  • Knowledge, Understanding and Attitudes towards Natural Resources
           Management of Students in Secondary School

      Abstract: The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the knowledge and understanding of natural resources management of secondary school students and 2) study the attitudes towards natural resources management of secondary school students at Srikranuanwittayakom School, located in Kranuan District, Khon Kaen Province. The data was derived from quantitative research and obtained from 100 samples of secondary students of Srikranuanwittayakom School, who consented and participated in the workshop that focused on encouraging young volunteers to conserve natural resources and protect the environment of Kranuan District. The pre-and post-workshop questionnaires have been administered, and the results analyzed by the Descriptive Statistics method into frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations and t-test for dependent samples.
      The research results find that:
      1. The sample group has improved their level of knowledge, understanding after the workshop.
      2. The attitudes towards natural resources management with post-workshop questionnaire scores being higher than pre-workshop scores. When exploring the attitude towards each specific resource management, land, forest, and water management showed the highest to lowest mean score, respectively. In addition, the difference in the results of pre- and post-workshop questionnaires is statistically significant at the level of 0.01.

  • A Study of the Value Chain of Coffee Processes for the Strength and
           Quality of Life of Ban Rak Thai Community, Chomphu Sub-district, Noen
           Maprang District, Phitsanulok Province

      Abstract: The objective of this research was to investigate 1) upstream activities including knowledge management and empowering farmers, managing to increase productivity and improve coffee bean quality, studying and designing coffee bean harvesters, 2) midstream activities including the development of dietary supplements and cosmetics from coffee bean shell extract, the development of bakery products from waste ingredients in the coffee production process, and 3) downstream activities including creating an identity from coffee beans to develop market potential. The research was divided into two parts: quantitative and qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through interviews from samples, data analysis through content analysis, and inductive analysis.
      The major findings revealed as follows:
      1. In terms of upstream activities, knowledge management empowered coffee growers to be effective, had steps to study problems and obstacles to find contributing factors to completion and contributes to the creation of local curriculum for Rak Thai Rom Klao Uppatham School, creating coffee growing skills learning for local youth. The results of the experiment using chitosan and scale fertilizer contributed to an increase in the yield of Robusta coffee beans, allowing for more consistent flowering, and studies have studied the machine being designed coffee bean harvester, convenient to move, small, lightweight, and convenient for mountain use.
      2. In terms of midstream activities, the shell of coffee beans was extracted to obtain high phenolic and flavonoids to develop into hand care products.In addition, Took the coffee bean shell extract powder to develop into a drink, melted herbs, brewed hot.When processing coffee bean shell powder was used as a mixture of bakery products such as cookies, brownies, bread, cakes, pie cups, etc.
      3. In terms of downstream activities, finding the identity of the coffee name, Doi Phao Thai Coffee, coffee taste was unique and good identity, and perceived the identity of the coffee through the media affected the decision to buy Doi Phao Thai Coffee bean products.

  • How Thai Students Perceive BYOD as an Effective Strategy Applied in
           English Learning Environment

      Abstract: The objectives of this study were to 1) investigate the purposes for which BYOD is being used by the Thai undergraduate students in learning English classes, 2) explore the level of students’ satisfaction regarding the BYOD applied in learning English classes, and 3) examine the impacts of BYOD on students’ learning English. The study was designed as mixed-method research. The samples of this study were 50students, selected by applying random sampling technique. They were undergraduate students studying English as a university required subject. The opened-ended questionnaire, validated by the experts through the IOC, regarding their satisfaction toward their learning through their own devices has been employed as a research tool for collecting the data which were, then, asked to be completed by the students after they have been asked to practice their English skills by typically interacting with the English contents in the BYOD classroom context, applying their own technology devices into the classroom such as mobile phones, laptops, and tablets during the semester at the end of the semester.The data were then both statistically analyzed quantitatively shown in percentages, and qualitatively shown through descriptive analysis.
      The findings showed that:
      1. The purpose of applying BYOD of students for entertainment was ranked the highest at 80% followed by communication, collaboration in group work, access course materials, and research which was ranked the lowest at 52%.
      2. 42% of the students were satisfied with the teaching and learning approach at the level of fully satisfaction.
      3. The results unveiled that the implementing BYOD in the classroom had impacts on students learning in different ways, namely improving professional competence, inspiring learning, and critical thinking, increasing dependency on technology devices, and decreasing conventional document use.

