      Abstract: Islamic Boarding School has the main task to develop religious values in students. But on the other hand, boarding schools must develop social intelligence by actualizing multicultural education. This research aims to find out the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning that contains multicultural values in Islamic boarding school Darusy Syahadah Simo Boyolali. This type of research is field research, with qualitative descriptive methods and using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis technique used is interpretive descriptive analysis. There are three results from this study. First, learning planning seen from the perspective of multicultural education has contained multicultural values such as the value of togetherness, and the value of democracy is seen in the learning planning process which involves many parties to conduct group discussions (musyawarah). While the value that contradicts multicultural values is born from the non-creation of products from the planning process in the form of learning tools such as syllabuses and documented learning implementation plans. Second, the implementation of his learning is seen from the strategies used that have contained multicultural values such as the values of democracy, tolerance, justice, togetherness, peace, solidarity. While the contradictory value of multicultural values there are values of injustice and the value of discrimination in interacting between students and teachers in the process of learning activities. Third, the evaluation of learning contains multicultural values in terms of processes and products such as democratic values, values of justice, diversity, tolerance, peace. At the same time, there is also a contradictory value characterized by the value of a conflict, hegemony, and dominance among the students in interacting daily in the environment of Islamic boarding school Darusy Syahadah.

      Abstract: Humans are formed from the process of evolution according to Charles Darwin. The process of the creation of humans from the point of view of the theory of evolution put forward by a famous scientist named Charles Robert Darwin, who stated that humans were the evolution of ape species or a kind of short-tailed monkey. there is a book entitled 'On The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or The Preservation of Favored Racesin The Strungle for Life' which states that humans came from a revolutionary ape species from a very long time ago. Darwin's theoretical paradigm in biological knowledge today is the basic reference in every theory carrying the origin of the development of life (organisms). Even though there are many verses of the Qur'an that mention the elements that make up Humans in several verses. This study aims to criticize the theory. The research method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The results of this study The creation of soil according to Tanthawi, went through the following stages, turab (Ali-Imran: 59), clay mixed with water (al-An'am: 2), then became thin lazib (As-Shaffat: 11), then processed into black mud (hammain) (Al-Hijr: 26), then became dry clay like pottery (ar-Rahman: 14), after that it turned into pottery (fakhkhar) ar-Rahman: 14, then became Adam as the first human , in the interpretation of the Ministry of Religion, through stages starting from soil, starch essence comes from soil (al-Mu'minun: 12), dry clay from shaped mud (al-Hijr: 26 ), and dry soil such as pottery. (Ar-Rahman:14).Manusia terbentuk dari Proses Evolusi menurut Charles Darwin. Proses terciptanya manusia dari sudut pandang teori evolusi yang dikemukakan oleh seorang ilmuwan yang terkenal bernama Charles Robert Darwin, yang menyatakan manusia adalah evolusi dari spesies kera atau sejenis monyet berekor pendek. ada sebuah buku yang memiliki judul ‘on The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or The Preservation of Favoured Racesiin The Strunggle for Life Yang menyatakan bahwa manusia berasal dari spesies kera yang revolusi dari waktu yang sangat lama.  Paradigma teori Darwin dalam pengetahuan biologi dewasa ini menjadi rujukan dasar dalam setiap teori-teori mengusung asal-usul dari perkembangan kehidupan(organisme). Padahal banyak ayat al qur’an yang menyebutkan tentang elemen elemen pembentuk Manusia di beberapa ayat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkritik Teori tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah systematic literature review. Hasil dari penelitian ini Penciptaan tanah menurut Tanthawi, melewati tahapan sebagai berikut, turab (Ali-Imran: 59), tanah liat bercampur air (al-An'am: 2), kemudian menjadi lazib tipis (As-Shaffat: 11), kemudian berproses menjadi lumpur hitam (hammain) (Al-Hijr: 26), kemudian menjadi tanah liat kering seperti gerabah (ar-Rahman: 14), setelah itu berubah menjadi gerabah (fakhkhar) ar-Rahman: 14, kemudian menjadi Adam sebagai manusia pertama, dalam tafsir Kemenag, melalui tahapan mulai dari tanah, saripati pati berasal dari tanah (al-Mu'minun: 12), tanah liat kering dari lumpur berbentuk (al-Hijr: 26 ), dan tanah kering seperti gerabah.       Abstract: This Community Development title is consolidation of religious social programs in the people of gampong lamteh dayah kecamatan suka makmur aceh besar. The Religious Social Program has been running very well in Lamteh Dayah village. The Community Service Team only focuses on strengthening the programs so that they are sustainable in the Community. Some small obstacles were found in the realization of the program, especially regarding social psychology and political economy which were not yet well established. Regarding these problems, the Dedication team used the Participatory Action method to solve the problem. The team together with the community moves and plays a role to solve the problem. The result of this community service activity was the realization of a sustainable religious social program in Lamteh Dayah village.

