  • MANAJEMEN PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS AGAMA, BUDAYA, DAN
           SOSIOLOGI

      Abstract: Manajemen peningkatan mutu pendidikan karakter sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia pendidikan , ia merupakan seni dan sekaligus ilmu dalam mengelola sumberdaya pendidikan karakter untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Apabila tata kelola sebuah lembaga pendidikan menggunakan sistem manajemen yang baik, maka akan menghasilkan mutu pendidikan yang baik dan siap bersaing dengan lembaga lain. Para stakeholder pendidikan sangat berharap adanya pendidikan atau lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu. Hal ini harus terus menerus diupayakan  oleh semua pihak, baik pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, pengusaha, lembaga pendidikan,para guru, dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dan masyarakat akademis lainnya yang peduli terhadap dunia pendidikan. Di sisi lain, lembaga pendidikan harus dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan bermutu agar tidak ditinggalkan, dan dengan cara inilah lembaga pendidikan akan tetap eksis dan dapat bertahan hingga akhir zaman. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sejatinya diimbangi dengan penguatan nilai-nilai agama, budaya, dan sosiologi. Karena tujuan pendidikan pada hakikatnya bukan hanya mencerdaskan anak didik secara intelek saja. Akan tetapi juga nilai-nilai apektif  dan psikomotorik jangan dilupakan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan karakter yang berbasis agama, budaya, dan sosiologi mutlak diperlukan, karena untuk mengimbangi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat cepat dan menggelobal ke semua penjuru dunia tanpa kecuaili Indonesia.

  • H HUBUNGAN KEBERAGAMAAN DAN PERILAKU ALTRUISTIK MAHASISWA

      Abstract: This study aims to describe and how the relationship between religiosity and altrusic behavior of students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta. This is important to research considering how far the influence of religious education that has been presented in the Jakarta State University curriculum in the form of intracurricular, co-curricular and / or extracurricular activities. The method used in this research is quantitative correlation and probability sampling technique with purposive random sampling with homogeneous data which is used as a sample of 90 people from a population of 898 students. The theoretical analysis used for the religious variable (x) is the theory of the religious dimension of C.Y. Glock and R.W. Stark, while Cohen's theory is used for the altruistic behavior variable of students (y). Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that first, student diversity is considered good with an average value of 71.91%. Second, students' alturistic behavior is considered good with an average score of 68.20%. Third, there is a positive and quite significant relationship between religiosity and student altruistic behavior with a correlation value of 0.276 and a percentage of the relationship of 07.6% and there is a positive and significant influence on diversity (X) with student altruistic behavior (Y) at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University. Negeri Jakarta based on the results of the regression calculation by comparing the F count and F table, with F count greater than F table, namely F count = 4.642 and F table = 4.15. So that the alternative hypothesis which states that there is an influence between religiosity on student altruistic behavior is accepted and the null hypothesis which states that there is no influence is rejected.

  • UJARAN KEBENCIAN DI MEDIA SOSIAL MENURUT PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

      Abstract: Social media is a tool of spreading news from and to the wider community. However, these technological advances have not been accompanied by a wise attitude in using them. Often founded hate speech there. This is very contradictory to Islamic teachings which encourage people to always respect each other. This study aimed to determine hate speech on social media based on Islamic perspective. Researchers used a qualitative approach with literature study. Data sources were news, articles, and all documents relevant to this topic. The method of data collection was literature research.The data analysis used is a content analysis through inductive and deductive approaches.The result of the discussion is that hate speech is speech that violates religious rules. Because hate speech can hurt other people. The kinds of hate speech according to Islam are backbiting, lying, namimah or provocation, and slander. The factors causing hate speech are internal and external factors. And the principles that must be had in order to avoid hate speech behavior are honest, fair, accurate and upright motives. The solution is the need for cooperation from all parties, open discussion on clear boundaries between hate speech and free speech, a comprehensive and intensive view of human nature.