  • Instructional Contemplative Education Based Blended on Action Learning of
           Strengthen the Ability to Development of Curriculum

      Abstract: The purposes of this research are as follows: 1) to study the results of instructional contemplative education based blended on action learning of strengthen the ability to development of curriculum, 2) to evaluate ability to develop courses and the level of satisfaction student in instructional contemplative education based blended on action learning of strengthen the ability to development of curriculum. This study was conducted by means of the experimental research methodology and selected a specific samples method included 32 people undergraduate students in King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) enrolling in the Education Philosophy and
      Vocational Curriculum Development course in the second semester of 2020. The instruments used to collect the data included a five-point Likert scale consists of the evaluation form of questions to item appropriateness and congruence for efficient activity assessment, an evaluation form of the ability to development of curriculum and an evaluation form for effective activities. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and a dependent t-test.
      The research results found that:
      1. Instructional contemplative education based blended on action learning of strengthen the ability to development of curriculum activities was categorized into 5 steps which were the deep listening, careful planning action, action consideration, follow true, and relational action learning. Further results were evaluated by experts and found that such effective activities could be implemented in real situations.
      2. The evaluation results of ability to develop courses activities showed that the students had a higher significant score after participating in the activity at a level of .01 Overall, students’ satisfaction towards the learning management was at the highest level, higher than the criteria, with a significant level of .01.

  • The Model of Social work with Buddhist Integration of Asean Women’s
           Association in Kalasin Province

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) to study principles related to the integrative Buddhist social welfare in Buddhism; 2) to study the model of the integrative Buddhist social welfare of the Kalasin ASEAN Women's Association; 3) to propose a model of the integrative Buddhist social welfare of the Kalasin ASEAN Women's Association. This study is qualitative research by using in-depth interviews, focus group discussion and observation form as its tools.
      The research results were as follows:
      1. Principles related to the integrative Buddhist social welfare in Buddhism: It is a study of the doctrine of social welfare in the scriptures the disciples integrated in social teaching.
      2. The integrative Buddhist social welfare model of the Kalasin ASEAN Women's Association: It has been organized in five areas of action: social service, education, public benefit, cultural continuation and spreading the Dhamma.
      3. To propose the integrative Buddhist social welfare model of the Kalasin ASEAN Women's Association: The Four Saṅgahavatthu Dhamma was adopted as a model for social welfare: 1) Dāna (giving) was organized in the form of the Kalasin Happiness Model Project, ‘Kalasin people leave no one behind’, the project to build love for the disabled, the project to help the Red Cross, the project to deliver encouragement during the festival, the project for young people called ‘Wai Kaew-Wai Sai Term Waccin Jai Sansaiyai Songserm Khunnatham’, etc.; 2) Piyavācā (kindly speech) was conducted in the form of a language learning project to prepare for joining the ASEAN community, etc.; 3) Atthacariyā (useful conduct) was carried out in the form of a project to enhance women's careers to create opportunities and hopes in life, a tourism project to develop potential of 10 countries in ASEAN; 4) Samānattatā (equality consisting in impartiality) was conducted in the form of the project in five areas.

  • Bringing the King's Science with the Principles of unity to Develop
           Community Potential

