Authors:Abd Hamid Wahid, Hasan Baharun, Naufal Zakki ‘Aziz Firdaus Udayana Abstract: This study investigates the optimization of independent curriculum management in cultivating excellent student character within madrasahs. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research gathers data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana Interactive Model, which involves data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure data reliability, triangulation of sources and techniques is applied. The findings reveal that the structured and systematic implementation of Independent Curriculum Management plays a crucial role in character development. The process involves five key steps: enhancing the efficient use of curriculum resources, promoting equity and accessibility for students, improving the relevance and impact of learning, strengthening teacher performance and student engagement, and optimizing the teaching and learning process. These steps contribute to the organizational and functional enhancement of madrasahs, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment, and encouraging proactive and productive learning activities that positively shape student character. Authors:Mashuri Mashuri, Simran Ballani, Saefuddaulah Mehir, Barnawi Barnawi, Jubaedi Jubaedi Abstract: This research aims to examine strategic management (Fred R David) link and match (Prosser & Quigley) in growing the competitiveness of graduates through strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation and control. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used in this research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model and then tested through triangulation credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The research results show that Vision and mission, external environmental analysis, future goals, implementation plans, and policies are part of the strategy formation process. The formulation of the link and match strategy involves all interested parties. Implement the link-and-match strategy by optimizing the formation of noble morals and character, increasing competence, optimizing cooperation, and forming entrepreneurship. Strategy evaluation and control are done through review, performance measurement and revision. The implications of this research provide new solutions for educational institutions, especially in increasing the competency of more competitive graduates. Authors:Abidah Abidah, Makmur Harun, Ramdansyah Fitrah, Lukmannulhaqim Lukmannulhaqim Pages: 732 - 746 Abstract: This paper is a response to the limitations of previous studies regarding teamwork and its relationship with effectiveness in the workplace, communication in teamwork, and the role of leadership in teamwork. This paper will find local wisdom narratives regarding teamwork principles so that they can guide actions when working in teams. The research method used was qualitative with an ethnographic approach, conducting interviews with 12 people using a purposive sampling technique, who were selected based on expertise such as cultural figures, Gayo traditional councils, academics, community and religious leaders, education practitioners, and managers. Ethnographic data analysis emphasizes understanding the cultural context so that it can be seen how everything is interconnected and meaningful. Data were analyzed through three stages, namely data restatement, data description, and data interpretation, and ended with a conclusion. The results of the research show that the principles of teamwork are based on local Gayo wisdom, namely the importance of having a vision, being well organized, making decisions through consensus, ethics, mutual welfare, altruism, common goals, coherence, values, meaningful, proportional, job assignment and specialization, monism or non-overlapping, integrity, consolidation, synergy, esprit de corps, solidarity, cohesion, loyalty, effective leadership, interdependence, interconnectedness, mutual trust, mutual development, collaboration, mutual benefit, normative, optimistic, firm, empathetic, harmonious, full of affection, mutual respect. Authors:Sungguh Ponten Pranata Pages: 775 - 791 Abstract: This research examines the influence of digital literacy and social media usage skills on digital leadership in higher education and the moderating role of digital security and antivirus software. This research uses the path analysis method with Smart PLS 4.0 software. They were conducted from January to February 2024, involving 100 management program students using the saturated sampling method. The research results show that digital literacy and social media usage skills positively and significantly affect digital leadership. Digital security also has a positive impact on digital leadership. However, the hypothesis regarding antivirus and security systems as moderating variables was rejected, indicating that they did not increase the influence of digital security or social media skills on digital leadership. This research contributes to developing university curricula and leadership programs by integrating aspects of digital security. The model successfully identified significant influences on digital leadership with high reliability and validity. The rejection of some moderation hypotheses suggests that further research is needed to understand the dynamics between these variables, paving the way for refining the model and exploring other influencing factors.