      Abstract: Tulisan ini membahas tentang pemikiran Muhammad Rasyid Rida tentang kritik matan Hadis Nabi Saw. Dia lebih dikenal sebagai tokoh tafsir dan pemikiran Islam dibandingkan tokoh hadis dan ilmu hadis. Tetapi pemikirannya tentang kritik matan hadis yang terdokumentasi, khususnya, dalam Majalah al-Manar dan Tafsir al-Manar sangat menarik. Pemikirannya tentang kritik matan hadis beberapa ada yang sama tetapi juga ada yang berbeda dengan tokoh-tokoh hadis, khususnya tentang kreteria otentisitas matan hadis. sekalipun tidak secara sistematis, berdasarkan kajian penulis, Muhammad Rasyid Rida memberikan kreteria otentisitas sebuah matan bisa dinyatakan sahih atau tidak, yaitu; pertama, hadis tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an. Kedua, hadis tersebut dipastikan merupakan hadis yang mutawatir. Dia tidak serta merta menerima hadis jika hadis tersebut adalah hadis ahad, karena dalam pandangannya tentang hadis ahad, bahkan hadis ahad yang diriwayatkan oleh al-Bukhari dan Muslim sekalipun akan beliau komentari jika bertentangan dengan akal rasio. Ketiga, suatu hadis dapat dihukumi sahih jika tidak bertentangan akal rasio. Keempat, hadis tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan fakta-fakta sejarah. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam memahami hadis adalah kontekstual-historis-logis.

  • PENYUSUNAN DAN PENYESUAIAN STATUTA PERGURUAN TINGGI KEAGAMAAN ISLAM SWASTA

      Abstract: Dalam penilaian Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) dan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), salah satu penyebab lemahnya mutu akreditasi dan tata kelola Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN) adalah regulasi Statuta yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Pada sebagian Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta (PTKIS) pun masih ada kebingungan dan kesulitan untuk menyusun dan menyesuaikan Statutanya, selain karena lemahnya pemahaman SDM, juga karena regulasi Statuta yang baru sebagai pengganti Keputusan Menteri Agama (KMA) 520/2001 belum terbit, apalagi Statuta khusus PTKIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penyusunan dan penyesuaian Statuta PTKIS berbasis regulasi Statuta dalam KMA 520/2001 dan Peraturan Menteri Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Permenristekdikti) 16/2018. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan analisis datanya adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penyusunan dan penyesuaian Statuta PTKIS berbasis integrasi KMA 520/2001 dan Permenristekdikti 16/2018 menjadi pilihan terbaik PTKIS daripada melestarikan budaya “adopsi dan adaptasi” Statuta perguruan tinggi lain tanpa memahami secara utuh dasar hukumnya. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan perlu adanya regulasi Statuta khusus PTKIS dari Kemenag RI, sebagaimana telah terbitnya Statuta khusus Perguraun Tinggi Swasta (PTS) dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebuayaan (Kemendikbud).

      Abstract: The Qur'an implies that the work of human evaluation is an important task in the series of educational processes carried out by educators. The focus of this research is How the basic concept of evaluation of education perspective of the Qur'an. The method used in this research with the approach of literature studies through library sources related to the concept of evaluation of education perpetif Qur'an and from various other literature sources. Then analyzed and presented the findings of the data objectively. The results showed that in this evaluation activity the system used should be based on the Quran and Sunah. Then in evaluating Islamic education requires procedures that must be used including planning, implementation, implementation monitors, data processing, reporting, and the use of evaluation results. Furthermore, in its implementation, some evaluation principles must be aimed at a good goal in a contingency, objective, thorough or comprehensive.

      Abstract: This article supports decision-makers for the use of blockchain technology in academies and industry in Indonesia, considering its advantages and disadvantages. Like the current Covid 19 pandemic, it is necessary to obtain accurate data in various economic sectors. Islamic economic instruments such as waqf are an important sector, proven to have played a significant role in socio-economy throughout history, as a philanthropic tool and contribute to Islamic civilization. If developed, managed and utilized properly, it can create sustainability for the community. A method that relies on previous literature, this qualitative paper aims to contribute to encouraging the government to use blockchain for waqf. We outline terms and concepts related to how blockchain works and theoretical trust to investigate how blockchain affects the role of trust in waqf transactions. The results using the SWOT framework, we discuss what emerges from blockchain technology in waqf. The conclusion of this study discusses how blockchain can contribute to waqf instruments based on a conceptual framework. We hope to stimulate interest in theory and practice to encourage discussion in this area.

