      Abstract: Este artículo examina, en primer lugar, el lugar de lo social y la cultura en los escritos de Sigmund Freud y Jacques Lacan. A continuación, se reconstruyen los esfuerzos de diálogo entre Teoría Crítica y Psicoanálisis elaborados por Herbert Marcuse y Axel Honneth. Finalmente se destacan algunos criterios y problemas que permitan situar en distintos planos a los rendimientos teóricos del cruce entre teoría crítica y psicoanálisis. -- This article examines, first, the place of the social and culture in the writings of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan. Next, the dialogue efforts between Critical Theory and Psychoanalysis elaborated by Herbert Marcuse and Axel Honneth are reconstructed. Finally, some criteria and problems are highlighted that allow the theoretical performance of the cross between critical theory and psychoanalysis to be placed on different levels.

  • Representaciones sociales de mujeres estudiantes de educación superior
           acerca de la prevención del femicidio

      Abstract: El artículo tiene el propósito de indagar sobre las representaciones del femicidio que construyen las mujeres estudiantes de educación superior de Chile acerca de los dispositivos del Estado y mecanismos preventivos de la sociedad civil.  La investigación se realizó desde un enfoque fenomenológico mediante una encuesta abierta de tipo cualitativa, la cual fue respondida por 99 mujeres. Los principales resultados dan cuenta de la urgencia de prevenir el femicidio a través de la educación formal e informal, promoción de redes de apoyo a nivel familiar y social, ajustes legislativos, agilidad en los procesos judiciales, efectividad de los organismos de Estado, validación de organismos de la sociedad civil y de las agrupaciones de mujeres con incidencia sociopolítica. -- The article has the purpose of investigating the representations of femicide that women students of higher education in Chile construct about the State's devices and preventive mechanisms of civil society. The research was carried out from a phenomenological approach through an open qualitative survey, which was answered by 99 women. The main results show the urgency of preventing femicide through formal and informal education, promotion of support networks at the family and social level, legislative adjustments, agility in judicial processes, effectiveness of State agencies, validation of Civil society organizations and women's groups with socio-political influence.

  • Duración, tiempo y psicoanálisis. Reflexiones en torno a la
           brevedad del tratamiento

      Abstract: Las inserciones institucionales actuales del psicoanálisis –instituciones de salud, educación, justicia, entre otras– pueden tensionar los principios que rigen esta práctica, tal como Freud lo anticipó en 1919. Una de estas tensiones dice relación con la duración de los tratamientos. Este artículo aborda cómo se ha teorizado sobre este problema mediante la sistematización y comparación de dos aproximaciones que han respondido de manera distinta a esta interrogante: la escuela inglesa de psicoterapia psicoanalítica breve y la experiencia de los CPCT en Francia. Para ello se abordan elementos de contexto histórico, como también la conceptualización y criterios clínicos sobre la determinación de la duración del tratamiento. Se valoran las posibilidades que estas dos perspectivas ofrecen a la práctica del psicoanálisis en instituciones, en particular en lo referente al manejo de la duración del tratamiento, al mismo tiempo que se abren perspectivas para pensar más radicalmente las concepciones del tiempo en psicoanálisis. -- The current institutional insertions of psychoanalysis –institutions of health, education, justice, among others– can put stress on the principles that govern this practice, as Freud anticipated in 1919. This article deals with how the duration of treatments has been theorized in order to systematize and compare two approaches that have responded differently to this question: the Anglo-Saxon school of brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy and the experience of the CPCTs in France. For this purpose, elements of historical context are discussed, as well as the conceptualization and clinical criteria for determining the duration of treatment. The possibilities that these two perspectives offer to the practice of psychoanalysis in institutions are appreciated, about the handling of the duration of treatment, at the same time that perspectives are opened to think more radically about the conceptions of time in psychoanalysis.