      Abstract: This research has the objectives to: 1) analyze and develop the community capacity in applying the King’s philosophy with the harmony principle to community development, 2) to create innovation integrated the King’s philosophy with the harmony principle to community development, 3) to bring the knowledge sets from the King’s philosophy with the harmony principle to train people to get some changes and increase the community capacity through multiple media publishment. This research was conducted by qualitative research by in-depth interview, focus group discussion and workshop to find out qualitative data and content analysis for qualitative data including to produce the research findings by descriptive analysis.
      The results have been found as the followings:
      1. Results of the analysis and development of community potential according to the SWOT guidelines of the home community bee cave found that leaders have high leadership qualities. In terms of community management that comes from the gathering of villagers in the area and neighboring villages community forest conservation has been established in terms of budget and strength from the inside out. It was found that there are networks that support the strength of the community from various external agencies. External factors have an important concept based on the extraction of resources with in the community to develop further, especially for the conservation of natural resources. and the use of benefits to promote tourism.
      2. Creation of innovation by introducing the King's science with the principles of solidarity to the development of community potential. The important driving factor of the community is unity and cooperation arising from internal and external forces, aiming to achieve the goal of strengthen the community by integrating the principles of solidarity in the process of developing community potential both internally and externally. Which consists of in terms of compromise and harmonization cooperation in operation on cooperation and unison in the meeting and responsibility for both personal and public duties.
      3. Bringing the knowledge set from the King's science with the principles of solidarity to community training is to bring the King's science with the principles of solidarity to develop community potential from research into dissemination for further practice.

  • Developing Online Teaching Skills For students English Faculty of

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the effective and effective online teaching and learning model can be adapted to suit students in the English language Faculty of Humanities Mahamakut Buddhist University, Lanna campus, 2) suggest the development of students' online teaching skills and 3) study the students' satisfaction with online teaching and learning. It was a mixed-use research, both quantitative and qualitative research. The research sample selected a specific sample group. By choosing to study only for bachelor's degree students English branch the Faculty of Humanities Year 2, 3 and 4 used questionnaires and interview forms together with group discussions as tools. To collect information using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in data analysis.
      The results of the research were as follows:
      1. An efficient and effective online teaching-learning model. Which can be adapted to suit students. There are 3 formats: 1) online teaching and learning format by developing appropriate teaching media, 2) an online teaching-learning format by developing a group of learners and members; and 3) an online teaching and learning model.
      2. Improving the teaching and learning management of the faculty found that teaching content should be added in the form of video clips or in the form of cache ports. Many channels to increase teaching efficiency.
      3. Satisfaction with online teaching and learning of students. It was found that the satisfaction of the lessons moderate lesson design moderate and in terms of use is at a high level.

  • Model of Clergy AdministrationIn dimension Region 9

      Abstract: The purpose of this research were; 1) to study the level of administration in Clergy dimension, region 9, 2) to study the factors affecting the administration in Clergy dimension, region 9, and 3) to establish and confirm the administrative model in Clergy dimension of the region 9. Using a mixed method research the research was divided into 2 phases as follows: Phase 1 was a quantitative research which aimed to study the factors affecting the administration of affairs in the dimensions of Clergy administration, region 9. The sample group consisted of 396 monks in Clergy, region 9. The second phase of research was qualitative research. to create and confirm the model, Related persons: 21 persons with knowledge and experience, 5 persons Use specific randomness The research tool used a semi-structured interview form. Quantitative questionnaire group meeting recording form and a questionnaire confirming the suitability of the administration model in Clergy dimension, region 9.
      The results showed that:
      1. The overall level of administration in the dimensions of Clergy administration, region 9 was at a high level ( = 3.83) when classified by aspects. It was found that the structure of Clergy was at the highest level ( = 3.89).
      2. Factors affecting administration in the dimensions of Clergy administration, region 9, namely organization factor (f1), performance factor (f2) and factor of performance results (f3) were statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
      3. The administration model in Clergy dimension, region 9 consists of planning, structuring, Personnel positioning, authority, assignment of work accordingly, Cooperate with external agencies performance, report and monitor the performance. To confirm the suitability of the model, it was found that all of the quartiles were less than 1.5, indicating that the model is suitable for building it is a model for administration in the dimensions of Clergy administration, Region 9.

  • The Local Budget Process after the 2014 Coup: A Case Study of Local
           Administrations Organizations in Si Chomphu District, KhonKaen Province

      Abstract: The current study aimed to examine the budget process of local government in Thailand after the 2014 coup launched by the National Council for Peace and Order. The authors employed a qualitative research design by analysing related documents and in-depth interviews of 18 key informants who were directly and indirectly responsible for local budget administration – including, municipal clerks, finance division directors, plan and policy analysts – in six local administrative organizations in Si Chomphu district, Khon Kaen province. Findings reveal that the budget process that comprises budget formulation, budget approval, and budget execution has remained similar before and after the 2014 coup. However, despite the intact formal budget process, after the coup there were irregularities in the budget formulation and execution steps, in which regional public authorities’ scrutiny and military officers’ presence became more commonplace.

