Abstract: The key issue of this article is inclusive education in connection with the formal and legal aspects of students’ safety when they are staying in educational institutions. In the first part, author describes the basic assumptions of the social model of education and it’s international conditions, also referring to solutions that have been recently implemented in the Polish education system. The second part indicates the problems that may be met by educational institutions and teachers trying to achieve a state of full inclusion. They relate to the school’s caring function in terms of security guarantees. The diversity of student population, especially wide range of educational needs may make it impossible for teachers to develop specific approach to individual pupil. It’s caused by formal items, largely determined by the financial situation of particular local government units. PubDate: Fri, 22 Apr 2022 00:00:00 GMT
Abstract: The considerations presented are an attempt to search for analogies between the influence of culture on the well-being of nations and the influence of pedagogical culture on the well-being of growing up generations. Raising the level of pedagogical culture, especially of parents, should be an important task of the Polish school. A somewhat forgotten tool for its realization is the pedagogization of parents, the rank of which should be systemically raised to a level ensuring its universal application. Therefore there is a need for a new, educational paradigm of school. PubDate: Fri, 22 Apr 2022 00:00:00 GMT

Abstract: Human linguistic development is constitutionally conditioned and is achieved through contact with adult language users. All children follow the same rules and stages in the development of speech. The knowledge of their course and consequences enables early recognition of deviations from the norm, which may be delayed speech development or a symptom of other, often serious developmental disorders. The analysis of the research results shows that the most common reason for parents’ seeking diagnosis and therapeutic support is an incorrect linguistic functioning of the child. Diagnostic procedures often end with the diagnosis of other developmental disorders in which linguistic retardation was an early symptom. Therefore, it is legitimate to increase social knowledge and sensitivity of parents and specialists in monitoring the linguistic development of children under 3 years of age. Abstract: The text, which is part of the new field of social sciences – Donbas Studies, presents partial results of the research carried out in the city of Severodonetsk, which is located in the Lugansk Oblast in Donbas. The author, using the ethnographic method of field research, was looking for an answer to the question of how the process of decommunization in Donbas proceeded, and in particular, how the sense of removing the symbols of communism was negotiated, what aspects of this process turned out to be socially conflicting, and what role young people played in this process' Using the interpretation of metaphors and etymologies, the author states that de-communization in Ukraine, apart from the official imperative of oblivion, brings an element of revenge with it. Thanks to participation in the discussion on the de-communization of young people, it is possible to notice that its field of meaning has been extended to include aspects relating not only to the assessment of the past, but also the current social situation in Ukraine. Thanks to this, de-communization does not only mean an order to forget, but also to remember. PubDate: Fri, 22 Apr 2022 00:00:00 GMT

Abstract: The articles justifies the need for constant care for the axiological dimension of education. The habitus of the modern teacher was analyzed in the perspective of axiological dispositions. The author’s reconstructions of the respondents’ views concerning their preferences regarding observable and repetitive teachers’ behavior were categorized. These behaviors were indicators of the values which guided teachers in their work with students. An attempt was made to determine which axiological properties of teachers, expressed in the praxiological dimension, are particularly valued by today’s youth. Analysis of the frequency of indications of the preferred teachers’ behaviors helped to establish the hierarchy of these properties. The results of the diagnosis carried out on a sample of 903 respondents showed that teachers’ pedagogical tactfulness, subject knowledge and good organization of work are mostly appreciated and expected by young people. In addition, attempts were made to identify differences in the respondents’ preferences due to their interest profile, expressed in the choice of a specific field of academic studies. It has been established that it is the factor which differentiates students’ preferences in relation to the teacher’s axiological attributes. Significant relationships have been observed and the conclusions made valuable implications for pedeutology. PubDate: Fri, 22 Apr 2022 00:00:00 GMT
Abstract: Indirect education found and is still finding its source in various media for a long time. Technological advancement results in the educators having an increased ability to use new tools in education. The goal remains the same but the social conditions impose a new identity – the subject teacher evolves into a media one. In the school system, necessary corrections have been introduced to the most important documents and the curricula, but there is still a lack of knowledge on what media education looks like in practice in specific national realities. The review article shows how goals determined by the curricula are already realized through new media in Poland and for which goals the didactic activities should be expanded. In the thematic block concerning physical activity, there is an entry: “The contents of this area have been enriched with modern forms of movement, physical activities from other European countries and use of modern technologies to monitor and plan physical activity” (MEN, 2017: 191). When organizing activities in the classroom area and with the right equipment, conducting lessons with the use of the media is not a problematic task. But are the PE teachers in a similarly comfortable position' It turns out that the development of information technology is conducive to the achievement of the objectives of this subject as well. The literature review and the solutions used so far in the school system are the basis for the thesis of a correlation between the ways in which modern media are used and the formation of the students’ attitudes towards physical culture.
