Taufiq Hidayat; Bakhrudin All Habsy Abstract: The transition of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic from offline to online and then offline again certainly has its own impact on students. Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers are expected to have a clear role. This study aims to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. To obtain data, the researcher conducted interviews with the selected research subjects because they had the capacity according to the research theme (purpose sampling). Based on the results of the interviews conducted, the researchers found: (1) The role of the BK teacher Ing ngarso sung tuladha, was carried out by providing good examples for students who came from their own initiative, the role was in accordance with the covert role or personal role where the behavior was made purely from sincerity and has a positive impact on the environment, (2) the role of the BK teacher Ing madya mangun karsa where when in his own environment he gives encouragement either directly or indirectly, this is in accordance with the role of overt or the role of the public that makes the surrounding environment feel excited, ( 3) The role of the BK teacher, tut wuri handayani, where the BK teacher shows his performance professionally so that colleagues are also encouraged to improve their performance, this role is in accordance with the descriptive role theory of descriptive roles or concepts that make the surrounding environment have a concept of what the subject is doing repeatedly. Authors:Dinda Prilia; Sulistyana Sulistyana, Akhmad Sugianto Abstract: This study aims to describe the application of 4B values (Baiman, Bauntung, Batuah, and Baadab) to class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin before group guidance with the rainbow wheel game was carried out, after the service was carried out, and to analyze the effectiveness of group guidance services with the rainbow wheel game. for the application of 4B values (Baiman, Bauntung, Batuah, and Baadab). The research method used is an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. A sample of 8 students was divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the group treatment. The data collection instrument used the 4B implementation scale and the Rainbow Wheel game scale. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis used the T-count formula. The results of the analysis showed that T-hi>T-tab was 3.92 > 1.94 which means The Rainbow Wheel game in group guidance services is effective for the application of 4B values (Baiman, Bauntung, Batuah, and Baadab) to students. Authors:Ardhya Wira Santi; Santy Andrianie, Restu Dwi Ariyanto Abstract: Humans are creatures that cannot be separated from one another, empathy is something that is indispensable for every human being, empathy is said to be the core of emotion, considering the importance of the character of empathy for every human being, this needs to be grown and developed in students. This study aimed to determine the validity and reliability of the empathy scale. Researchers used an instrument development design consisting of: (1) research and informing; (2) planning; (3) developing a preliminary form of product; (4) preliminary field testing; (5) main product revision. The population in this study was 270 students of class XI SMAN 1 Pare with a sample of 30 students. Data analysis was carried out using product-moment correlation and Cronbach's Alpha. From the initial instrument design of 30 items, there were 30 invalid items, leaving 23 valid items while the Cronbach alpha value was 0.852 which was included in the good category. This research is motivated because there are still many mistakes in implementing integrated thematic learning in elementary schools. This research uses a literature study method (library research) through a literature review to strengthen the analysis of the various sources used. This research begins with formulating a research problem followed by analyzing the relevant research results. Data collection in this literature study was carried out using non-tests, namely by searching electronic journals through reputable journals, books, theses, and online journals published from 2014 to 2019 that are relevant to the application of the scientific approach. The results obtained from the research will be analyzed by the author using the content analysis method. From the results of the research analysis of 11 relevant online journals, it shows that the scientific approach is effectively applied in integrated thematic learning in elementary schools. Authors:Muhammad Agus Sulaiman; Sulistiyana Sulistiyana, Eklys Cheseda Makaria Abstract: The phenomenon that occurs at this time, students tend to spend their time on entertainment matters only compared to academic matters, this is a problem for students who like to delay doing school work. Academic procrastination may continue to increase each year, therefore this study aims to determine the picture of self-regulation, peer conformity, and academic procrastination, as well as to determine the contribution between self regulation and peer-to-peer conformity to academic procrastination using quantitative approaches with this type of contribution research. The data collection tool used a series and the sampling technique was simple random sampling. So there are 98 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin as the research sample. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that grade VIII students had moderate academic self-regulation and procrastination, while peer conformity was in the high category. Then the results of the study stated that there was a contribution between self-regulation and peer conformity to academic procrastination with a value of sig 0.000 <0.05. Authors:Yuanita Dwi Krisphianti; Fenti Adelia Nurwulansari Abstract: The results of the preliminary study found that the career maturity of SMK students was low, including a) students did not have plans for continuing their careers after graduating from school, b) students did not have an effort to find information on the chosen career major, c) students were not interested in reading information about the chosen career, and students have difficulty deciding where to go and what to do when they graduate from school. Researchers need to strive to increase the career maturity of vocational students. To measure the increase in career maturity in this effort, the researcher developed an instrument in the form of a valid and reliable vocational maturity scale for vocational students. Therefore, this article describes the validity and reliability test of the career maturity scale of vocational students which has been developed by the researchers themselves. Based on the results of the validity test that was given to 139 students of class XI SMK Pemuda Papar, 55 valid scale items were obtained with a table of 0.166 and a reliable level of 0.892. Of the 55 valid items, all represent every indicator of career maturity. Based on the validity and reliability test of the instrument, the career maturity scale can be used to measure the career maturity level of the Pemuda Papar Vocational School students at the next research stage. Authors:Anaa Farihatun Nisa; Maghfirotul Lathifah Abstract: This research is motivated by a phenomenon that is currently happening, namely the COVID-19 pandemic which requires quarantine and self-isolation so that it affects a person being exposed to cabin fever. Cabin fever is an emotion or sad feeling that arises as a result of prolonged isolation in the home or certain places. The method used was quantitative with the pre-experimental research design. The design form used was the pretest-posttest one-group design. Data analysis using non-parametric statistics, namely Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test by SPSS for windows version 24.0. The results of this study can be concluded that there was an increase before receiving treatment that is 40 while after receiving treatment decreased to 29. Thus, there was a decrease of 27.5% so it can be concluded that the guidance of the effective group to reduce cabin fever in students’ guidance and counseling class 2017 Adi Buana University.