      Abstract: This article aims to analytic of philosophy in Phramalai literature, namely, metaphysics, epistemology and ethics with was used to study, analysis and synthesis of data from related document and literature.
      The study found that: This PhraMalai literature consists of 3 pass; metaphysics Epistemology and Ethics which each pass is a collective state that collects the sub-contents in each component as a whole. Both of which are responsible for making the content completely interconnected.
      In metaphysics, although Phramalai’s literature does not accept that there is god whom creator the world but it accept there are divinity. The being of divinity result of merit while living as a human being. The divinity is not the absolute Being and there is no power inspired by the concept of god in Hindu philosophy. Also metaphysics in Phramalai literature is the acceptance of cyclicalism in Hindu philosophy but the cycle of birth and death is according to his own karma and is beyond the decree of god. Epistemology in this literature is a knowledge of moral such as any action will be born in hell or what kind of deeds were born in heaven' Phramalai has the status of a messenger received from God of death (Phraya Yom) and Phrasriariyamettrai (Metteyya). The transmission of epistemological knowledge of Phramalai has the goal for guiding the way of ethical behavior. Phramalai explained the cause and effect of the action and the result obtained from this action. When human knows that to do evil than be born hell, the man is afraid to do it. And knowing that doing good is born in heaven and it motivated to do good. However the doing good or bad is something that each human being will choose to do and receive its own results, this is significant to study of Phramalai literature

  • Management of Wat Phra That Nong Sam Muen Historic Site of Chaiyaphum

      Abstract: The objectives of this research were; 1) to investigate management practices of Wat Phra That Nong Sam Muen; 2) to study the conditions of problems and rules of the management of Wat Phra That Nong Sam Muen; 3) to study the factors affecting management practices of Wat Phra That Nong Sam Muen. A qualitative research was this study method. The instruments used to collect data was in-depth interviewed.       The results are as follows:
      1. Management of Wat Phra That Nong Sam Muen Nowadays, the Sangha administrators have developed technology. Integrate with Buddhist principles leading to administration/government along with prosperity and law. Laws, regulations, and various rules come to support the Dharma and Discipline, especially the administration/government of the temple, which has a very different form from the past, such as planning, organizing, personnel management, coordinating, reporting and budgeting have a format that practice more clearly, organizing the management by emphasizing on personnel work, administrative tasks, budgets, organizational work focusing on clear, transparent management, compliance with various regulations
      2. Management problems such as historical site that exist in the temple are not thoroughly maintained. A few technology and tools for public relations. The lack of strong community integration results in the relationship between the temple and the community becoming more distant.
      3. Factors affecting the managementwere building cooperation with all sectors by establishing a group of local scholars or a young guide to convey the historical stories of tourist attractions and supplementing with green tourism, creating participation of local people in the conservation and development of ancient monuments and provide public relations in various forms.

  • An Analytical Study of applying Buddhist Principle for Reconciliation of

      Abstract: This research has the objectives to study: 1) Buddhist principles in reconciliation in Theravada Buddhism, 2) the methods of reconciliation of reconciliatory in Khon Kaen provincial court, and 3) the application of Buddhist principles in reconciliation of reconciliatory in Khon Kaen provincial court. This is the qualitative research, and the researcher collected and studied form Tipitaka, commentary, texts, books, and related documents about reconciliation. The researcher interviewed reconciliatory, parties, layers in reconciliation center in Khon kaen provincial court including the Buddhist experts in reconciliation and analyzed the data by inductive methodology.
      The results revealed that:
      1. Buddhist principles in reconciliation in Theravada Buddhism emphasizes on the root cause of the conflict to find peace and resolve it together.
      2. The reconciliation of reconciliatory in Khon Kaen provincial court does mainly focus on the root cause and how to manage to solve with dispute.
      3. The Court meditator have applied the Buddhist principles into the reconciliation process. To effectively resolve the dispute, there are 4 steps; 1) Dispute analysis, 2) Gaining trust, 3) Creating peace, and 4) Creating harmony. Based on Buddhist Principle for Mediation, meditators should look for the root of clause of the conflicts of disputes and then, solve that. The way to use Buddhist Principle could help to alleviate and would lead disputes to have the right thought to mutually solve their problem together.

