  • Hubungan antara Moral Disengagement dengan Perilaku Menyontek Siswa

      Abstract: Banyaknya perilaku menyontek dikalangan siswa menjadikan perilaku menyontek penting untuk dieksplorasi lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menelaah perilaku menyontek dilihat dari moral disengagement siswa. Sampel yang terlibat 320 siswa (59% laki-laki dan 41% perempuan) yang dipilih menggunakan Cluster area dan stratified random sampling dari SMK Negeri Se-Wilayah Semarang Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif korelasional menggunakan skala psikologi yang diadaptasi yaitu Patterns of Adaptive Learning Scales (PALS) yang diadaptasi Midgley et al (2000) dan Moral Disengagement scale (MDS) yang diadaptasi dari Bandura (1998). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan beberapa jenis mekanisme moral disengagement yang memprediksi secara positif perilaku menyontek yaitu, penghalusan istilah, mengaburkan tanggung jawab, dan dehumanisasi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara moral disengagement dengan perilaku meyontek. High frequency of cheating behavior among students makes cheating behavior important to be explored further. This research was conducted to examine cheating behavior seen from the moral disengagement of students. The sample involved 320 students (59% male and 41% female) selected using the Cluster area and stratified random sampling from Vocational Schools in East Semarang Region. This research uses quantitative descriptive correlational method using an adapted psychological scale that is Patterns of Adaptive Learning Scales (PALS) adapted by Midgley et al (2000) and Moral Disengagement scale (MDS) adapted from Bandura (1998). The findings of this study indicate several types of moral disengagement mechanisms that positively predict cheating behavior, namely, refinement of terms, obscuring responsibility, and dehumanization, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between moral disengagement and cheating behavior.

  • Pengaruh Kelekatan Teman Sebaya Terhadap Perencanaan Karier Siswa

      Abstract: Yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini yaitu masih ditemukan siswa yang belum serius mempersiapkan perencanaan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  kelekatan teman sebaya yang dapat mempengaruhi perencanaan karier. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan pendekatan natural setting yaitu secara alamiah. Informan dalam penelitian ini siswa-siswi SMA Kelas XI SMA Negeri 9 Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan analisis data dilakukan bersamaan pada waktu pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil temuan penelitian kelekatan teman sebaya dapat mempengaruhi perencanaan karier yaitu kualitas kelekatan teman sebaya meliputi kepercayaan, komunikasi, dan pengalaman. The background of this research is that there are still students who have not seriously prepared career planning. This study aims to determine the attachment of peers that can affect career planning. Qualitative descriptive research method, using a natural setting approach that is naturally. Informants in this study were high school students Class XI SMA Negeri 9 Bengkulu City. Data analysis activities were carried out simultaneously at the time of data collection. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The research findings of peer attachment can affect career planning, namely the quality of peer attachment includes trust, communication, and experience.

  • Hubungan antara Kepercayaan Diri dengan Perilaku Asertif dalam
           Menyampaikan Pendapat di Kelas pada Siswa SMPN 21 Semarang

      Abstract: Penelitian yang dilakukan didasarkan karena belum maksimalnya tingkat perilaku asertif dalam menyampaikan pendapat di kelas dan rendahnya kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki siswa di SMPN 21 Semarang yang didapatkan dari hasil assesment kebutuhan siswa saat peneliti melakukan PPL di SMPN 21 Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data yang menunjukkan hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan perilaku asertif pada siswa di SMPN 21 Semarang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif expo post facto berdesain korelasional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 247 siswa dari 869 jumlah populasi yang ditentukan melalui proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu positif, artinya ada hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan perilaku asertif dalam menyampaikan pendapat di kelas pada siswa SMPN 21 Semarang. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang sinifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan perilaku asertif pada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, guru BK sekolah diharapkan dapat melakukan layanan BK yang berhubungan dengan kepercayaan diri, mengingat pentingnya kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki siswa serta dampaknya bagi siswa sehingga siswa bisa terhindar dari perilaku yang menyimpang seperti bullying di lingkungan sekolahnya. This research is based on the fact that the level of assertive behavior is not maximal in expressing opinions in class and the low self-confidence of students at SMPN 21 Semarang which is obtained from the results of an assessment of student needs when researchers do PPL at SMPN 21 Semarang. The purpose of this research was to obtain data showing the relation between self-confidence and assertive behavior in students at SMPN 21 Semarang. The results obtained are positive, meaning that there is a relation between self-confidence and assertive behavior in expressing opinions in class at SMPN 21 Semarang students. In addition, there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and assertive behavior in students. The purpose of this research was to obtain data showing the relation between self-confidence and statements in students at SMPN 21 Semarang. The type of research used is a quantitative expo post facto correlational design. The research sample was 247 students from 869 total population determined through proportional stratified random sampling. Based on the results of the research that has been done, school counselors are expected to be able to provide counseling services related to self-confidence, given the importance of self-confidence that students have and their impact on students so that students can avoid deviant behavior such as bullying in their school environment.

