This research uses a descriptive research type, through a qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data sources. The information needed can be obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. It was conducted at the Sri Al-Hidayah Mosque, Gebang sub-district. In data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The conclusions of the study are: (1) The most dominant participation of young mosque members is mobilizing resources from the community because people care about assistance for mosque youth either in the form of funds, energy, or thoughts. This can also be influenced by the young members of the mosque who have good behavior and are polite and warm-hearted. Meanwhile, a weak indicator of mosque youth participation is the part involving individuals in organizational activities to mobilize community participation. It is because some youth members of the mosque are busy with their respective duties. (2) The supporting factor of this research is the existence of assistance in the form of donors, and staff from the local community, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of self-awareness from youth, and the community to play an active role in the development of da'wah in Paya Bengkuang village. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the program approach taken by BAZNAS of Kuningan Regency in distributing productive zakat funds is to use a technical assistance approach. This is due to several reasons, including the first, the role of the program assistant as an expert and adviser through regular training and mentoring activities with mustahik. Second, the way the program works is top down in which this program has been designed by the Central BAZNAS to be implemented at regional BAZNAS. Third, the participation of mustahik in the program is limited because needs and problem assessment, program planning and design, as well as monitoring and evaluation are carried out by BAZNAS without involving mustahik. mustahik are only recipients and connoisseurs of the program. Fourth, program achievements and changes in mustahik economic conditions occur in a fast time. The obstacle MSMEs face today is the lack of innovation in access to technology, marketing capital, and management. One of the advantages of the village is that it has a professional community, but this cannot be separated from the extension of the village government to improve the quality of community management by empowering the skills of the village community. This study aims to reveal community empowerment activities to enhance product quality and welfare through the Siger Bori Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Labuhan Ratu Village, Kedaton District, and Bandar Lampung City. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data is sourced from primary and secondary sources, with data collection techniques, interviews, observations, documentation, and data analysis including data education, data presentation, data validity, and conclusions. The technique of testing the data's reality is a triangulation technique. The study results showed that Bori's empowerment activities began with activity socialization, training, coaching, and mentoring stages. After the training program for KUBE Siger Bori members, developments and changes began to be seen in the quality of already better products. In addition, there is a change in the increase in income in the family. The income earned can be used to meet his family's needs. This research uses a qualitative method, which is research that is This research uses qualitative methods, which are used to find data derived from field data, as well as data from interviews, documentation, and observations obtained through the process of recording what it is about objective conditions, namely methods used to make generalizations, and then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the function of the Baitul Qur'an Student Boarding School is to provide a place for the community to attend Friday night recitation and a place where children can learn to read the Qur'an and memorize the Qur'an. The increase in community worship as a result of the da'wah activities of the Baitul Qur'an student boarding school in Podosari Pringsewu Village is that the community's knowledge about the practice of worship increases with the addition of recitation material, namely religious lectures/Tausyiah and questions, and answers, and the recitation is routinely held at least one time in one week every Friday night, increasing the ability of community children to read the Qur'an and memorize the Qur'an. Society, especially parents, has a responsibility in dealing with the attitudes of adolescents. But not all people have good knowledge personally, and interpersonally in providing support and reactions to deviant attitudes. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative research methods. Information collection methods were used through interviews, observations, surveys, and focus group discussions, with several elements of society from adolescents at risk, parents in general, and community leaders. The results showed that community knowledge is still weak both personally and interpersonally. Therefore, an assessment of the need for socialization planning involving the community was conducted. Then jointly carry out the implementation of socialization for adolescents with counseling on children's rights, social and assertive skills, helping skills, the formation of Children's Forums, and optimization of Children's Reading Parks. For parents, socialization on child protection and good parenting is conducted. Organizational strengthening is seen in the development of a network with the Bandar Lampung City Family Learning Center. The purpose of this study was to increase students' interest in learning classes XII A and XII S at MAN Sawahlunto in a better direction through the implementation of information services. The research method used in this research is Action Research, where the author is the implementer of Information Services and the homeroom teacher of class XII A and XII S MAN Sawahlunto is an observer of information services provided to students who have a lack of interest in learning. The condition of students' interest in learning before being given action is that there are still many students who do not pay attention to the teacher who is giving subject matter, cheat, and daydream until they make noise during the teaching and learning process. In addition, students lack interest in learning. The results obtained in cycle I show that student interest in learning has not increased evenly because there are still students who have an interest in learning in the low and very low categories. In cycle II, students' interest in learning still did not increase evenly because there were still students who had an interest in learning in the low category. The results of cycle III research are very good compared to the previous cycle because, in this cycle, the average student interest in learning has increased, and there are no students in the low category who have an interest in learning. The increase in student interest in learning and the learning process can be seen in the attitude of students toward learning and their activeness in the classroom. because there has been an increase in student interest in learning, this research is only held three cycles.