      Abstract: tax for a country is one of the main income in the country so that the tax funds collected will have a positive impact on the population of that country, the purpose of this research is to provide education to Muslims that the tax culture that has developed in Indonesia at this time has existed since the classical Islamic era. namely in the time of Abu Yusuf, the type of research carried out by researchers in this paper was a qualitative method using a library method (library) which was reviewed from historical, books and previous research results, in research, it has been suggested that there is a modernization system in taxation in Indonesia where In the era of Abu Yusuf, taxes were focused on three main points, namely agricultural products, crop yields, tax-sharing income, while the tax was developed again by economists in Indonesia, income tax (PPN: Pajak Penambahan Nilai), value-added tax (VAT), sales tax on luxury items PPn BM), Customs duty, Land and building tax (PBB), Acquisition fees for land and buildings (BHTB). The essence of tax is a community granting for assets owned for the common welfare.

      Abstract: This study aims to analyze the moderate attitude (washathiyyah) that characterizes religious understanding in the Muhammadiyah Movement, especially in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic, which until now has not ended. Muhammadiyah through its fatwa institutions, the Majelis Tarjih dan Tajdid have issued circulars or guidelines for the implementation of worship during the covid-19 pandemic, as a form of response to the problems that arise in the midst of a very diverse society in responding to the conditions of this covid pandemic, there are some people who are indifferent even underestimate the issue of this pandemic, by not complying with the health protocols that have been made by the government there are also some others who are too excessive in responding to it, resulting in looting or hoarding of goods, even panic buying that occurs in several places. So, this is where the role of Muhammadiyah as a moderate Islamic movement is to contribute both morally and materially, one of which is by providing moderate religious understanding in responding to this pandemic. This research includes qualitative research that focuses on library research which is descriptive analytical based on text studies, In this case, the researchers made Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Circular Number 02/EDR/1.0/E/2020, regarding Worship Guidelines. In the Covid-19 Emergency and several other Tarjih fatwas related to guidelines for the implementation of worship during the Covid-19 pandemic as primary data. To analyze the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis using the method of content analysis.       Abstract: This research aims to investigate the components of chosen teachers’ characteristics in the industrial revolution era 4.0 based on the cue of verse 129 and 151 of surah al-Baqarah. It employed library research method with descriptive qualitative approach. Content analysis theory was used to analyze the texts of verse 129 and 151 of surah al-Baqarah and related commentaries with the contextualization approach of the Qur'an. The results indicate that the components of  chosen teachers’ characteristics in the industrial revolution era 4.0 fit with the cue of verse 129 and 151 of surah al-Baqarah as follows: (1) Having extensive reading and consistent with al-Quran and science and technology related to industry 4.0, (2) Teaching al-Quran and writing, including electronic writing, (3) Teaching wisdom in the form of expertise in interacting with the development of industrial technology 4.0, (4) Purifying the soul from all badness including paying attention to practical ethics with industrial technology 4.0, (5) Continue to increase knowledge of industrial technology 4.0.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompenen karakter guru pilihan di era revolusi indrustri 4.0 sesuai isyarat ayat 129 dan 151 surah al-Baqarah. Menggunakan metode penelitian perpustakaan dengan pendekatan deskreptif kualitatif. Teori konten analisis digunakan untuk menganalisis teks ayat 129 dan 151 surah al-Baqarah dan karya tafsir terkait dengan pendekatan kontentualisasi al-Qur`an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen karakter guru pilihan di era revolusi indrustri 4.0 sesuai isyarat ayat 129 dan 151 surah al-Baqarah adalah (1). Memiliki bacaan yang luas dan konsisten terhadap al-Quran dan ilmu teknologi terkait industri 4.0 (2). Mengajarkan al-Qur`an dan penulisan, termasuk penulisan elektronik (3). Mengajarkan hikmah berupa keahlian dalam berinteraksi dengan perkembangan teknologi indrustri 4.0 (4). The sample of this study was 135 people who were selected by selecting the sample using proportional sampling and purposive sampling methods. Analysis of the data used is path analysis. The results of testing the third hypothesis (H3) with Path Analysis showed that the online learning variable through the Learning Culture variable as a mediating variable had an effect of 0.617 on Learning Outcomes and was accepted at a significance level of 5% (p<0.05) and from the Sobel test, it was obtained tcount = 3.702 is greater than t table with a significance level of 0.05, which is 2.301, so it can be concluded that the mediation coefficient of 0.617 is significant, so that the hypothesis (H3) is accepted, namely Learning Culture has an effect on the relationship between Online Learning and Learning Outcomes.