      Abstract: Abstrak Kesalahan penyebutan asal-usul Wayang Kulit dari Malaysia pada akun Instagram resmi perusahaan Adidas @adidasph dan @adidassg, memunculkan reaksi negatif dari netizen. Ribuan komentar dan tanggapan diekspresikan netizen, sehingga menciptakan situasi krisis yang berpotensi mengancam reputasi perusahaan Adidas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi manajemen krisis yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan Adidas untuk meminimalisir dampak negatif krisis serta menjaga relasi jangka panjang dengan khalayak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Paradigma Konstruktivis dengan Pendekatan Case Study untuk memahami dunia konstruksi aktor sosial (manajemen perusahaan Adidas) dalam melaksanakan berbagai strategi manajemen krisis. Adidas menerapkan dua strategi manajemen krisis yaitu Rebuild dan Bolster Strategies. Secara dominan, Rebuild Strategies diterapkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan budaya kolektivistik. Sedangkan Bolster Strategies dilakukan  untuk menjaga relasi jangka panjang perusahaan Adidas dengan khalayak atau stakeholders. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Krisis, Adidas, Wayang Kulit

  • Gaya Hidup Dugem Dan Permainan Identitas Pada Wanita Karir di Surabaya

      Abstract: Permainan identitas seringkali dilakukan perempuan dalam menjaga identitas yang sedang dipermainkan selain itu juga digunakan mempertahankan gaya hidup yang diinginkan. Perempuan juga seringkali dihadapkan dalam pilihan untuk memperoleh sebuah kebebasan berekspresi dan melakukan aktualisasi diri. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana gaya hidup dugem dan permainan identitas yang dilakukan wanita karir di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara yang dilakukan pada 3 orang wanita karir di Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif agar dapat menyajikan satu gambaran yang terperinci tentang satu situasi khusus, setting sosial, atau hubungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah fashion menjadi indikator utama yang paling diperhatikan oleh para perempuan karir tersebut menyusul makanan dan apa yang mereka makan ketika didiskotik tersebut selain itu permainan identitas yang dilakukan oleh perempuan karir untuk mengurangi stigma negatif dalam masyarakat terhadap perempuan tersebut. Kata Kunci : Gaya hidup, Fashion, Perempuan, dan Identitas.

      Abstract: Abstrak Radio komunitas ini hadir bukan dari dalam komunitas dan untuk komunitas namun radio ini hadir dari beberapa orang yang merasa senang mendengar radio dengan maksud ingin menjadi pelopor radio yang mengangkat seni tradisional di lingkungan, itu membuat pengelola radio komunitas semakin terpacu untuk menorehkan prestasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memaparkan kesulitan apa saja yang dihadapi oleh radio panji sebagai radio komunitas dan kesuksesan yang diraih radio panji. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa banyak hal yang telah dilalui radio panji sehingga membuat radio komunitas rasa radio swasta dan berhasil meraih piagam penghargaan dari KPID Jawa Barat.            Laki-laki Dalam Iklan MS GLOW FOR MEN

      Abstract: This study discusses the reception of Generation Z in Surabaya on male beauty standards in Babe Cabita and Marshel Widianto's version of the MS Glow For Men advertisement. The advertisement shows a concept of a different male beauty standard, using Babe Cabita and Marshel Widianto, who are known as leading comedians in Indonesia with tan skin, curly hair, short stature, and fat, as beauty product advertising models, MS Glow For Men. In addition, at the beginning of the commercial video scene, professional figures have never been seen in beauty product advertisements, including construction workers, online motorcycle taxi drivers, and tire repairmen. This attracted the interest of researchers to find out how Surabaya's Generation Z accepted the concept displayed in the advertisement. This study uses a qualitative research method with Stuart Hall's reception analysis theory. The number of research informants was 7 people. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results showed that each informant had a different reception. The interpretation comes from the knowledge and experience gained by the informants from everyday life. Keywords : Male Beauty Standard, Advertising

      Abstract: Commodification in religion raises many problems in religious traditions, debates arise in various circles. Some believe, the value of a religion should not involve money. Meanwhile, in the current era, it is difficult to stem the power and culture of the market. Religious leaders and missionaries now seem to be required to appear according to market needs. Mamah Dedeh is a preacher who has a religious appeal in advertisements. Setting the place and atmosphere with a religious theme also strengthens the attractiveness of the advertisement. By using symbols, as well as religious figures in advertisements, producers try to attract the majority of the Muslim population in Indonesia. The proliferation of forms of religiosity in the market creates a strong idea, that religion seems to be a commodity, and religion in the market becomes a general commodity. Aiming to describe and describe aspects of the commodification of religion, a case study method with a qualitative approach was chosen to examine advertising. The results show that there is a commodification of religion in advertising. Preachers or religious leaders are used to increase profits.