      Abstract: Sikap moderat merupakan karakter yang harus tertanam bagi umat Islam di tengah keberagaman agama, suku dan ras di Indonesia, melalui Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber utama ilmu pengetahuan. Kajian ini ingin mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai moderasi yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an bagi kalangan milenial sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research, dimana data bersumber dari buku, artikel, laporan ilmiah yang relevan dengan rumusan masalah. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif analysis. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep moderasi beragama dalam Al-Qur’an dikembangkan melalui empat aspek, yaitu pesan adil, bersikap pertengahan, menjadi umat terbaik dan berwawasan keilmuan yang luas. Penelitian ini menyatakan pentingnya menerapkan sikap moderasi di tengah kemajemukan untuk terwujudnya kedamaian antar umat beragama. Melihat pembahasan ini yang hanya mengungkapkan nilai-nilai moderasi dalam Al-Qur’an, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai pesan moderasi beragama dalam media sosial, dimana generasi milenial sebagai konsumen terbesar.

      Abstract: This study departs from the assumption that a society that is transitioning from a technological perspective will affect its religious attitude. The research was conducted at the Parukuyan Community in the Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with sociological and anthropological approaches. The theory used is Emile Durkheim's theory about the nature of religious experience. The results showed that: 1. The parukuyan community followers belong to religious groups, this is evidenced by the parukuyan followers in the divine aspect who believe in God as the ruler of the universe, however, in this divinity parukuyan followers practice religious syncretism in their beliefs. ; 2. In the aspect of message bearers and propagators of religion, parukuyan followers believe in prophethood as an intermediary from God to convey religious teachings to mankind, and also parukuyan followers respect guardians as the successors of prophets and spreaders of religious teachings; and 3. In the socio-cultural aspects such as radicalism and tolerance, followers of the Parukuyan association appreciate the diversity of humans in various aspects and are believed that this diversity is a necessity that everyone should respect.

      Abstract: This article aims to represent the sign in the form of written text (Al-Qur'an) so the sign maker and sign reader can read the reality through exegetic activity in the form of symbols/signs. Signs are not only in the form of symbols, but can take the form of material aspects such as written text, calligraphy, advertisements, news, flags and activities intended as signs. The the descriptive analysis is method of the research library and the writer tries to explain the semiotics of Ferdinand De Saussure as a method of interpreting the Qur'an. Reviewing the Al-Qur'an text can be understood through the concepts presented by Ferdinand De Saussure, which include (1) the concept of language assessment through historical developments, over time and language evolution. (2) the concept of language assessment through a certain period containing language elements. Therefore, the semiotic study of Ferdinand De Saussure can be used as a method of interpreting the Qur'an based on the structure or pattern of interpretation, the elements being interpreted, seeing the socio-cultural background of the signs or events that occur and symbols or verses that represent reality. The factors of determine the presence is a sign conceptualized in the Qur'an include ground as a manifestation of the interpretation of the Koran, objects as things referred to and interpretants as new signs accepted by readers.

      Abstract: Sufi is an activity that gives an ethical and spiritual touch to the community. In the midst of its development, on the other hand there is homework for the Sufi group to take part. Because of the moral decadence among students, their concern for the integrity of the ideology of the nation and the state is no longer in the realm of indifference, but rather contra and wishes to change it. So that the purpose of this article is to respond to the open insight of student nationality with the Sufism approach. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The result is a national insight for students as a motor in preserving the ideology of national and state sovereignty. Sufi groups' concern among students for government politics in a participatory and accommodating manner is a field of pious charity for him as an actualization to maintain a comfortable arena of spiritual activity.       Abstract: Al-Qur'an secara tegas telah mewajibkan kepada manusia untuk senantiasa menjaga dirinya serta keluarganya dari api neraka. Keluarga sebagai institusi pendidikan yang pertama dan utama memiliki tanggung jawab mutlak dalam mendidik dan mengarahkan anak agar memiliki kepribadian yang baik sesuai dengan kehendak Allah SWT. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, maka penanaman nilai-nilai keimanan bagi anak harus mendapat porsi yang pertama dan utama. Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman hidup manusia telah merumuskan dengan sempurna konsep dan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang harus ditanamkan dalam keluarga, salah satunya terdapat dalam QS Al-Baqarah ayat 132-133. Berdasarkan pada kajian pustaka yang dilakukan oleh penulis terhadap penafsiran yang dilakukan oleh para mufassir kepada ayat tersebut, setidaknya ada tiga hal penting yang harus ditanamkan dalam pendidikan keimanan dalam keluarga, yaitu; penanaman keyakinan tentang kebenaran agama Islam, interpretasi husnul khotimah, dan pendidikan ketauhidan.

