Authors:Syamsul Nahar, Budiman Budiman, Sirojul Fuadi Abstract: This study aims to analyze: 1) the values of tolerance education found in Surah al-Baqarah verse 256, Surah al-Hujurat verses 10-13 and Surah Yunus verses 40-41. 2) the relevance of tolerance education contained in the Qur'an to today's tolerance education. The research approach used in this research is library research which is a type of research that uses written materials as its research object. The primary data source in this study was Buya Hamka's Tafsir Al-Azhar. The results of the study show that: 1) In Buya Hamka's interpretation of verses that are allegedly tolerance give more nuances of social piety, such as placing more importance on the benefit of the people so that good relations are established in the community, both with people of different ethnicities, races and religions . All through the path of tolerance. In his relationship with the theory of religious tendencies, Buya Hamka belongs to the Humanist-functional tendency, because in explaining these verses he emphasizes human values and his benefit. 2) Hamka's interpretation has relevance if the religious tolerance that exists in Indonesia is tolerance that does not apply to theological issues and only applies to sociological issues. Therefore cooperation with other religions in world affairs is highly recommended and not prohibited. Fellow human beings and also fellow Indonesian citizens will become one and not be divided because it is based on an attitude of tolerance that will really materialize. The research explains the concept of curriculum development and Islamic education learning with a contextual approach. This study uses the type of library research (Library Research). This research was conducted by conducting an in-depth analysis of various sources relevant to the issues to be discussed. Data collection was carried out by collecting reference books, scientific journals, and e-book online media information. The results of the study stated that several things such as the curriculum and the development of Islamic education learning must be returned to their philosophical roots with consideration of supporting and inhibiting factors for success. Factors that must be considered are curriculum content, curriculum implementation models, and curriculum evaluation tailored to the needs of students, the world of work, and society. To realize this, PAI teachers must be able to apply a contextual approach by following the principles of constructivist learning, implementing active learning strategies, and using sophisticated technological media and facilities. This research uses qualitative types with a descriptive approach, which is a study that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject. The subjects in this study were a PAI teacher at SDN 215 North Bengkulu named Heri Budianto, M.Pd and 3 students grade VI named Fitratul Ikhsan, Ekha Diansyah Putra, and Anisa Saputra. The data collection techniques used in this study was interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study found that the use of multimedia in PAI learning can help teachers in teaching and better recognize the differences in student characteristics. The research approach used was a literature study by collecting various books, journals and other sources related to the reconstruction of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum which is Rahmatan lil ‘alamin. The research results obtained are that the reconstruction of Islamic education rahmatan lil'alamin is an attempt to reconstruct the curriculum of Islamic education which has the potential to cause radicalism with humanist materials, so that a holistic way of thinking is formed regarding the portrait of Islamic education which is built through universal values. Based on the Qur'an and al-Hadith, by prioritizing love (mahabbah) togetherness (ijtima'iyyah), justice ('is) and brotherhood towards others (ukhuwah). The curriculum model must foster a sense of tolerance, caring, fairness, compassion, and be able to develop interests and talents possessed by people around them, so that human existence will benefit the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how religious moderation is implemented in the curriculum at the elementary school or madrasah. The type of research used is qualitative research using library research methods. Starting from collect the data journals, books, etc., then analyzing and describing the conclusion. The results of the study are that religious moderation carried out in educational institutions is very effective where educational institutions are places that easily provide religious moderation education for each student. Islamic religious education must also be able to provide learning that is very effective in providing Islamic religious teaching material and adapting it to real life, where PAI has basically provided education about moderation. The role of the government and educational institutions to carry out a curriculum development containing religious moderation needs to be done to provide a middle way or a solution to minimize the existence of violent practices, injustice in the school environment or in the social community. Authors:Sutarto Sutarto First page: 67 Abstract: This study aims to reveal the family's contribution, support, and hope in instilling the values of Islamic education in order to form an Islamic character. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with research informants being parents of teenagers with relatively good Islamic characteristics. Data collection techniques using interviews. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by triangulating sources and analyzing through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results show that the family's contribution to instilling the values of Islamic education to shape the Islamic character of adolescents is carried out by guiding, directing, and being an example in practicing the values of deep Islamic education. Several supporting factors include the existence of TPQ and places of worship in the community. The challenge is that teenagers still need to be independent in implementing the values of Islamic education, and there is the influence of social media which has an impact on the attitudes and behavior of teenagers. Authors:Fitri Yolanda, Hendra Harmi Pages: 87 - 94 Abstract: This study aims to describe the role of single parents in inculcating Islamic religious education in Sambirejo Village, Selupu Rejang District. The research method used is descriptive research using qualitative data. The data were obtained through interviews with 11 single parents who have sole responsibility for educating their children in terms of the Islamic religion. The results showed that single parents in Sumber Urip Village, Sindang Kelingi District, played an important role in instilling Islamic religious education in their children. They are responsible for teaching about Islamic teachings, such as teaching about Allah, the Messenger of Allah, and Islamic laws. In addition, they also provide exemplary examples in carrying out Islamic worship and values in everyday life. In inculcating the values of Islamic religious education they face challenges including limited time and energy, lack of adequate religious knowledge, and limited financial resources. Strategies used by single parents, such as establishing a regular schedule for religious activities, using digital media, and inviting children to participate in religious activities, can help in inculcating the values of Islamic religious education. The Covid-19 pandemic has provided both opportunities and challenges for Islamic education to rethink assumptions about how to teach PAI in a post-pandemic context. One of the things that needs to be reoriented for Islamic education is to design creative and innovative learning. This article uses a type of qualitative research based on field studies through documentation and deep interviews. The findings of this article show that the PAI learning design at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik after the pandemic uses the moodle application as a tool and teacher skills. Using the moodle application was able to increase the intensity of student learning and make it easier for teachers to control and evaluate their tasks. So, moodle is proven to help teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. This convenience includes access to materials and assignments as well as control over their learning progress. This research is a qualitative research and the approach used in this research is qualitative naturalistic, this approach intends to make a description (description) of an event systematically and objectively, by collecting, evaluating, verifying, and synthesizing evidence to support facts in order to obtain a conclusion. The results of the study show that: 1) The educational curriculum formulated by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan is related to the objectives of Islamic education, namely: faith education, moral education, physical education, intellectual education, psychological education, and social education. 2) The learning method formulated by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan namely: education by example, education with customs, education with advice. education with attention. and education by giving punishment. 3) Implementation of the curriculum at SMPIT Mu'jizatul Qur'an and SMPIT Abqari Kota Subulussalam is the 2013 curriculum and the curriculum of the Integrated Islamic School Network, namely Islamic religious education and morals. The Islamic religious curriculum is in accordance with the curriculum formulated by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan because it is based on the Qur'an and Hadith. While the learning methods for SMPIT Mu'jizatul Qur'an and SMPIT Abqari Kota Subulussalam are learning methods formulated by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, namely: education by example, education with customs, education with advice, education by giving attention and education by giving punishment.