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yang memfokuskan pada pengujian hipotesis untuk menemukan kebenaran dari hipotesis yang selanjutnya dilakukan uji statistik untuk memberikan informasi dan penjelasan berupa data-data yang akurat agar dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian yang bertujuan menyelidiki perubahan perilaku yang terjadi pada mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh interaksi dosen dengan mahasiswa dan interaksi mahasiswa dengan mahasiswa secara maya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan konsep metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam menumbuhkan motivasi berprestasi serta membangun budaya belajar mahasiswa di lingkungan pendidikan politeknik khususnya pada kelompok matakuliah teoritik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 135 orang yang terpilih dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode proporsional sampling dan purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga (H3) dengan Path Analysis yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel pembelajaran online melalui variabel Budaya Belajar sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh sebesar 0,617 terhadap Capaian Pembelajaran dan diterima pada taraf signifikansi 5% (p<0,05) dan dari Sobel test diperoleh thitung = 3,702 lebih besar dari t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.05 yaitu sebesar 2,301 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien mediasi 0,617 adalah signifikan, sehingga hipotesis (H3) dinyatakan diterima yaitu Budaya Belajar berpengaruh

      Abstract: Islamic boarding schools are a product of the Islamic education system which is an original product from Indonesia that is not owned by other countries. The education and teaching system in Islamic boarding schools emphasizes that all activities carried out in Islamic boarding schools are worship. The purpose and characteristics of the education system in Islamic boarding schools are also expected to produce students with strong characters, namely students who can be directly useful for the community. To be able to form a strong character in students, psychological well-being is needed. Prosperous psychological conditions, in fact, significantly influence the formation of the character of students. Therefore, for managers of Islamic boarding schools, the psychological well-being of students is an important thing that becomes a major concern. This research is research on the development of the psychological welfare instrument for students based on aspects of psychological well-being. Validation of this instrument item uses content validity with the CVI formula from Aiken after being scored by expert judgment. The purpose of this study is to develop a psychological well-being instrument for students that can be used for consideration for boarding school administrators in improving the psychological well-being of students. The subjects in this study were students from Islamic boarding schools or boarding schools in Indonesia at the high school level or equivalent. The benefits of this research can identify the level of psychological well-being of students to be taken into consideration to improve the psychological well-being of students. The result of the development of the Indonesian Santri Welfare instrument has a Cronbach Alpha of 0.895Pondok pesantren merupakan produk sistem Pendidikan Islam yang merupakan produk asli Indonesia yang tidak dimiliki oleh negara lain. Sistem Pendidikan dan pengajaran di pondok pesantren menekankan bahwa seluruh aktifitas yang dilaksanakan dalam pesantren adalah ibadah. Tujuan dan karakteristik sistem Pendidikan di pondok pesantren juga diharapkan dapat mencetak santri dengan karakter yang kuat, yaitu santri yang dapat langsung berdayaguna bagi masyarakat. Untuk dapat membentuk karakter yang kuat pada santri, dibutuhkan kesejahteraan psikologis. Kondisi psikologis yang sejahtera, ternyata berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter santri. Oleh karenanya bagi pengelola pondok pesantren, kesejahteraan psikologis santri merupakan hal penting yang menjadi perhatian utama. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan instrument kesejahteraan psikologis santri yang disusun berdasarkan aspek kesejahteraan psikologis. Validasi item instrument ini menggunakan validitas isi dengan rumus CVI dari Aiken setelah diberi skor oleh expert judgement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan instrument kesejahteraan psikologis bagi santri yang bisa digunakan untuk pertimbangan bagi pengurus pondok dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis santri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah santri dari pondok pesantren atau boarding school di Indonesia tingkat SMA atau sederajat. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis santri guna menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan kejesahteraan psikologis santri. Hasil pengembangan instrumen Kesejahteraan Psikologis Santri Indonesia ini memiliki skor Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,895.

      Abstract: Poverty is still a serious problem for Muslims. The distribution of zakat on target should be used to solve economic problems, especially poverty. Zakat besides being distributed consumptively can be done in a productive way. Productive Zakat can be used for economic empowerment which is useful for alleviating poverty. This writing aims to examine the thoughts of Islamic leaders who have thoughts about productive zakat which is useful for economic empowerment including Yusuf Qardhawi and Sahal Mahfudh. This research is a library research using a qualitative approach. This study chooses data sources related to the research topic based on the thoughts of Yusuf Qardhawi and Sahal Mahfudh by comparing backgrounds, main ideas, implementers, targets, standard limits, and steps for economic empowerment. The results of this study found that firstly, Yusuf Qardhawi had an idea including dividing economic problems into five categories and developing issues related to zakat management, making a person, society and government as executors of economic empowerment, distributing zakat for mustahiq zakat and the poor, and steps economic empowerment is done by conveying theories to reach the minimum and maximum limits of meeting the needs of the community. Secondly, Sahal Mahfudh has ideas including economic problems and improving zakat management, making a person, community, and government as executors of economic empowerment, zakat distributed to the poor, and empowerment steps carried out with concrete actions and have succeeded in setting minimum and maximum limits of fulfilling needs Public. Third, the similarities and differences in the thoughts of Yusuf Qardhawi and Sahal Mahfudh in economic empowerment through productive zakat. The similarities and differences of thought between the two are in the background, main ideas, implementers, targets, standard boundaries, and steps in economic empowerment.Kemiskinan masih menjadi permasalahan yang serius bagi umat Islam. Pendistribusian zakat yang tepat sasaran seharusnya dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah ekonomi terutama kemiskinan. Zakat selain didistribusikan secara konsumtif dapat dilakukan dengan cara produktif. Zakat produktif dapat digunakan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi yang berguna untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemikiran tokoh Islam yang memiliki pemikiran tentang zakat produktif yang berguna untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi diantaranya adalah Yusuf Qardhawi dan Sahal Mahfudh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini  memilih sumber data yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian berdasarkan pemikiran Yusuf Qardhawi dan Sahal Mahfudh dengan membandingkan latar belakang, gagasan pokok, pelaksana, sasaran, batas standar, dan langkah pemberdayaan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pertama, Yusuf Qardhawi memiliki gagasan diantaranya dengan membagi masalah ekonomi menjadi lima kategori dan mengembaangkan isu yang berkaitan dengan manajemen zakat, menjadikan seseorang, masyarakat dan pemerintah sebagai pelaksana pemberdayaan ekonomi, mendistirbusikan zakat untuk mustahiq zakat dan fakir miskin, dan langkah pemberdayaan ekonomi dilakukan dengan menyampaikan secara teoritis untuk mencapai batas minimal dan maksimal pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kedua, Sahal Mahfudh memiliki gagasan diantaranya adalah problem ekonomi dan memperbaiki manajemen zakat, menjadikan seseorang, masyarakat, dan pemerintah sebagai pelaksana pemberdayaan ekonomi, zakat didistribusikan untuk fakir miskin, dan langkah pemberdayaan dilakukan dengan tindakan nyata dan telah berhasil menetapkan batas minimal dan maksimal pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat. Ketiga, persamaan dan perbedaan pemikiran Yusuf Qardhawi dan Sahal Mahfudh dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui zakat produktif. Persamaan dan perbedaan  pemikiran keduanya terdapat pada latar belakang, gagasan pokok, pelaksana, sasaran, batas standar, dan langkah dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi.

