Abstract: Individual characteristics such as gender, age, education, and tenure can affect nurses' performance, including nurses' proactive behavior in implementing handover. This article aims to determine the relationship between nurses' characteristics, consisting of gender, age, education, and tenure, with nurses' proactive behavior in intensive care rooms in carrying out handovers at Zainal Abidin Hospital Aceh Province. This study used a quantitative descriptive model with a cross-sectional study design. The research sample was all nurses who served in the intensive room, amounting to 124 people. The data was collected online with the Google Form application help and then analyzed using the Spearman Rank test with the SPSS application's help. Based on the results of the study, the majority of nurses working in the intensive care room of Zainal Abidin Hospital were female (68.5%) aged 31-40 years (60.5%), had a Bachelor degree (53.2%), working period 0- 5 years (40.3%)), and has a high proactive behavior category with a percentage of 80.6%. Then, based on the results of the tests carried out, it was found that the variables of age and tenure of nurses were not related to the proactive behavior of nurses in making handovers. In contrast, the education and gender variables have a significant relationship with nurses' proactive behavior in carrying out handovers in the intensive care room of Zainal Abidin Hospital, Aceh.

Abstract: The golden period of children’s growth occurred in the first 1000 days and every disruption in this period would damage the number of cells and myelination that could not be achieved in the next period. Head circumference (HC) at birth was correlated with brain size to measure the brain’s growth and development. This study aimed to find the correlation between HC at birth and children’s growth and development. The research method used was cross-sectional. A total sample of 233 children at 6-60 months old in Posyandu Bina Kasih I-XI Rempoah Village, Baturaden District, was taken using total sampling. Research data used secondary data from previous study and were analyzed by Eta and spearman correlation tests. Results show 180 children who have normal nutritional status and 221 children with development based on their age. Median HC at birth value is 33 cm belongs in the normal category. Spearman test shows HC at birth is not correlated with nutritional status (p=0.412). Eta test shows HC at birth was statiscally significant correlated with development based on KIA book albeit with a very weak level of correlation(F calculated > F table; ETA=0.196). In conclusion, Head circumference at birth is correlated with development based on the KIA book, but does not correlated with nutritional status and head circumference.

Abstract: Child care was the responsibility of father and mother. Father's involvement in childcare affected the development of children. The aim of this research was to prove the factors that influence father involvement in early childhood care. This study was an analytical study with cross sectional design. The study population was all fathers who have the youngest children aged 1 month to 6 years in the city of Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out by structured interviews. Data were analyzed by chi-square test and multiple logistic regressions. The results showed that the first age of being a father (OR = 2.953, 95% CI = 1.039-8.392), the willingness of the father to be involved in caring for children (OR = 15.395, OR = 1,446-163.874), and place of residence (OR = 3.152, OR = 1.101-9.002) were factors that influence the lack of father involvement in early childhood care with a probability value of 21.9%. It was recommended to increase father involvement in early childhood care by increasing the first age of being a father more than 27 years old, increasing the willingness of fathers to be involved in childcare and choosing a place to live apart from parents/in-laws.

Abstract: The public's need for health services such as hospitals or clinics continues to increase day by day. This is due to the maturity factor of people's thinking which is currently thinking critically about health services in general. This study aims to examine and develop the variables that underlie patient trust that comes from the quality of service and caring behavior of medical personnel by mediating patient satisfaction in the health services of the Klungkung Regency Government, Bali Province. This location was chosen because Klungkung Regency has a more innovative service unit program called PSC Kris which is in charge of picking up patients to be referred to government health service centers such as hospitals or health centers. This research design uses a descriptive quantitative approach using four main variables, namely Caring Behavior; Service Quality, Patient Satisfaction and Patient Trust. The research instrument used an open questionnaire with an interval scale of 1-10. The sample used in this study used a stratified random sampling technique with a total of 148 respondents. Data analysis in this study used the SEM method assisted by the Smart PLS 3.2 program. The results showed that the quality of service gave a positive and significant influence partially on patient trust, and had a positive and significant influence indirectly through patient satisfaction variables. While the rejection of the influence of caring behavior both passively and mediated by patient satisfaction. This is caused by medical personnel who still lack care in providing health services. The results of the study can be used by the Klungkung District Health Office to be able to evaluate and improve the caring behavior of medical personnel in providing health services to the community.

Abstract: Drugs are substances that are dangerous because they affect a person's mental or psychological condition, be it a person's thoughts, behavior or feelings where the side effect of using this drug is addiction or causes dependence on this substance or material. This study aims to examine in depth the dimensions of knowledge, attitudes and actions as triggers in drug abuse behavior. The results showed that the knowledge possessed by students was still low so that it became a trigger to behave as drug abusers. The attitude of students who tend to accept when offered to use drugs becomes a trigger to behave as drug abusers The actions of drug abuse students in consuming drugs are a manifestation of the low knowledge about the dangers of using drugs and an attitude of acceptance when offered to use drugs. Thus, it is recommended for the government to continue to make educational efforts in order to increase knowledge about drugs for the community in general and adolescents in particular. In addition, it is also recommended to the public not to be permissive regarding the presence of drug abusers     Keywords : Drugs; triggers; knowledge; attitude; action.

Abstract:   Earthguaakes Mitigation by Learning by Doing Method in Senior High School Wajo 3 in Wajo Regency Earthquakes are vibrations of the earth's crust that give vibrations ranging from subtle to shaking. The occurrence of an earthquake is related to the release of tension in the earth's crust which causes elastic waves that propagate across the layers of the earth. The aim of the study was to increase students' knowledge, attitudes and actions towards earthquakes through the learning by doing method of SMA 3 Wajo Kab. Wajo. The research method is a quasi-experimental research. In this study, the experimental group received education through video and simulation media directly and the control group did not receive education. Sampling was done by proportional stratified random sampling but previously calculated the number of samples using the Lemenshow formula, obtained 158 students. The results of this study were pre and post tests, knowledge showed an increase of 41%, attitudes increased by 13%, and actions increased by 25%. The results of this study conclude that the knowledge, attitudes and actions of students have increased this is because the method used is the learning by doing method, namely after being given training, students immediately demonstrate by doing a simulation which in school there really was an earthquake, and here the researcher see his attitude and actions are still not optimal. Therefore, it is recommended that disaster learning be included in the education curriculum where Indonesia is very prone to natural disasters..
