  • Hubungan Antara Kebersyukuran Dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Pada
           Mahasiswa UNNES Penerima Beasiswa

      Abstract: Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan variabel penting bagi mahasiswa. termasuk mahasiswa penerima beasiswa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kesejehteraan psikologis mahasiswa dan kebersyukuran mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa.  Metode penelitian menggunakan ex-post facto deskripstif korelasional. Responden terdiri dari 622 mahasiswa UNNES penerima Beasiswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling.  Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kebersyukuran sebanyak 22 item dengan reliabilitas 0,83, dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis sebanyak 18 item dengan reliabilitas 0,850. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji spearman.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kebersyukuran dan kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa UNNES berada dalam kategori tinggi. Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan menjadi fakultas dengan tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis dan keberyukuran tertinggi di UNNES. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan korelasi dengan kriteria kuat antara keberyukuran dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (p=0,605). Aspek rasa apresiasi yang sederhana dalam kebersyukuran dan aspek hubungan positif dengan orang lain dalam kesejahteraan psikologis menjadi aspek tertinggi dalam variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi bagi layanan bimbingan konseling di perguruan tinggi terutama pusat karir UNNES dalam menjalankan fungsi pemeliharaan dan pengembangan bagi mahasiswa penerima beasiswa berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan psikologisnya.   Psychological well-being is an important variable for students. including scholarship students. This study focuses on the psychological well-being of students and their gratitude. This research uses ex-post facto descriptive correlational method. Respondents consisted of 622 UNNES scholarship students who were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection tool uses a gratitude scale of 22 items with a reliability of 0.83, and a psychological well-being scale of 18 items with a reliability of 0.850. The data analysis technique was carried out by the Spearman test. The results showed that the level of gratitude and psychological well-being of UNNES students was in the high category. The Faculty of Education is the faculty with the highest level of psychological well-being and gratitude at UNNES. The results showed that there was a correlation with strong criteria between gratitude and psychological well-being (p=0.605). Aspects of a simple sense of appreciation in gratitude and aspects of positive relationships with others in psychological well-being are the highest aspects in the research variables. The results of this study have implications for counseling guidance services in universities, especially the UNNES career center in carrying out the function of maintenance and development for  scholarship students related to their psychological well-being..

  • Hubungan antara Kecerdasan Spiritual dengan Aktualisasi Diri Siswa SMA

      Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan aktualisasi diri siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bergas. Pendekatan dan desain penelitian yang digunakan pada peneltian ini yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bergas, dengan sampel sebanyak 204. Teknik yang digunakan pada pengambilan sampel adalah teknik simple random sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan peneliti adalah skala psikologi kecerdasan spiritual dan skala psikologi aktualisasi diri yang dikembangkan peneliti. Analisis pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kecerdasan spiritual dan aktualisasi diri siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bergas, mayoritas siswa memiliki kategori sedang. Analisis korelasi product moment pearson menunjukan hasil yang signifikan (r= 0.646, p<0.000).  Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan aktualisasi diri. Disarankan kepada guru BK dapat memberikan layanan dengan topik kecerdasan spiritual untuk membantu meningkatkan aktualisasi diri siswa.
      This study aims to know the correlation between the spiritual quotient and self-actualization of SMA Negeri 1 Bergas students. This study uses quantitative correlation for the study approach and design. The population of this research is the students of SMA Negeri 1 Bergas with 204 people as the sample. Simple random sampling is used as a technique in taking the sample. The researcher uses the psychology scale of spiritual quotient and psychology scale of self-actualization developed by the researcher in collecting the data.  Hypothesis testing analysis in this study is the technique correlation product moment pearson. The findings show the level of spiritual quotient and self-actualization of SMA Negeri 1 Bergas students which the majority is categorized as average. The analysis product moment pearson shows a significant result (r= 0.646, p<0.000). It shows the positive correlation and significant between spiritual quotient and self-actualization. This study suggests the teacher of guidance and counseling gives services with the topic of spiritual quotient to improve the students’ self-actualization.