  • PENGEMBANGAN MUTU DOSEN DI PERGURUAN TINGGI

      Abstract: UU 14/2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen PP 37/2009 tentang Dosen menyebutkan bahwa dosen sebagai pendidik profesional dan ilmuwan mempunyai fungsi, peran, dan kedudukan yang sangat strategis dalam menghasilkan manusia Indonesia yang bermutu melalui penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang bermutu di perguran tinggi yang bermutu dengan pemenuhan dan pelampauan mutu dalam SN-Dikti. Namun demikian fakta menunjukkan masih adanya beberapa masalah krusial terkait mutu dosen akibat kurangnya pemahaman stakeholders tentang pengembangan mutu dosen, antara lain masih adanya dosen yang belum teregistrasi nasional, belum memenuhi kualifikasi pendidikan, belum memiliki jabatan akademik, belum banyak yang berpangkat guru besar, dan rendahnya publikasi ilmiah dosen, padahal hadirnya era revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini menuntut cepatnya perubahan, globalisasi, dan kompleksitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan mutu dosen perguruan tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatannya adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dokumentasi, dan analisis datanya adalah reduksi data dan penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam pengembangan mutu dosen perguruan tinggi perlu dicermati kembali secara seksama empat poin kunci yaitu nomor registrasi dosen, tugas pokoknya, kompetensinya, dan cara pengembangannya sehingga dapat memenuhi dan melampaui SN-Dikti. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan urgennya pengembangan mutu dosen secara berkelanjutan, baik oleh pribadi dosen sendiri maupun oleh stakeholders perguruan tinggi.

           MENGIKUTI PENDIDIKAN DINIYAH TAKMILIYAH AWALIYAH

      Abstract: Pendidikan keagamaan berfungsi mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi anggota masyarakat yang memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai ajaran agamanya dan/atau menjadi ahli ilmu agama. Pendidikan keagamaan bertujuan untuk terbentuknya peserta didik yang memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai ajaran agamanya dan/ atau menjadi ahli ilmu agama yang berwawasan luas, kritis, kreatif, inovatif, dan dinamis dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa yang beriman, bertakwa dan berakhlak mulia. Tetapi di dalam kenyatannya, anak-anak didalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar banyak mengalami kesulitan-kesulitan, sehingga menghambat perolehan belajar yang diharapkan. Hal ini sering dijumpai oleh para orang tua dan para guru. Anak-anak yang demikian jelas sulit memperoleh prestasi yang baik karena tidak dapat mengikuti pelajaran dengan baik, hal ini disebabkan kurangnya bimbingan dari orang tua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif inferensialdengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan di lapangan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi, guna memperoleh data yang jelas. Analisis korelasional digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Bimbingan Orang Tua (variabel X) dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa (variabel Y). Uji korelasi ini dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung = 5,37 dan ttabel = 2,074 yang mana jika thitung  lebih besar dari ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi/ hubungan yang signifikan antara bimbingan orang tua (variabel x) dengan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pendidikan diniyah takmiliyah awaliyah (variabel Y). Dengan demikian, H0 yang menyatakan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara bimbingan orang tua dengan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pendidikan diniyah takmiliyah awaliyah ditolak danH1 diterima

The results of the research show that we all certainly know Islam, but the problem is, what kind of Islam we know it, is actually still an issue that needs to be discussed further. For example, knowing Islam in the portrait presented by Iqbal with its philosophical and mystical nuances. Likewise, Islam is displayed by thoughts from Iran such as Ali Shariaati, Sayyed Hussein Nasr, Murthadha Motahhari, these Islamic thinkers from Iran seem to have mastered the thoughts of Modern Philosophy and social sciences from the west.
