  Abstract: This journal discusses the implementation of the inaportnet service that is applied to the port authority and port office of Class 1 Tanjung Balai Karimun. This journal explains about inaportnet users who still have problems between shipping agents and the organizers, this study uses qualitative research using data collection and interviews, data collection using data reduction, and primary data sources and secondary data sources. From the results of this study, the presence of inaportnet can be an easy-to-use solution between shipping agents and the organizers. In order to improve services at the harbor office and port authority class 1 Tanjung Balai Karimun. Keywords: implementation, inaportnet and service

  Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of the village government in empowering women in the field of family welfare empowerment (PKK) in Air Balui Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is primary data. The subjects of the study were the village head, women in the field of family welfare empowerment chairman, women in the field of family welfare empowerment members and the community. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that the village head has done his role by empowering women through women in the field of family welfare empowerment happiness. The program has been carried out well, and the head of Balui Water Village supports the planned program. For the women in the field of family welfare empowerment chairman and village head, they can succeed in programs, especially increasing handicraft output. The village head has carried out planning and implemented improvement programs in improving creative ideas through the form of training, the training carried out is expected to improve the economy of the residents of Air Balui village. The assessment of the village head can be analyzed that the village head has been good in implementing women's empowerment programs through women in the field of family welfare empowerment activities, in this training program that has been implemented as a form of the village head's seriousness in empowering women so as to improve the community economy in Air Balui Village

  Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on many sectors of life. In Indonesia, almost all sectors of life. Starting from the economy, health, tourism, Small Medium Micro Business and others. In the tourism and Small Medium Micro Business sectors themselves, almost all activities in these sectors were completely paralyzed during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to see how the government's efforts in maintaining the life of Small Medium Micro Business and tourism in Indonesia. So that the Small Medium Micro Business and Tourism sectors can stay alive and survive in the difficult times of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Literature Study whose data sources are obtained from journals, articles, books, social media, and various literature reviews that have been reviewed and analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the government is highly committed to maintaining the Small Medium Micro Business and Tourism sector in Indonesia with various rules, assistance and facilities.

  Abstract: The East Bintan area is a conservation area determined by a Ministerial Decree on the grounds that the ecosystem and habitat of the original biota owned by the East Bintan area must be protected. The role of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in the preservation of the East Bintan area by making policies in the utilization of natural resource management. for supervision. So that the marine ecosystem is not damaged and can be used for welfare, especially for the surrounding community. The preparation of this scientific article aims to provide information about the efforts of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in the Conservation of the East Bintan Region. The preparation of this article was carried out in June 2022 using a qualitative method with descriptive analysis based on the results of a literature study using secondary data as information. Water Conservation Area in the Eastern Region of Bintan Island, Riau Islands Province with an area of 138,561.42 Ha.

  Abstract: This study aims to observe the implementation of the Smart Madani Card, a card that has many functions and as a medium for accessing public services to improve the quality of public services in the city of Pekanbaru. Improving the quality of public service delivery through the implementation of an electronic system that is developed into a service instrument by utilizing information technology through the media card, namely the Madani Smart Card. The application of the Madani Smart Card is one of the efforts of the Pekanbaru city government to accelerate the realization of a Madani Smart City. Smart City is a Smart City that integrates technology and communication in governance to increase efficiency, share information with the public so as to improve the quality of public services. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the methods and techniques used by the author in the study, the researcher assessed and concluded that the implementation of the Smart Madani Card was not well implemented.
