regency of Bali Province in 2021. This paper used an exploratory approached with data collected by public works service, spatial planning, housing and residential areas of Bali province. It was found that the E and F components reached 3,35%. Components E and F are categorized as total non-physical values in which include Premium value, solatium, moving costs and upakara costs.The cost of upakara in this case study amounted to 17% of the total percentage of non-physical costs. SIPENA program implementation conducted by Penatih Village is done to be able to provide public services that are fast, precise and accurate. The purpose of this research is to know and understand SIPENA-based public services and what factors become obstacles in SIPENA-based public services in Penatih Village. The approach used in this study is to use qualitative descriptive methods with the application of Edward III theory. Data collection is done by observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The selection of informants is done by purposive sampling techniques, and qualitative data analysis is inductive. The results showed that the implementation of SIPENA program in the implementation of public services in Penatih Village has been running quite effectively. However, there are still several factors that become obstacles in the implementation of SIPENA program in Penatih Village regarding the content of policies, human resources support, facilities and infrastructure and communication. There is a problem of patient satisfaction, there are nursing health services that are obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction. Correlation quantitative descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population is patients in RSX, the number of samples is 100 people using the slovin formula with purposive sampling method. The measuring instrument used is the Quality and Patient Satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis using rank spearment test. The mean age of the respondents was 36.19 ±13.60 years. Most of the respondents were female, 58 people (58%), high school education, 55 people (58%), who considered the quality of service to be adequate, 74 people (74%), and 55 people (55%) rated patient satisfaction in the satisfied category. the results of the analysis of quality variables with patient satisfaction obtained p value of 0.017 (p 0.05). The results showed that there was a relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction. This is due to the good quality of the nursing services provided and the satisfaction of patients with the services they receive, thus creating the same perception between quality and service, the better the quality, the better satisfaction. However, until now there have not been many positive changes in the Kintamani tourism industry. The formulation of the research problem is 1). Why is the policy of the Mount Batur Area in Batur Tengah Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency as a Global Geopark Network (GGN) not effective' 2). What are the factors that hinder the policy of the Mount Batur Area in Batur Tengah Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency as a Global Geopark Network (GGN)'. The theory used in this study is the theory of William N. Dunn Retrospective Model in which the researcher analyzes the impacts that may arise 'after' the policy of the Mount Batur Area into the Global Geopark Network (GGN). This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the policy of the Mount Batur area in Batur Tengah Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency to become a Global Geopark Network (GGN) has an impact on socio-cultural life, and the economy. Digital-based public services are an effort to overcome the limitations of public services directly. So that digital innovation is needed in public services to be effective and efficient. This article analyzes public service innovation through the CETTAR program in realizing a good East Java government order. East Java CETTAR is one of the programs from Nawa Bhakti Satya initiated by the Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa and the Deputy Governor of East Java Emil Dardak which aims to absorb various aspirations and complaints from the wider community in terms of public services. The Jatim CETTAR application can be accessed through the website and application. This study aims to find out how the digital-based CETTAR program innovation and the obstacles that exist in the implementation of trustworthy government governance. The research method used in this research is library research method. The research was conducted by collecting data through documentation techniques and online data retrieval using content analysis techniques, in this article a literature study and related research and journals were conducted. Based on the findings obtained from this research, it is explained that this program has been running quite well, but there are still obstacles in the form of lack of socialization and half implemented. Authors:Desak Putu Oka Hari Parwati Pages: 104 - 113 Abstract: This study took the title "Implementation of the Functions of the Bali DPRD in Accelerating the Handling of the Covid-19 Pandemic" against the background of the Covid-19 Pandemic that hit the world, including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic brings many problems, therefore all elements of the nation have a responsibility to overcome them, including the Regional Legislative Council of Bali Provincial (DPRD) as the organizer of government in the region. The DPRD has a very important role in accelerating the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. As is well known, DPRD has a very vital function, namely the legislative function, budget function, and supervisory function. The purpose of this study is to analyze, understand, and evaluate the extent to which the function of the Bali Provincial DPRD in accelerating the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to analyze, understand, and evaluate the factors that hinder and encourage the function of the DPRD in accelerating the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in data collection is observation and interviews, and supported by literature study. In processing data through several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that the implementation of the function of the Bali Provincial DPRD in accelerating the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic has gone well. This can be seen from the legislative function through a letter of recommendation from the Bali Provincial DPRD to the Governor of Bali to immediately issue regulations for handling the Covid-19 pandemic; budget function with the approval of budget refocusing and reallocation; and the supervisory function through field supervision activities as well as working visits carried out by each commission. Authors:I Kadek Dede Junaedy Pages: 114 - 118 Abstract: Implementation of Acceptance of New Students in Denpasar City in 2022 refers to Mayor Regulation Number 15 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for Admission of New Students in Kindergartens, Elementary Schools and Junior High Schools (Regional Gazette of Denpasar City Year 2022 Number 15), so that the capacity each school has been determined in accordance with the Mayoral Regulations of Denpasar City, including the capacity of State Junior High Schools (SMPN). The problem that occurred in the implementation of Student Admissions through the Zoning Path at the SMPN level, namely the emergence of tensions between the number of SD graduates and the capacity of SMPN in Denpasar City. The research method used in this study is to use the literature review research method. The results of this study are that the implementation of the zoning system policy at PDDB, especially at the state junior high school level in Denpasar City, has not been carried out effectively, due to the interest in the availability of schools in the city, the number of public elementary schools in Denpasar is 167, while there are 15 public junior high schools in Denpasar, and the uneven distribution adequate distribution of facilities and infrastructure.
