  • Peran Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Subjective Career Success
           pada Guru

    • Authors: Devina Andriany, Anasthasya Devicasary Dua Lembang, Tri Muji Ingarianti
      Pages: 1 - 14
The teacher is one of the determining factors for the success of education, where the view of a teacher's success is the success of his students. However, it was found that the view of teacher success is still from an objective side even though success can be seen by oneself in terms of their career and the external role that contributes to supporting the teacher's career. This study aims to examine the role of perceived organizational support on subjective career success in teachers. The method in this study was quantitative with a sample of 320 teachers with the characteristics listed in Law no. 14 of 2015 using an accidental sampling technique. Data collection using the measurement tool used is the Survey Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) scale and the Subjective Career Success Inventory (SCSI) scale. The research hypothesis was tested using a simple regression data analysis technique. The results of this study show the role of perceived organizational support on subjective career success with a p value <0.001. Then there is the role of perceived organizational support on the eight dimensions of subjective career success with a significance value of each p < 0.001. That is, there is a role of perceived organizational support and subjective career success as a whole and per dimension. It is hoped that this research will be a consideration for schools to support teachers in order to increase their subjective career success.

  • Keterlibatan Ayah dan Strategi Regulasi Emosi pada Remaja Tunarungu

    • Authors: Trisya Christine Mayong, Sandra Handayani Sutanto
      Pages: 15 - 29

Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat meningkatkan personal growth initiative remaja dapat dilakukan dengan mempelajari karakteristik-karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh kepribadian openness to experience (O) dan conscientiousness (C).Physical, cognition, emotional conditions can cause stress in adolescents so that it takes effort to change for the better, or in psychology it is called personal growth initiative. One of the factors that influence personal growth initiative is the personality possessed by adolescents. Personality itself has different types so that it has different effects on adolescent personal growth initiative. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences and effects of personality on adolescent’s personal growth initiative. The research method is quantitative with ANOVA data analysis. This study used a subject as many as 347 teenage high school students in the city of Malang. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The research data were taken using the Likert personal growth initiative scale and BIG five personality. The results showed that there were influences and differences between personality and personal growth initiative (F = 8,946, p <0.001). The biggest difference was in personality openness to experience (O) and the lowest difference was in personality extraversion (E). While openness to experience (O) and conscientiousness (C) personalities did not have a significant difference in personal growth initiative (t = 4.331, p 0.309). Therefore, to be able to increase adolescent personal growth initiative can be done by studying the characteristics possessed by openness to experience (O) and conscientiousness (C) personalities.

  • Adaptasi Instrumen The Resiliency Scale for Young Adults Versi Bahasa
           Indonesia pada Populasi Emerging Adulthood

    • Authors: Putu Getsha Pradnyan Rarasati Mudita, Fredrick Dermawan Purba, Ahmad Gimmy Prathama Siswadi
      Pages: 43 - 54
Abstract: Remaja menghadapi banyak tantangan selama masa transisi menuju dewasa. The Resiliency Scale for Young Adults (RSYA). Adolescents face many challenges during the transition to adulthood. It takes personal resiliency to help adolescents thrive despite the difficulties they faced. To find out how early adults developed resilience capabilities, a valid and reliable measuring instrument is needed. Therefore, this study aims to test the construct validity of The Resiliency Scale for Young Adults (RSYA). The data was obtained from 279 early adult population aged 18 ─ 25 years with the majority being female, with an average age of 21 years. Participants generally have a minimum high school/vocational education background, therefore, most of them are currently college students with an average monthly expenditure of less than Rp1,000,000. Regional origins of participants vary from all over Indonesia, with more than half coming from West Java Province. The analysis method used was Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The test results proved that the RSYA model met the fit criteria and was proven to be reliable (α = 0.931) with a conformity index of RMSEA=0.079, Standardized RMR=0.078, CFI=0.91, and IFI=0.91. The convergent-discriminants validity was tested using DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) and SWLS (Satisfaction with Life Scale) instruments with the results that two protective factors (sense of mastery and sense of relatedness) correlated negatively with DASS and positively with SWLS. In contrast, risk factors (emotional reactivity) correlate positively with DASS and negatively with SWLS. This study shows Indonesian version of RSYA is valid and reliable for measuring resilience in early populations in Indonesia.

  • Mentoring is Curing: Investigasi Peran Health Mentoring Program dan Durasi
           Sakit pada Gastritis Sensation

    • Authors: Vika Yuning Tiyas, Anna Undarwati
      Pages: 55 - 70
Abstract: World Health Organization (WHO), melaporkan bahwa prevalensi radang lambung (gastritis) di Indonesia terus meningkat mencapai 40,8%, dengan beberapa daerah memiliki tingkat kasus yang cukup tinggi, yaitu 274.396 dari 238.452.952 penduduk. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports a steady increase in the prevalence of gastritis in Indonesia, reaching 40.8%, with some regions experiencing significantly high case rates, totaling 274,396 out of 238,452,952 population. Understanding the diverse causes of gastritis is crucial for effective prevention, treatment, and care. While the Health Mentoring Program (HMP) is believed to address gastritis issues, its effectiveness varies across cases. Additionally, the duration of pain is suspected to impact gastritis sensation. This study aims to examine the influence of the Health Mentoring Program and the duration of pain on gastritis sensation. Conducted through a quasi-experimental method, 229 respondents were divided into an experimental group receiving the HMP for 30 days and a control group not participating in the program. Gastritis sensation was measured using the Gastritis Sensation Report, and data analysis was performed using the General Linear Model Univariate. The hypothesis that HMP affects gastritis sensation is accepted, with statistical results showing F (1,225) = 29.221, p < 0.001, ηp² = 0.115. Furthermore, there was no significant influence of the duration of pain on gastritis sensation levels (F (1,225) = 0.201, p < 0.654, ηp² = 0.001). Interaction analysis between the duration of pain and HMP also did not significantly influence gastritis sensation (F (1,225) = 0.072, p < 0.789). This confirms that the HMP consistently reduces gastritis sensation, regardless of the duration of pain. Future research should consider other potential factors affecting gastritis sensation.

  • Efektivitas Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Meningkatkan Regulasi
           Emosi: Studi Meta-Analisis

    • Authors: Lucia Citra Pertiwi, Ananta Yudiarso
      Pages: 71 - 80
Peneliti menggunakan The Cochrane Collaboration’s tool for assessing risk of bias in randomised trials untuk menilai resiko bias penelitian. The purpose of this study was to identify the efficacy of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to improve emotion regulation for individuals with psychological disorders. The study method was a meta-analysis study with 11 international research articles. This research involved 507 participants from all of the previous studies. DBT intervention was given to the participants yet there were some studies used DBT-skill training programs. Researchers used The Cochrane Collaboration's tool for assessing the risk of bias in randomized trials to evaluate risk of bias. Data analysis of mean, standard deviation, and a total sample of control groups and intervention groups, using Jamovi 2 software and shows effect size hedge’s g values -,983 (95% CI –2,161 – ,259) and heterogeneity value I2 =  97,15%. Also, it showed egger’s bias P-value ,009 (P < ,05), which explained a study bias. Results of the study emphasize that this study had a large effect size in which DBT is effective in improving emotion regulation for individuals with psychological disorders. This meta-analysis study had the lack of negative findings research and thus further meta-analysis research is necessary because it is also found an inconsistent finding.
