- Sociologia da transgressão: um breve ensaio sobre as relações entre
crime, desvio e novas moralidades

Abstract: Partindo do intuito de elaborar um breve ensaio teórico sobre a sociologia da transgressão, em especial do que é considerado crime, despende-se como método uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática de textos da área da sociologia e uma reflexão sobre a relação deste ato de transgressão com o surgimento de novas moralidades. As transgressões de regras formais e informais existem em todas as sociedades, em algumas delas tais atos são consideradas crimes ou desvios, porém muitos atos hoje considerados normais já foram considerados crimes ou desvios, e vice-versa. Logo, considera-se que as transgressões das regras são práticas normais e necessárias em todas as sociedades, pois ao mesmo tempo em que formam sentimentos coletivos para prevenir quaisquer dissidências morais, também são fundamentais para propor novas moralidades, ou seja, mudanças normais das morais e dos direitos. Sociology of transgression: a brief essay on the relation between crime, deviance and new moralities ABSTRACT Starting from the intention of elaborating a brief theoretical essay on the sociology of transgression, especially of what is considered a crime, is made a systematic bibliographic review of texts in the field of sociology and a reflection on the relationship of this act of transgression with the emergence of new ones moralities. Violations of formal and informal rules exist in all societies, in some of them such acts are considered crimes or deviations however many acts today considered normal have already been considered crimes or deviations and vice versa. Therefore, it is considered that the transgressions of the rules are normal and necessary practices in all societies, because at the same time that they form collective feelings to prevent any moral dissent, they are also fundamental to propose new moralities, that is, normal changes of morals and rights. - A capacidade de apropriação das obras de arte e a prática de frequentar
museus à luz do pensamento de Pierre Bourdieu

Abstract: Os museus estão paradoxalmente abertos e fechados ao público em geral. Isso porque esses espaços, na teoria, dirigem-se a toda população, porém, na prática, quando se analisa os seus respectivos perfis sociodemográficos, percebe-se a frequência de um público com elevado capital econômico e, principalmente, cultural, uma vez que são necessárias determinadas competências advindas do processo de socialização. À vista disso, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a capacidade de apropriação das obras de arte e a prática cultural de frequentar museus como constitutivas do “estilo de vida burguês” à luz do pensamento de Pierre Bourdieu. Para tanto, seguiremos os preceitos da pesquisa bibliográfica, que, segundo Gil (2008), dá-se através de material já elaborado, como livros, artigos e pesquisas científicas, a respeito da temática e das ideias do sociólogo. Assim, através das noções de campo, habitus, estilos de vida, capital cultural e disposição estética de Pierre Bourdieu, pretendemos evidenciar de que modo os espaços do gosto e das práticas culturais são organizados em função do volume e estrutura de capital que os indivíduos possuem, nos quais a disposição estética e as práticas culturais legítimas são constitutivas do estilo de vida da burguesia. The capacity of appropriation of works of art and the practice of frequenting museums in the light of Pierre Bourdieu's thought ABSTRACT Museums are paradoxically open and closed to the general public. This is because these spaces, in theory, are intended for the entire population, but in practice, when their respective socio-demographic profiles are analyzed, the attendance of a public with high economic and, especially, cultural capital is noticed, since certain skills are necessary, arising from the socialization process, for the fruition of works of art. In view of this, this paper aims to analyze the capacity of appropriation of works of art and the cultural practice of frequenting museums as constitutive of the "bourgeois lifestyle" in the light of Pierre Bourdieu's thought. For this, we will follow the precepts of bibliographical research, which, according to Gil (2008), occurs through already elaborated material, such as books, articles and scientific research, about the theme and the sociologist's ideas. Thus, through the notions of field, habitus, lifestyles, cultural capital and aesthetic disposition of Pierre Bourdieu, we intend to show how the spaces of taste and cultural practices are organized according to the volume and structure of capital that individuals possess, in which the aesthetic disposition and the legitimate cultural practices are constitutive of the lifestyle of the bourgeoisie. - Considerações para uma agenda de pesquisa: movimentos sociais e
poder legislativo