      Abstract: Waqf management is an important part in determining the economic progress of the people, including in a Muhammadiyah community organization. However, research related to waqf in Muhammadiyah is still smallThe purpose of this research is to find out the management of productive waqf in the Muhammadiyah Surakarta City Waqf and Assets Regional Leadership Council and to find out the obstacles experienced by the Surakarta City Muhammadiyah Regional Waqf and Asset Management Council in carrying out productive waqf activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with three parties to the Surakarta City Waqf & Welfare Council, two waqifs, and four waqf building administrators. The results of this study indicate that the management of productive waqf at the PDM Waqf & Property Council of Surakarta City has been running according to the terms and pillars specified. According to Islamic law, the waqf process at the time of the contract for the transfer of waqf property is also carried out, namely by bringing two witnesses, reading the waqf pledge guided by PPAIW. The last stage is the issuance of waqf certificates as property belonging to the association. However, in this study, it was found that the obstacles experienced by the Waqf & Wealth Council of PDM Surakarta City were the lack of public understanding of productive waqf so that it could cause waqf activities to run less than optimally. Another obstacle is financial problems because finance has an essential role in carrying out waqf activities. This study can be a reference for waqf institutions to prepare long-term strategies to deal with these obstacles.Pengelolaan wakaf merupakan bagian penting dalam menentukan kemajuan ekonomi umat termasuk dalam sebuah organisasi masyarakat Muhammadiyah. Namun demikian, penelitian terkait wakaf di Muhammadiyah masih berjumlah sedikit. Tujuan dari penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan wakaf produktif pada Majelis Wakaf Dan Kehartabendaan Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kota Surakarta serta untuk mengetahui kendala yang dialami Majelis Wakaf Dan Kehartabendaan Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kota Surakarta dalam melaksanakan kegiatan wakaf produktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada tiga pihak Majelis Wakaf & Kehartabendaan PDM Kota Surakarta, dua orang pewakif, dan empat pengurus bangunan wakaf. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan wakaf produktif pada Majelis Wakaf & Kehartabendaan PDM Kota Surakarta sudah berjalan sesuai dengan syarat dan rukun yang ditentukan. Proses perwakafan pada saat akad penyerahan harta benda wakaf juga dilakukan sesuai syariat Islam yaitu dengan membawa dua orang saksi, pembacaan ikrar wakaf dipandu oleh pihak PPAIW, kemudian tahap terakhir yaitu penerbitan sertifikat wakaf menjadi harta benda milik persyerikatan. Namun dalam penelitian ini ditemukan kendala yang dialami Majelis Wakaf & Kehartabendaan PDM Kota Surakarta yaitu kurangnya pengertian masyarakat mengenai wakaf produktif sehingga dapat menyebabkan kegiatan perwakafan berjalan kurang maksimal. Kendala lainnya yaitu masalah keuangan, karena keuangan memiliki peran penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan perwakafan. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi referensi bagi Lembaga perwakafan untuk mempersiapkan strategi-strategijangka Panjang untuk menghadapi kendala-kendala tersebut.