      Abstract: Peralihan dari pemasaran konvensional menjadi digital bukanlah hal yang mudah, dibutuhkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat hingga mencapai peningkatan, baik dalam pengenalan produk dan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital pada @right.store melalui pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah in-depth interview, studi literatur, dokumentasi dan observasi. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Instagram dari online shop @rightstore. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu owner @right.store, admin, dan pengelola konten Instagram @right.store. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital yang dilakukan oleh Righstore yaitu dengan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan fitur Instagram, melakukan sale promotion, melakukan competitor review dan konsisten berinteraksi dengan para followers.       Abstract: This study was conducted intending to get a reflection of the communication barriers or obstacles experienced by teachers and students in the online learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods imposed in this study are case studies that are qualitatively descriptive, there is also data obtained consisting of primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interview methods and dialogues with informants, while secondary data is obtained from various library sources related to all information related to online learning. Based on the results of the research of obstacles that found, namely, obstacles or technical pests, then there are simantic obstacles, and the last is behavioral barriers, which have an impact on the difficulty of students to follow and understand and master learning materials well.

      Abstract: Harian Bhirawa dengan motto Mata Rakyat Mitra Birokrat merupakan media lokal di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang masih tetap eksis hingga menginjak usia ke 54 tahun sekarang ini. Dalam perjalanan kesejarahannya, Harian Bhirawa memilih pangsa pasar atau pelanggan yang  khusus. Pernah menjadi koran militer, koran politik dan sejak 1998 hingga sekarang memilih pangsa pasar birokrasi pemerintahan. Dengan pemilihan  pangsa pasar yang tersegmentasi secara khusus tersebut membuat penelitian terhadap kebijakan  redaksional Harian Bhirawa menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Kebijakan redaksional Harian Bhirawa menjadi salah satu faktor penentu sehingga media ini masih tetap eksis hingga saat ini. Untuk meneliti bagaimana kebijakan redaksional Harian Bhirawa, peneliti mencoba mendekatinya dengan memakai teori yang dikemukakan Pamela J Shoemaker dan Stephen D. Reese yakni Hirarki Pengaruh terhadap isi media. Dalam penjelasannya, Shoemaker – Reese menjabarkan adanya pengaruh terhadap isi pemberitaan media yang dibagi dalam lima level pengaruh yakni pengaruh  dari individu pekerja media, rutinitas media,  organisasi media, pengaruh di luar media, dan ideologi. Hasil penelitian memakai pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi didapatkan kesimpulan faktor internal yang memengaruhi kebijakan redaksional Harian Bhirawa adalah level organisasi media, sementara dari faktor eksternalnya lebih banyak ditentukan oleh faktor untuk menjaga pangsa pasar/pelanggan Harian Bhirawa yakni birokrasi-pemerintahan.

  • Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility Melalui Program Bank
           Indonesia Mengajar

      Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a phenomenon and strategies used by the company to accommodate the needs of stakeholder (Santoso, 2016). One of the agencies implementing CSR is KPw Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat. The purpose of this research is to discover the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in Bank Indonesia Mengajar Program by KPw Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat. The method used in this research is descriptive study with qualitative approach and paradigm of positivistic. The technique of data collected by through in-depth interview, observation, documentation and literature study. This research showed that in the planning phase of Bank Indonesia Mengajar Program was in line with various aspects such as the program implementation regulation was listed in “Peraturan Dewan Gubernur No.14/14/PDG/2012 concerning about PSBI Program”, the vision and mission of Bank Indonesia. However, KPw Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat was not doing a research as a part of planning phase. In implementation phase of Bank Indonesia Mengajar Program, has been running well. The obstacles in implementing program just only occurred in technical matters. In the checking phase, KPw Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat do the checking with the form of a report and given the report to two parties, namely internal leaders and external stakeholder. Last in the evaluation phase, evaluation carried out after the program was done. The evaluation carried out in two forms, that is formal evaluation do in the form of meeting with leaders and non-formal in the form of discussions with the implementing team. However, in the evaluation phase stakeholder were not involved. Suggestion for KPw Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat, it would be better if they are do the research as a part of planning program and involves the stakeholders in the evaluation phase of Bank Indonesia Mengajar program.

  • Penerimaan Audiens Terhadap Gangguan Mental Dalam Film Selesai

      Abstract: Selesai tells a story about affair issues and mental illness issues which is a plot twist in the movie. Mental illness became something controversial in society. The purpose of this study was to determine the audience’s acceptance of mental illness in the Selesai movie. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis method with reception analysis approach through Stuart Hall’s encoding-decoding. The data acquisition method used is indepth interview with seven informants. The result of this research is that audience is divided into three positions that is dominant-hegemonic, negotiated, and oppositional. Audience who are in the dominant-hegemonic position agrees and accepts the overall mental illness in the Selesai movie. Audience who are in the negotiated positions gave a positive respone to the film, but rejected the depiction of mental illness in the movie because they believed that the media interfered in constructiong it excessively and not in accordance with what is experienced. Meanwhile, the audience who are in oppositional positions considered that the mental illness on the Selesai movie were contrary to the values they believed in. the audience’s acceptance was motivated by various factors such as frame of references and field of experience.
