It discusses the main specialized libraries and the advantages of using Python for data analysis. Also, the main phases of data analysis are explained in general and in an example with the programming language. It is concluded that Python presents multiple advantages in its use and that in spite of being an open source software, it allows professional and sophisticated work in data management and statistical calculations. However, neither in the academic world nor in everyday life, the manifest and deep attraction that the public feels for audiovisual media, as well as the interest that teachers may have when using them, are directly proportional to the existence of adequate audiovisual teaching material, nor to its quality. The main objective of this work is to know the possibilities of the audiovisual applied to the formation and teaching of values, being this the main transmitter of information, knowledge and ideology in the Information Society in whose bosom we relate and develop. Authors:Jhonny Campoverde López, Jacqueline López López Abstract: The main purpose of this study was to demonstrate the effectiveness of the application of graphic organizers to improve reading comprehension in students of English as a second language. The study covered a population of 25 university students of Language and Literature career who had deficiencies to understand details in narrative texts. Quantitative instruments were applied to sustenance the investigation. The instruments involved are pre-test and post-test, rubric, survey, and a checklist to estimate students’ advancement and progress. The application of the checklist helped students to use the required elements in their tasks. The results showed that students improved their reading comprehension because while pre-test revealed a mean of 5.2/10, the post-test showed 9.5/10 which means 54% of improvement. Students had the opportunity to express their satisfaction of using this innovation because they suggested to apply the same strategy in other subjects. Authors:José Fernando López Olea Abstract: The leadership of the directors remembers that the competencies, skills and abilities are not focused on the administrative task, but must be plural, promoting actions in the financial, academic, pedagogical, administrative and other areas that are necessary for the organization, such as it is public relations. In this sense, the objective is to analyze the leadership skills exercised by the directors of educational institutions and thereby identify the relevance of each one of them. The population were directors of five private higher education institutions in Mexico, for which a questionnaire was carried out through an instrument validated with the Cronbach's Alpha test whose value was 0.700, with a reliability of 95% and an accuracy of less than of 10%, the above through the statistical software tool Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) in its version 21. Therefore, the objective of this research is to investigate how low coexistence influences the academic performance of students. It was necessary to use an interview applied to students and parents. By means of the qualitative method, which allowed to know how values help to strengthen coexistence, from the school and family context. Leaving as a result particularly the participation and interaction between families and young people in order to influence with rules and values that are reflected in the educational context. At the end of the project, a booklet will be delivered to the educational context for the applicability with young people and to solve negative situations of bad coexistence that may arise in it.