  • La Gobernanza SocioComunitaria. La construcción de poder comunitario en
           la política pública en salud mental

      Abstract: El propósito de este ensayo es reflexionar sobre el sistema de gobierno de los programas de proximidad comunitaria de la política en salud mental proponiendo el concepto de Gobernanza SocioComunitaria, entendida como un modo de conducir estos programas gestionando lo común “desde abajo” (Vega, 2019, p. 50) mediante un dispositivo que posibilite la toma de decisiones colectivas entre los actores institucionales y comunitarios involucrados. Es un manejo de los programas que se opone a la modalidad gerencial verticalista y burocrática donde la construcción de lo común está capturada enteramente por el equipo central de gestión. Explicito los argumentos que apoyan esta tesis en tres secciones: salud mental y comunidad, la gestión del conocimiento en los programas de proximidad comunitaria, para finalizar con una descripción más detallada de la Gobernanza SocioComunitaria como modalidad de gestión de estos programas. -- The purpose of this essay is to reflect on the government system of community proximity programs in mental health public policies by submitting the concept of SocioCommunity Governance. This, understood to carry out these programs by managing the common “from below” (Vega, 2019, p. 50), through a device that enables collective decision-making among the institution and the community actors involved. This program management opposes top-down approach and bureaucratic leadership in which the construction of the common is entirely contained by the central management team. The arguments that support this thesis are explained in three sections: mental health and community, knowledge management in community proximity programs and, at last, a more detailed description of the SocioCommunity Governance as a management modality applied to these programs.

  • Esbozo de una genealogía del Yo. Una revisión del dispositivo
           narrativo de la subjetividad

      Abstract: A un nivel psicosocial, la experiencia del yo se encuentra inmersa en un régimen de dispersión y consecuente tensión que rige todos los ámbitos de la cultura humana que vinculan al colectivo con el individuo. En el presente escrito, quisiera abordar la problemática de un yo descentrado, comprendido como consecuencia de una noción moderna del sujeto que fue fuertemente influenciada por Descartes. En el ejercicio cartesiano de diferenciación del entorno y del sí mismo, el yo vio fortalecida su constitución autónoma y autorreflexiva que, en contraste con la noción pre-moderna del sujeto, se caracteriza por su individualidad y subjetividad. Estos rasgos, como será examinado, corresponden a dos órdenes distintivos de la experiencia del yo descentrado. A partir de ahí, se propondrá que el yo, como principal dispositivo narrativo y estético-epistemológico de la modernidad, sufriría un progresivo debilitamiento que sería advertido por primera vez por los aportes de Nietzsche. -- At a psychosocial level, the experience of the self is immersed in a regime of dispersion and a consequent tension which rules all scopes of human culture that links the collective with the individual. In the present work, I would like to approach the problematic of a decentered self, understood as a consequence of a modern notion of the subject, which was strongly influenced by Descartes. In the cartesian exercise of differentiation between environment and the oneself, the self was strengthened in its autonomous and self-reflective constitution that, by contrast with the premodern notion of the subject, is characterized for its individuality and subjectivity. As it will be examined, this feature corresponds to two distinctive orders of the experience of the decentered self. From there on, it will be proposed that the self, as the main narrative and aesthetic-ontological apparatus of modernity, would suffer a progressive weakening which would be first noticed by the contributions of Nietzsche.

  • La cuestión de la identidad o la identidad en cuestión. Discusiones,
           acuerdos y puntos de partida

      Abstract: En este artículo presentamos las discusiones que se dan en torno al polisémico concepto de identidad y establecemos los acuerdos que se convierten en puntos de partida en el marco de una investigación que tiene por objetivo comprender el proceso de construcción identitaria de los movimientos socioterritoriales. Para eso organizamos la exposición en tres partes. En primer lugar, nos adentramos en algunas discusiones que se suscitan alrededor del concepto de identidad intentando establecer algunos acuerdos que se constituyen en puntos de partida para investigar la construcción identitaria de los actores colectivos. En segundo lugar, nos detenemos a definir a la identidad colectiva y la ponemos en relación con la identidad individual. Por último, incorporamos dos categorías geográficas a las que consideramos constitutivas del proceso de identificación de los movimientos sociales: territorio y lugar. -- In this article we present the discussions that take place around the polysemic concept of identity, and we establish the agreements that become starting points within the framework of an investigation that aims to understand the process of identity construction of socio-territorial movements. For that we organize the exhibition in three parts. In the first place, we enter some discussions that arise around the concept of identity trying to establish some agreements that constitute starting points to investigate the identity construction of collective actors. Second, we stop to define collective identity and put it in relation to individual identity. Finally, we incorporate two geographical categories that we consider to be constitutive of the identification process of social movements: territory and place.

