      Abstract: The development of digitalization of information systems has changed the trade sector which gave rise to a new business field called e-commerce. Rapid developments have made competition in the e-commerce sector stronger, so it is necessary to identify variables that influence consumer behavior, especially related to purchasing decisions so that companies can win the competition. Literature data shows that brand equity is one of the variables that can influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine how much influence brand equity has on consumer purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. The research method used is quantitative. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The sample size is 68 respondents with accidental sampling. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to shopee user respondents. The results of the study show that there is an influence of brand equity on purchasing decisions Perkembangan digitalisasi sistem informasi memberi perubahan pada sektor perdagangan yang memunculkan bidang bisnis baru yang disebut e-commerce. Perkembangan yang kian pesat, membuat persaingan pada sektor e-commerce semakin kuat sehingga perlu diidentifikasikan variabel yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terutama terkait keputusan pembelian agar perusahaan dapat memenangkan persaingan. Data literatur menunjukkan bahwa brand equity merupakan salah satu variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada marketplace Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Ukuran sampel 68 responden dengan sampling aksidental. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner pada responden pengguna shopee. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian.

  • MANAJEMEN KREDIT PEMILIKAN RUMAH UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR KREDIT MACET PADA PT
           BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) TBK.

      Abstract: This study aims to determine the management of housings loans to minimize nonperforming loans at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (Case Study of the DKI Jakarta). The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview and observation. After the data is collected, then systematically arrange, it is type of debitor, type of credit, credit term, requairement of credit, credit management in this case control using the 5C principle (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), credit decisions and credit agreements. After the data is compiled systematically then concluded. The results of the study are that there are 2 (two) types of Bank BTN Debitors are regular BTN  and priority BTN. In 2019, control credit management BTN DKI Jakarta branch is non effective, this is seen from the result of NPL increased to 4,83% while in 2018 only 2,56%. The NPL increased was dominated because debitors experienced disasters such as floods. Nevertheless, the risk base BTN rating is still at a good, and including a healthy bank, in accordance with Bank Indonesia nomore than 5%.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kredit pemilikan rumah untuk meminimalisir kredit macet pada PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (Studi Kasus Cabang DKI Jakarta). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Setelah data dikumpulkan kemudian disusun secara sistematis yakni: jenis debitur, jeniskredit, jangka waktu kredit, persyaratan umum kredit, manajemen kredit dalam hal ini pengendalian kredit menggunakan prinsip 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), Keputusan Kredit dan Akad Kredit. Setelah data disusun secara sistematis lalu ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh yakni Tipe Debitur pada Bank BTN terdiri dari 2(dua) yakni BTN Reguler dan BTN prioritas. Manajemen kredit tahun 2019 pada Bank Tabungan Negara cabang DKI Jakarta dalam hal pengendalian kredit masih kurang efektif dilihat dari hasil pengukuran NPL tahun 2019 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 4,83% dibandinkan pada tahun 2018 sebesar 2,56%. Peningkatan NPL tersebut didominasi karena debitur mengalami bencana seperti banjir. Meskipun demikian, tingkat kesehatan Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang DKI Jakarta masih pada ambang batas termasuk bank yang sehat, sesuai ketetapan  Bank Indonesia tidak lebih dari 5%.

  • STUDI PEMETAAN SISTEMATIS PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI

      Abstract: Organizational change needs to be done in line with technological developments and changes in the environment. The aim is to modify procedures, systems, structures, responsibilities, and skills. The need for technology and the importance of employee training are currently important topics in managing organizational change. . This article aims to classify, identify scientific publications, and carry out a thematic analysis of the latest literature to create an extensive and detailed understanding of organizational change. The research method used is a systematic mapping study (SMS) to examine scientific publications produced over time, types of research, and methods. The SMS procedure follows established empirical guidelines and mapping data relies on the Scopus electronic database. Based on the results of the SMS it is known that 313 research meet the inclusion criteria. We classified 313 articles based on paper type, method, focus, locus, and year of publication. Then, the categorization and quantification of current studies are generated on various dimensions, topic summaries, and current research trends.
      Organizational change perlu dilakukan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan pada lingkungan. Tujuannya adalah untuk memodifikasi prosedur, sistem, struktur, tanggung jawab, dan keterampilan. Kebutuhan teknologi dan pentingnya pelatihan karyawan saat ini menjadi topik penting dalam pengelolaan perubahan organisasi.  Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan, mengidentifikasi publikasi-publikasi ilmiah, dan melakukan analisis tematik terhadap literatur terkini guna menciptakan pemahaman yang ekstensif dan terperinci pada organizational change. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu systematic mapping study (SMS) untuk menelaah publikasi ilmiah yang dihasilkan dari waktu ke waktu, fokus, lokus, jenis penelitian yang paling banyak diselidiki, juga metode penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan. Prosedur SMS mengikuti panduan empiris yang telah mapan dan data pemetaan mengandalkan database elektronik scopus. Berdasarkan hasil SMS terhadap penelitian di bidang perubahan organisasi diketahui bahwa terdapat 313 penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Kami mengklasifikasikan 313 artikel pada area topik dengan kategori jenis paper, metode, fokus, lokus, dan tahun pbulikasi penelitan. Kemudian, kategorisasi dan kuantifikasi studi saat ini dihasilkan pada berbagai dimensi, ringkasan topik, dan tren penelitian saat ini.