  • Hubungan Antara Kelekatan Orang Tua dan Konsep Diri dengan Perilaku
           Bullying Siswa SMP Negeri 28 Semarang

      Abstract: Pembulian sering dilakukan siswa diusia remaja. Perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh salah satunya kelekatan orang tua sebagai factor eksternal dan konsep diri sebagai factor internal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmemberikan gambaran terkait kelekatan orang tua dan konsep diri yang menjadi factor terjadinya perilaku bullying siswa SMP negeri 28 Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode expost facto dan korelasional. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi ganda, dengan sampel 200 siswa SMP Negeri 28 Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui perilaku bullying berada dalam kategori rendah (73%), kecenderungan kelakatan orang tua siswa SMP Negeri 28 Semarang adalah kelekatan aman (89%) dan konsep diri berada dalam kategori tinggi (60%). Didapat kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kelekatan orang tua dengan perilaku bullying (Aman (sig=0,00<0.05), menghindar (sig=0,02<0,05) dan melawan (sig=0,00>0,05)). Ada pengaruh antara konsep diri dengan perilaku bullying (sig=0,00>0,05), dan ada pengaruh secara bersamaan antara kelekatan orang tua dan konsep diri dengan perilaku bullying (sig=0,00>0,05).   Bullying is often done by students in their teens. Bullying behavior is influenced by one of them parental attachment as an external factor and self-concept as an internal factor. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of parental attachment and self-concept which is a factor in the occurrence of bullying behavior in SMP Negeri 28 Semarang students. This research is a descriptive quantitative approach with expost facto and correlational methods. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis technique, with a sample of 200 students of SMP Negeri 28 Semarang. The results of this study indicate that bullying behavior is in the low category (73%), the tendency of parental behavior of students at SMP Negeri 28 Semarang is safe attachment (89%) and self-concept is in the high category (60%). It was concluded that there was an influence between parental attachment and bullying behavior (safe (sig=0.00<0.05), avoidance (sig=0.02<0.05) and fight (sig=0.00>0.05). There is an influence between self-concept and bullying behavior (sig = 0.00> 0.05), and there is a simultaneous influence between parental attachment and self-concept with bullying behavior (sig = 0.00> 0.05).

      Abstract: Artikel ini betujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perspektif waktu karir secara filsafiah dan ilmiah. Ruang lingkup yang dibahas pada artikel ini adalah: a) tinjauan filsafiah tentang perspektif waktu karir yang poinya berisi; hakikat perspektif waktu karir, keberadaan manusia dalam lingkup perspektif waktu karir. b) tinjauan teoritik tentang perspektif waktu karir yang poinnya akan berisi; riwayat singkat teori perspektif waktu karir, analisis konseptual perspektif waktu karir, dinamika/struktur teoretik perspektif waktu karir serta kegunaan teoretis dan praktis untuk BK. c) analisis perkembangan riset perspektif waktu karir. Prosedur metodologis artikel ini adalah kajian literatur dengan menemukan sumber-sumber materi tulisan yang sesuai dengan variabel dan permasalahan yang dikaji. Jenis data yang dipakai penulis dalam kajian ini adalah data yang didapat dari studi literatur. Data-data yang sudah didapatkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Artikel ini nantinya akan berguna dalam pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya, juga sebagai bahan referensi terkait tentang perspektif waktu karir. Hasil kajian ini berupa konsep perspektif waktu karir yang menjadi dasar riset dalam bimbingan dan konseling karir. This article aims to describe the perspective of career time philosophically and scientifically. The scopes discussed in this article are a) a philosophical review of the career time perspective which contains; the nature of the career time perspective, human existence within the scope of the career time perspective. b) a theoretical review of the career time perspective the points will contain; brief history of career time perspective theory, conceptual analysis of career time perspective, dynamics/theoretical structure of career time perspective as well as theoretical and practical uses for BK. c) analysis of the development of career time perspective research. The methodological procedure of this article is a literature review by finding sources of written material that are in accordance with the variables and problems studied. The type of data used by the author in this study is data obtained from a literature study. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. This article will later be useful in the development of further research, as well as related reference material regarding career time perspectives. The results of this study are in the form of a career time perspective concept which is the basis for research in career guidance and counseling.

