      Abstract: Abstraksi
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja portofolio dengan menggunakan model Treynor pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di IDX30 pada periode awal pandemi covid 19 ( Februari-Juli 2020). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dimana dalam penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis, mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan kinerja portofolio saham dengan menggunakan metode Treynor pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di IDX30-BEI. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 5 emiten yaitu PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dan PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan beta portofolio atau resiko investasi tertinggi terdapat pada komposisi portofolio 22. Resiko terendah pada komposisi portofolio 12 . Tingkat pengembalian yang tertinggi pada komposisi portofolio 28. Tingkat pengembalian terendah pada portofolio 16. Kinerja portofolio yang optimal dengan menggunakan metode Treynor terdapat pada portofolio ke 18.
      Abstract
      This study aims to determine portfolio performance using the Treynor model for companies listed on IDX30 in the early period of the COVID-19 pandemic (February-July 2020). This research method is a quantitative descriptive method which in this study tries to analyze, describe and explain the performance of a stock portfolio using the Treynor method in companies listed on IDX30-BEI. The sampling method was purposive sampling method in order to obtain 5 issuers, namely PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. The results showed that the beta portfolio or the highest investment risk was found in the portfolio composition 22. The lowest risk was in the portfolio composition 12. The highest rate of return in portfolio composition is 28. The lowest rate of return is portfolio 16. Optimal portfolio performance using the Treynor method is found in the 18th portfolio..

      Sektor kesehatan merupakan sektor yang penting. Ini juga merupakan komponen sosial yang menantang bagi ekonomi modern. Biaya dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan menjadi perhatian karena biaya yang tinggi dan selalu meningkat namun tidak seluruhnya diikuti oleh peningkatan kualitas nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sumber daya manusia medis, kapabilitas pengelolaan pengetahuan, terhadap kinerja klinis rumah sakit dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan pada teori berbasis sumber daya (resources-based theory). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan target populasi RSUI Mutiara Bunda. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pemodelan jalur Structural Equation Modeling – PLS (partial least squares). Kami menemukan bahwa sumber daya manusia medis memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kapabilitas pengelolaan pengetahuan dan kapabilitas pengelolaan pengetahuan memiliki peran signifikan pada peningkatan kinerja klinis. Sumber daya manusia medis saja tidak cukup signifikan untuk mempengaruhi kinerja klinis. Sayangnya, sumber daya manusia medis, teknologi medis terbaru tidak memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja klinis. Kinerja klinis memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.
      Abstract
      The health sector is an important sector. It is also a challenging social component to the modern economy. The cost and quality of health care is a concern because of the high and ever-increasing cost but not entirely followed by real quality improvements. This research aims to find out the influence of medical human resources, knowledge management capabilities, on the clinical performance of hospitals and the quality of health services based on resource-based theory. The research method used is a survey with a target population of RSUI Mutiara Bunda. The data is analyzed using structural equation modeling – PLS (partial least squares). We found that medical human resources have a significant impact on improving knowledge management capabilities and knowledge management capabilities have a significant role to play in improving clinical performance. Medical human resources alone are not significant enough to affect clinical performance. Unfortunately, medical human resources, the latest medical technologies do not have a significant role in improving clinical performance. Clinical performance has an important role in improving the quality of health services."

      Era Reformasi di Indonesia yang ditandai dengan pergantian pemerintah dari orde baru kepada orde reformasi telah menimbulkan berbagai perubahan paradigma, salah satunya adalah pelaksanaan otonomi daerah. Paradigma tersebut ternyata amat berpengaruh terhadap sukses tidaknya sistem organisasi sebuah perusahaan. Hampir sebagian besar aspek perencanaan keberhasilan perusahaan berfokus pada sistem komitmen organisasi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja dan keadilan secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap komitmen karyawan di Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi, 2) Untuk mengetahui variabel apa (kepuasan atau keadilan) yang paling berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan di Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi. Peneliti menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan sumber data Primer dan Sekunder. Subjek dan Objek penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Karyawan Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini ialah 50 Karyawan dengan metode pengumpulan data Wawancara dan angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan kerja karyawan Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi termasuk dalam kategori puas, maksud puas disini adalah karyawan merasakan kepuasan terhadap hasil pekerjaan, tetapi pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan keadilan terhadap komitmen karyawan secara bersama-sama diklasifikasikan lemah tetapi signifikan. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi parsial dan uji t didapatkan bahwa nilai t hitung < nilai t tabel (0,421 < 2,011) sehingga variabel kepuasan kerja tidak ada pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi parsial dan uji t didapatkan bahwa nilai t hitung > nilai t tabel (2,294 > 2,011) sehingga keadilan ada pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan.Abstract
      The Era of Reform in Indonesia marked by the change of government from the new order to the reform order has led to various paradigm shifts, one of which is the implementation of regional autonomy. This paradigm turns out to be very influential on the success of the organizational system of a company. Most aspects of a company's success planning focus on the company's organizational commitment system. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the significant influence of job satisfaction and fairness together and partially on the commitment of wan-works at Muhadi Setiabudi University, 2) To find out what variables (kepua-san or fairness) most affect the commitment of employees at Muhadi Setiabudi University. Researchers use Quantitative methods with Primary and Secondary data sources. The subject and object of this study was conducted at Muhadi Setiabudi University Employees. The population and sample of this study are 50 Employees with interview and questionnaire data collection methods. The result of this study is that the job satisfaction of employees of Muhadi Setiabudi University falls into the category of satisfaction, the intention of satisfaction here is that employees feel satisfaction with job results, but the effect of job satisfaction and fairness on employee commitment together is classified as weak but significant. Based on partial correlation analysis and t test, it is found that the value of t calculates < the value of t table (0.421 < 2.011) so that the job satisfaction variable has no strong and significant effect on employee commitment. Based on partial correlation analysis and t test it is obtained that the value of t calculates > the value of t table (2,294 > 2,011) so that justice has a strong and significant influence on employee commitment."