  • Hubungan Locus Of Control terhadap Academic Burnout Siswa Selama Masa
           Pandemic Covid-19

      Abstract: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya siswa mengalami tekanan tuntutan studi yang tinggi, menurunnya semangat belajar, susah berkonsentrasi dalam mengerjakan tugas, dan merasa jenuh saat jam pelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara locus of control dengan academic burnout siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 255 siswa dan sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 155 siswa diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling dari seluruh jurusan pada kelas XI. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yaitu angket locus of control dengan hasil uji reliabilitas sebesar 0,914 dan angket academic burnout sebesar 0,918. Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara locus of control dengan academic burnout pearson correlation -,676 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,005. Dapat disimpulkan jika semakin tinggi tingkat locus of control maka akan semakin rendah tingkat academic burnout, sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat locus of control maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat academic burnout. This research is motivated by the number of students experiencing the pressure of high study demands, decreased enthusiasm for learning, difficulty concentrating on assignments, and feeling bored during online lessons. This study aims to describe the relationship between locus of control and academic burnout of class XI students at SMK Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. The population in this study was 255 students and the sample in this study amounted to 155 students taken by proportional random sampling technique from all majors in class XI. The instrument in this study uses a Likert scale, namely a locus of control questionnaire with a reliability test result of 0.914 and an academic burnout questionnaire of 0.918. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression correlation. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between locus of control and academic burnout Pearson correlation -.676 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. It can be concluded that the higher the locus of control level, the lower the level of academic burnout, on the contrary, the lower the level of locus of control, the higher the level of academic burnout.

  • Membantu Kematangan Karir Siswa SMK melalui Konseling Cognitive Behavioral

      Abstract: Kematangan karir sangat penting bagi siswa SMK dan akan mempengaruhi kesiapan karirnya kedepan. Artikel ini mencoba menguraikan konsep kematangan karir dan upaya konseling yang dapat dilakukan oleh Guru BK/Konselor untuk membantu kematangan karir siswa SMK. Buku serta Artikel nasional dan internasional diriview yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis konten. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan konseling dengan pendekatan cognitive behavioral teknik biliotherapy berpotensi dimplementasikan oleh guru BK/Konselor untuk membantu kematangan karir siswa SMK. Pendekatan ini mengukur proses belajar konseli untuk memperoleh dan mempraktikkan keterampilan baru, belajar cara berpikir yang baru, dan memperoleh cara baru untuk mengatasi masalah. Tahap-tahap konseling dengan pendekatan cognitive behavioral teknik biliotherapy ini yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Strategi implementasi di setiap tahap konseling dibahas termasuk konsep kematangan karir. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman praktis bagi guru BK/Konselor dalam melaksanakan layanan konseling untuk membantu kematangan karir siswa SMK. Selain itu, kajian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat sebagai literatur ilmiah dalam penelitian terkait. Career maturity is very important for vocational students and will affect their future career readiness. This article tries to describe the concept of career maturity and counseling efforts that can be done by school counselors to help career maturity of vocational students. Book and National and international articles are reviewed for further content analysis. The results of the study indicate that a cognitive behavioral approach with biliotherapy techniques in counseling services have the potential to be implemented by school counselors to help career maturity of vocational students. This approach measures the Counselee's learning process to acquire and practice new skills, learn new ways of thinking, and acquire new ways of dealing with problems. The stages of a cognitive behavioral approach with biliotherapy technique in counseling services are the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Implementation strategies at each stage of counseling are discussed including the concept of career maturity. This article is expected to be a practical guideline for school counselor in implementing counseling services to assist career maturity of vocational students. In addition, this study is also expected to provide benefits as scientific literature in related research.