The target groups were 22 teachers at Banlalom school. The study is about research and development. The research tools were 1) the model of teacher development in learning management by using active teaching and learning approaches in Banlalom school, Sisaket Province. 2) Questionnaire 3) assessment form and 4) test. The data was analyzed by content analysis. The statistics that used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and growth score.
      The results of the research were:
      1. The present condition as a whole and in all aspects was at a moderate level. The overall and all aspects of problem condition were at a high level and the need for teacher development in learning management through training methods.
      2. The developed model had 5 components which were background of the model, principle, objectives, activities, and measurement and evaluation. Which the overall style was appropriate at the highest level.
      3. The teachers were cognitive developed in learning management after the development according to the overall pattern at 81.12% which higher than before
      development.
      4. The overall and all aspects of the satisfaction to the use of the model were at the high level.

  • Structure and process of Dhamma in the Tipitaka: Some contradictions

      Abstract: The objective of this research was to study the opinions of experts on the structure and process ofthe Dhamma in the Tipitaka i.e. Iddhipada, Visuddhi, Magga and Paticcasamuppada. Using the qualitative research method, the data was collected by interviewing nine key informant, qualified monks/laymen; and was analyzed by content analysis.
      The results showed that: the views of the experts were divided into 4 groups: 1) agree, 2) partially agree, 3) disagree, and 4) Not sure. Overall, the experts agreed that the structure and process of Visuddhi, Magga and Paticcasamuppada supported the structure and process of individual or horizontal Iddhipada principle, and opposed the relative or vertical one. Exceptionally, the Magga principle was viewed as both supportive and opposing. Thus, the Magga has the most explanatory 8 methods, while the Visuddhi and Paticcasamuppada each has 5 and 4. It was also divided into two levels of explanation, namely Lokiya (mundane) and Lokuttara (supramundane). It showed that without the same spiritual experience, the interpretations of the Buddha’s teaching were different for sure.

  • The Necessity of the Academic Collaboration Network Administration of
           Primary Schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the
           Northeastern Region

      Abstract: The purposes of this research were to; 1) study the current and desirable conditions of the administration of the academic collaboration network of primary schools, 2) study the necessity of the administration of the academic collaboration network of primary schools. Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the northeast There are four steps of research methodology: step 1, analysis and synthesis of documents, concepts, theories and research, step 2, interview with 9 experts, step 3, multi-case study 3 networks of academic collaboration in primary schools with academic excellence performance by interview school administrators and academic supervisors and step 4, study the necessity. This research is a quantitative research. The population used in the study was 24,480 people. The sample consisted of school directors and academic supervisors totally 420 which was obtained by multi-stage sampling. The instrument used was a 5 - level rating scale questionnaire with the Index of item objective congruence (IOC) between 0.80-1.00, discrimination power between 0.46-0.93, and the overall reliability value at 0.98. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNImodified.
      The research results were as follows:
      1. The current state of the administration of academic collaboration network of primary schools overall, it is moderate. And overall desirable conditions were at a high level.
      2. The necessity of the administration of collaboration network of primary schools under the office of the basic education commission in the northeast overall, it is moderate. In order of need, they are: network vision determination (PNImodified = 0.359), network performance evaluation and improvement (PNImodified = 0.348), network organization and organization collaboration (PNImodified = 0.340). Knowledge exchange and communication (PNImodified = 0.333), network strategic plan development (PNImodified = 0.329), network member participation (PNImodified = 0.327), and awareness of the need to Create a network (PNImodified = 0.316), respectively.