      Abstract: "Abstraksi
      Manajemen strategis merupakan proses perusahaan dalam merumuskan, mengimplementasikan, serta mengevaluasi keputusan-keputusan lintas fungsional untuk mencapai tujuannya. Evaluasi terhadap model bisnis yang sedang dijalan- kan perusahaan dapat dilakukan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC), seperti yang dilakukan di usaha budidaya jamur BUMDes Pesat Ambulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan usaha apa yang digunakan usaha budidaya jamur BUMDes Pesat Ambulu dan untuk menyusun model bisnis yang baru sebagai bentuk pengembangan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan Business Model Canvas yang dilengkapi Analisis SWOT. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi pesaing, kon- sumen, dan intenal BUMDes. Didapat 43 sampel melalui slovin dan proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha budidaya jamur BUMDes Pesat Ambulu dapat melakukan strategi agresif. Selain itu juga menghasilkan desain Business Model Canvas baru hasil perbaikan sebagai strategi alternatif terpilih pada Customer Segments, Channels, Revenue Streams, dan Cus- tomer Relationships yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan usaha di masa depan.
      Abstract
      Strategic management is a company's process in formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions to achieve its goals. Evaluation of the busi- ness model being run by the company can be done using the Business Model Can- vas (BMC), as was done in the BUMDes Pesat Ambulu mushroom cultivation business. This study aims to find out what business development strategy is used by the BUMDes Pesat Ambulu mushroom cultivation business and to develop a new business model as a form of business development. The method used is descrip- tive analysis with Business Model Canvas which is equipped with SWOT analysis. The results showed that the BUMDes Pesat Ambulu mushroom cultivation busi- ness could carry out an aggressive strategy. In addition, it also produces a new Business Model Canvas design as an improvement as the chosen alternative strategy for Customer Segments, Channels, Revenue Streams, and Customer Relation- ships that can be used for future business development.

      Salah satu ukuran keberhasilan pembangunan desa diukur dengan pencapaian Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM), status keberhasilan dalam IDM tersebut dilihat dari 5 kategori yakni (1). Status desa sangat tertinggal, (2), Desa tertinggal (3), Desa berkembang (4), Desa maju dan (5), Desa mandiri. Desa-desa di daerah perbatasan sungguh memprihatinkan. Berdasarkan ukuran Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM) 2020 jumlah desa-desa di perbatasan yang memiliki status tertinggal dan sangat tertinggal sangat dominan. desa Wirajaya merupakan satu-satunya desa di Kecamatan Jasinga yang masuk pada kategori desa tertinggal dengan IDM tahun 2020 sebesar 0,5819. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan pengambilan data pada seluruh aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Setiap indikator memiliki skor. Penetapan skor menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Perhitungan indeks pada setiap dimensi dilakukan dengan metode skoring yang kemudian ditransformasikan menjadi sebuah indeks. Indikator kesehatan memiliki kontribusi terendah sebesar 0,57. Indikator ekonomi kontribusi terendah adalah indikator akses distribusi logistik sebesar 0,00. Indikator ketahanan lingkungan kontribusi terendah adalah indikator potensi rawan bencana sebesar 0,00..
      Abstract
      One measure of the success of village development is measured by the achievement of the Village Building Index (IDM), the status of success in the IDM is seen from 5 categories, namely (1). The status of the village is very underdeveloped, (2), underdeveloped village (3), developing village (4), developed village and (5) independent village. The villages in the border areas are really worrying. Based on the size of the Developing Village Index (IDM) 2020, the number of villages on the border that have the status of being left behind and very underdeveloped is very dominant. Wirajaya village is the only village in Jasinga District that is included in the category of underdeveloped village with an IDM in 2020 of 0.5819. Sampling was carried out by collecting data on all economic, social and environmental aspects. Each indicator has a score. The scoring uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The index calculation for each dimension is carried out using a scoring method which is then transformed into an index. Health indicators have the lowest contribution of 0.57. Economic indikator the lowest contribution is the logistics distribution access indicator of 0.00. The environmental resilience index consists of 3 indicators, namely, environmental quality indicators, disaster-prone potential and disaster response. Of the three indicators, the lowest contribution is the indicator of disaster-prone potential of 0.00..

