DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF A SOLAR REFRIGERATOR WITH ADSORPTION FOR THE
CONSERVATION OF VACCINES IN THE SOUTHERN SAHELAN AREAS OF CAMEROON.

  Abstract: This article presents the design and implementation of a solar adsorption refrigerator using silica gel / water pair for vaccine storage in Sudano Sahelian areas of Cameroon. At first, a complete modeling of the different parts of the solar adsorption machine was carried out, then a calculation program on Matlab is carried out using the climatic conditions (solar radiation, sunshine and temperature) of the city of Maroua. This allowed us to dimension the essential elements of the prototype namely: case, absorber, sideboard, condenser and evaporator. In our program, according to the sunshine and the temperature of the months of April and August 2016 of the city of Maroua in Cameroon, we evaluated the temperatures at the condenser, the evaporator and the cold room. This allowed us to evaluate for its two months the evolution of solar irradiation and the useful energy of desorption in order to calculate the coefficient of thermal performance 〖COP〗 _th, the coefficient of solar performance 〖COP〗 _Sol and solar capture efficiency ɳ of the machine. The results obtained show a satisfactory operation of the solar refrigerator in this city, with thermal performance coefficients having values between 0.0327 and 0.1937 for the month of April against 0.0325 and 0.1576 for the month of April. 'August, and the solar performance coefficients between 0.0226 and 0.151 for the month of April against 0.0216 and 0.108 for the month of August.

COMPORTENT STRUCTUREL DES POTEAUX EN BETON ARME RENFORCES PAR PRF SOUS
CHARGEMENT EXCENTRE.

  Abstract: Le confinement externe par des Polymères Renforcés de Fibres (PRF) est maintenant une technique largement mise en œuvre pour renforcer et réparer les poteaux en béton armé (BA). La grande majorité des resultats des essais realises concernent des cylindres de béton sous chargement axial concentrique. En pratique, les colonnes en BA ont souvent une section transversal de forme carrée ou rectangulaire et soumises à des charges excentriques. Plusieurs paramétres influent sur le comportement structurel de tels elements. Une nouvelle technique de renforcement nommée NSM (Near Surface Mounted) a été utilisée ces dernières années pour renforcer les éléments structuraux en flexion. On presente dans cet article certains principaux résultats emanent de l’effet des parametres tels que que le degré d’excentricité, le nombre des couches du renfort, l’élancement des poteaux,la forme de la section et la présence de bandes verticales. On s’intéresse particulieremnt aux gains de résistance et de ductilité.

SYNTHESE ET CARACTERISATION DES NANOPARTICULES DE L’OXYDE DE MANGANESE
BIEN DISPERSEES SUR LE MICROFIBRES DE CARBONE ET LEURS APPLICATIONS EN
ENERGIES RENOUVELABLES.

  Abstract: Les travaux réalisés dans cet article sont portés sur la synthèse et la caractérisation de nano-composites à base d’oxydes de manganèse (OM) et le papier carbone (PC) à partir de mélanges contenant le KMnO4 et l’acide sulfurique. Ces matériaux ont ensuite été étudiés comme matériaux d’électrodes de supercondensateurs fonctionnant en milieu aqueux neutre Na2SO4. Le nano-composite synthétisé a été caractérisé par microscopie électronique à balayage (MEB), l’analyse dispersive en énergie (EDS) et la voltammetrie cyclique (CV) afin d’évaluer ses performances et d’élucider la relation entre sa structure-propriétés. Les résultats obtenus pour cette nouvelle électrode montre une bonne capacité spécifique est d'environ 201 F / g.