      Abstract: La aparición y consolidación de la inclusión en el quehacer social y sobre todo en el educativo, tienen como propósito reducir la brecha de desigualdades que existen en las sociedades modernas. Las prácticas docentes que se llevan acabo en las aulas de clase, son el principal vínculo educativo para reducir las barreras para el aprendizaje. El presente artículo muestra un estado de conocimiento de las prácticas docentes inclusivas, con una inicidencia entre los años 2010-2020. Los hallazgos permiten realizar una exposición mediante cuatro núcleos analíticos: 1. Evolución del concepto de educación inclusiva, 2. La teoría de las prácticas docentes inclusivas, 3. Actitudes y autoeficacia; y 4. La evaluación de las prácticas para la inclusión. Los resultados muestran que el desarrollo teórico se sigue orientando hacia concretar una definición en común de educación inclusiva, dado que cada región la interpreta de acuerdo con las necesidades de su contexto y las propuestas metodológicas que generan a partir de diversas experiencias en países del continente europeo; ya que aún existen países de Iberoamérica marcados por la desigualdad social y vacíos en el desarrollo de estudios al respecto. -- The appearance and consolidation of inclusion in social work and especially in education, have the purpose of reducing the gap of inequalities that exist in modern societies. The teaching practices that take place in the classrooms are the main educational link to reduce barriers to learning. This article shows a state of knowledge of inclusive teaching practices, with an initiation between the years 2010-2020. The findings allow an exposition through four analytical nuclei: 1. Evolution of the concept of inclusive education, 2. The theory of inclusive teaching practices, 3. Attitudes and self-efficacy; and 4. The evaluation of practices for inclusion. The results show that the theoretical development continues to be oriented towards specifying a common definition of inclusive education, given that each region interprets it according to the needs of its context and the methodological proposals generated from various experiences in countries of the European continent; since there are still Latin American countries marked by social inequality and gaps in the development of studies in this regard.

  • La Promoción de salud mental en mujeres migrantes: sistematización de
           experiencias en talleres grupales

      Abstract: Desde 2007 el área Salud Mental e Interculturalidad del Centro de Atención Psicológica (CAPS) de la Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano (UAHC) trabaja en la implementación de intervenciones comunitarias, grupales e individuales que apoyan a las personas migrantes y/o refugiadas que llegan a Santiago de Chile y necesitan apoyo en salud mental. El siguiente artículo presenta la sistematización de cuatro años del “Taller para Mujeres Migrantes” realizado en conjunto con el equipo del área social del Servicio Jesuita a Migrantes (SJM). Se entrevistó a facilitadores y supervisoras, con la finalidad de recoger la información respecto a la historia, implementación y nudos críticos del taller. Esta sistematización permite pensar posibles cruces entre la implementación de talleres grupales de salud mental con mujeres migrantes durante la formación universitaria, y problemáticas de la migración. -- Since 2007, the area of Mental Health and Interculturality of the Psychological Attention Center (CAPS) which is part of the Academia de Humanismo Cristiano University (UAHC) has been working on community interventions, groups and individual attention to support migrants and refugees, who have arrived to Santiago de Chile and are in need of mental health support. This article presents a four-year systematization of the “Workshop for Migrant Women” carried out alongside with the social area of the Jesuit Migrant Service team (SJM). Advisers and supervisors were interviewed in order to collect the necessary information regarding the history, implementation and critical issues of the workshops. This systematization allows us to think about possible crossovers between implementation of group mental health workshops for migrant women in university education and migration difficulties.