      Abstract
      Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terjadinya pembatasan beraktivitas dan berinteraksi masyarakat, khususnya dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup rumah tangga, tidak lagi mudah mendapatkan kebutuhan dengan berbelanja di pusat perbelanjaan, sehingga berpengaruh pula pada perilaku orang dalam berbelanja kebutuhan hidup. Sebanyak 419 responden dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalu google form, menggunakan uji instrumen, analisis linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) sebagai teknik analisis. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kehalalan memperkuat external subject norm dan memperlemah internal subject norm dalam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja online produk UMKM."

      Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi membuat sebagian masyarakat beralih dari jual beli tradisional menjadi perdagangan online, termasuk dalam perdagangan saham. Terdapat beberapa ketidakpastian dalam perdagangan saham secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari berbagai ketidakpastian terhadap niat adopsi perdagangan saham secara online di Indonesia. Penelitian juga menjelaskan pengaruh kepercayaan dan manfaat yang diterima sebagai moderasi antara berbagai dimensi ketidakpastian dengan niat adopsi perdagangan saham online. Sampel penelitian didapatkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 170 responden. Responden adalah pelaku perdagangan saham. Studi menemukan efek negatif yang signifikan dari ketidakpastian teknologi yang dirasakan, ketidakpastian peraturan yang dirasakan, dan layanan tidak berwujud yang dirasakan terhadap niat adopsi perdagangan saham online. Asimetris informasi yang dirasakan tidak memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap niat adopsi perdagangan saham online. Variabel kepercayaan dan manfaat yang dirasakan, masing-masing secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara niat adopsi perdagangan saham online dengan ketidakpastian teknologi yang dirasakan, ketidakpastian peraturan yang dirasakan, dan layanan tidak berwujud.
      Abstract
      The rapid development of technology has made some people switch from traditional trading to online trading, including in stock trading. There are some uncertainties in online stock trading. This study aims to determine the effect of various uncer- tainties on the intentions to adopt online stock trading in Indonesia. The study also explains the effect of trust and perceived benefits as a moderator between various dimensions of uncertainty with the intentions to adopt online stock trading. The research sample was obtained through a questionnaire to 170 respondents. Re- spondents are stock traders. The study found a significant negative effect of per- ceived technology uncertainty, perceived regulatory uncertainty, and perceived service intangibility on intentions to adopt online stock trading. Perceived infor- mation asymmetry does not have a significant effect on intentions to adopt online stock trading. Trust and perceived benefits, significantly moderated the relation- ship between intentions to adopt online stock trading with perceived technology

      Karyawan merupakan salah satu aset terpenting bagi sebuah perusahaan. Oleh
      karena itu, kinerja karyawan sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha.
      Agar karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja terbaiknya, banyak faktor yang
      berperan. Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya
      kepemimpinan otoriter dan kompensasi parsial terhadap stres kerja dan
      dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Armaz Insan Mandiri. Populasi
      dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja yaitu sebanyak 104
      orang, dan seluruh populasi ditentukan sebagai sampel dengan teknik total
      sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan
      penelitian survei menggunakan data primer dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis
      data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis multivariat dengan uji hipotesis
      statistik. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter dan
      Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja secara
      simultan. Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter dan Kompensasi secara parsial
      berdampak besar terhadap Stres Kerja dan berdampak pada kinerja karyawan.
      Abstract
      Employees are one of the most critical assets for a company. Therefore, employee
      performance is very influential on business success. For employees to give their
      best performance, many factors come into play. This research is specifically in￾tended to examine the effect of authoritarian leadership style and partial compen￾sation on job stress and its impact on employee performance at PT Armaz Insan
      Mandiri. The population in this study were all employees who worked, i.e., 104
      people, and the entire population was determined as a sample with a total sam￾pling technique. The data collection method was carried out by library research
      and survey research using primary data with a questionnaire. The data analysis
      technique in this study used multivariate analysis with statistical hypothesis
      testing. The results of the study state that Authoritarian Leadership Style and
      Compensation partially have a significant effect on work stress simultaneously.
      Authoritarian Leadership Style and Compensation partially have a substantial
      impact on Job Stress and impact employee performance.

