- From Participatory Governance to Collaborative Governance for
Disaster-Tourism

Abstract: This article aims to explain the need for changing the model from participatory governance to collaborative governance in disaster tourism management. This research utilized a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings revealed that sustainable tourism development is crucial and must receive careful attention within a comprehensive national development framework. In the current era, the government cannot carry out tourism development independently given the limited capacity and provide sufficient space for increasingly active private and public participation. Sustainable tourism development can be performed through a collaborative governance model involving various stakeholders. The development of a collaborative model can be conducted through the comprehensive participation stage of non-government stakeholders. With maximum participation, there will be a solid network to create partnerships as the final form of collaboration.

Abstract: The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia has one of the primary objectives to realize the welfare of the people, while a welfare state focuses on equitable distribution to the community.Regulating the separated state finances as capital in state-owned enterprises is very important for developing the country's economy.The problem often occurs that many of the directors of state-owned enterprises caught for corruption cases have caused losses to the state due to the unclear position of state finances in those organizations. The research was a normative one through the prevailing laws and regulations. Also, the separated state assets will be the wealth of state-owned enterprises, so the loss belongs solely to the state-owned enterprises

- Telkomtelstra Communication Strategies for Development in Promoting
Sustainable Development Goals

Abstract: Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the blueprint consisting of 17 goals to achieve a better and more sustainable future. Telkomtelstra is a joint venture telecommunication company that manifests its commitment by implementing a development communication strategy to spread SDGs to its employees and consumers. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews with Michelle Marietta Secoa, Telkomtelstra Corporate Engagement Junior Specialist, and a literature review on various sources. The results indicate that Telkomtelstra applied media-based strategies, instructional design strategies, participatory strategies, and marketing strategies to promote SDG values. These strategies need to be developed using social media to make them more effective. Other companies can adopt these strategies to achieve SDGs by 2030.

- Transposing Military Role Amidst Covid-19 Pandemic in Southeast Asia

Abstract: Military engagement in response to COVID-19 crisis has been a policy discourse since the breakout of the pandemic in early 2020 worldwide. While the extent to which the military engagement of COVID-19 responses remains contentious, we identify the ways in which Southeast Asian countries have employed troops in dealing with the public health crises and challenges. Aimed to measure how deep military engagements in the COVID-19 responses in Southeast Asia have been, we developed the typology of military responses during COVID-19 pandemic by Passos and Aćacio. We discovered that military involvement is impacted by governance capacity, especially health care system, rather than political strength. Abstract: One of Indonesia’s numerous issues is the size of its workforce. The Indonesian government’s solution is to send Indonesian female migrant workers in the informal sector overseas, including to Saudi Arabia. These difficulties can be divided into three categories: light, moderate, and severe—the death penalty. The death penalty represents the most extreme level of the issue. From 2015 to 2018, several Indonesian female migrant workers in Saudi Arabia’s informal sector had been sentenced to death without any notification from the Saudi Arabian government to the Indonesian government, including the execution of Siti Zaenab in 2015 and the Tuti Tursilawati in 2018 It prompted Migrant Care and the Indonesian government to assist in the execution of Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) in the informal sector.

Abstract: This study will narrate the response of Muhammadiyah's actions in stemming Radicalism in the leadership of Haedar Nashir, namely the period 2015 - 2021, the reaction of Muhammadiyah's Radicalism at this time, offering a Moderation program for the fight against Radicalism. After the Reformation, it experienced radicalization in ideological power. The form of Radicalism was not only in the scope of religious ideology but also entered the scope of the ideologies of liberalism, capitalism, totalitarianism to fascism. Therefore, it can be concluded that Radicalism is not only from the point of view of religious activity but also that ideology can be implemented in a system of Radicalism in the form of Economics and Politics. This research has a problem formulation, namely, how is Muhammadiyah's response in stemming Radicalism' Especially three points of view from Religious Radicalism, Economics, and Politics. This study also uses two theories, namely the theory of Moderation and the idea of Radicalism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to examine Muhammadiyah and Moderation on the response of Muhammadiyah's leadership in 2015-2021 in stemming Radicalism related to the research questions in the background. This qualitative research uses a previous study's literature study data collection technique. The researcher also tries to take a literature review from the Connected paper application with two keywords, Muhammadiyah Moderation and Muhammadiyah Radicalism. The qualitative data analysis is interpreted by analyzing data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions or verifying conclusions