      Abstract: The objective of this article is aimed at studying the system of relationship building among relatives of Esan people by ways of Bun Khao Sak and Bun Khao Pra Dub Din (merit making tradition around the around the ninth month of Thai Lunar Calendar, July to August, for ancestors by creating food plates by banana leaves to put under the big tree). This research is a qualitative type of research. Research tools consist of interviews with local scholars, the ritual observation, and participation in a real place in the tradition of Bun Khao Pra Dab Din and Bun Khao Sak.
      The results of the study are found that:
      1. Relationship building of Isan people through the tradition of Bun Khao Pra Dab Din and Bun Khao Sak is divided into 3 forms: 1) building relationships through beliefs, 2) building relationships through rituals, and 3) building relationships through roles.
      2. Characteristics of kinship relations of Isan people through the tradition of Bun Khao Pradabdin and Bun Khao Sak are divided into 2 types: 1) the relationship building in the relatives between the living people, and 2) the relationship building in the kinship between the dead people.

The research population was the people living in Chaiyaphum Province. For the quantitative research, the instrument was the questionnaire distributed to 400 households. Data were analyzed by percentage.
      The results can be concluded as follows: The impacts on new normal communitiesare as follows. 1) Physical and mental healthimpact: they have stress and anxiety in living life75.75 percent. 2) Economyimpact: the villagers have to stop working or get laid off and gain lower income, and it is difficult in working 73.75 percent. 3) Perception of information and technology impact: they communicate through social media: Having problems with physical and mental health from anxiety 69.75 percent. 4) Society and environmentimpact: family members can get together; the community has changed the form of merit making and tradition activities in the new normal ways 64.75 percent. 5) Educationimpact of online learning causes an increase in the cost of learning materials. Poor families are severely impact: 52.75 percent.

  • An Approach for Developing Descriptive Paragraph Writing Competence
           through FRESH for Thai Tertiary Students

      Abstract: This experimental research aimed to 1) determine whether there are any significant differences in descriptive paragraph writing competence before and after practicing "FRESH" of students majoring in English at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Sakon Nakhon Campus (RMUTI SKC), 2) examine students' attitudes towards learning English after practicing "FRESH", and 3) propose guidelines for developing students’ paragraph writing competence through “FRESH” for Thai Tertiary students. The informants in the study included 54 students studying English at the Department of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Industry Technology, RMUTI SKC in 2020. They were selected by a purposive sampling method. The data were obtained through the written pretest and posttest and the attitude scale. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The t-test for dependent samples was used to compare and test the differences between the written pretest and posttest scores. The descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation, and percentage were used to describe the data basic patterns of the test scores and attitudes towards students' English learning.
      The results revealed as follows:
      1. There is a statistically significant difference at .00 between the pretest and posttest mean scores. The students' descriptive paragraph writing mean scores in the pretest and posttest were 15.53 and 30.84, respectively. That means the students'
      descriptive paragraph writing competence improved after practicing "FRESH".
      2. The mean score of the students' attitudes towards learning English was at a high level (mean = 3.22).
      It can be concluded that "FRESH" can be an alternative technique to help students organize ideas and make a meaningful sensory descriptive paragraph.

  • The Presentation of Modern Women in 1987’s Society in the Fiction

      Abstract: This article aims to present the analysis results of presentation of modern women in 1987’s Society in the fiction ‘Jin Ta Pa Tee’ written by Sophak Suwan based on Liberal Feminism. Narration and dialogue of leading and supporting female characters in this fiction were applied to the analysis is qualitative research. The analytical description was used for result presentation.
      The results revealed that: the presentation of modern women in society in the 1987's has two main issues: 1) Presentation of women's images. It consists of female characteristics that portray a modern woman: attractive woman, woman with language abilities, progressive thinking woman and women who lead of the family. 2) Determinant construction of the image of modern women, such as the discourse of a talented woman replacing perfect wife house and the writer's concept. That remain within the framework of patriarchy and unable to express sexuality clearly the modern feminine image style is characterized by the same set of ideas as the novels of the same period. But different in terms of the cause and effect of the presentation of the picture. And also found that the writer's sexual values It greatly affects the gender expression of female characters.