      Abstract: AbstraksiSaat ini investasi menjadi komponen penting dalam menunjang perekonomiansuatu negara. Foreign Direct Investment menjadi sumber pertumbuhan ekonomiyang penting di kawasan ASEAN-5. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Foreign Direct Investmentdi ASEAN-5 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand dan Filipina). Penelitianini menggunakan data sekunder berupa Foreign Direct Investment sebagaivariabel terikat, sedangkan Inflasi, Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukar sebagai varibelbebas. Sampel yang digunakan dari tahun 2000-2019, sebanyak 100 data. Dalammelakukan analisis kuantitatif ini digunakan alat bantu ekonometrika denganmenggunakan analisis data panel yang terdiri dari data runtut waktu dan silangwaktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi secara parsial berpengaruhnegatif signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investment di ASEAN-5, Suku Bungasecara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investmentdi ASEAN-5, Nilai Tukar secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapForeign Direct Investment di ASEAN-5. Currently, Foreign Direct Investment is an important source ofeconomic growth in the ASEAN-5 region. The purpose of this study was to de￾termine the factors that influence Foreign Direct Investment in ASEAN-5 (Indo￾nesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines). This study uses sec￾ondary data in the form of Foreign Direct Investment as the dependent variable,while Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates as independent variables. Thesample used from 2000-2019, as many as 100 data. In conducting this quantita￾tive analysis, econometric tools were used using panel data analysis consisting oftime series and cross-sectional data. The results show that inflation partially has asignificant negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment in ASEAN-5, InterestRates partially have a significant negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment inASEAN-5, Exchange Rates partially have a significant positive effect on ForeignDirect Investment in ASEAN-5. Taken together, Inflation, Interest Rates andExchange Rates have a significant influence on Foreign Direct Investment in

      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kepuasan
      mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus
      Merdeka) pada tahun 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain konlkusif
      deskriptif dimana digunakan Importance Performane Analysis untuk
      mendapatkan deskripsi indicator-indokator dalam persepsi mahasiswa peserta
      MBKM. Indikator-indikator tersebut disusun melalui FGD dengan mahasiswa
      peserta MBKM yang selanjutnya disusun ke dalam instrument kuisioner, yang
      terbagi ke dalam lima dimensi yaitu Sosialisasi, pendaftaran, sleksi, pelaksanaan
      serta pelaporan. Keseluruhan dimensi tersebut terdiri dari 23 item pernyataan
      kinerja atribut dan 23 item pernyataan tingkat kepentingan. Responden dalam
      penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa peserta MBKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan
      Bisnis Universitas Ibn Khaldun yang berjumlah 18 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian
      menunjukan bhawa seluruh indikator memiliki nilai rata-rata kinerja dibawah
      rata-rata nilai tingkat kepentingan. Indikator-indikator yang nilai rata-ratanya di
      bawah nilai rata-rata kinerja total yaitu media sosialisasi, informasi tempat
      mbkm, sharing session, materi sosialisasi, waktu sosialisasi, Rentang waktu
      pendaftaran, kehandalan website, Transfaransi Hasil Seleksi, tahap perencanaan,
      Rentang waktu pelaksanaan MBKM, penugasan, kompensasi, dan waktu
      pelaporan..Abstract
      This study aims to obtain an overview of student satisfaction in participating in
      the MBKM program (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) in 2021. The research
      method uses a descriptive conclusive design where Importance Performance
      Analysis is used to obtain a description of the indicators in the perceptions of
      MBKM participating students. These indicators were compiled through FGDs
      with MBKM participating students which were then compiled into a
      questionnaire instrument, which was divided into five dimensions, namely
      socialization, registration, selection, implementation and reporting. The overall
      dimensions consist of 23 items of attribute performance statements and 23 items
      of importance level statements. Respondents in this study were all students
      participating in the MBKM Faculty of Economics and Business, Ibn Khaldun
      University, totaling 18 students. The results of the study show that all indicators
      have an average performance value below the average level of importance. The indicators whose average value is below the average value of total performance are socialization media, information on the place of mbkm, sharing sessions,socialization materials, socialization time, registration time span, websiter eliability, transparency of selection results, planning stage, implementation time span MBKM, assignment, compensation, and reporting time