      Abstract: Penelititian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran wawasan dasar BK berbasis android. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Research and Development (R&D) yang dilakukan mengacu pada model penelitian dan pengembangan 4D (four-D), yaitu pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa S1 BK UNIB. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penilaian terdiri dari Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan penilaian oleh mahasiswa semuanya berada dalam katagori “layak” sehingga aplikasi ini sengat baik untuk digunakan. Respon mahasiswa setelah menggunakan aplikasi ini juga baik dan berada dalam katagori “setuju” artinya mahasiswa setuju dan tertarik dengan aplikasi android yang digunakan. This research has the aim of developing an android-based basic insight learning media for BK. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). Research and Development (R&D) carried out refers to the 4D (four-D) research and development model, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The total population of the study was UNIB BK undergraduate students. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The results of validation by material experts, media experts, and assessments by students are all in the "appropriate" category so this application is very good to use. Student responses after using this application are also good and are in the "agree" category, meaning that students agree and are interested in the android application used.

      Abstract: Mahad merupakan pendidikan pesantren lanjutan yang dilaksanakan pada jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan tinggi dapat meningkatkan ilmu keagaamaan melalui Mahad. Tantangan bagi mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan di mahad untuk dapat membagi waktu antara kegiatan kampus dan mahad. Padatnya aktivitas acapkali membuat mahasiswa tidak banyak yang mampu untuk bertahan menempuh pendidikan di mahad. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis) dan self-compassion (welas asih terhadap diri). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah santri mahad salah satu perguruan tinggi islam di kota salatiga. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah adaptasi skala psychological well-being Riff (Riff’s Well Being Scale) dan adaptasi skala self-compassion Neff (The Self-Compassion Scale). Analisis data menggunakan uji-t untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis) dan self-compassion (welas asih terhadap diri) jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil uji-t pada psychological well-being diperoleh hasil nilai Sig (2)-tailed sebesar 0.015 > 0.05 yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan tingkat psychological well-being antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil yang sama,  hasil uji-t pada self-compassion diperoleh nilai Sig (2)-tailed sebesar 0.471 > 0.05 yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan tingkat self-compassion antara laki-laki dan perempuan Mahad is an advanced pesantren education carried out at the higher education level. Students pursuing higher education can improve their religious knowledge through Mahad. The challenge for students studying at Mahad is to be able to divide their time between campus activities and Mahad. The density of activities often makes not many students able to survive studying at Mahad. This research aims to determine the description of psychological well-being and self-compassion. The research method used is quantitative. The subjects used in this study were students of an Islamic university in the city of Salatiga. The instrument used is the adaptation of Riff's psychological well-being scale (Riff's Well Being Scale) and the adaptation of Neff's self-compassion scale (The Self-Compassion Scale). Data analysis used a t-test to determine differences in the levels of psychological well-being and self-compassion of the male and female sexes. The results of the t-test on psychological well-being obtained the results of the Sig (2)-tailed value of 0.015 > 0.05, which means that there is no difference in the level of psychological well-being between men and women. The same results, the results of the t-test on self-compassion obtained a Sig (2)-tailed value of 0.471 > 0.05, which means that there is no difference in the level of self-compassion between men and women.

