Authors:Teerissara Ponglangka, Wannakorn Phornprasert Pages: 1 - 15 Abstract: This research aimed to 1) compare the learning achievement 2) group working and 3) student’ satisfaction toward learning about in Immune System in Biology subject using flipped classroom and cooperative learning. The participants, 38 Matthayomsuksa 5 students of 2022 at Chiangsaen Wittayakom School were selected using cluster random sampling. The research instruments used in this study were lesson plans using flipped classroom and cooperative learning, learning achievement test, group working observation form and questionnaire satisfaction in Immune System. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test as the dependent sample and Growth score. The findings revealed that the students’ average learning achievement after using flipped classroom and cooperative learning showed higher than before 12.18 and 21.26, respectively, at significance at .05 and students’ satisfaction after learning with flipped classroom and cooperative learning was at a high level. Authors:Waralee Choeiban, Narissara Suaklay Pages: 16 - 28 Abstract: The objectives of this study were: 1) to construct learning management plan by using phenomenon-based and ATLAS technique for developing scientific process skills of Matthayomsuksa 4 students; 2) to compare scientific process skills of students before and after deployment of phenomenon-based and ATLAS technique; and 3) to examine students’ satisfaction towards learning management using phenomenon-based and ATLAS technique. The samples were 40 Matthayomsuksa 4 students from Municipality 6 School. The research instruments were: 1) learning management using phenomenon-based and ATLAST technique for empowering scientific process skills; 2) achievement test assessing scientific process skills of Matthayomsuksa 4 students; and 3) questionnaire examining students’ satisfaction towards the learning management plan using phenomenon-based and ATLAS technique for empowering scientific process skills of Matthayomsuksa 4 students. The data were analyzed for mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that: The outcome of constructing learning management plan using phenomenon-based and ATLAS technique and ATLAS technique for empowering scientific process skills of Matthayomsuksa 4 students, in overall, showed the highest suitability. The individual aspects analysis showed suitability in all aspects except that of the learning activity using ATLAS technique showed the high suitability. The aspect showing the highest mean were learning standards/indicators and learning outcome, followed by learning objectives, assessment and evaluation respectively. The comparison of students’ scientific process skills before and after deployment of learning management using phenomenon-based and ATLAS technique showed that the learning achievement scores after the implementation was higher than those of the before-implementation at the significance level of .01 in which the post-test mean was 26.04 or 86.81% while the pre-test mean was 9.63 or 26.04% which indicated the progress scores at 16.41 or 54.71%. 3. The students’ satisfaction towards the learning management using phenomenon-based and ATLAS technique for empowering scientific process skills of Matthayomsuksa 4 students, in overall, was rated at the highest. The individual aspects analysis showed that content was rated at the highest mean, followed by instructional management and learners respectively. PubDate: 2023-09-07 Issue No:Vol. 16, No. 2 (2023)
Authors:Sippanont Charoensook Pages: 29 - 44 Abstract: The objectives of this study were: 1) to develop exercise package for saxophone practice based on Trevor Wye approach; 2) to compare the scores of basic saxophone practice after the use of saxophone exercise package based on Trevor Wye against the 70% criteria; and 3) to examine the satisfaction of practitioners towards the use of saxophone exercise package based on Trevor Wye approach for enhancing basic saxophone skills of beginners. The target group recruited secondary school students or people with interests in saxophone practice totaling 5 people. The research instruments were: 1) One set of exercise package covering 56 hours; 2) Assessment form for saxophone practice; and 3) Satisfaction questionnaire for saxophone practitioners. The data were calculated for mean and standard deviation. The results showed that: The saxophone exercise package based on Trevor Wye, in overall, showed suitability at the high level. The mean from 3 experts was at 4.37 and S.D. at 0.31. The practice of basic saxophone after implementing the saxophone exercise package based on Trevor Wye showed that the practitioners’ mean was at 20.40 or 85% which was higher than the expected criteria. 3. The satisfaction of practitioners towards the use of saxophone exercise package based on Trevor Wye for enhancing basic saxophone skills of beginners, in overall, was rated at the high level with mean at 4.20 and S.D. at 0.68. The aspect showing the highest mean was teacher advisor with the mean at 4.27 and S.D. at 0.70, followed by content with the mean at 4.24 and S.D. at 0.68, and learning communication with the mean at 4.12 and S.D. at 0.68 respectively. Authors:Saichon Kosentor, Suthada Khatiya Pages: 45 - 61 Abstract: The objectives of this study were the cognitive study of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) of farmers’ households and the implementation study of the SEP of famers’ households in Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai. The population was farmers’ households in 6 sub-districts with a total of 4,678 people, whereas 369 people made up the sample group using the quota sampling method in accordance with the agriculturalist household of each sub-district. Questionnaires served as the study's primary data collection technique, and frequency, percentage, score, mean, and standard deviation statistics were used to analyze the data. Below is a summary of the findings. It was discovered that the farmers’ households Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai, had the highest level of overall understanding and knowledge of SEP. Once considering each dimension, the moderation dimension that any expenditure must consider the livelihood necessity and not be extravagantly, Next, the rational dimension, which involves spending as needed, A variety of occupations going on simultaneously to make extra money or to produce income through numerous channels accounts for 97 percent of people having a strong immunity dimension. The conditional knowledge dimension, which used the acquired knowledge in planning, spending, and living, Finally, the condition of virtue, pursuing a career with honesty, diligence, patience, and not taking advantage of others, Applications for the SEP of Farmers' Households Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai were generally moderate while the dimension of having strong immunity was at a high level because of regular family relationship activity.