      Abstract: The problems contained in this scientific paper are about how the parameters of a situation can be called Force Majure in the view of Islam, and whether the Covid-19 pandemic can be used as the basis for Force Majure, and how Islam views credit relaxation in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a juridical-normative approach whose main data source is secondary data in the form of written materials about the law which are then analyzed qualitatively with the aim of producing analytical descriptive data. From this study it was found that the parameters of a situation that can be called force majeure can be divided into two, namely absolute force majeure and relative force majeure, absolute force majeure is a situation that can no longer be implemented while relative force majeure is a situation that can actually be done but because there are something it is impossible to carry out his will and if done then the effect is great. The Covid-19 pandemic in general cannot be said to be a force majeure situation, but because the Government has issued Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2020 which states that COVID-19 is a non-natural disaster and is a national disaster and restrictions on carrying out an activity, this can potentially be a force majeure so that with the existence of a limitation on activities, the state must be present in providing a national economic stimulus, one of which is the provision of credit relaxation. The provision of credit relaxation is a policy issued by the state as an effort so that business actors can still continue their business activities in the midst of a pandemic and of course can again support the country's economy, but in practice the provision of credit relaxation by financial service institutions is not optimal.Permasalahan yang terdapat karya ilmiah ini adalah mengenai bagaimana parameter suatu keadaan dapat disebut sebagai Force Majure dalam pandangan Islam, serta apakah pandemi Covid-19 dapat dijadikan dasar sebagai Force Majure, serta bagaimana padangan Islam terhadap  relaksasi kredit di tengah tengah pandemic covid 19  . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis-normatif yang sumber data utamanya adalah data sekunder yakni berupa bahan-bahan tertulis tentang hukum yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif yang bertujuan menghasilkan data deskriptif analitis. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa parameter suatu keadaan dapat disebut sebagai force majure dapat dibagi menjadi dua yaitu force majure absolute dan force majure relatif, force majure absolut adalah keadaan yang sudah tidak bisa dilaksanakan lagi sedangkan force majure relatif adalah keadaan yang sebenarnya bisa dilakukan namun karena ada suatu hal maka tidak mungkin melaksanakan kehendaknya dan jika dilakukan maka pengaruhnya besar. Pandemi Covid-19 secara umum tidak dapat dikatakan sebagai keadaan force majure, namun karena Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Keppres Nomor 12 tahun 2020 yang menyatakan covid-19 merupakan bencana non-alam dan merupakan bencana nasional serta pembatasan melakukan suatu kegiatan, maka hal demikian dapat berpotensi sebagai force majure sehingga kemudian dengan adanya suatu pembatasan kegiatan, negara harus hadir dalam memberikan stimulus perekonomian nasional yakni salah satunya pemberian relaksasi kredit. Pemberian relaksasi kredit merupakan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh negara sebagai upaya agar para pelaku usaha masih dapat melanjutkan kegiatan usahanya di tengah pandemi dan tentunya dapat kembali menunjang perekonomian negara, namun dalam praktiknya pemberian relaksasi kredit oleh lembaga jasa keuangan belum optimal

      Abstract: Senior High School students (SMA) or equivalent, that they are living in the transition phase from adolescence to adulthood, unstable is a characteristic of their life, external influences can easily contaminate or affect their lifestyle or their attitudes. It is not uncommon for them to be contaminated with negative attitudes, thus making them do things that lead to delinquency, so it's no wonder we often encounter this in the school world. Therefore counseling guidance teachers have an important role in overcoming acquaintances in school. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. At the analysis stage there is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the efforts of the counseling guidance teacher in overcoming the negative behavior of class X students of SMK N 1 Jatoroto are as follows; coaching efforts, supervising efforts, cooperative efforts with homeroom teachers or parents.Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) atau sederajat dengan itu, bahwa mereka sedang hidup di fase transisi dari remaja menuju dewasa, labil adalah ciri kehidupannya, pengaruh-pengaruh dari luar pun mudah mengkontaminasi atau mempengaruhi gaya hidup mereka atau pun sikap mereka. Tak jarang juga bahwa mereka terkontaminasi sikap negatif, sehingga membuat mereka melakukan hal-hal yang mengarah kepada kenakalan, maka tak heran hal ini sering kita jumpai di dunia sekolahan. Oleh sebab itu guru bimbingan konseling mempunyai peran penting dalam mengatasi kenalakan di sekolahan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada tahapan analisa ada pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tentang upaya guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengatasi perilaku negatif siswa kelas X SMK N 1 Jatoroto sebagai berikut; upaya pembinaan, uapaya pengawasan, upaya kerjasama dengan wali kelas atau pun kepada orang tua.

