An Inclusive Local Irregularity Vertex Coloring of Dutch Windmill Graph

  Abstract: Let G(V,E) is a simple and connected graph with V(G) as vertex set and E(G) as edge set. An inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring is a development of the topic of local irregularity vertex coloring. An inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring is defined by coloring the graph so that its weight value is obtained by adding up the labels of the neighboring vertex and its label. The inclusive local irregularity chromatic number is defined as the minimum number of colors obtained from coloring the vertex of the inclusive local irregularity in graph G. In this paper, we find the inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring and determine the chromatic number on the Dutch windmill graph using axiomatic deductive and pattern recognition methods. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for studies in the development of knowledge related to the inclusive local irregularity vertex coloring

Discriminant Analysis for Determination of Early Childhood Education
Accreditation In Southeast Sulawesi Province

  Abstract: Discriminant Analysis is a statistical analysis that can classify cases on independent variables into groups or categories of dependent variables. The main objective of this research is classify eight indicators of the National education standards (SNP) early childhood and classify the accreditation value of early childhood (PAUD) in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used in this study used discriminant analysis. Accreditation value factors used in this study include Standards for Child Development Achievement Levels (X1), Content Standards (X2), Process Standards (X3), Standards for Educators and Education Personnel (X4), Facilities and Infrastructure Standards (X5), Management Standards (X6), Financing Standards (X7) and Education Assessment Standards (X8). Based on the results of data analysis, 8 SNP Indicators qualify as a form of discriminant equation model and accreditation value obtained based on the calculations of the National accreditation organization (BAN) PAUD and Non Fromal Education (PNF) Southeast Sulawesi are classified as follows: there are divided into 3 classifications, namely Accreditation C is 91.7%, Accreditation B is 85.1%, and for Accreditation A is 100%. So, the accuracy of the classification is 87.5%.

Long Short Term Memory Using Stochastic Gradient Descent and Adam for
Stock Prediction

  Abstract: The stock market is a place to carry out stock buying and selling transactions, the expected return of course has a profitable difference. Predicting stock prices can be done in various ways, one of which is by using deep learning models. Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) is a method that can be used to predict time series data. This method is a development of the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), so this method is more complicated and powerful. To conduct training on the LSTM model, optimization is needed to minimize errors. There are lots of optimizations that can be used, but in this research, we use SGD and Adam. Several parameters such as learning rate 0.01, 0.001, 0.0001 and several variations of epochs such as epoch 25, epoch 50, epoch 100, epoch 200, epoch 400, and epoch 1000 were used in this study. The research data used are stock data of BBRI, BBNI, BMRI, and BBTN. This study also tries to predict stock prices on the next day using 5 historical stock price data, the result is that LSTM SGD and LSTM Adam succeeded in predicting the next day

Application of K-Means Cluster Analysis for Grouping State Islamic
University in Indonesia based on the Readiness Indicators for World Class
University (WCU)

  Abstract: Based on Moscow Ranking 2021, State Islamic University in Indonesia is still lower than other non-Islamic State University. This shows that the mapping of higher education readiness is an important aspect in preparation for WCU. Thus, there is a need for more in-depth research related to the level of readiness of universities. This study aims to determine the data description of the readiness of State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN) to World Class University (WCU) and classify them based on that readiness. Quantitative methods are used in this study. The data were analyzed by K-Means Clustering. The data used in this research obtained from the Ministry of Religion's e-SMS Diktis system. The e-SMS system is a collection of data in each unit at a university based on WCU indicators, namely Good Governance University (GUG), University's Performance Improvement (UPI), Competitive Advantages University (CAU), and Global Recognition University (GRU). The results of the analysis show that from the four indicators it has not been able to achieve 100%. In addition, there are three clusters produced, namely PTKIN is very ready, ready, and not ready to go to World Class University (WCU). PTKIN need hard work in each indicator to be an international standard

Forecasting the Number of Tuberculosis Patients Using Automatic Clustering
And Fuzzy Logical Relationship Method

  Abstract: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacillus, which infects the lungs and can potentially cause death. This study aims to predict the number of tuberculosis sufferers in Kampar Regency in 2022. The method used is the automatic clustering and fuzzy logical relationship method. The data analyzed is secondary data obtained from the Kampar District Health Office from 2017 to 2021. From the results of the analysis carried out using the automatic clustering and fuzzy logical relationship method, it was obtained to forecast the number of tuberculosis patients in 2022, as many as 944 people with MAPE of 0.0882%, the accuracy of forecasting results of 99.9118%, and an increase in the number of tuberculosis sufferers from 2021 to 2022 as many as 4 people.