  • Politics and government in Buddhism

      Abstract: This research is a qualitative research in religion, especially Buddhism, which is a document research aimed to: 1) study the social and political conditions of the Buddhist era, 2) study the origin of Buddhist state society, and 3) study the Buddhist governance principles It was a qualitative research which focused on documentary research by studying data from the Tripitaka, the Atthakatha, the Dika, the Anutika, Pakornvises, books, textbooks, articles, documents and related research works. The data were analyzed and the research results were presented in the form of a descriptive analysis according to the research objectives.
      The results revealed that:
      1. According to the first objective, the results showed that most of the social conditions in those days were influenced by beliefs in Brahmin religious. Brahman is a caste group that holds the power of thought, education, politics, society, government and economy including cultural traditions. They defined all roles and social rights causing a 4 caste system.
      2. According to the second objective, conflict, controversy and exploitation among men were important reasons in necessarily having a leader, a ruler, and a subordinate to finally form a state. This is state forming in AggaññaSutta.
      3. The results of the study according to the third objective found that Buddhism will divide the governance principles into 3 characteristics, but both autocratic rule and this sovereignty will hold the principle of dharma as a principle. These characteristics of a governance principle were only divided by a level of aptitude of each user (administration), or by a situation, place, community and related environment which had different characteristics.

  • Teachers’ Questioning to Elicit Students’ Mathematical Ideas in
           Problem Solving Classroom

      Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the teachers’ questioning to elicit students’ mathematical ideas in problem solving classroom. It's qualitative research. The target group consisted of a lesson study team comprising five people and a total of eleven fifth-grade students studying in semester 1/2021 at Ban Bueng Niam Bueng Khianun Tha Hin school, Khon Kaen. The data collection was using lesson plans, filed note and Messenger application. The collected data was analyzed by NCTM and Isoda & Katagiri framework.
      The study found that: teachers’ questioning to elicit students’ mathematical ideas as follows 1) Gathering information questions led students to review their background knowledge, prompting them to gather information pertaining to ideas of decimal units to form the basis of the solution to the problems they faced, and in some instances they drew on ideas of sets which is about multiplying decimals to solve problems concerning groups. 2) Probing thinking questions elicited the students’ ideas of decimal units, representation of decimal multiplications, operation of decimal multiplications and algorithm of decimal multiplications in solving the problems they faced. 3) Encouraging reflection and justification questions stimulated the students to explain their ideas of decimal units, representation of decimal multiplications, operation of decimal multiplications and algorithm of decimal multiplications arising from the problem solving on their own, understand and argue ideas correctness. 4) making the mathematics visible questions prompted students to discuss ideas of algorithms. These findings can be used to develop learning tools for future lessons.

  • The Development of a Training Curriculum Model for Enhancing Competency in

      Abstract: The purposes of this research were: 1) study requirement in the development of a training curriculum model for enhancing competency in teacher professional students in the creation of reading literacy assessment tools according to international guidelines 2) synthesize the component of a training curriculum model for enhancing competency in teacher professional students in the creation of reading literacy assessment tools according to international guidelines and 3) verify the component of a training curriculum model for enhancing competency in teacher professional students in the creation of reading literacy assessment tools according to international guidelines. This research is quantitative. The research sample included 397 Thai language major students of Rajabhat University and 7 experts review. The research instruments were a questionnaire and structured interview. The data analyses applied were modified priority needs index, mean, and standard deviation.
      The result of this research found that:
      1. Thai language major students of Rajabhat University needed to be developing a training curriculum model for enhancing competency in teacher professional students in the creation of reading literacy assessment tools according to international guidelines PNIModified = 0.76.
      2. Components of a training curriculum model for enhancing competency in teacher professional students in the creation of reading literacy assessment tools according to international guidelines had 7 aspects: 1) principle 2) objective 3) structure 4) content 5) activities 6) media and learning resources and 7) measurement and evaluation.
      A competency framework of the model is divided into 3 areas: knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Each competency framework area has 6 indicators. There are 6 steps in the training activities: 1) review, 2) informing, 3) content, 4) practice, 5) adaptation, and 6) discussion.
      3. Components of a training curriculum model for enhancing competency in teacher professional students in the creation of reading literacy assessment tools according to international guidelines were appropriate at the highest level. ( = 4.96, S.D. = 0.18).

