  • PROTOTIPE SISTEM CHECK IN ONLINE HOTEL DAN AKSES KAMAR DENGAN RFID
           BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS

      Abstract: This research aid to made integrated system between the hotel online check-in application and hotel room access using RFID  which is connected via the internet so that hotel guest can check in and direct access to the rooms booked using the registered RFID Tag card applied,thus providing the best service for its guest. In This system,need modern key design technology. One of the technologies that helps modern key design is radio frequency identification (RFID). Then when The guest attach an RFID card to the door,The Data that has been sent to application will be stored on the Wemost D1Mini which will be compared to the RFID Tag Data that is read by the RFID reader at the door,if the data read by the RFID reader is the same as the data stored in wemos D1 Mini memory then the microcontroller will activate the motor for data that has beenread and stored by the RFID reader memory,The test results obtained that the prototypeof the hotel online check in system and room access with an internet based RFID of things can open the door when the microcontroller will activate the motor to open the door lock and the LED and Buzzer as indicators. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem yang terintegrasi antara aplikasi check in online hotel dan akses kamar hotel menggunakan rfid yang terhubung melalui internet sehingga tamu hotel dapat melakukan check in dan akses langsung kamar yang dipesan menggunakan kartu RFID Tag yang telah didaftarkan diaplikasi, sehingga memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk para tamunya. Pada sistem ini, membutuhkan teknologi perancangan kunci yang modern. Salah satu teknologi yang membantu perancangan kunci yang modern adalah radio frequency identification (RFID). Lalu pada saat Tamu menempelkan Kartu RFID pada Pintu, Data yang telah dikirimkan aplikasi akan disimpan pada Wemost D1Mini yang mana nantinya akan dibandingkan dengan data rfid tag yang terbaca oleh rfid reader pada saat tamu menempelkan kartu RFID Tag pada RFID Reader dipintu, jika data yang terbaca oleh RFID Reader sama dengan data yang tersimpan dimemori wemos d1 mini maka microcontroller akan mengaktifkan motor untuk data yang telah terbaca dan tersimpan oleh Memori RFID Reader, Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa Protoipe Sistem Check In Online Hotel dan Akses Kamar Dengan RFID Berbasis Internet Of Things ini dapat membuka Pintu saat  Mikrokontroller akan mengaktifkan Motor untuk membuka Kunci Pintu serta LED dan Buzzer sebagai Indikator.

  • PROTOTIPE ROBOT LENGAN 3 DEGREE OF FREEDOM SEBAGAI ALAT SORTING BARANG
           BERDASARKAN WARNA BARANG BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS

      Abstract: A Prototype of 3 DOF Robotic Arm for objects sorter based on color was developed to facilitate the human work in separating objects based on their color. In this study, the Robot utilizes Pi Camera and Raspberry Pi 2 as a detector of yellow, blue and green items with a length of 3.5cm, width 3.5cm and height of 1.5cm. The results are then put into each box. Arduino Uno R3 is used as a controller to move the robot arm through each servo motor on the robot. The robot prototype also features a conveyor which is run using a DC motor to deliver objects to the pickup point. NodeMCU ESP8266 V3 is used to implement the Internet of Things in order to monitor the position and progress of place and pick-up the objects. The position and progress of the system can be monitored by using the Blynk application on a smartphone with the distance of the object about 1-5cm which is detected using Infra-red sensor with average cycle time is 7.1 seconds. Prototipe Robot lengan 3 DOF sebagai alat sortir barang berdasarkan warna dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia dalam memisahkan barang berdasarkan warnanya. Pada penelitian ini, Robot memanfaatkan Pi Camera dengan Raspberry Pi 2 sebagai pendeteksi barang berwarna kuning, biru dan hijau dengan ukuran panjang 3,5cm, lebar 3,5cm, dan tinggi 1,5cm. Hasil sortir kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam kotak masing – masing. Arduino Uno R3 digunakan sebagai kontroler untuk menggerakkan lengan robot melalui masing-masing motor servo pada robot. Prototipe robot juga dilengkapi sebuah conveyor yang dijalankan menggunakan motor DC untuk mengantar barang ke titik angkat. Berikutnya NodeMCU ESP8266 V3 digunakan untuk menerapkan Internet of Things agar dapat memantau posisi dan progress barang saat akan dipisahkan berdasarkan warna yang diletakkan di atas sebuah conveyor agar dapat sampai ke titik angkat. Posisi dan progress alat dapat dilihat dengan mengakses aplikasi Blynk dengan menggunakan smartphone dengan menggunakan IR Sensor untuk mendeteksi posisi benda pada alat dimana jarak yang dibutuhkan agar IR Sensor dapat mendeteksi barang sebesar 1-5cm dengan siklus waktu 7.1 detik.