      Abstract: The researcher aims to analyze and describe the role of the congregation movement and da'wah ja'ah in the internalization of Islamic values in Blimbingrejo. This research is qualitative research, the data collection uses observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive data analysis techniques which included three concurrent activities, data reduction, and presentation of conclusion drawing data. The results of this study are 1) the role of the congregation movement and congregational da'wah organized by the Muhammadiyah branch of Blimbingrejo; 2) the process of internalizing religious values to the branch congregation; 3) Doctrine of religious values strengthened by the word of Allah SWT and the hadith of the Prophet. The form of success is the growth of stronger religious understanding, changes in behavior in accordance with religious values, strong ukhuwah Islamiyah and progressive thinking. The process of internalizing religious values is conveyed during recitations and other religious activities. PRM Blimbingrejo continues to develop its da'wah methodology in fostering the congregation and developing Islam in the village.Peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan peran gerakan jama’ah dan dakwah ja’ah dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman di Blimbingrejo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi dan interview. Analisis data dialakukan dengan Teknik analisis data diskriptif yang mencakup tiga kegiatan bersamaan, reduksi data, penyajian data penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) peran gerakan jama’ah dan dakwah jama’ah yang diselenggarakan Pimpinan ranting Muhammadiyah  Blimbingrejo;  2) proses internalisasi nilai-nilai agama kepada jama’ah ranting; 3) Dotkrinasi nilai-nilai agama yang dikuatkan dengan firman Allah SWT dan hadist Nabi. Wujud keberhasilanya adalah pertumbuhan pemahaman agama semakin kuat, perubahan perilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama, ukhuwah Islamiyah yang kuat dan berfikir berkemajuan. Proses internalisasi nilai-nilai agama ini disampaikan pada saat pengajian dan kegiatan keagaam yang lain. PRM Blimbingrejo terus mengembangkan metodologi dakwahnya dalam membina jama’ah dan mengembangkan Islam di desa tersebut.

      Abstract: The sale and purchase of goods is the most powerful transaction in the business world and in general is the most important part of business activities. Indeed, among the forms of buying and selling, there are also those that are forbidden, and some are permitted by law. Therefore, it is an obligation for a Muslim businessman to know the things that determine the validity of the sale and purchase, and to know which ones are lawful and which ones are unlawful from these activities so that he really understands the issue of buying and selling contracts. This study aims to answer how the sale and purchase of statues is carried out and focuses on a review of the laws of making statues in Islamic law. This research includes field research, namely observing directly the practice of buying and selling sculptures carried out by sculpture craftsmen, artists, and consumers. Another goal is also to explain how the sale and purchase of statues is carried out, then an analysis of how the role of religious law plays in ensuring the usefulness of the parties involved in the sculpture industry. Basically, every statue is an image, but not all images are statues. From what we have explored, according to the scholars, it is agreed that the law of making statues in the form of humans or animals is haram. They also agreed on the prohibition of obtaining and displaying it. In addition, it is also forbidden to sell and buy and eat the proceeds of the sale. According to Islamic business ethics, even statues are also an exception because they can be called business commodities that are sold as unclean and halal goods, or haram, equivalent to pigs, dogs, liquor, ecstasy, and so on.Jual beli barang merupakan transaksi paling kuat dalam dunia bisnis bahkan secara umum adalah bagian terpenting dalam aktivitas usaha. Sesungguhnya diantara bentuk jual beli ada juga yang di haramkan ada juga yang dipersilahkan hukumnya. Oleh sebab itu, menjadi satu kewajiban bagi seorang usahawan muslim untuk mengenal hal-hal yang menentukan sahnya jual beli tersebut, dan mengenal mana yang halal dan mana yang haram dari kegiatan itu sehingga ia betul-betul mengerti persoalan tentang akad jual beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab bagaimana pelaksanaan jual beli patung dan berfokus pada tinjauan hokum pembuatan patung dalam syari’at Islam. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan yaitu mengamati secara langsung praktik jual-beli patung yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin patung, seniman, dan konsumen. Tujuan lainnya juga untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pelaksanaan jual-beli patung, kemudian di analisis tentang bagaimana peran hokum agama dalam menjamin kegunaan para pihak yang berkecimpung dalam industri pahat patung tersebut. Pada dasarnya, setiap patung itu adalah gambar, tetapi tidak semua gambar adalah patung. Dari yang telah kita telusuri, menurut para ulama yaitu sepakat bahwa hukum membuat patung baik berbentuk manusia maupun hewan itu haram. Mereka juga sepakat tentang keharaman memperoleh dan memajangnya. Selain itu juga diharamkan menjual belikan serta memakan hasil penjualannya. Menurut etika bisnis Islam, bahkan patung juga menjadi pengecualian karena dapat disebut komoditi bisnis yang dijual adalah barang yang tidak suci dan halal, atau haram, setara babi, anjing, minuman keras, ekstasi, dan lain sebagainya.

      Abstract: This article discusses Islam and Halal products. Specifically, this article highlights a number of commercial advertisements for halal products that use religious norms as branding in Indonesia. The advertisement is seen as a commodification of religion and consolidation of religious identity, as well as showing the lifestyle of middle class Muslims. This article also explores the perceptions of young rural Muslim women who are members of the Parit Baru Village Mosque Youth Association regarding Islamic phenomena and halal products. Methodologically, this article is a descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study were obtained from the field through direct interviews with a number of Muslim women at the Parit Baru Village Mosque, and also from searching data through various literatures, books, magazines and data available on the internet related to this research. The results of the study show that Islam is a broad religion, marked by Islamic attention and regulations regarding halal products for consumption by Muslims in their daily lives. This article also concludes that advertisements for halal products in Indonesia use religious norms as branding to gain profit on the one hand, and indirectly educate middle class Muslims, especially women, to maintain the use of the hijab as a form of representation of religious identity on the other hand. This can be seen as a form of consolidation of religious identity on the one hand and the commodification of religion on the other.Artikel ini membahas tentang Islam dan produk Halal. Secara spesifik, artikel ini menyoroti sejumlah iklan komersial produk halal yang menggunakan norma agama sebagai branding di Indonesia. Iklan tersebut dilihat sebagai sebuah komodifikasi agama dan konsolidasi identitas keagamaan, serta menampilkan gaya hidup Muslim kelas menengah. Artikel ini juga menelusuri persepsi anak muda muslimah pedesaan yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Remaja Masjid Desa Parit Baru terkait fenomena Islam dan produk halal. Secara metodologi, artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari lapangan melalui wawancara langsung dengan sejumlah Muslimah Remaja Masjid Desa Parit Baru, dan juga berasal dari penelusuran data melalui berbagai literatur, buku-buku, majalah dan data-data yang tersedia di internet yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Islam adalah agama yang luas, ditandai dengan perhatian dan peraturan Islam terkait produk halal untuk dikonsumsi kalangan Muslim dalam kesehariannya. Artikel ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa iklan-iklan produk halal di Indonesia menggunakan norma agama sebagai branding untuk mendapatkan keuntungan disatu sisi, dan secara tidak langsung mengedukasi Muslim kelas menengah khususnya perempuan untuk tetap mempertahankan penggunaan jilbab sebagai bentuk representasi identitas keagamaan di sisi lain. Hal ini dapat dipandang sebagai bentuk konsolidasi identitas keagamaan disatu sisi dan komodifikasi agama di sisi lain.