Abstract: O Poder Legislativo é, em termos legais e práticos, uma instituição apta a receber as mais variadas demandas sociais. Nesse contexto, movimentos sociais podem interferir (ou não) em graus diferentes, em diversos pontos do processo legislativo, desde a formulação da agenda, passando pelo debate, elaboração de projetos e votação, além da apresentação de denúncias, em processos de investigação e fiscalização. Essa relação, porém, é atravessada por variáveis políticas, partidárias, de interesse, para citar somente algumas, que interferem não apenas no processo, mas também nos resultados. Embora a atuação dos movimentos sociais e suas consequências para instituições e políticas públicas formem uma agenda de pesquisa já consolidada, menor atenção foi dedicada ao ativismo social no âmbito do Legislativo, tratando-se, portanto, de uma agenda de pesquisa repleta de desafios tanto do ponto de vista teórico quanto metodológico. A partir da literatura que aborda movimentos sociais e suas consequências, este artigo se propõe a refletir sobre esse campo de pesquisa na esfera legislativa para além da análise do processo de tramitação de um projeto de lei. Considerations for a research agenda: Social Movements and Legislative Power ABSTRACT The Legislative Power is, in legal and practical terms, an institution able to receive the most varied social demands. In this context, social movements can interfere (or not) to different degrees, at different points in the legislative process, from the formulation of the agenda, through the debate, the elaboration of projects and voting, besides to the presentation of complaints, in investigation and fiscalization processes. This relationship, however, is crossed by political, party and interest variables, to name just a few, which interfere not only in the process, but also in the results. Although the actions of social movements and their consequences for public institutions and policies form an already consolidated research agenda, less attention was paid to social activism within the Legislative, therefore, it is a research agenda full of challenges both in the theoretical and methodological point of view. Based on the literature that discuss social movements and their consequences, this article proposes to reflect on this field of research in the legislative, beyond the analysis of the process of processing a bill of law. Abstract: O presente artigo trata da fotografia autoral, a qual traz consigo uma série de intenções e que não é construída por um único indivíduo gênio-criador, mas por uma teia de relações que transforma o próprio objeto fotográfico (físico ou digital) em agente social. Para tanto, foi percorrido uma via histórica a respeito dos embates em que se colocavam a prova a capacidade discursiva intencional da fotografia. São discutidos conceitos de uma antropologia da fotografia para, por fim, utilizar-se de um estudo de caso de uma série fotográfica autoral denominada Picture an Arab Man da fotógrafa Tamara Abdul Hadi. Photography: political dimension and agency ABSTRACT This paper is about authorial photography, which has a series of intentions and which is not built by a single creative genius, but through relationships that transforms the photographic object (physical or digital) into a social agent. The text recalls the clashes in which the intentional discursive capacity of photography was doubted. We discussed the concepts of an anthropology of photography in order, finally, to analyze an authorial photographic series called Picture an Arab Man by photographer Tamara Abdul Hadi. - As vivências de juízas e promotoras negras: representatividade e
racismo

Abstract: Quais são as experiências cotidianas das mulheres negras que atuam em determinados espaços de poder' A presença de pessoas negras nesses espaços é suficiente para combater o racismo dentre e fora dessa instituição' Esses foram alguns, dos muitos, questionamentos que impulsionaram a produção deste trabalho, cujo objetivo central é relatar as experiências cotidianas de juízas e promotoras autodeclaradas negras a fim de analisar eventuais casos de discriminação racial. Busca-se ainda identificar se a mera ocupação desses espaços seria suficiente para combater o racismo dentro e fora da instituição. A fim de concretizar esses objetivos, foram realizadas (em 2020) entrevistas do tipo narrativa de vida (BERTAUX, 2010), por meio de videoconferência, pautadas em um questionário semi-estruturado com: 1 promotora de justiça do Estado do Maranhão, 1 promotora de justiça do Estado do Paraná, 01 juíza federal da Bahia e 01 juíza do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Com o intuito de resguardar a identidade das entrevistadas, nomes fictícios foram usados, ademais, outras informações que poderiam identificá-las de alguma forma também foram suprimidas do texto. É importante frisar que a presente pesquisa busca se colocar no “campo de resistência epistemológica” e priorizar o trabalho de pesquisadoras e pesquisadores negros (a) latino-americanos, com enfoque na produção de mulheres. The experiences of black judges and promoters: representativity and racism ABSTRACT What are the daily experiences of black women working in certain spaces of power' Is the presence of black people in these spaces enough to fight racism inside and outside the institution' These were some, of the many, questions that drove the production of this article, whose main objective is to report the daily experiences of self-declared black judges and prosecutors in order to analyze possible cases of racial discrimination. It also seeks to identify if the simple occupation of these spaces would be sufficient to combat racism inside and outside the institution. In order to achieve these objectives, we conducted (in 2020) interviews of the narrative life style (BERTAUX, 2010), by videoconference, based on a semi-structured questionnaire with 1 prosecutor from the State of Maranhão, 1 prosecutor from the State of Paraná, 1 federal judge from Bahia and 1 judge from the State of Rio Grande do Sul. In order to protect the identity of the interviewees, fictitious names were used, and other information that could identify them in any way was also suppressed from the text. It is important to emphasize that this research seeks to place itself in the "field of epistemological resistance" and to prioritize the work of Black Latin American researchers, focusing on the production of women. - O interacionismo simbólico e as disputas em torno dos enquadramentos
socioambientais relacionados à atividade mineradora e seus impactos