m-Polar Fuzzy B-ideal of B-algebra

  Abstract: B-algebra is an algebraic structure related to BCI/BCK-algebra. Many researchers have studied fuzzy B-ideal on B-algebra, m-polar fuzzy set on BCI-algebra and B-algebra, m-polar fuzzy subalgebra on BCI-algebra and B-algebra, m-polar fuzzy ideal on BCI-algebra, m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy p-ideal on BCI-algebra, m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy q-ideal on BCI-algebra, and m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy a-ideal on BCI-algebra. We build a new structure, namely m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy B-ideal on B-algebra. This research aims to extend the knowledge of m-polar fuzzy sets, which can be combined with other algebraic structures, besides BCI-algebra. In this study, we investigate and describe the properties of m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy B-ideal of B-algebra. We also investigate the connection among m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy B-ideal, m-polar fuzzy subalgebra, and m-polar fuzzy ideal. We serve a condition that causes an m-polar fuzzy ideal to become an m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy B-ideal. We also serve expansion properties of an m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy B-ideal. Futhermore, examples showing the modification of π_i formula are added. The properties of m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy B-ideal of B-algebra are obtained by combining and modifying the properties of m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy p-ideal, m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy q-ideal, and m-polar (∈,∈)-fuzzy a-ideal of BCI-algebra

Human Development Index Forecasting with Moving Average, Simple
Exponential Smoothing and Naïve Method

  Abstract: The purpose of this research is to forecast the Human Development Index (HDI) using the moving average (MA) method, the simple exponential smoothing method and the naïve method. The region forecasted for its HDI is North Lombok Regency, for which it has the lowest HDI in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The data used for this research is the HDI from 2010 to 2022. The selection of these methods is due to the limited amount of data and the popularity of MA, SES, and Naïve method in the world of forecasting until this day. The results of this research is the MA method which consists of MA MA3, SMA MA5, WMA MA3, WMA MA5, EMA MA3, EMA MA5, and SES tested value α=0.1 and α=0.9 and Naïve method have a high degree of accuracy that can be seen in the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value which is below 10%. However, the chosen method is the best method with the smallest MAPE which is Naïve method with MAPE 1.32% where MAPE is below 10% indicating that the model used is Highly accurate and the result of North Lombok Regency HDI in 2023 is 65.7 which means that the HDI in North Lombok Regency has not changed. HDI in North Lombok Regency stay on middle level

On Properties of Five-dimensional Nonstandard Filiform Lie algebra

  Abstract: In this paper, we study the five-dimensional nonstandard Filiform Lie algebra and their basis elements representations. The aim of this research is to determine the basis elements of five-dimensional nonstandard Filiform Lie algebras representation in the form of real matrices. The method used in this study is by following Ceballos, Núñez, and Tenorio’s work. The results of this study are five real matrices as the realization of the basis elements of the five-dimensional nonstandard Filiform Lie algebra. We also discuss some results relate to five-dimensional nonstandard Filiform Lie algebra’s properties. The five-dimensional nonstandard Filiform Lie algebra is always nilpotent. For further research, it can be extended to five classes of Filiform Lie algebra, both standard and nonstandard with six dimensions. Moreover, it can be computed their split torus such that their direct sums are Frobenius Lie algebras.

Category of Discrete Dynamical System

  Abstract: A dynamical system is a method that can describe the process, behavior, and complexity of a system. In general, a dynamical system consists of a discrete dynamical system and a continuous dynamical system. This dynamical system is very interesting if seen from the algebraic side. One of them is about category theory. Category theory is a very universal theory in mathematical concepts. In this research, the dynamical system used is a discrete dynamical system represented as a directed graph with nodes in the graph called states. This discrete dynamical system has a height which is shown on the dynamical map in which the number of states at each height is called a profile. In this research, it will be proved whether the discrete dynamical system with the same profile is a category. Also, why category theory is needed in discrete dynamical systems will be investigated. The result of this study shows that the discrete dynamical system with the same profile is a category with its morphism is an evolution from one state to another state in different dynamical systems. Furthermore, category theory is needed for discrete dynamical systems to know about the properties and structure of discrete dynamical system.

Determining Tomato Crop Agricultural Insurance Premium for COVID-19
Pandemic

  Abstract: One type of insurance known as parametric insurance has an agreement for predetermined events made at the beginning of the contract between the insurer (insurance firm) and the insured (farmer). When the causative event occurs, the provision applies that insurer must pay insured with some amount of money (damage compensation). Ozaki has formulated parametric method of premium rates for agricultural insurance build upon yields in specific area. Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture uses this method to ensure that farmers can re-plant crops in following planting season if a crop failure occurs. However, the COVID-19 pandemic's losses were not covered by this method. Given this, we would like to develop agricultural insurance models for tomato crops which figure out COVID-19 pandemic. For make it easier to see the price of tomato commodity due to impact of COVID-19 pandemic, in this research we will take a case study on agriculture managed by PT Mitra Tani Parahyangan. This company is engaged in the horeca business, so it has been greatly affected by the quarantine policy. The results of this study are suggestions for policy makers in anticipation if a pandemic occurs again, it help farmers and Indonesia’s food availability will be maintained.