- The Roles of UNFPA-UNICEF in the Case of Child Marriage in Yemen 2016-2019

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that currently child marriage is a form of violation of human rights and is an indicator of various other global health problems. Yemen is one of the largest contributors to child marriage cases in the Middle East and Yemen is home to 4 million child brides, and 1.4 million of it got married before the age of 15. This study aims to analyze and describe the role of UNFPA-UNICEF in the accelerate action to End Child Marriage program to reduce child marriage in Yemen in 2016-2019. This study uses qualitative research methods and uses a collection technique for collecting data of library research using secondary data collected from UNFPA and UNICEF annual reports, books, journals, articles and internet media. The results of this study show that the global implementation of the UNFPA-UNICEF program has had an impact on reducing child marriage in Yemen

- The Role of Airlines in Promoting Halal Tourism

Abstract: Moslim consumers are one of the rapidly rising market segments. Tourism staff should pay attention to Moslim needs. From there, the halal tourism model is increasingly echoed. The study finds that the role of airlines in promoting halal tourism consists of several things. This includes fulfilling Moslem-friendly airport facilities, providing Moslem-friendly airlines, equipping airlines with halal meals, achieving world halal tourism, putting halal tourism logos, increasing the digital service of Moslem-friendly airlines, and advertising in media. Although several previous papers have provided knowledge about airlines in halal tourism at a glance, there is a scarcity of research that has ever examined airlines as promotional vehicles in halal tourism as the main topic—the majority of research is limited to discuss airlines studies generally viewed from a halal tourism perspective.

- Overtourism in Indonesia after the COVID-19 Pandemic: Social Psychology

Abstract: The tourism industry suffered a significant loss from the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in line with decreasing the COVID-19 impacts, recent tourism behavior may be the cause of a phenomenon called as overtourism. The aim of this study was to investigate the unique phenomena of overtourism in Indonesia after the COVID-19 pandemic through a social pyschological approach. By using a critical discourse analysis, this study finds that a negative emotion generated by the COVID-19 pandemic has led to “revenge tourism” caused by two years of isolation. After the transmission effect of COVID-19 is decreasing, people who experience psychological breakdown, vent their tourism interests simultaneously, which in turn causing overtourism. In the perspective of psychology, negative emotion that has been piled up during lockdown may be the reason of overtourism. Meanwhile, overtourism also has negative social impact. From social-psychology perspective, place attachment is one of the basic needs in all human. When the control over their environment was disrupted, this may lead to many problems. Uncontrolled overtourism causes environmental damage and reducing the quality of tourism. Thus, this study suggests that the government and stakeholders collaborate to mitigate tourism disasters to prevent the threat of overtourism to tourism sustainability.

Abstract: Despite being disbanded, HTI activities in Indonesia are allegedly continuing through signals and ideologies that still exist. Muslimahnews.com is a propaganda media with the hashtag ‘Inspirational and Educating’ under this organization. Muslimahnews.com puts its segmentation on Islamic women’s groups in Indonesia with content that is. This paper uncovers how and why Muslimahnews.com dominates women through texts containing the Khilafah ideology. The analysis shows that the texts on Muslimahnews.com have a structuration that harmoniously perpetuates seduction and threats. The media, which is part of HTI, urged its agents, especially women, to revive the Khilafah ideology. Women internalize these values, then unknowingly become victims of the intensification and normalization of their power practice agenda.

Abstract: The objective is to identify the hacker as a product of the computerized society, to understand how the activities carried out are typical of the human being and are present from an early age when playing. For this, the history and guidelines that make up its movement are reviewed, how these rules and characteristics are similar to those defined in the game spaces, how it transforms current technologies emerging as a playful act related to freedom that is directly opposed to the monopolistic practices, leading them to transform into a social movement that proposes new spaces and rules of the game for the use of technologies.

Abstract: La Agenda 2030 para el desarrollo sostenible impone grandes desafíos a todas las naciones. Dentro de los programas de formación profesional, asumir estos grandes retos, requieren prácticas pedagógicas que integren técnicas, métodos y metodologías disruptivas. En este sentido, se propone el diseño de secuencias didácticas para la formación de competencias que permitan la comprensión del desarrollo sostenible y la ciudadanía global. A través de las fases de identificación, diseño y propuesta instruccional, se plantea una investigación con enfoque cualitativo, alcance descriptivo y diseño de teoría fundamentada que define las matrices de seguimiento, ejecución y evaluación en una intervención pedagógica. Desde ahí, se concluye que, en el escenario de la Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo, se aportan iniciativas donde se promueve la libertad e igualdad para el desarrollo sostenible, en términos de estilos de vida, prácticas ciudadanas y generación de cultura en la formación profesional.
