The independent variable in this research is video animation media and the dependent variable is the skill of retelling fictional stories. The approach of this research is quantitative with a Quasi Experimental type, with a research plan of Noneequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all 4th grade students of SDN 141 Pinrang Kecamatan Marioriawa Pinrang Regency as many as 2 classes, while the sample was class IVa as a control class with 15 students and class IVb as an experimental class with 15 students. Data collection methods are speaking tests, observation sheets and documentation. The research data were obtained by giving a skill test of retelling a fictional story in the form of a pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis consisting of hypothesis testing using independent sample T-test. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, the value of P = 0.000 is smaller than the value of = 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an effect of using animated video media fiction text on the retelling skills of fourth grade students at SDN 141 Pinrang Kecamatan Marioriawa, Pinrang Regency. Authors:Nehemia Kristia, Krismiyati Krismiyati Pages: 76 - 86 Abstract: This research was motivated by the ignorance of TKJ students at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga about learning styles; some still need clarification about their learning styles. This research was conducted to analyze learning styles and know the dominant learning styles in grade X, XI, and XII TKJ SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga students. Also, to find out the most dominant learning style in TKJ students at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. The research method used quantitative descriptive with research subjects of 150 students selected using stratified random sampling techniques. Testing and data collection were done through Akupintar.id website and analyzed by frequency distribution. The results showed that class X TKJ 38% tended to have a kinesthetic visual mixed learning style, grade XI TKJ 56% tended to have a visual learning style, and XII TKJ 44% tended towards kinesthetic visual mixed learning style. Overall, students majoring in TKJ have the most dominant learning style, namely kinesthetic visual mixture, with a percentage of 82%. Students majoring in TKJ predominantly learn by involving their sense of sight and physique in the learning process. This type of research is classroom action research using a qualitative approach. This research carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementing, observation, and reflection. Data analysis techniques were carried out by reduction, reflection and draw a conclusion. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained data that shows an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. based on data obtained during the implementation of cycle I and cycle II that the results were obtained research in cycle I was in the sufficient category, and there was an increase in cycle II which is in the good category and achieves the indicators that have been set. So it can be concluded that classroom action research with apply the student facilitator and explaining learning model for improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class V SDN has succeeded with the percentage of the average value of students in the good category and was appropriate with predetermined indicators of success. Without mastering structure, students will have difficulty expressing their thoughts both orally and in written. Based on several years of teaching experience, researchers know that most students have succeeded in mastering lecture material through the lecture method. The researchers formulated two problems: 1) Is there a significant difference in structure learning achievement between students taught through lecture and inquiry methods', 2) Which method results better structure learning achievement'.The population of this study are the third semester students of the English Education Study Program, Widya Dharma University of Klaten for the 2022/2023 Academic Year with a total of 20 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The independent variables in this study were students who were taught by lecture and inquiry methods. While the dependent variable was structure learning achievement. Researchers used the test method to collect data. The content validity of the test used was tested by comparing the content of the test with the content of the material taught in semester III. The data analysis method used was a statistical method of t-test. The mean of students taught by the lecture method is 76.6, and by the inquiry method is 73.91. The t-test calculation result of 0.181 does not fulfill any of the t-table lists, so there is no significant difference in structure learning achievement between students taught through lecture and inquiry methods; and lecture method is better at producing structure learning achievement. The study was conducted using the Problem Based Learning model and the Window shopping method. It employed a classroom action research design based on the Kemmis and Taggart model, which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle included observation, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection phases. The research data comprised observations of students' communication skills, which were collected during the learning process by two observers. Comparative descriptive analysis was employed to analyze the data between cycles. The results of the study revealed that the average communication skills of students were 42% in the pre-cycle, 60% in Cycle I, and 82.5% in Cycle II. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of Problem Based Learning and the Window shopping method can improve the communication skills of Grade VII J students at SMPN 2 Tengaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa obervasi dan angket. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas V MIN 03 Lombok Tengah yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran daring tehadap stress belajar siswa MIN 03 Lombok Tengah. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa nilai 165,79, dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,05, maka dapat dipakai untuk memprediksi variabel kualitas pembelajaran daring (X) dan variabel stress belajar (Y). Besarnya nilai korelasi ( R ) yaitu sebesar 0,881. Dari output tersebut diperoleh koefision determinasi ( R Square ) sebesar 0,775 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat adalah sebesar 77,5%. Kemudian besarnya kontribusi atau simbangsih pembeljaran daring dan stress belajar yaitu sebesar 75%. Sisanya 25% ditentukan oleh variable lain. In the current pandemic situation there are many obstacles faced by students to implement industry internship activities, one of which is looking for internship places that still give opportunities for students to carry through internships. This pandemic condition also requires students to learn from home both practical learning and theory, so that the possibility for students to experience deficiencies in the abilities or skills used as provisions for internships is still minimal, so it requires the students activity to keep using internship activities as advice to gain knowledge in order to get the maximum learning experience. Through research conducted that with the current pandemic conditions, which require learning to be done online, does not rule out the possibility when internships in students continue to run effectively and provide valuable experiences and help the learning process for students. The assessment conducted by students states that internship activities carried out with the provision of online learning do not reduce the level of effectiveness and spirit for students as evidenced by obtaining an average assessment of the effectiveness of internships which is 4.50 in scale 5 which can be said that online learning does not reduce the level of effectiveness for students in conducting industry internships, In fact, students make the industry internship program as an opportunity to seek as much experience as possible to pursue the shortcomings obtained in the learning process in the classroom. This research is development research which refers to the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which includes: (1) the analysis phase, (2) the design phase, (3) the development phase, (4) implementation stage (trial), (5) evaluation stage. Digital media in the form of learning videos on the eyes of Digital Fashion Illustration with Ibis Paint X software that has been developed has been tested for eligibility by validators of media experts and material experts, as well as eligibility trials based on student responses of 40 students. The results of this study are in the form of digital media learning videos on the eyes of Digital Fashion Illustration with Ibis Paint X software. Based on the stages of media development that have been carried out, the final results of the eligibility assessment by media expert validators are 91.6% (very eligible), and the final eligibility assessment by the material expert validator is with a percentage of 97.5% (very eligible). At the implementation stage, the average result of the assessment based on the test student responses was 9.2 from the ideal score of 10 with a percentage of 92% (very positive). Thus, it can be said that digital video learning media for Digital Fashion Illustration with Ibis Paint X software is an eligible and practical medium to be used in learning Digital Fashion Illustration courses. Y and Z generation cannot be separated from social media, either in their daily life or their studies. Higher education institutions must determine the appropriate plans and strategies in developing human resources related to generations, especially in students’ readiness to meet the competencies needed by the industry, including the use of social media. The competencies expected by the industry are competence of attitudes which are classified as soft skills. This background becomes the foundation of research on the analysis of work readiness soft skills in Y and Z generation in higher education. The study was conducted on 250 students consisting of Y and Z generation who were differentiated based on the year of birth. The results showed that the acquisition rate was 66.48% (Y generation) and 67,350% (Z generation) which categoried as good. This means that they can use the social media to prepare themselves for the world of work after completing their studies at Higher Education.