      The results showed that:
      1. The application model of mindfulness that is suitable for people with depression is Principles of solitude and meditation.
      2. The results of the synthesis of community-based innovations for the elderly's health care found that families and temples are the bases that mainly focus on the physical and mental health care of the elderly. There are network partners to help and support.
      3. The results of the synthesis of professional potential development from herbal products found that monks were the center of the mind together with community sages who had knowledge and experience in Thai traditional medicine. Established Jao Yong Herb Club.
      4. The results of the synthesis of mechanisms for developing and promoting well-being of the elderly found that there was a mechanism for clergy leadership, government work mechanism, social mechanism for helping each other and community volunteer mechanisms. Recommendations for research should create a process for jointly formulating a plan for the development of the elderly community according to the mechanism by using the resources available in the community for maximum benefit.

  • Development of Paradigm and Leadership of Modern Leaders of Mahamakut
           Buddhist University

      Abstract: This research aims 1) to analyze roles and factors affecting the capacity of the administrators of Mahamakut Buddhist University, 2) to develop courses to upgrade the paradigm and capacity of the new leaders and 3) to develop the paradigm and capacity of the new leaders. The research tools used in this study consisted: the training syllabus on developing paradigm and capacity. Statistics used for data analyzing in this study were frequency, percentage, means, average and standard deviation, hypothesis tested with t-test, Descriptive Analysis, Chi-Square Test and Forecasting Equation. The sample group used in the study consisted of 208 staff and temporary workers, in second semester of academic year 2020 from all campuses of Mahamakut Buddhist University. The targeted group of this course for developing paradigm and capacity consisted of 52 administrators including directors of all 3 campuses.
      The research result was found:
      1. The capacity of the leaders of Mahamakut Buddhist University was overall found at high level. The opinion on roles of the leaders in new paradigm was at high level overall, when on aspects was found strategy placement at the high, followed by use of power on others while the lowest fall on vision perceiving respectively.
      2. The result of course assessment was found overall at good level; when considered in aspects, suitability fall at the highest, followed by utilization while the lowest aspect fall on accuracy, respectively.
      3. The result of paradigm and capacity development of the new leaders of Mahamakut Buddhist University was found higher than before attending training activities statistically significant at .01.

  • Concept of Metteyya in Lan Na Buddhist Literature

      Abstract: The concept of Metteyya, the future Buddha, has been accepted in both Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism. However, he was mentioned very little in the main Theravada Pali cannon, the Tipitaka. Metteyya appeared later in the local Buddhist texts in Lanka and Lan Na called Anagatavamsa. The details of the two texts were differ. In Lan Na text, the belief in Metteyya exists at the end of the Pali literature in which the devotees would set their mind to be born in the age of the Metteyya. In order to be born at the age of Metteyya, one needs to listen to Jataka for one day continuously. This practice promotes one of the important Buddhist tradition called mahajataka-vessantara preaching.

      Abstract: This academic article has purpose to study liberal democracy and non-liberal democracy using democratic liberal thinking base as a conceptual framework for analytical study. The results of study were found that firstly, the exercise of state power must be governed by constitutional law giving people the opportunity to express their political opinions criticism of the work of the government and the free movement of political demands in accordance with the principles of rights and liberties whereby the State does not enforce other power to act against its citizens according to the rule of law properly, Secondly, it was found that to use the powers of political leaders to enact laws to block rights and liberties by intervening within the democratic regime in order not to be too constitutional law, but for the people to follow the principles of democratic rights and liberties, to allow the process of political participation in the model of elections only, whereby the government uses absolute authoritarianism both inside and outside the laws to infringe upon the rights and freedoms of the people at all times.

And it was found 5 discourse of Thai state: 1) state power of discourse 2) place dimensions-civic activities state of discourse 3) of discourse 4) public-private working together to tackle Covid-19 of discourse 5) digital social discourse, contemporary problem solving tool.
