  • IMPLEMENTASI VISI COSMOTHEANDRIC RAIMON PANIKKAR DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

    • Authors: Ahmad Natsir
      Pages: 162 - 178
Abstract: This article aims to discuss Raimon Panikkar's religious theory, which he calls
the Cosmotheandric Vision. This theory is the result of Panikkar's experience
of navigating religious life. Then this theory is implemented in learning
management in the classroom. Therefore, Islamic education has always been
directed at the transmission of rigid dogmas, which have resulted a generation
that is less tolerant of differences. Meanwhile, at the same time, the seeking for
a moderate learning model is still under debate and long discussion. This article
answers at least two basic questions. First, how to explain the theory of
Cosmotheandric Vision. This Cosmotheandric Vision emphasizes differences
as part of the difference in the universe. Although the universe has different
parts, all of them lead to one vision, complementing the others to get in harmony
with direction of universe. Second, how to implement the theory of
Cosmotheandric Vision in Islamic education. Islamic education has basically
introduced the closing concept with the sentence “wallahu a'lam”. This sentence
is in line with Raimon Panikkar's cosmos view, which explains that the logos
will never be able to achieve God's truth (theos). The word “wallahu a'lam”
has to be implemented in more depth regarding of truth the difference that the
owner of truth is only One, Allah, while what educators teach is just a “belief”
wich is far from the word “faith”.

  • USHUL FIQIH DIALECTICS ON CHILDFREE IN INDONESIAN SOCIETY

    • Authors: Intan Septiana
      Pages: 179 - 203
Abstract: Childfree in Indonesia is a new and further phenomenon because of a diversity of opinions that arise such as in terms of social society and the implementation of its laws. It affects values changes in childfree actors and social communities to have children. The essence of marriage to have children is a symbol of the happiness of a family and the sustainability of its offspring. The purpose of this study is to analyze how childfree can develop in Indonesia and how the legal validity is in the perspective of ushul fiqih. The theory of legal discovery used is Saddu az-Dzariah. Saddu az-Dzariah is to forbid something that the source may not be allowed. So that the emergence of childfree as a result of the development of increasingly advanced technology, such as social media affects changes in the mindset of the community to become freer without a filter on information from outside. In the childfree phenomenon that occurred in Indonesia, several influencers and artists began to publish their choice to do childfree. With this action, it seems to be a demonstration to do childfree. So that people who choose to be childfree are increasingly emerging, such as with the existence of childfree groups on various social media, it is feared that if more and more people choose childfree, there will be a childfree trend that will be followed by people without paying attention to the impact in the future.  Furthermore, if you look at the study of ushul fiqih childfree containing mafsadat which results in damage, due to the non-fulfillment of one of the purposes of marriage, namely having children, then with saddu az-DZari'ah it becomes forbidden because it can cause a generational disconnection or inconsistency with maqasid Sharia.

  • POTENTIAL FOR ECOTOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN THE FOREST AREA OF BOJONEGORO
           REGENCY AS SUSTAINABLE TOURISM

    • Authors: Handoko Sosro Hadi Wijoyo, Moh Mustofa, Moh Saiful Anam
      Pages: 204 - 222
Abstract: There are many ways to save the forest, one of which is to make the
concept of ecotourism in forest areas, both natural and socio-cultural
ecotourism which is the local wisdom of residents. Local wisdom itself is
the life of the village community which is one of the attractions of tourists
from urban areas who have never felt village life, especially forest areas,
or tourists who want to get peace in the village. In addition, the culture
that is currently still believed by the forest community and has the
opportunity to become a potential as a cultural heritage of the
community. Ecotourism conceptualized is a form of tourism that leads
to meta tourism. Ecotourism that not only sells destinations but sells
philosophy. From this aspect, ecotourism will not recognize market
saturation, the results of observations show that the forest area that has
the potential to create Ecotourism is between two districts, namely Sekar
District and Gondang District which are located in Sambongrejo,
      Krondonan, Klino and Deling Villages.

    • Authors: Cipnal Muchlip M
      Pages: 247 - 262
Abstract: Management of human resources is absolutely necessary in an institution or
organization. Unfortunately, management practices in educational
institutions have not been carried out properly and systematically. This study
aims to analyze the practice of managing human resources in schools, especially
in relation to the implementation of the independent curriculum. The research
method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through
interviews and observation. Interviews were conducted with teachers, principals
and vice curricula. The results of the study show that (1) most schools do not
have a special department in charge of managing human resources. (2) Schools
enthusiastically welcome the implementation of the independent curriculum,
although they feel that there are still many things they don't know and need
to know (3) The independent curriculum requires teachers to have
independence, self-integrity. An independent curriculum decmands that every
teacher has learning and teaching independence, for this reason it is necessary
to manage teaching and educational staff so that they are in harmony with the

  • URGENSI KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI PEMIMPIN PEMBELAJARAN DALAM MENCAPAI
           SEKOLAH BERPRESTASI PADA ERA DIGITAL

    • Authors: Sulisytorini sulistyorini
      Pages: 283 - 300
Abstract: This study aims to find out about the urgency of school principal
leadership in achieving outstanding schools in the digital era. This
study uses a qualitative approach, by seeking to explore the forms,
factors, and implications of principal learning leadership in the digital
era. Data collection was conducted using participant observation at
MTsN 2 Blitar and interviews with the principal and five teachers at
the school. The results of this study indicate that, first, the principal's
learning leadership in the digital era is by creating a school environment
that is responsive to digitalization, providing LEDs in each class and
allowing students to bring smartphone to school according to the needs
and material presented by the teacher. Second, there are challenging
factors that come from within and from outside the institution,
including human resources that do not respond to digital learning and
external obstacles, the lack of funds from the Ministry of Religion for
digitalization-based learning, and the lack of supporting infrastructure
for digital learning in madrasas. The three implications of the school
principal's learning leadership are the creation of a conducive digital-
based learning environment climate so that institutional and student
achievements, both academic and non-academic, are achieved so that
      they become national-level pilot madrasah.

  • PRAKTIK PERNIKAHAN ISLAM AHAI VAU DI DESA FEER, KEI BESAR SELATAN, MALUKU
           TENGGARA

    • Authors: Ahmad Rahayaan, Mohammad Ikhwanuddin, Saiful Ibn Hamzah
      Pages: 301 - 322
Abstract: The intersection of religion and culture in Indonesia often provides new patterns in religious practice, including marriage. For example, the islamic marriage of Ahai Vau (cross-social class) in Feer, Kei Besar Selatan, Southeast Maluku. There are three social classs, namely mel-mel (top), riy-riy (middle), and ren-ren (bottom). This cultural prohibition consisted of the term kafā'ah in Islam. This study aimed to determine the practice of Ahai Vau marriage in Per Village and analyzed it from the concept of Kafā'ah (equality) in Islam. This type of research used descriptive-qualitative techniques, with the method of observation and interviews in data collection. The results showed that the practice of Ahai Vau Islamic marriage in Per still placed social class status as a necessity. So crosssocial class marriage was prohibited and considered a violation of customs. In Islam, someplace Kafā'ah is a condition for a valid marriage, but most scholars prefer to place Kafā'ah as a condition of luzum, a condition that must exist. Social class in Ahai Vau marriage is not a requirement for marriage because there are still two choices, cross-social class marriage, while carried out outside the village, and inter-tribal marriage.
