Abstract: In general, the old system is completely abolished and replaced by a new system called revolution, which is different from the old system. Historically, imagining all the revolutions that have taken place, nothing comes to mind except bloodshed, murder, hatred and rage. But as human society goes through its evolutionary process, Various organizations, movements and parties that seek to revolutionize their own societies are also undergoing an evolutionary process in their revolutionary ideas. Undoubtedly, in today's digital age, modern technology is being used to bring about a revolution without the use of means of killing and violence, which cannot be achieved even with a powerful atomic bomb. But it all depends on where you are getting the foundation for the revolution you want to bring. This paper presents a research review of the sources of the revolutionary thought and concept of Tanzeem-e- Islami which was founded by Muslim Scholor Dr. Israr Ahmad.

The entertainment opportunities mentioned in Islam include personal opportunities, national and national level opportunities, and regional level happiness and legitimate success opportunities that are within the bounds of Shariah. If we look at the Prophet's time, we find many examples of the companions (Shaba-e-Karam) involving in various activites of entertainment. They used to engage in interesting activities related to their gender. Such as adornment, story telling, riding, racing or playing with toys. Abstract: Leadership is a quality of a person who can drive people forward with a view to achieve a common goal. The essentiality of consultation in Islamic leadership is confirmed elsewhere in the Qur’an in the context of mentioning commendable attributes of the believers. Allah Almighty commands the Prophet (PBUH) to consult with the Companions about decisions whichever He needed to make. These were not decisions about the basics of faith, which are determined by God as revealed in the Qur’an, but about short-term and long-term issues of the Muslim community and the management of the relationships with other communities. This is a genuine consultative process that involves the Companions as participants and the Prophet (PBUH) as the ultimate decision maker. According to Quran and Sunnh there are some general inevitable characteristics that an individual must possess to be able to become a successful pioneer, such as faith, good intention, confidence, honesty, communication skills, empathy, optimism, encouraging etc. acting as a role model for the people. This article deals with the leadership qualities & characteristics of a national leader in the light of Holy Quran and Seerah of Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Abstract: This research clarifies the tolerance and easiness of Islam as a religion of security and safety as well as of peace and stability. It is the religion of the true human instinct / Fitra and it spreads moderation and warns of exaggeration, extremism, intellectual and moral deviation and all kinds of corruption. This is to achieve public security in its comprehensive / broader sense, including intellectual security, which is the basis for protecting youth from destructive ideas, falsr beliefs and deviant currents. Islam has been concerned with achieving intellectual security through multi means and ways in different fields such as the Fatwa Reference Union, referring to the faithful Scholars in the Ummah, and caring for Masjid (mosque)  and the family in the Islamic community and warning against the people of deviant thoughts and others. I t is also warned that through these areas we can protect Islamic societies from many of the woes and dangers that threaten the unity of the Islamic Ummah in general and it violates the entity of one society in particular.

Abstract: Spirituality at workplace is connected to the psychological wellbeing and meaningfulness for organization personnel. It motivates employees to have a purposeful life, which can boost their performances and increase their commitment levels with their organizations. The present study based on an interpretative phenomenological approach, attempts to explore the nature of spirituality and its significance with employee commitment within the banking industry in Pakistan. Through snowball sampling, 12 respondents were interviewed to gain insight into the lived experiences related to spirituality and commitment. After careful thematic analysis, findings revealed that workplace spirituality is lacking in the banking sector, and is practiced more at a personal level than at the organizational level, while employees were found to establish more continuance committed rather than normative or affectionate commitment with their organizations.

Abstract: Modernization put aside politics initially and positioned away the religious matters. Gradually the family and social affairs were stated as personal matters. This divergence started from Christianity and shifted to Islam. In the subcontinent during British rule these trends were enacted particulary, termed as “Muslim Personal Law”. In Islam sovereignty is considered the only right of Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala, the creater. Creations are subordinates of their Creator. The true Islamic sources of Sharia provide complete guidance for individual and family rights. This study persuaded in an analytical way to response the historical analysis of family laws in Muslim World. All these reformings were conducted by the reasoning and legical exertations of academics from various schools of thought in Islamic Jurisprudence. The first step of transformation in Islamic family laws was held by the reframing of “Islamic Family Laws” to “Muslim Family Rights” under Ottoman Empire in 1917. Later in 1939 such a revolution in Nikah and divorce (separation) laws was conducted in the Subcontinent. These amendments were conducted by the referencing and recommendation of muslim rationalists.