  • PROTOTIPE SISTEM MONITORING PENYORTIR BARANG BERDASAKAN KETINGGIAN
           BERBASIS PLC

      Abstract: In some small and medium companies still use manual labor to separate the results of the production of good and bad goods according to size. And there are still many small companies that calculate the manual to record the amount of production every day. The purpose of this final project is to change the work system to be efficient from conventional to automatic, reducing human labor and work time in the process of sorting goods based on the height and good or bad of the goods. This research method uses research and development methods which include planning, analyzing the needs of design, testing and implementation of tools. The system requirements of the item sorter consist of a series of infrared and photodiode sensors, a DC motor, Programmable Logic Controller and PC monitoring. In the design of infrared sensors and photodiode is used to detect the height of objects. Item sorting system software uses the GX Work 2 and GT Designer 3 software programs as interfaces on a PC Dibeberapa perusahaan kecil dan menegah masih menggunakan tenaga manual untuk memisahkan suatu hasil produksi barang baik dan barang tidak baik nya sesuai ukuran. Dan masih banyak perusahaan kecil yang  menghitung manual untuk mendata berapa jumlah produksi setiap hari nya. Tujuan dibuatnya tugas akhir ini untuk mengubah sistem kerja menjadi efisien dari konvensional menjadi otomatis, mengurangi tenaga manusia dan waktu pengerjaan dalam proses sortir barang berdasarkan Ketinggian dan baik atau tidaknya barang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang meliputi perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan perancangan, pengujian dan implementasi alat. Kebutuhan sistem dari penyortir barang terdiri dari rangkaian sensor infrared dan photodiode, motor DC, Programmable Logic Controller  dan monitoring pada PC. Pada perancangan sensor infrared dan photodiode digunakan untuk mendeteksi ukuran tinggi benda. Software sistem penyortir barang menggunakan program Software GX Work 2 dan GT Designer 3 sebagai interface pada PC.

  • PROTOTYPE SISTEM PENERUS INFORMASI PERINGATAN DINI TSUNAMI

      Abstract: Indonesia is an archipelago country with the largest part is the ocean and is located between two continental plates which causes frequent earthquakes. Earthquakes in the ocean floor can cause tsunamis which can cause harm to humans both materially and non materially and even spiritually. Therefore, this paper presents the making of a prototype of the Tsunami Early Warning Information Successor System in real time as a Tsunami Early Warning so as to prevent early consequences that may arise from the Tsunami. The method used is a trial method through system design, both hardware and software. System input in the form of earthquake magnitude and depth and Output in the form of warnings issued via DFPlayer, speakers, and SIM800L. The results of tests that have been carried out produce that the system runs in accordance with the planned program, namely the system via SIM800L can send SMS and the Speaker will issue a warning sound when the input data received has the potential to be a tsunami. Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan dengan bagian terbesar adalah lautan dan terletak di antara dua lempeng benua yang menyebabkan sering terjadinya gempa bumi. Gempa bumi di dasar lautan dapat menyebabkan tsunami yang dapat menimbukan kerugian bagi manusia baik secara materi maupun non materi bahkan jiwa. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini menyajikan pembuatan Prototype Sistem Penerus Informasi Peringatan Dini Tsunami secara real time sebagai peringatan dini Tsunami sehingga dapat mencegah secara dini akibat yang mungkin timbul dari Tsunami. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode uji coba melalui perancangan sistem, baik perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Input sistem berupa magnitude dan kedalaman gempa dan Output berupa peringatan yang dikeluarkan melalui DFPlayer, speaker, dan SIM800L. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai dengan program yang direncanakan yaitu sistem melalui SIM800L dapat mengirimkan SMS dan Speaker mengeluarkan suara peringatan ketika data input yang diterima berpotensi tsunami.

