  • The مسلمانوں اور یہودیوں کے مابین ارض
فلسطین کی مذہبی اور تاریخی حیثیت :ایک
           تحقیقی و تقابلی جائزہ

    • Authors: Muhammad Mehrban Barvi
Abstract: Abstract The Land of Palestine carries a very important significance in terms of Abrahamic Prophets. In the past, this land has been called “Canaanite Land” or “Holy/Sacred Land” for the three major Abrahamic religions: Judaism, Christianity and Islam. In Judaism, it is believed as per Hebrew Bible that the God promised and bestowed this sacred land to Abraham (P.B.U.H) and his descendants. Around 333 B.C, this land was named “Palestine” under the occupation of Greeks. In 1200 B.C, when 12 tribes of Israel conquered Palestine, since then it has been called “the Land of Israel”. Thousands of Abrahamic prophets took birth on this sacred land and their graves and remains can be found to this very day. The aim of my research is to study and give the academic perspective and research analysis over current regional conflict between Jews and Muslims on the Land of Palestine. In present times, most Jews claim their right on the Land of Palestine by linking their ancestral inheritance to Prophet Jacob (P.B.U.H). Muslims, on the other hand consider Jerusalem the holiest city after Mecca and Medina as the “the Dome of the Rock” and “Mosque Al-Aqsa” are considered most significant places after Kaaba and Mosque Al Nabawi. As per my study and research, the reason of conflict is hugely because the Jews don’t accept and tolerate the Muslims’ claim from the historical and religious perspective. For years, the Jews have been persecuting Muslims and forcefully evicting them from the land of Palestine as they don’t tolerate the existence of Muslims in Palestine. In present times, the Jews are striving to reinstate their regime and power on the land of Palestine and to achieve this regional control, they are breaching all the limits of human rights crimes and injustice against Muslims. Therefore, with this research, I have attempted to carried out a detailed study on the historic significance of the Land of Palestine in Abrahamic books. With this academic research, I have aspired to find a desired solution of the Israel-Palestine conflict, so that the Muslims of Palestine and their religious and legal rights could be recognized lawfully both nationally and internationally. Key Words :Muslims ,Herbews, conflicts,Palestinenian,The dom of rock, misinterpretation, historical facts,Torah text, divine perspective, human rights etc

  • اما م شایطبی ؒ کے اصو ل تفسیر ( Principles of
           Interpretation of Imam Shatibi)

    • Authors: Zubair Hussain Shah
Abstract: The present study is to discuss and highlight the work and the principles of Imam Shatibi which he introduced in the book 'Al-Mawafqat'. Imam Shatibi(8th Century AH) was one of the scholars of Al-Andalus and a genius in Islamic jurisprudence and interpretation of Quran. He has authored several books and among them "Al-Etesam" and "Al-Mawafqat" gained more popularity.                                                                                                                                                                                                        Al-Mawafqat is mainly concerned with the principles of jurisprudence, ijtihad and the aims of Shari'ah. In addition to these, he has also stated the principles of interpretation of the Qur'an.  In the present article, the researcher has discussed eighteen of his principles which he mentioned in his book 'Al Mawafqat'. For the ease of readers, each principle is given a title in this article with an explanation and analysis to highlight his contribution in the fields of Islamic jurisprudence, Quranic interpretation, and Islamic Shari'ah.

  • معذورافرادکے بابت معاشرے کے منفی خیالات
           ورجحانات اور اسلامی تعلیمات

    • Authors: Bilawal Magsi
Abstract: No person, human is useless, short of purpose in the universe. Every human is born to perform to accomplish his assignment, No person has any edge, priority over the rest ,but verily in the light of Allah (subhan) one is prestigious, who is most advanced in well-being and God-fearing .   There is no space even value  in the name of creed ,caste, colour, blood, fame, physical stability and strength at all. Well, looking and keeping negative perceptions and bent of minds in view, are largely prohibited on the account of considering any of the human useless, fruitless, lessen even feeling them aloof and identical in society . In the arena of Islamic ways, even to say in Islam there is no degradation  for physical disability. Whereby, there is a great reward for being patient over physical disability for disables as well as their caretakers. Indeed, one is disable who despite possesses apparently physical strong physique even then never let to know essence of physique as blessings as well as an identification of Allah (subhan) and His Messenger (Peace & blessings upon Him).   Disables are fundamental units but, no more a kind of burden on society. Islam has given special focus on disables even has emphasized on the protection of their rights. Islamic history is witness of such disables  who have proven themselves religiously, socially and literary. They are also  the assets of society, paying attention to them make them fruitful and progressive to  religion as well as country.

    • Authors: Dr. Hafiz AbdulRashid Hafiz
Abstract: After entering the realm of Islam, the first responsibility that is imposed on the believers is to obey and respect the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). In this regard, many etiquettes of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) have been carefully described in the Qur'an, so that Muslims may not be deprived of any privilege due to their rudeness and may be the poise servants of Allah Almighty by respecting these manners and respect. Therefore, it is very important to study the ways of honoring the Holy Prophet (saw) and his manners. These etiquettes are related to daily routines such as etiquette of entering the house, etiquette of sitting in the meeting, etiquette of talking with him, etiquette of addressing him, etiquette of leaving the meeting and the way to ask you questions. In addition, in the Qur'an, there is an instruction in the rights of Muhammad (PBUH) to keep sending blessings and peace upon him, and also to consider his status high and to follow him in every matter. Pir Karam Shah Al-Azhari in Tafsir Zia-ul-Quran, Syed Abu Ali Maududi in Tafsir Tafheem-ul-Quran and Muhammad Idrees Kandhalvi in Tafsir Maarif-ul-Quran have given their wonderful explanations of the Verses related to the etiquette of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The questions arise as to which etiquettes of the Prophet (PBUH) are mentioned in these three commentaries and how can we use these in the present day' This article is being written to address these questions. KeyWords:Respect,Etiquettes for Muhammad (PBUH),Tafheem-ul-Quran,Zia-ul-Quran, Maarif-ul-Quran, Surah al-Hujrat

  • The Research study of Zad al-Ma'ad

    • Authors: Hafiza Asma Muhammad Idrees, Qudsia Naz
Abstract: The most important book of Sira that has been written in Islamic history is the "Zad-ul-Ma'ad" of Allama Ibn Qayyim Jozi, a famous elder of the eighth century AH and a disciple of Shaykh-ul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. This book beautifully presents the biography of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) as a model of beauty. The whole biography has been analyzed in such a way that the practical model of biography in individual and collective life becomes clear. The Prophet's food and drink, the pattern of waking and sleeping, the pattern of your prayers, your pattern in family and family life, your trade, your medicine, the stages and method of struggle in the way of God, the method of Da'wah. The life of the Holy Prophet in all fields is revealed in such a way that we can follow him. Jurisprudence Many principles of knowing the issues of jurisprudence from Sira, ie Sira, can be understood by reading this book. It would not be an exaggeration to say that it is an encyclopedia. This book, in terms of its spirituality, usefulness and importance, is truly Zad-ul-Ma'ad, meaning the comfort of the Hereafter. Ibn al-Qayyim was a disciple of Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, so he, like his teacher in this book, did not allow the love of the Prophet to contradict the spirit of Tawhid. Ibn al-Qayyim's book Zad al-Ma'ad on the Prophet's biography is a commendable deed.
