This teaching experience report aims to present the Evidence-Based Supervision (SBE) course, from its structural proposal, the activities carried out and the changes in the two versions offered. We offered the discipline in two stricto sensu graduate programs to promote awareness, literacy, skills, and critical thinking on the importance of evidence-based supervised practice. Originally designed with a blended format, we rewired the course to make it a full-online mode due to social distancing measures decurrent from the Covid-19. In both versions of the SBE course, the pedagogical support was kept in a constructivist learning perspective acquiring, using active methodologies, questions, and mediated by Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). Since changing didactic models and proposals is not a simplified process, it is considered that this discipline has achieved its objectives. This work implicates theoretically by expanding the knowledge in the field of supervision studies in stricto sensu Brazilian postgraduate courses under a constructivist lens. Its practical contributions are grounded on fostering the debate over the adoption of active methodologies mediated by digital technologies in the training of psychologists and psychology researchers.

Os descritores utilizados foram: ("cognitive behavioral therapy" OR "CBT") AND ("internet" OR "online"). With the recent technological advance, internet-based CBT emerges as an alternative to the traditional psychotherapy, while being a promising and effective mental health care. Adolescents may engage and benefit from these internet-based programs, but there are still few interventions led with this specific population. In order to investigate the evidences of efficacy of internet-based CBT among adolescents, a systematic review was conducted, while using the Prisma method, on studies published in the last five years on Academic Google, PubMed and Scielo academic data basis. The descriptors used were ("cognitive behavioral therapy" OR "CBT") AND ("internet" OR "online"). After analysis and application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 14 studies were selected. No research was found in the Brazilian context. Participants from the selected studies presented significant reductions on symptoms after the interventions; furthermore, half of the publications pointed out that significant percentages of adolescents were recovered or in remission of a psychological disorder. From these preliminary analyses, it may be concluded that internet-based CBT programs seem to be effective models to the promotion of adolescents mental health.

Foram utilizadas duas combinações nas chaves de busca: 1) "internet-based" OR "internet-delivered" OR "online" OR "telepsychology" AND "cognitive behavioral therapy" OR "cognitive therapy" AND "social phobia" OR "social anxiety disorder"; e 2) "iCBT" AND "social phobia" OR "social anxiety disorder". Contudo, é necessário desenvolver mais pesquisas que contribuam para a consolidação do tratamento pela internet de modo síncrono para o TAS.Internet-based Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (iCBT) has been used to treat several mental disorders, among them Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). The present study aimed to investigate empirical studies involving internet-based cognitive-behavioral interventions for the treatment of SAD, provided they were conducted partially or entirely in synchronous format. A systematic review was conducted between May and June 2021 in PubMed, PsycINFO, and Web of Science. The combination of keywords used were (1) "internet-based" OR "internet-delivered" OR "online" OR "telepsychology" AND "cognitive behavioral therapy" OR "cognitive therapy" AND "social phobia" OR "social anxiety disorder"; and (2) "iCBT" AND "social phobia" OR "social anxiety disorder". Four papers were selected. These studies presented synchronous interventions by videoconference and aimed to test its efficacy for treating SAD over the Internet. Results show that psychoeducation and exposure techniques are well suited in the online format. There is evidence that treatment of individuals with SAD is effective and feasible, resulting in symptom reduction or remission and improved quality of life. Still, further research is needed to consolidate the evidence of synchronous Internet-based treatment for SAD.

The covid-19 pandemic has triggered or aggravated psychiatric symptoms. Thus, cognitive-behavioral interventions online can be viable treatment alternatives. The aim of this systematic review was to describe evidence on the effectiveness of online Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for pandemic-related psychiatric conditions. Randomized clinical trials (RCTs) produced between January 2020 and June 2021 were searched in the PUBMED, LILACS, Web of Science, SCOPUS, Embase and PsycINFO databases, based on the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISM). Seven RCTs were selected and included. The results show that online CBT interventions were effective in decreasing depression, anxiety, dysfunctional concerns, trauma, perceived stress and loneliness, and improving resilience. Three RCTs had a high risk of bias, suggesting the need for further studies, including RCTs and meta-analyses, to improve the strength of the evidence. In conclusion, online CBT has initial evidence of effectiveness in the face of the pandemic scenario.

The COVID-19 pandemic increased parental burden on childrens homeschooling, making up an additional stressor. Preliminary results of an Internet-based psychoeducation and counseling program are described, aimed at enabling parents to manage their childrens homeschooling activities. 50 parents of children from 6 to 14 years old participated. The program comprised six 90-minute sessions, spread over three weeks, working with positive attention, differential reinforcement, routine organization, emotional regulation and flexibility of thoughts and feelings. A one-group only quasi-experimental pre- and post-test design was used. Results showed decreases in the levels of parental symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, assessed with DAS-21, as well as a reduction in the number of behavior problems and an increase in the childrens prosocial and adaptive behaviors, assessed with SDQ. No changes were observed in parenting styles, assessed with IEP. Parents answered a user satisfaction questionnaire and positively evaluated their participation in the program, considering that the benefits outweighed problems related to remote modality. Although more studies are needed, remote parent counseling during the COVID-19 pandemic has shown promise and can be incorporated into psychotherapeutic practices in other circumstances as well.

The management of psychological disorders has been the focus of different self-guided cognitive-behavioral interventions mediated by technologies through computer and smartphone applications. The aim of this study was to identify and describe interventions such as those aimed at adolescents. For this, an integrative literature review was conducted in PsycINFO, Scopus, and Web of Science databases, using four blocks with descriptors that represented: self-guided applications, types of interventions, cognitive-behavioral therapy and adolescents. After the process of analyzing and selecting the 93 results found, the final sample consisted of 19 articles referring to 13 interventions. These have been described in efficacy studies with more than one group, protocols to assess efficacy, pilot investigations, complementary aspects studies, and case studies. Anxiety and depression were the main therapeutic targets and 9 articles showed favorable results for the interventions use. Despite considering the potential to effectively optimize and streamline mental health care, it is clear how incipient are investigations based on cognitive-behavioral therapy in mobile health with adolescents.

The COVID-19 pandemic negatively impacted the mental health of the population, causing increased levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Isolation and social distancing demand the use of digital media as an essential tool to enable psychological interventions focused on treatment, prevention and promotion of mental health. The aim of this study was to describe an experience report on the adaptation and feasibility of applying the G10 program online, during the period of social distancing from COVID-19. The sample consisted of 14 participants who underwent the evaluation of the DASS-21 scale, pre and post-intervention. The results identified a statistically significant difference in the Stress dimension (p=0.005), in which a reduction in symptoms was identified after the intervention. Equally significant results were observed in the dimensions of Anxiety (p=0.032) and Depression (p=0.028). The qualitative data obtained suggest the development, at the group level, of cohesion among group members around common purposes and feelings of belonging; and, on a personal level, coping strategies to deal with stressful situations and self-knowledge about values ''and character strengths.