      Abstract: The Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta (FT UNJ) is one of the faculties at the Jakarta State University. At FT UNJ is still implementing a manual system, one of which is the processing of annual procurement of data where the goods will be used for 18 Study Programs. The implementation of this manual system can lead to data searches that take a long time, data security is not guaranteed even can occur data loss of procurement of incoming goods and data redundancy. By using a computerized annual procurement program, it is easier for facilities and infrastructure staff, superiors and distributors to record goods that have entered FT UNJ. Information systems can process input, alteration, search data and report generation easier and faster. The research method used by the author in this thesis is the grounded research method, which is a research method based on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of carrying out empirical generalizations, establishing concepts, proving theories, developing theories, collecting and analyzing data in a shorter time together. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FT UNJ) merupakan salah satu fakultas di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada FT UNJ masih menerapkan sistem manual salah satunya dalam hal pengolahan data pengadaan barang tahunan dimana barang tersebut yang akan digunakan untuk 18 Program Studi. Penerapan sistem manual ini dapat menimbulkan pencarian data yang memakan waktu lama, keamanan data tidak terjamin bahkan bisa terjadinya kehilangan data pengadaan barang masuk dan redundancy data. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengadaan barang tahunan yang sudah terkomputerisasi, mempermudah staf bagian sarana dan prasarana, atasan serta distributor untuk mendata barang yang sudah masuk ke FT UNJ. Sistem informasi dapat memproses inputan, pengubahan, pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan menjadi semakin mudah dan cepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode grounded (grounded research) yaitu suatu metode penelitian berdasarkan pada fakta dan menggunakan analisis perbandingan dengan tujuan mengadakan generalisasi empiris, menetapkan konsep, membuktikan teori, mengembangkan teori, pengumpulan dan analisis data dalam waktu yang bersamaan.

  • PROTOTIPE SYSTEM ABSENSI AKADEMIK BERBASIS SMART CARD & WEB

      Abstract: List data of students present in class that is important for an academic meeting in the assessment of student activity. The purpose of this research is making the tool "Smart Card & Web Academic Attendance System Prototype" to facilitate the study program admin in recording student attendance data. The tool can also limit the number of students present in the class so that only students enrolled in the eyes of the course can take the class. The method used is to create a classroom door security system using an RFID sensor connected to the Wemos D1 microcontroller which functions to open the solenoid and activate the servo motor to open the door, after the course hours are over the RFID sensor can be used again to open the door, with using Wemos D1 that has been integrated with wifi will send data to the local server as a student attendance. From the results, it was found that Wemos D1 R2 can receive input from the RFID reader and send the student data input to the local server (database). And also, the servo motor can open the door for 3 seconds, the solenoid can also open and lock the door. Data daftar kehadiran mahasiswa dalam kelas sangatlah penting untuk suatu instansi akademik dalam menilai ke aktifan mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat “Prototipe System Absensi Akademik Smart Card & Web” untuk mempermudah admin prodi dalam perekapan data kehadiran mahasiswa. Alat ini dapat membatasi jumlah mahasiswa yang hadir didalam kelas dan hanya mahasiswa yang terdaftar dimata kuliah tersebut saja yang dapat mengikuti kelas tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara membuat sistem keamanan pintu kelas menggunakan sensor RFID yang terhubung dengan mikrokontroler wemos D1 R2 yang berfungsi untuk membuka solenoid dan mengaktifkan motor servo untuk membuka pintu, setelah jam mata kuliah sudah selesai sensor RFID akan dapat digunakan kembali untuk membuka pintu, dengan menggunakan wemos D1 R2 yang sudah terintegrasi dengan wifi akan mengirimkan data ke local server sebagai absensi mahasiswa. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkankan bahwa Wemos D1 R2 dapat menerima masukan dari RFID reader dan mengirimkan masukan data mahasiswa tersebut ke local server (database). Dan juga motor servo dapat membuka pintu selama 3 detik, solenoid juga dapat membuka dan mengunci pintu.

      Abstract: This final project aims to make a tool that is used to be an alternative system for SLB A schools in order to make it easier for blind students and utilize students' sense of hearing in working on exam questions. The results of tests that have been done, this tool has been running in accordance with the program that has been made. The results obtained are RFID as a participant card can be taped to log in, after that students can immediately begin to work by pressing the navigation button that will play audio in Dfplayer, and when pressing the button finishes the student's answer will be sent to the database which will be processed by the teacher to assess Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah alat yang digunakan untuk menjadi sistem alternatif bagi sekolah SLB A agar dapat mempermudah siswa tunanetra serta memanfaatkan indra pendengaran siswa dalam mengerjakan soal ujian. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, alat ini telah berjalan sesuai dengan program yang telah dibuat. Hasil yang didapat adalah RFID sebagai kartu peserta dapat di tap untuk login, setelah itu siswa dapat langsung mulai mengerjakan dengan menekan tombol navigasi yang akan memutar audio didalam Dfplayer, dan ketika menekan tombol selesai jawaban siswa akan dikirim ke database yang nantinya akan di proses oleh guru untuk menilai