Abstract: Este artigo está contextualizado no período subsequente aos dois grandes desastres da mineração que se iniciaram na Região Sudeste do Brasil, em 2015 e 2019. Estes eventos tornaram mais evidentes os impactos históricos desta atividade sobre populações e ambientes, intensificando, também, os conflitos, enfrentamentos e disputas em torno dos enquadramentos dados aos desastres e à atividade mineradora, dentro de discussões em torno de aspectos socioeconômicos e ambientais. O texto aborda o referencial teórico do interacionismo simbólico, que considera os processos de significação como fatores dinâmicos dos quais participam os atores envolvidos, apresenta uma análise crítica do contexto mercadológico e institucional onde se inserem a mineração e os desastres e aborda as disputas argumentativas que se dão em torno do tema e as epistemologias socioambientais que convergem, de alguma maneira, com os enquadramentos dos movimentos sociais de afetados pela mineração. Symbolic interactionism and disputes around socio-environmental frameworks related to mining activity and its impacts ABSTRACT This article is contextualized at the following period of the two major mining disasters in the Southeast Region of Brazil, in 2015 and 2019. These events evidenced the historical impacts of this activity on populations and environments, also intensifying conflicts, confrontations, and disputes around the frameworks given to disasters and mining activity, within discussions around socio-economic and environmental aspects. The text addresses the theoretical framework of symbolic interactionism, which considers the processes of meaning as dynamic factors in which the actors involved participate, presents a critical analysis of the market and institutional context in which mining and disasters are inserted, and addresses the argumentative disputes that arise around the theme and the socio-environmental epistemologies that converge, in some way, with the frameworks of the social movements of those affected by mining. - A personificação das forças de segurança e suas representações
sociais no estado democrático de direito

Abstract: Há uma percepção generalizada na sociedade brasileira que indica ser a polícia militar particularmente violenta e profundamente desrespeitosa com os direitos humanos em praticamente todos os estados da federação. Nesse contexto, a população mais pobre e vulnerável parece receber mais pesadamente o ônus da violência. Tal imagem está presente na imprensa, com seus programas de rádio e televisão especializados na cobertura “policial”, bem como é expressa por lideranças sociais, políticas e “formadores de opinião” em geral. Ora incentivando o comportamento policial violento, ora criminalizando as forças policiais pela violação dos direitos, a mesma imagem presta-se como lugar comum às lutas encarniçadas entre posições antagônicas. A imagem não é nova; arrasta-se pelo menos desde o tempo do estado autoritário (militar) e há quem a relacione com a própria fundação da nação brasileira. Incomoda, todavia, a persistência deste quadro, mormente depois da redemocratização do país e da promulgação da “constituição cidadã de 1988” com sua promessa democrática, liberalizante e humanista. The personification of security forces and their social representations in the democratic state of law ABSTRACT There is a widespread perception in Brazilian society that the military police forces are particularly violent and deeply disrespectful to human rights in practically all states of the federation. In this context, the poorest and most vulnerable population seems to bear the brunt of the violence. This image is present in the press, with its radio and television programs specializing in “police” coverage, as well as expressed by social and political leaders and “opinion makers” in general. Sometimes encouraging violent police behavior, sometimes criminalizing police forces for violating rights, the same image lends itself as a commonplace to the fierce struggles between antagonistic positions. The image is not new; it has been going on at least since the time of the authoritarian (military dictatorship period) state and there are those who relate it to the very foundation of the Brazilian society. However, the persistence of this situation is disturbing, especially after the country's redemocratization and the promulgation of the “1988 citizen's constitution” with its democratic, liberalizing and humanist promise. - Os movimentos sociais e a tragédia no Rio Doce: estudo de caso do Fórum
Capixaba em defesa da Bacia do Rio Doce

Abstract: O presente estudo busca verificar a efetividade do Fórum Capixaba em Defesa do Rio Doce no que diz respeito às suas principais estratégias frente à luta na defesa dos Direitos Humanos, analisando os principais aspectos das organizações da sociedade civil emergentes do contexto de tragédia socioambiental na Bacia do Rio Doce (coletivos, movimentos sociais, entidades civis e associações). À luz da Teoria do Processo Político será observada a dinâmica dos movimentos sociais e organizações civis atuantes no Fórum, seus repertórios de ação coletiva, suas redes de relações, e seu enquadramento interpretativo. Neste propósito, foi feita a pesquisa empírica para compreensão da formação de redes de defesa dos direitos humanos mediante a articulação e a ação difusora do Fórum Capixaba em Defesa da Bacia do Rio Doce, das organizações civis emergentes neste contexto e das diversas ações realizadas pelo Fórum, as quais atuam contra as violações de direitos humanos em detrimento da tragédia no Rio Doce. Em termos metodológicos foi utilizado o método qualitativo e a pesquisa documental de fontes produzidas pelos atores sociais envolvidos. Social movements and the tragedy in Rio Doce: a case study of the Capixaba Forum in defense of the Rio Doce Basin ABSTRACT The following study aim to verify the efficiency of the Fórum Capixaba em Defesa do Rio Doce, concerning its main fight strategies to defend Human Rights and analyse the main aspects of the emerging civil society organizations on the socio-environmental disaster on Bacia do Rio Doce (collectives, social movements, civil entity and organizations). The Political Process Theory will be the light to observe the social movements and active civil organizations dynamics of Forum as its collective action repertoire, its relationship network and its interpretative framing. This way, an empirical research was made to comprehend the human right defence network development through the articulation and diffusion action of Fórum Capixaba em Defesa do Rio Doce. As well as to comprehend the emerging civil organizations in the context and the various actions from Forum that act against human rights violations on the Rio Doce disaster. A qualitative method was used to develop this study and the sources’ document search was established by associated social actors.