      Abstract: Perkembangan model bimbingan dan konseling berkembang dengan sangat pesat sampai saat ini. Beberapa model bermaksud menggantikan paradigma model bimbingan sebelumnya, namun ada juga yang bermaksud mendampingi paradigma lama. Perang antar model ini harus diakhiri dengan bagaimana melahirkan model bimbingan yang bisa mewadahi semua paradigma yang ada. Tujuan artikel ini yaitu membawa gagasan model bimbingan biopsikososial. Model ini mengharuskan konselor memberikan layanan yang  dengan memandang klien secara holistik, mulai dari biologi, psikologi, dan social. Hal ini akan membuat layanan bimbingan yang dilaksanakan akan lebih mudah diterima oleh klien non barat karena pandangan hidupnya sesuai dengan model holistic yang digunakan oleh konselor. The development of the guidance and counseling model is growing very rapidly until now. Some models intend to replace the previous paradigm, but there are also those that intend to accompany the old paradigm. The war between these models must end with how to create a guidance model that can accommodate all existing paradigms. The purpose of this article is to bring the idea of ​​a biopsychosocial guidance model. This model requires counselors to provide services that look at clients holistically, starting from biology, psychology, and social. This will make the guidance services carried out more easily accepted by non-western clients because their views of life are in accordance with the holistic model used by counselors..

      Abstract: Dalam konteks masyarakat Indonesia, permasalahan yang dimiliki konseli ditengarai melibatkan spiritualitas. Spiritualitas dapat menjadi factor pemicu masalah, namun di sisi lain menjadi faktor yang membantu penyelesaian masalah. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling dianggap lambat dalam menanggapi sumbangan spiritualitas dalam masalah konseli. Konselor jarang memikirkan sumbangan spiritualitas dalam masalah konseli yang mengakibatkan layanan yang diberikan tidak peka terhadap spiritualitas konseli. Tulisan ini memberikan perspektif mengenai sumbangan spiritualitas dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling, melalui pembahasan yang bertitik pangkal pada multikulturalisme. Pembahasan juga mengidentifikasi elemen – elemen yang harus berubah agar layanan bimbingan dan konseling dapat mengintegrasikan spiritulitas. Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, spiritualitas memberikan sumbangan dalam munculnya masalah konseli di satu sisi dan penyelesaian masalah konseli di sisi lain. Kedua, pengintegrasian isu spiritualitas dan multibudaya dalam layanan konseling terletak dalam berbagai elemen yang ada di dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling.  Ketiga, pengintegrasian spiritualitas dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling melibatkan dan memerlukan sumbangan teori – teori lain.

  • Smart Media: Alternatif Pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Berbasis Online

      Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media sesuai kriteria ACTIONS-SMART sebagai alternatif pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis internet of things (online). Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling semester dua berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling dan instrument pengumpulan data melalui self assessment.  Analisis data dihitung menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan 22,5% keterampilan perancangan media sebelum dan sesudah distimulasi melalui simulasi dan praktik kerja mandiri. Perancangan media berbasis prinsip ACTIONS-SMART menghasilkan skor rata-rata secara berturut-turut 8,69 dan 8,57 (dalam skala 10), artinya bahwa para mahasiswa mampu menghasilkan produk karya media BK yang telah memenuhi kriteria baik. Canva menjadi satu produk yang mampu menumbuhkan kebermaknaan dan ketertarikan mahasiswa selama melakukan unjuk kerja. Akhirnya, Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling atau Konselor  dituntut untuk memiliki skill atau keterampilan dan kreativitas agar dapat menjadi sumber inspiratif dan mampu memberdayakan potensi diri peserta didik. This study aims to describe the use of media according to the ACTIONS-SMART criteria as an alternative to internet of things (online) based guidance and counseling services. This research approach is descriptive quantitative with survey method. The research sample was 60 second semester guidance and counseling students. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling and the data collection instrument was through self-assessment. Data analysis was calculated using descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was a 22.5% increase in media design skills before and after being stimulated through simulation and independent work practice. Media design based on the ACTIONS-SMART principle resulted in an average score of 8.69 and 8.57 respectively (on a scale of 10), meaning that the students were able to produce BK media works that met the good criteria. Canva is a product that is able to foster meaningfulness and interest in students during their performance. Finally, Guidance and Counseling Teachers or Counselors are required to have skills or creativity and creativity so that they can be a source of inspiration and be able to empower the potential of students.
