  Abstract: The primary emphasis of this research is Bangladesh's economic growth, with the goal of determining the impact of foreign direct investment on this growth. In order to better explain this, this article conducts a statistical investigation of the link between foreign direct investment and a variety of macroeconomic variables such as GDP, exports, imports, exchange rates, and inflation. Researchers examined time series data spanning 33 years, from 1987 to 2019. Johansen's co-integration, vector autoregressive, and vector error correction model techniques were utilized in conjunction with other techniques to determine the origins of the elements that have an impact on other variables, as well as the long- and short-term interactions between variables. There is a clear link between factors that have long-term implications and variables that have negligible short-term consequences. Furthermore, the study's findings reveal a two-way relationship between GDP and foreign direct investment. The findings show that the Bangladeshi government is capable of establishing policies that promote foreign investment, knowledge transfer, and international trade. In turn, the quantity of foreign direct investment received by the country will affect its economic prospects.

  Abstract: In this article, we propose a model that is as realistic as possible, easy to handle with rapid quotation by reporting : * real effects such as: the market turbulence and the smile effects ; * side effects such as: the leverage effect on volatility (asymmetric correlation between volatility and the underlying) and the correlation effect (asymmetric correlation between the correlation of the underlying and the underlying). The principle is to introduce a jump process into the dynamics of underlying of WASC model.

  Abstract: The aim of financial ratio analysis is to evaluate the efficiency and achievement degree of the firm activities, to determine the ability to reach the firm’s target. Also, in order to confirm what degree the firm can realize its duties and to prepare future plans in terms of controlling and evaluating their activies, the financial ratio analysis is impemented. In this study, the effect of financial ratios on profit and loss status of firms is examined by logistic regression analysis based on non-metallic mineral products industry, machinery and metal products industry and wholesale / retail industries for 2011 and 2015. As a result, the most effective financial ratio on the profit / loss situation of the firms is the operating profitability ratio and cash ratio is determinated.

  Abstract: Nigeria witnessed a sharp increase in inflation from 6.9% in 2000 to about 17.8% in 2005. This was attributed to the government budget deficit over the years. The inflation rate declined to 5.4% in 2007 due to the implementation of unassailable monetary and fiscal policies. The inflation rate moderated substantially from 11.6% in 2008 to 9.7% in 2015 due to increased agricultural output and sound macroeconomic policies. The economy could not sustain the single-digit; by 2017 it increases to 13.4%. Principal components analysis (PCA) is depicted on the highly reduced intercorrelations between the six extracted variables. These factors can be used to construct a macro-econometrics model for the determination of price level in Nigeria.