  • Hubungan Dukungan Sosial Orang Tua dan Self-Regulated Learning dengan
           Prestasi Belajar

      Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial orang tua dan self-regulated learning dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Temanggung. Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitaif korelasional, subyek terdiri dari 3 sekolah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 298 siswa. Hasil analisis menerangkan tingkat dukungan sosial orang tua siswa SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Temanggung pada kategori tinggi (M=3,36), tingkat self-regulated learning sedang (M=3,19), dan tingkat prestasi belajar yang baik. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara dukungan sosial orang tua dengan prestasi belajar (t=2,660; β=0,186; p<0,05), self-regulated learning berhubungan signifikan dan positif dengan prestasi belajar (t=6,235; β=0,436; p<0,05), dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara dukungan sosial orang tua dan self-regulated learning dengan prestasi belajar (R=0,586; R2=0,344; F=77,286; p<0,05). Berlandaskan hasil penelitian, mengharapkan guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat memberikan layanan BK terkait bidang belajar untuk dapat memantau prestasi belajar siswa di setiap semester, mempertahankan tingkat dukungan sosial orang tua serta layanan untuk menaikkan self-regulated learning siswa. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of social support of parents and self-regulated learning with the learning achievements for students of SMP Negeri in the District of Temanggung. This research is correlation quantitative, the subject consists of 3 schools with a sample number of 298 students. The results of the analysis showed that the level of social support of parents of the students of SMP Negeri in Temanggung District was in the high category (M=3,36), the level of self-regulated learning was average (M=3,19), and level of learning achievement was good. The results of multiple linier regression analysis showed that there is a significant and positive correlation between social support of parents and learning achievement (t=2,660; β=0,186; p<0,05), self-regulated learning has a significant and positive correlation with learning achievement (t=6,235; β=0,436; p<0,05), and there is a significant and positive correlation between social support of parents and self-regulated learning with learning achievement (R=0,586; R2=0,344; F=77,286; p<0,05). Based on the results of the research, it is expected that the teachers of guidance and counseling can provide guidance and counseling services in realm of learning to be able to monitor learning achievement of students in each semester, maintain a level of social support of parents and services to increase of self-regulated learning of students.

  • Pengaruh Stres Akademik dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Penyesuaian Diri
           Santriwati Pondok Pesantren Tahun Pertama: Efek Mediasi Self-Esteem

      Abstract: Penyesuaian diri menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh santriwati baru pondok pesantren. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh langsung stress akademik dan self-efficacy terhadap penyesuaian diri, maupun secara tidak langsung melalui self-esteem. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian survei, sebanyak 191 santriwati tahun pertama berpartisipasi mengisi the Academic Adjustment Scale (AAS), Academic Stress Scale (ASS), Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSE) dan Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children (SEQ-C). Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menguji model structural. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penyesuaian diri dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh stress akademik, self-efficacy dan self-esteem. Selain itu self-esteem juga secara signifikan memberikan efek mediasi di antara hubungan stress akademik dan penyesuaian diri. Penting bagi pimpinan pondok pesantren untuk menciptakan kondisi lingkungan tempat tinggal dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Selain itu Langkah-langkah pencegahan dan intervensi melalui pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling perlu ditingkatkan. Adjustment is one of the problems that are often faced by new students of Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of academic stress and self-efficacy on self-adjustment, as well as indirectly through self-esteem. Using a survey research design, 191 first year female students participated in filling out the Academic Adjustment Scale (AAS), Academic Stress Scale (ASS), Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSE) and Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children (SEQ-C). Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the structural model. The results of the study revealed that self-adjustment is directly influenced by academic stress, self-efficacy and self-esteem. In addition, self-esteem also has a significant mediating effect between the relationship between academic stress and adjustment. It is important for the leaders of Islamic boarding schools to create a conducive living and learning environment. In addition, prevention and intervention measures through guidance and counseling services need to be improved.

  • Penerapan Blended Learning untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Regulasi Diri
           Belajar pada Mahasiswa Baru