Dynamic Analysis of the
Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Hospitalized-Critical-Recovered-Dead
(SEIHCRD)

  Abstract: This study discusses the dynamic analysis of the Susceptible–Exposed–Infected–Hospitalized–Critical–Recovered–Dead (SEIHCRD) model using the fourth order Runge-Kutta method. The data used in this study is original data on Infected, Hospitalized and Critical cases in Indonesia from August to October 2021. Dynamic analysis of the model is carried out by determining disease-free and endemic equilibrium points, local stability analysis of disease-free and endemic equilibrium points, and determine the basic reproduction number. The result of this analysis is that the number of new infection cases in Indonesia will decrease over time and the COVID-19 outbreak will end. Then a numerical simulation was carried out using the fourth order Runge-Kutta method in dealing with COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. The simulations and calculations show that the rate of contact of susceptible individuals with infected individuals is 0.06 per day, the rate of movement of individuals in the Exposed class to the Infected class is 0.14 per day, the probability of infected individuals being hospitalized with a value of 0.95, the probability that COVID-19 patients become critical and enter the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with a value of 0.485, and the probability of a critical patient dying with a value of 0.25 affects the slope of Infected, Hospitalized and Critical cases in Indonesia. Where Infected cases will be sloping with an absolute error value of 28%, Hospitalized cases with an absolute error value of 20% and Critical cases with an absolute error value of 33%. This research provides information that it is estimated that the daily infection cases of COVID-19 will decrease and be close to zero. So that infected patients who must be hospitalized and admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) are also decreasing, it is hoped that the COVID-19 pandemic will not happen again

Existence of Split Property in Quaternion Algebra Over Composite of
Quadratic Fields

  Abstract: Quaternions are extensions of complex numbers that are four-dimensional objects. Quaternion consists of one real number and three complex numbers, commonly denoted by the standard vectors and . Quaternion algebra over the field is an algebra in which the multiplication between standard vectors is non-commutative and the multiplication of standard vector with itself is a member of the field. The field considered in this study is the quadratic field and its extensions are biquadratic and composite. There have been many studies done to show the existence of split properties in quaternion algebras over quadratic fields. The purpose of this research is to prove a theorem about the existence of split properties on three field structures, namely quaternion algebras over quadratic fields, biquadratic fields, and composite of quadratic fields. We propose two theorems about biquadratic fields and composite of quadratic fields refer to theorems about the properties of the split on quadratic fields. The result of this research is a theorem proof of three theorems with different field structures that shows the different conditions of the three field structures. The conclusion is that the split property on quaternion algebras over fields exists if certain conditions can be met.

Simulation Study for Parametric EWMA and NPWEWPA-SR Control Charts Against
Non-Normality Assumptions

  Abstract: Common control chart types such as EWMA require assumptions to have valid information. The study compares IC robustness and OOC performance for parametric EWMA and NPEWMA-SR control charts in violation of symmetrical assumption. The Monte Carlo simulation study held scale parameters with various shape parameters in Weibull distribution. First finding in this paper was both parametric EWMA and NPEWMA-SR control charts were not suitable for the application in asymmetrical distribution due to weak IC robustness and frequent false alarm will be occurred. Although EWMA-X ̅ The control chart showed a most stable OOC performance; the weak IC robustness made the control chart unacceptable. Whereas, NPEWMA-SR control chart lost the ability in small shift detection when symmetrical assumption violated. Moreover, two different weightage of current sample for both parametric EWMA and NPEWMA-SR control charts were also investigated. The results showed that weightage of current sample for both parametric EWMA and NPEWMA-SR control charts did not affect the ARL value trend in different skewness of Weibull distribution.

On Group-Vertex-Magic Labeling of Simple Graphs

  Abstract: Let A be an Abelian group with identity 0. The A-vertex-magic labeling of a graph G is a mapping from the set of vertices in G to A-{0} such that the sum of the labels of every open neighborhood vertex of v is equal, for every vertex v in G. In this article, we discuss group-vertex-magic labeling of some simple graphs by using the Abelian group Zk, with natural numbers k>1. We investigated some classes of simple graphs are path graphs, complete graphs, cyclic graphs, and star graphs. The method we used in this article is literature study and then developing the properties of vertex-magic labeling of some simple graphs, that are path graphs, complete graphs, cyclic graphs, and star graphs. We obtain that complete graphs, cyclic graphs, and star graphs have Zk-vertex-magic labeling, while path graphs have vertex-magic labeling only for n=2,3.