      Abstract: Organizational knowledge as social capital emphasizes that knowledge is utilized through various approaches within the company. Intellectual capital is a collection of knowledge that a company uses to gain a competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis on the influence of the human capital and organizational variables on radical and local innovation capabilities. Data collection in this longitudinal study was carried out at two different times with a questionnaire return rate of 43% in the first stage and 51% in the second stage. The research sample is a group of top managers and groups of middle and lower managers of public companies in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method with Lisrel 8.8 software. The brief results of this study provide a fundamental foundation as well as explain the relationship between various aspects of intellectual capital both humans and organizations and their relationship with various types of ability to innovate. Pengetahuan organisasi sebagai modal sosial menekankan bahwa pengetahuan dimanfaatkan lewat beragam pendekatan dalam perusahaan. Modal intelektual juga sebagai kumpulan pengetahuan yang dimanfaatkan perusahaan guna memperoleh keunggulan bersaing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hipotesis atas pengaruh pada variabel modal manusia dan organisasi tehadap kapabilitas inovasi radikal dan lokal. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian longitudinal ini dilakukan pada dua waktu yang berbeda dengan tingkat pengembalian kuisioner 43% pada tahap pertama dan 51 % pada tahap kedua. Sampel penelitian adalah kelompok manajer puncak dan kelompok manajer menengah dan manajer bawah perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel 8.8. Hasil singkat dari penelitian ini memberikan pondasi mendasar sekaligus menjelaskan hubungan berbagai aspek modal intelektual baik manusia dan organisasi serta hubungannya dengan berbagai jenis kemampuan untuk melakukan inovasi.

           TERHADAP KINERJA PENGURUS KOPERASI DI KOTA SUKABUMI, JAWA BARAT

      Abstract: A cooperative is an economy-based organization that is owned and operated by a group of people for the common interest. However, over time, the conditions for the development of the cooperative declined. One of them is the condition of growth and development of cooperatives in the city of Sukabumi. This is what makes the author's basis for conducting research. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze affective commitment, continuous commitment, normative commitment and the performance of cooperative management in Sukabumi City. The method used is a quantitative research method with explanatory research type. Data were analyzed using SMART PLS 3. The sample size was 42 respondents using the Random Sampling Technique. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentaries. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment has a significant effect on performance, continuous commitment has a significant effect on performance, and normative commitment has a significant effect on performance. Furthermore, these three variables have a significant and simultaneous effect on the performance of cooperative management in Sukabumi City. The affective commitment variable is in the high category and has the highest average value achievement of 3.68. Koperasi merupakan sebuah organisasi berbasis ekonomi yang dimiliki dan dioperasikan oleh sekelompok orang demi kepentingan bersama. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, kondisi perkembangan koperasi semakin menurun. Salah satunya kondisi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan koperasi yang ada di kota Sukabumi. Hal ini yang menjadikan dasar penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis komitmen afektif, komitmen berkelanjutan, komitmen normatif dan kinerja pengurus koperasi di Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitaf dengan tipe explanatory research. Data dianalisis menggunakan SMART PLS 3. Ukuran sampel adalah 42 responden dengan Random Sampling Technique. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumenter. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen afektif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja, komitmen berkelanjutan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan komitmen normatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Selanjutnya, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara signfikan dan simultan terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi di Kota Sukabumi. Adapun variabel komitmen afektif berada pada kategori tinggi serta memiliki pencapaian nilai rata-rata tertinggi yaitu sebesar 3,68.

  • ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EFEKTIVITAS KEMITRAAN DALAM
           PENGEMBANGAN KAWASAN AGROWISATA CIHIDEUNG BANDUNG BARAT – JAWA BARAT

      Abstract: The tourism business is one of the mainstays of West Bandung Regency. One of them is the Cihideung agro-tourism area. This potential agro-tourism area requires cooperation from various related parties in order to develop better. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the partnership effectiveness in developing the Cihideung agro-tourism area. This research method uses a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. The target population in this study are the parties who partner in the development of the Cihideung agro-tourism area, West Bandung Regency. The sample size in this study was 45 people obtained by the simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques by means of field studies, interviews and literature studies. The data were processed using Exploratory Analysis Factor (EFA). The results showed that the factors that affect the partnership effectiveness in developing the agro-tourism area of Cihideung, West Bandung Regency are Vision and Communication, Commitment and Partners, Vision of Partnership, Data Integration, Incentives and Information, Results and Progress, Joint Ownership and Outcome Accountability. A total of 2 factor points from which must be reduced from 26 factor points so as to produce 24 factor points that are truly dominant and form the effectiveness of the partnership. Overall, the partnership effectiveness was in the high category with an average score of 3.95. Vision and Communication factor is the most dominant factor, which is equal to 40.142%. Bisnis pariwisata merupakan salah satu andalan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Salah satunya adalah kawasan agrowisata Cihideung. Kawasan agrowisata potensial ini memerlukan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak terkait agar berkembang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah para pihak yang bermitra dalam pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 orang yang didapatkan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi lapangan, wawancara dan studi literatur. Data diolah menggunakan Exploratory Analysis Factor (EFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat adalah Visi dan Komunikasi, Komitmen dan Mitra, Visi Kemitraan, Integrasi Data, Insentif dan Informasi, Hasil dan Kemajuan, Kepemilikan Bersama dan Akuntabilitas Hasil. Sebanyak 2 butir faktor dari yang harus direduksi dari 26 butir faktor sehingga menghasilkan 24 butir faktor yang benar-benar dominan dan mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan. Secara keseluruhan, efektivitas kemitraan berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,95. Faktor Visi dan Komunikasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yaitu sebesar 40,142%.

      Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has suppressed almost all business and economic sectors. However, the Sicepat Courier service business actually shows a competitive advantage over other business organizations. This study aims to analyze how strategic agility is able to form a sustainable competitive advantage through the competitive action of Sicepat's courier services. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research respondents were 63 middle managers of Sicepat Express. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. This study proves that competitive actions by companies increase strategic agility in forming a sustainable competitive advantage. This study contributes to strengthening the view that strategic steps cannot be separated from competitive action to form competitive advantage. The results of this study recommend the Sicepat courier service company to constantly increase its competitive action. In the future, research is needed that involves a more detailed competitive action construct with a wider coverage of respondents so that the results of this study become a more established concept. Pandemik Covid-19 menekan hampir seluruh sektor bisnis dan ekonomi. Namun bisnis jasa kurir Sicepat justru menunjukkan keunggulan bersaing dibanding organisasi bisnis yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana agilitas strategis mampu membentuk sustainabilitas competitive advantage melalui aksi kompetitif jasa kurir Sicepat. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Responden penelitian adalah middle managers Sicepat Express sebanyak 63 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa aksi – aksi kompetitif yang dilakukan perusahaan meningkatkan agilitas strategis dalam membentuk sustainabilitas keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk memperkuat pandangan bahwa langkah strategis tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan aksi kompetitif untuk membentuk keunggulan bersaing. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada perusahaan jasa kurir Sicepat untuk senantiasa meningkatkan aksi kompetitifnya. Kedepan diperlukan penelitian yang melibatkan konstruk aksi kompetitif yang lebih detail dengan cakupan responden yang lebih luas sehingga hasil penelitian ini menjadi sebuah konsep yang lebih mapan.

  • STATE-OF-THE-ART DIGITAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP DALAM BISNIS KELUARGA: ANALISIS
           CO-AUTHORSHIP DAN CO-OCCURRENCE

      Abstract: There are still few in family business studies that discuss the topic of digipreneurship, even though digipreneurship is important for continuity and growth of companies in today's business world. Therefore, the aim of this study is to uncover the state-of-the-art and create research gaps in the literature related to digipreneurship in family business. For this purpose, a bibliometric study using co-authorship and key word co-occurrence analysis conducted in the Scopus database. The results of the co-authorship analysis show that the cohesiveness of collaboration in exploring digipreneurship in family business has been achieved at the state level in the 2017-2020 period, but at the author and organizational level has not been achieved. This indicates that the study of digipreneurship in family business is in early stages of growth. The results of the co-occurrence keyword analysis show that there are three specific domains in the field, namely digital transformation of entrepreneurial-oriented family firms; entrepreneurial knowledge management and digital capabilities in the family business; and transgenerational entrepreneurship in the digital era; Another domain that is important to be developed but has not been identified and has become a research gap is the value chain and internal processes in digipreneurship in family business. Penelitian bisnis keluarga sampai saat ini belum banyak yang membahas topik digipreneurship, padahal digipreneurship penting untuk keberlangsungan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan di dunia bisnis saat ini. Karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap state-of-the-art dan memunculkan kesenjangan penelitian dalam literatur terkait dengan digipreneurship dalam bisnis keluarga. Untuk tujuan tersebut, Penulis melakukan penelitian bibliometrik dengan metode analisis co-authorship dan analisis co-occurrence kata kunci pada basis data Scopus. Hasil analisis co-authorship menunjukkan bahwa kohesivitas kolaborasi dalam mengekplorasi digipreneurship dalam bisnis keluarga sudah tercapai di tingkat negara dalam rentang tahun 2017-2020, namun kohesivitas co-authorship di tingkat penulis dan organisasi belum tercapai. Kondisi demikian mengindikasikan bahwa kajian digipreneurship dalam bisnis keluarga masih berada dalam fase awal tumbuh. Hasil analisis co-occurrence kata kunci menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga domain yang khas dalam publikasi ilmiah digipreneurship dalam bisnis keluarga yaitu transformasi digital perusahaan keluarga berorientasi entrepreneurial, manajemen pengetahuan entrepreneurial dan kapabilitas digital dalam bisnis keluarga, dan entrepreneurship transgenerasi pada era digital; Domain lain yang penting untuk dikembangkan namun belum teridentifikasi dan menjadi kesenjangan dalam penelitian ini adalah domain rantai nilai dan proses internal pada digipreneurship dalam bisnis keluarga.