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keefektifan blended learning terhadap motivasi dan regulasi diri belajar mahasiswa. Mahasiswa adalah manusia dewasa yang diharapkan memposisikan diri sebagai pembelajar yang memiliki motivasi dan regulasi diri dalam belajar. Blended learning adalah pembelajaran sebagai perpaduan dari setiap bentuk pengajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang berjumlah 69 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart. (a) Tahap Perencanaan, (b) Tahap Pelaksanaan Aksi, (c) Tahap Pengamatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Observasi dan angket (penilaian diri). Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: reduksi data, pemaparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk data kuantitatif, dianalisis secara deskriptif. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian tindakan ini adalah perhitungan peningkatan antar siklus, ketuntasan klasikal yang dicapai 80% dan ketuntasan individu 75%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini penerapan blended learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan regulasi diri belajar siswa This study aims to see the effectiveness of blended learning on students' motivation and self-regulated learning. Students are adult human beings who are expected to position themselves as learners who are motivated and independent in learning. Blended learning is learning as a blend of every form of teaching to achieve educational goals. The research subjects were students, totaling 69 students. The classroom action research method was used in this study. This research was conducted using the Kemmis and McTaggart models. (a) Planning Stage, (b) Action Implementation Stage, (c) Observation Stage. Data collection techniques in research are as follows: Observation and questionnaire (self-assessment). Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. For quantitative data, analyzed descriptively. The indicator of the success of this action research is the calculation of the increase between cycles, the classical completeness achieved is 80% and the individual completeness is 75%. Based on the results of this study the application of blended learning can increase student learning motivation and independence.

      Abstract: Perilaku seksual pranikah remaja bukan hal yang tabu di masa sekarang. Remaja seharusnya melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan positif untuk menunjang masa depannya, namun pada kenyataannya kebanyakan remaja sudah melakukan perilaku seksual pranikah yang memiliki dampak buruk bagi kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri, komunikasi orang tua-anak tentang seksual dan konformitas terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah remaja.  Pengambilan data menggunakan 4 skala yaitu skala perilaku seksual pranikah, skala kontrol diri, skala komunikasi orang tua anak tentang seksual, dan skala konformitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda.  Penelitian ini memiliki kesimpulan bahwa semakin tinggi kontrol diri dan komunikasi orang tua-anak tentang seksual semakin rendah perilaku seksual pranikah, serta semakin tinggi konformitas maka semakin tinggi perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja.

  • Hubungan Antara Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Interaksi Sosial Siswa

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat komunikasi interpersonal, interaksi social, dan hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan interaksi sosial siswa kelas VIII SMP. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 319 siswa dengan Teknik sampling simple random sampling sebanyak 80 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala komunikasi interpersonal dan skala interaksi sosial. Hasil analisis deskriptif menggambarkan tingkat komunikasi interpersonal dan interaksi sosial siswa termasuk tinggi, dan hasil analisis product moment menggambarkan hubungan komunikasi interpersonal dan interaksi social juga termasuk tinggi (M=0,902). This research aims to determine the level of interpersonal communication, social interaction, and the relationship between interpersonal communication and social interaction of 8th class at junior high schools. This research used quantitative research with a population of 319 students with a simple random sampling technique of 80 students. The data collection tool uses an interpersonal communication scale and a social interaction scale. The results of descriptive analysis describe the level of interpersonal communication and social interaction of students, including high, and the results of product moment analysis describing the relationship of interpersonal communication and social interaction is also high (M = 0.902).

      Abstract: Kemampuan berkomunikasi peserta didik dengan orang lain, banyak dalam presentase yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan role playing dalam mengatasi kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik yang masih rendah dalam berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh dari Google Scholar, Research Gate, dan Sage Journal. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Diharapkan penelitian akan memberikan manfaat dalam keilmuan melalui kajian teknik role playing dalam mengatasi kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang rendah. Fokus penelitian adalah peran teknik role play dalam membantu menghasilkan karakteristik komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dan keberhasilan penggunaan role playing dalam mengatasi komunikasi interpersonal yang masih rendah bagi peserta didik yang rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, teknik role playing berhasil mengatasi masalah dan mengembangkan karakteristik dalam komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif bagi peserta didik di seluruh jenjang pendidikan. Perlu dukungan serta perhatian dari keluarga dan guru di sekolah agar peserta didik mampu berkembang optimal dalam menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain. Konselor sekolah juga perlu memberikan layanan yang menarik seperti bermain peran untuk membantu peserta didik mengaktualisasikan diri di lingkungan sosialnya.
